This man has no since of urgency! Upon putting a bid on a house over seven weeks ago, he finally called to tell us that our bid was not accepted! Talk about a let down and a big waste of time. I thought Texas was supposed to a great state of honor and respect! This man missed the mark at every turn!!! He should NOT call himself a Texan!!!

I was very disappointed in this realator. I put a bid in on a property he had listed. 7 weekslater he finally let my realator know it was closed on last week. In the mean time we were down in Texas for 12 days, we could have been looking at other properties . Now Im behind and have no prospects because the others are now under contract. Brrrr in Colorado
