I have worked with Adam Olsen and his team many times over the years because of how professional, knowledgeable, and responsive he and his team are. Hes helped us on both the buying and selling side and I would confidently recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate agent. Now go write up our contract Adam! :)

We worked for a realtor on this team. Did I say we worked for the realtor? Yes! We had to prod and poke him to do his job. We found properties to view and asked him to keep us updated on others we could look at to meet, he never did. We could go months without hearing from him, he rarely called us to keep us updated , we had to reach out to him to ask for updates. Very dissatisfied. I wanted to fire him after we first met but my wife thought I was being too harsh. We didn’t have a million dollar deal so maybe that was why we had to prod. Whatever the reason I would not recommend this team because of the lack of professionalism, lack of follow up, lack of communication, lack of care for the client, and overall lack of customer care.

I have only worked with amy a very short time I contacted her and let her know what i needed and how soon I needed it. she was able to assist me as to getting into a place as soon as monday. I couldn’t be more pleased with her services

I had an excellent experience working with Bailey while searching for my home. She promptly returned my call by requesting information about several listings I had found online and we scheduled a viewing the following day. She was knowledgeable about the listings she showed me. When it came to paperwork, she was clear in what was required and followed up quickly to emails I sent and was prompt to answer any calls. Everything went so smoothly. Throughout the whole process, Bailey was very helpful, warm and thoughtful. I’d highly recommend working with the whole Adam Olsen Team if they’re even a fraction of as professional and kind as Bailey was!

Adam and his team were spectacular! Not only did they deliver on selling our home quickly, they crushed it and sold the house in one day and at full list price! The team was very knowledgeable and marketed the home using multiple media sources to dominate over competitive homes in the area. We had the pleasure of working with rubi, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She understood exactly what we where looking for, she worked around our schedule and we took our children with us they would always be excited to know we where about to meet with ruby. She was great at negotiating! We received a great deal for home 😌 and it was a process took a while but she was always on it. If I where to need services again I would definitely be calling ruby once more.

Bailey Scherr represented me in my first land purchase. I feel like Ms. Scherr really went above and beyond, searching for my property, including thorough details about all properties we looked at. She always worked diligently and went back and forth in negotiations to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend her as a realtor at any level of property dealings. I am writing this review from the bottom of my heart. My boyfriend and I have been looking for a place for a while now. It’s been extremely hard due to us having certain accommodations needing to be met. We have talked with multiple realtor agents but the Adam Olsen team has been the only one to HELP us. Dave and Karen were the most upfront and honest people. They truly show their passion in their work as well as their dedication! I have never been more proud to say WE FOUND A PLACE THANKS TO THEM!
