Pine Hills

This place is the most dreadful community of nosy neighbors, shoddy maintenance, and gross understaffing Ive experienced. We were dealing with an AC they failed to adequately fix for most of our time there. Management took issue with our window unit that was the only thing keeping the space bearable. They were quite professional, but politeness doesnt fix a busted AC. I saw maintenance peer into a tenants unattended vehicle, had a tenant blatantly stare from their porch while we were buffing our headlights, and a tennant unsuccessfully attempt to spur action from management because the tenant was unhappy about a non-hetero couple of tenants in the pool. These people need to put Hank Williams Mind Your Own Business on repeat. Stay safe.

I lived here for a little over a year and don’t have anything negative to say at all about Pine Hills. The property is older, but very well kept and they did lots of work making improvements during my stay.Vicky in the front office treated me like family from the very first time I spoke to her on the phone, she really is the best.The maintenance guys are great too, they quickly handled any little issues I had with my unit and were always around the property working to keep everything in top shape.If you are interested in living in Livingston I would 100% recommend you check out Pine Hills, you won’t regret it.

Been here almost a year and refrigerator keeps going out at least once every month

Pine Hills apartment complex is the nicest complex in Livingston Texas. With that being said, being move in ready consists of having very basic carpet put in and painted. There is NO cleaning done. Ceiling fans, bathrooms, cabinets, any drawers through out the apartment are filthy. Again, Pine Hills apartment complex is the nicest complex in Livingston Texas, however it would be amazing if they even a little bit cleaner. I guess being elderly things just arent done like they once were.

Property manager, Vicky Hubbard is very rude. She doesnt care about the company she works for nor its clients. She even states so “i dont care”!!She even chases elderly away from her office of you dont agree with her.The company will do better without her. Some of us were here before Capstone bought the property. We had a great manager and the property was very Nice to live in then!!!!

I want to say this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The clean up and remodeling before moving in was done very poorly. The ceiling fans rock back and forth, the toilets in both bathrooms lean over to the side, the paint in the bathtubs came off because it wasn’t done correctly. You can see where they patched up the walls because it was done poorly and the bottoms of the bedroom doors look like they have been wet and expended. The cabinets and drawers in both bathrooms are falling in and very old like. I shouldn’t be paying as much in rent as I do this place isn’t that nice!!

Bathtubs started peeling a coating off immediately after move in, never fixed. Ceiling started falling in at one point. That is not the worst about this place. The worst part is the management. Ive never been spoken to so rudely. I then asked for her bosss phone number. Was told hed call me, he never did. Ramey Kahlil is his name, hes also one of the 5 star ratings. SMH

Heather Solley is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. She is CLUELESS of what she is doing.Please GO ELSEWHERE. CANT STRESS ENOUGH. WORSE PLACE TO LIVE!!All this COMPANY WANTS is your money!!UNENDLESS LEAKS and Mold!!!THEY USE YOUR ELECTRICITY to dry leaks and dont care to compensate you!!!RUN AWAY from this place!!!

Nobody walks their dogs on a leash and there is always trash in the parking lot. Parking is very limited and you cant always find a spot and their are bald spots in the grass.

This apartment complex has flaws like every other place but they try their hardest and Susan in the office is awesome shes in that office Mon-Fri open to close,I dont see anybody helping her.

Beware. The minute you move out they will send you a bill for $1200 for pet odor or pet hair in carpet . . .these people are criminals. Im getting a lawyer.
