My wife and i bought a piece of property in Point Blank Texas and Chuck went out of his way to help us get a great deal. Morgan Brown represented us on an unusual piece of property and selling it was very difficult and took a long time, with problems right up to and including closing. But she stuck with it and got the land sold. She was very knowledgeable of her market area and was easy to work with and was very responsive, unlike some other agents I have dealt with.
