I’ve lived here for around 5 years and I have never had an issue. If there’s a maintenance problem (which are always very small) it’s taken care of immediately.The maintenance staff are amazingly kind! If I am needing anything what so ever the front office staff has always been more than accommodating. I am always met with a smile and understanding. I’ve never felt as if I was a burden. As far as the grounds, It’s nice and quiet during the night and day. My 3 bedroom is spacious and well taken care of. I’ve never feared for my safety or my family’s safety here. For an apartment complex this place has felt more like home than other places have to us.

Manuel is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, he greeted me with such warmth and positivity that I immediately felt at ease. Throughout the entire leasing process, he was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer any questions I had.What truly sets Manuel apart is his attention to detail and his commitment to making sure every aspect of the leasing experience is smooth and stress-free. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring there’s no confusion, and he genuinely cares about helping people find the perfect home. His professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the entire experience enjoyable.If you’re looking for someone who is not only efficient but also makes the leasing process easy and pleasant, Manuel is the person to go to! I recently moved in to my apartment and all is going well . I love the quietness ! Office was so helpfull and nice . I believe the person who helped me was Jorge . Showed me several apartments till I picked one . Very patient . I also met manager very nice and helpfull. I’m glad I choose these apartments . I’m right by the park and easy access to all shopping centers .

I am only giving ONE star, because I can not leave less! This place was awful... Rita in the office is the most 2 faced person I have ever met in my life. We lived there for 2 years and for about 18 months, we begged them to come fix the AC... it was so loud, we could not even hear each other speaking, while sitting together. It only blew hot air and would never turn off. We knew the apartment had caught on fire before we lived in the unit. The AC unit was never replaced after the fire... we could see the soot on it! We either kept the unit off or turned up to 80 or higher in year round.... and somehow our electric bill was still 1100.00-1500.00 per month. We begged monthly for them to do something about it and NOTHING!!! Then when they got that awful grade from HUD, I went into the office and threatened to contact HUD and the media... I had a new unit the next day and my electric bill went to 100.00-120.00 a month! I will not even go into detail about repairs and leaks after the hurricane that I was denied and my apartment was full of mold. When my partner was sent to OK for work and I tried to get out of the lease... only having 3 months left on the lease, I was told I would have to pay a total of 4 months rent to leave. So I stayed a month in that apartment, while my partner was out of state, when I turned in a notice to leave with 60 days left on my lease, I was told that I had 24 hours to get out! I told her I needed 48 hours to find someone to help me load furniture and get a uhaul and clean. I was still working a full time job.... and Rita told me I would be locked out at 24 hours. So I worked all day, then loaded a uhaul in the pouring rain with one other person thru the night. finally finished about 1 AM..... left the apartment dirty since I had to find a place to stay and go to work at 7AM.... I was then charged and billed and threatened by Rita. That place is awful.... Rita is awful!!

I enjoy living at Cinnamon Ridge because its peaceful, and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. The office staff is friendly and helps create a sense of community by organizing events for families, especially during holidays.

Manuel in the leasing office made the leasing process really smooth and easy. He always answered every question I had in a timely manner and made me feel welcome from the get-go. The complex is pretty quiet for the most part, and you have access to a lot of places very close by. Grocery stores, restaurants, dollar general/dollar tree, washateria, etc. Looking forward to spending the first 12 months here!

The whole leasing staff is amazing, recently talked to rita at the office and shes phenomenal, the whole leasing staff took their time to greet me and the touring process was amazing, manuel and jorge did an exceptional job guiding me through the leasing process. And lets not talk about the office manager miros! Such an amazing lady i Love cinnamon ridge.

Manuel is the best leasing agent Ive had he answered all my questions and very understanding on situations I highly recommend him. I was approved fast and very easy to apply.

From my experience, the staff at Cinnamon Ridge are amazing. I haven’t had many issues but when I have, Rita and the maintenance team are always quick to help. The genuine care is refreshing and is very much appreciated.

Great management that works with you, AT&T Fiber Internet, nice park next to complex, not far from central Houston, and pretty quiet surrounding area. Enjoying my time living here!

The best customer service ever, kind and very understanding staff. I moved here from San Jose CA on a short notice and the staff has accomodated all my needs whole heartedly. I was adamant about seeing my apartment before I signed the lease, they always had an excuse of why I couldn’t view it. My leasing agent (forget her name, but very nice) wanted to make sure everything was okay before I moved but she was off the day I moved.She even asked me to write a good review to help with their bad ratings. Walked into an outdated roach infested apartment. No way I was paying $1200 for that garbage ! My son toilet backed up in his room on several different occasion. At the time I was pregnant be and being exposed to all that sewage. Tub was old and dirty painted over several times. Fridge was obsolete barely wanted to close. I tried to get pay to get out of my lease several times but was given the run around! I was late on April 1st by April 8 I was served with an eviction. April 20th eviction, had to be out by April 28. I was only behind that 1 month. Meanwhile they were people at court who were 10 months behind. They refused to accept the Covid rent relief fund that I got approved for. Somehow I owe almost 8k for 1 month of rent they have all type of fees if you wanna break or pay to get out of the lease. Please look at your apt pay before you sign the lease, don’t be tricked into moving into some dump.

Its my first home and Ive enjoyed it. Thankful for attending our needs when we request it. theyre also very accommodating

Rita has been one of the best in the office that I have dealt with. She’s always very friendly and always willing to help me solve the issues I am having. Very very professional.

I like the apartment complex its kept up real clean its very quiet. But what I dont like is the woman in the office who tries to argue with you and make you feel like a liar. I had paid my rent way in advance for August, got called to the office and was told it was not paid, I gave her my bank statement I had my bank on the phone telling her it was paid and The way they tried to take it out twices, and the woman and the office kept shaking her head no which was pissing me off because the woman in the office is not a bank teller so finally the bank teller had to tell her she needed to wait until the 1st to see if it shows up on their end because the rent wasnt due until the first anyway. Meanwhile while Im in the office theyre putting an eviction notice on my door why am I getting evicted for a month that I already paid for which was July I shouldnt have gotten one at all and if they were to evict me it would have been in lateAugust.But the whole time the rent was paid she refused to let it go through she was hell bent that the banker and I were liars and told me I needed to leave the office how rude that is not a way to handle the residents that pay their rent early each month she needs to retake her training class on how to treat human beings, computers arent always correct if you rely on computers then youre really stupid if you cant see on black and white that it was paid and a bank telling you that it is paid but you believe a computer instead you got problems woman......

Recently stopped by for a tour and the leasing agents Manuel and Jorge were super helpful with the whole process in leasing an apartment, first timer here and was greeted with so much joy by the office staff as well by the assistant Rita and the manager miros. Would definitely recommend cinnamon ridge.

I’ve been here for well over a year now, decided to renew my lease recently. It’s very nice here. We don’t have any issues with people being loud or anyone causing problems. Very peaceful and quiet.Ever since I’ve moved in I’ve worked with Rita, she’s super friendly and very helpful. Every time I’ve gone to the office everyone else that works there has been super great too.Definitely would recommend as a place to live.

Ive just resigned my third lease, because I love living here. Miroz in particular is amazing and always takes care of any problems weve got, and additionally has made the complex welcoming to residents with her friendly and kind, yet rational manner. Shes also an amazing problem solver and makes it a priority to ensure she does all she can to make sure our apartments are in good condition. I love that were allowed to do some victory gardening here, because it really shows that Cinnamon Ridge understands the economic needs of its residents (especially in this omg inflation economy) and is responsive to them!Definitely recommend Cinnamon Ridge, and cannot imagine moving away from here until we buy our someday house.Edited 1 July:Although all of the above is true, this new spate of intense rains has reminded me that I have spent a large portion of my tenure here requesting that my master bedroom window frame be replaced, because it leaks. Periodically, someone will come and stick some gasket tape on it and tell me that once again, they will ask corporate to get the frame replaced. Yet, no less than 2 years later, I am once again putting a towel in my window sill to sop up the water coming in. This frame needs to be replaced, and since apparently no one at corporate is willing to approve the work order (this is not the only work order this has been an issue w/ at corporate, though its definitely the one Im upset about currently), I am stuck choosing between towels to sop up water OR gasket tape that makes it impossible to open the window on sunny days without tearing it off.In addition to this being a nuisance that leads to mold potential, my power bill, on average, is $50 higher than my neighbors in my building tell me theirs are. I am having a really hard time understanding why corporate wont fix this, so hopefully the owner will read this edit to my review and ask some questions about why corporate employees dont want to spend the money to repair serious issues, such as window frames that are beyond repair (and were so before I moved in), to ensure fireplaces are safe by allowing residents to have annual checks at complex cost (my fireplaces bricks are cracked, which is not a good thing, for example, and I have reported it multiple times), or why jasmine plants are allowed to grow up the inside wall of my neighbors unit (no Im not kidding; its growing in between her firebox and the outside wall).Structural damage being repaired is something Cinnamon Ridge/Adara actually CAN make improvements upon. Outside that, do still recommend the complex.

Lived here for 18 months moved out in May 2023, and overall it was a great experience. The PROS in my experience were: apartment felt cozy, grounds always kept clean, maintenance responded quick to any fixes that needed attention, office management was great to us, never had a bad experience with them; in my area and overall feeling of the apartments to me it was always quiet and peaceful, never felt unsafe. Location is great (Deer Park ISD), conveniently located to all the businesses on Fairmont and Deer Park. Loved having the park next door as well. The only CONS living here is that the appliances and doors are very outdated. Other than that, great experience. We even received majority of our deposit back within 2-3 weeks.

Just have to rave about Manuel he has been a great help with this whole leasing process. I had limited time to find a place and he worked wonders. He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the whole process. He even sent videos of the unit that I was unable to see since I worked late. When I was able to see the unit he let me take my time and answered all my questions.

I moved out at the end of April. I emailed them and asked if I will be receiving me deposit back. They said yes. And I have yet to receive any deposit back, and they ignored my last email about it. Super disappointed.‼️ EDIT: They called me and asked me to take down my rude comment because they did did send a check..but it wasnt sent to me. They said it was a forwarded address confirmed when keys were turned in...I was NOT asked what forwarded address to send it to and I was the LAST person to turn keys in on MOVE OUT DAY. Turns out they just send the check to whomever gave them a forwarding address (which I was NEVER asked) and they sent that check out to someone who didnt even live there the last 4-5 months of the lease and they KNEW that the other party hadnt lived in the apartment the last 4-5 months of the lease..due to the complaints I had for the office as well as paperwork they had given me for the situation. She also DID NOT sign the 60 days lease renewal contract and THEY STILL sent a check to her home in her name. Once again. I had no notification or confirmation of forwarding address. And they told me its just on you at that point to figure out the deposit whether you speak to the person or not. Lazy on their part and ridiculous honestly.

I don’t have words to say how Manuel helped me and my family. Not only did he take his time walking me through the process. He worked around my work schedule. If you looking for a home come see Manuel.Contrary to other people’s experience, I have not seen any pest issues and maintenance was nice. I work from home so I don’t have anyone welcoming themselves unannounced. And my unit had no issues other than a few light bulbs needed to be changed and a minor issue with a tear in the carpet. Over all I am happy with my decision to move here.

$500 pet deposit for another dog for my current dog and they cant split it up over my currently rising rent bills. Lovely and clean place to live though. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Do not move into Cinnamon Ridge Apartments, they will rob you if you try to get out of your lease, they lied to me about my rent, would not make any adjustments to my apartment, a major bug problem, the walls are thin, the front gate is broken, outdated. Terrible place to live, I would not recommend this sleazy place. I am not happy here and they will not let me get out of my lease unless I pay them almost $6000, that is money I dont have. The management company said they would look into my case 2 months ago, they have not reached out to me, because they do not care about their tennents, only money.

Although I have not moved in yet, I wanted to say manuel with their leasing office made my experience with apartment hunting very easy and helped calm all my nerves. I’m excited to move in and hoping everything stays this smooth and easy!

Im a new resident And so far have loved my experience. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. It was such a breeze from beginning to end. I rented a 3 bedroom that is huge and includes 2 master bedrooms. The layout is perfect for my family. It’s conveniently located to many stores along with a park and dog park! I know this will be my home for manny years to come.

Do not rent here! This place they have gone downhill. If I could give 0 I would. I’ve been a resident for over 3 years. I renewed my lease two times - my back door is unsafe for me and my kids does not close properly or lock properly (any key opens it) they have never fixed it even though I’ve called, emailed, and submitted work orders. Mailbox too it took me a whole year and several orders to make my mailbox lockable. They are intrusive. And do inspections twice a month but replace no filters nothing . They are making my move out a nightmare even though I submitted 60 day notice as my lease stated. They are trying to charge me rent for a day after I will be moved out. I’ve requested to speak with the managment company and marisola ignores me. I was a good resident and they would not let me renew to a 3 bedroom even thou I waited a year for one to be available. They told me I could not check my oil in the parking lot as I had to check it before I left. They are bullies. They have never completed a work order right in the time I lived here. Do not waste ur time. Unless u want ur apartment looked through twice a month and charges for random things. I am a busy working mom and I am so dissapointed by the people running this place it’s a joke seriouslyUpdate- maintenance man came UNANNOUNCED to finally “fix” my back door after 3 years and me moving out and making a review and I was told the door works lol so he got a demonstration on how any key will unlock the door - car key, mail key ANY key will let u right in no struggle and I was still told “no it just needs wd40” smh anyone can open my door with any key. Same problem different day.

I have been living here for almost 2 years and I must say that I don’t have any complaints. The customer service received from the office staff, Especially Lizzy has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve had minor issues that were dealt with immediately by the maintenance team. Overall my experience has been great.

I’ve been here going on 3 years now, and have to say, these are some of the nicest in Pasadena. Maintenance is top notch and always right out to get your problems solved. Management seems to do their job of getting the rift raft out, and keeping the place nice and quiet. If you decide to stay here, Lizzy is your girl to talk to! She is down to earth and easy to talk with!

I have been at Cinnamon Ridge apartments for about 10 months. I dont have a complaint. I have had some personal issues, and they have been NOTHING but understanding. With the new management, you can see a HUGE difference. Pool is ALWAYS CLEAN & Open, laundry facility ALWAYS clean and everything working. The location is great as well. Very family friendly. Melissa is the sweetest!

I have lived here for 1 month and I love it. Lisa, in the office is just spectacular! Well all the Leasing Office Ladies are! Im a short person so I told Lisa of a problem I was having.....went home and it was already fixed! I was shocked! Very quiet at night. Right next to a great park with walking track. For a price it is a great find.Update!I take back everything I said. Roaches & Rats. Office is a joke. Do NOT move here. They dont care even when a RAT crawls in bed with you.

Rent plus utility services including trash, water and extermination with the mandatory online payment and its fee is approximately $987 on a two bedroom apartment. During the hurricane we didnt flood even though the water rose high. Maintenance is quick to fix items. Our bath overflowed and a contractor did an amazing job cleaning up the mess. You can never tell it ever happened. Every place has its bad element, but for the most part, my neighbors are quiet, cool, and compliant with apartment rules. The bus picking and dropping off at the gate is a nuisance, swimming pool season too short, but with local stores and a park nearby, the good far outweighs that. The office staff only seem rude if you request something unreasonable or expect them to step out of their permitted duties. Theyve never been rude to me. Ive been here going on 3 years and the renovations and upkeep have made it a nice place to live.Edit: July 31, 2018 I tried calling numerous times about my rent payment not going through the web service they use and they either hung up on my call or refused to answer the phone. Come on, man. Its just regular life stuff and you make it more complicated than it has to be. Just do your job, answer the phone, and let me find out if my payment went through with you or not so I can make it. Really, its mostly a sit down gig. How hard can it be?Edit: February 2, 2019 They did apartment inspections and then things started acting odd. They lowered my shower water pressure so I cant take a decent shower the water barely comes out and our freezer isnt working. They took a picture of inside of the fridge and of my desk, my sons dresser, and my closet which is very creepy. My food is starting to go bad because the freezer isnt functioning and I know theyve been in my apartment when Im at work, because a new shower head was in my cabinet so... Im taking all my stars back. No stars. None. Rent here if you want your privacy invaded in a very creepy way. Read back on the reviews and see how often the staff changes. ~ February 2019, now they placed a note on my door saying my carpet needs shampooing and that went to a phone call before I had to go to work on 2/11/19 that my carpet needed to be dyed. I have not been given proper time to honor their request, because I work full time and dont have the time to move all my furniture to accommodate what they want. Seriously? Im still not over why they took pictures of my food and my desk area and the fact they want to charge me $55 because my tub isnt squeaky clean when the electrical wiring doesnt allow bulbs to last so they burn out and I cant see in that bathroom. I literally have to put my phone with flashlight on the cabinet to have light in the master bathroom to be able to see when I shower. The person from the office I assume was the manager told me they entered my bathroom and looked at it and told me they wanted me to have it perfectly clean. Seriously?2/12/2019 - they came in and allegedly cleaned the carpet, its damp but looks no different and now theyre going to want to charge me $250 for something the carpet didnt need and I didnt want. My homage jewelry appeared tampered with in my bedroom and they moved things I had placed in areas for a reason. They came in without my consent while I wasnt here and I do not trust these people at all.

Recently moved in, the ladies up front have been super friendly. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, you can tell everything has been remodeled. The environment of people around us are kind and friendly.

The complex is nicely kept up and the leasing agents my goodness the one I worked with was Manuel he was so nice and professional all in one he really knows his job when I got mixed up on things he knew exactly how to correct the mix up I did all I can say is the leasing people make you feel like family Im glad to be joining the cinnamon ridge family.

I have lived here for 6 years and have recently even experiencing issues with my master bathroom toilet since the end of December. I called today to let them know that I have an issue with my toilet backing up into my bathtub today and plunging the toilet isn’t helping. They won’t have someone come out until Monday to fix it because I have two bathrooms. I tried to explain to the lady that I am sick and sometimes using that bathroom isn’t an option as I can’t make it there. She said it isn’t an emergency since I have two bathrooms and kept repeating that over and over. I am not sure how fecal matter backing up into someone’s bathtub isn’t an issue. Keeping in mind that my children when they are here use this bathroom to take showers and baths as well. I find it unacceptable and poor management that I have to even keep calling about this bathroom. Clearly they need to bring in professional help since their maintenance can’t fix the issue of why my toilet keeps backing up and has never done it before like that the whole time I have lived here. I pay too much money to constantly go without a bathroom. Do better Cinnamon Ridge. You make too much money off of rent to treat your tenants poorly because you feel a backed up toilet overflowing into a bathtub isn’t an emergency. It is a health hazard. I’ll be taking my rent and time to another community soon because your lack of help to fully resolve the bathroom issue is ridiculous! Stop putting band-aids on situations because you don’t want to shell out the money.

Our leasing agent Ruth helped us out a lot and was very clear with us. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time moving out and she clearly told us the costs of everything and helped us out when we were a bit confused. She made the wholeprocess easy as possible. As for the apartments, we got a cheap 2 bed 2 bath that is an older model. There is minor issues (just dents in walls and obviously the oven and ac are older) and we had a maintenance issue with our washer that got solved quickly so I can’t complain too much. Other than that everything runs how it should and I definitely don’t regret choosing these apartments over others.

The staff is very friendly and when I need something always speedy service. Friendly neighbors never have any problems no loud noisy annoying people always plenty of parking and the pools are awesome would definitely recommend it here! The maintenance is very thorough and takes care of anything you request same day if not next. Can always count on the girls in the office. Easy and convenient pay online.

Lived here for two years. Two rooms, two baths on the bottom floor near the back. At first I had a huge roach infestation that took a lot of work to control. Long story short, as soon as my upstairs neighbors left, so did the roaches. The apartments maintenance helped me control it so they assisted a lot. Minor repairs were fixed with time, you cant expect one guy to do everything but they always helped, especially after they hired a new staff and manager. The apartments are incredibly old but they have done many repairs to help the living situation, expect the pools but that wasnt a huge deal. The AC always worked amazingly, and neighbors kept to themselves unless you interact with them. The area I lived is normally quiet and full of kids. Many cats walk around but never seem bother people. The prices are set fair and many living areas are fitted perfectly for families or single people. Their staff is amazing, always there to help you answer questions and will respond quick to any needed help. I never had to worry about my car being broken into and my house as well. I would give them 5 stars but by not having the pools fixed was a problem. Besides that, I do reccommend families to stop by and check it out, college students to move in, and for anyone who wants a small community to live in where its quiet and close to many food stores.

The office staff is amazing! I have my favorite, she knows who she is! Shes made it at easy as she could during my difficult time. Our apt. she picked for us is cute, clean and nice, and perfect for our little family. The community is nice clean and well kept. Our neighbors are as quiet as we are and we love it here already!🌞🍍❤~SH

Best move Ive ever made. Office staff is A1.Lizzie made me feel like she really cared and always available to answer any questions. Maintenance is quick in an emergency and a brand new doggy park. Beautiful spacious apartments. Im very happy.

Been here for a couple of months and I love it. Its a good community. Whenever theres a service that needs to get done, they are on top of it. My place is just what I needed. Rita always checks up on me and everyone is to themselves. Very peaceful and happy here.

WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE. This Apartment complex is filthy, unsafe, terrible management, terrible staff. I am a very objective person and I understand that apartments can never be perfect. However, I lived here for 13 months and I have never in my life seen a place that is as poorly run as this. There is trash everywhere, raw sewage spilling out into the parking lot in many places, many of the apartments have electrical issues, and there is no enforcement of any rules. There are numerous stray cats, grocery carts everywhere from the nearby Kroger, many many drug users are currently living here. Children with no parental supervision throw eggs at peoples units, steal lawn decorations, and break glass in the parking lot behind cars. If any complaint is given to the office, they will ignore you. Falsely advertised as a gated community and there is no working gate, nor will there ever be, no matter how many times they tell you were working on it. There are people who park their campers in the parking lot for weeks on end and are literally living out of their campers, all the management will do is put stickers on their windows. Balconies and staircases are unsafe and outdated, if you ask to have them tightened or replaced, your request will be ignored. All of the apartments that I have been in reek of animals, where animals are not present. There are roaches everywhere, leaking pipes, bowing floors, overflowing trash, dog and cat feces everywhere. Honestly, take your money elsewhere. I would not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Swimming pools are always dirty, and never open. Seems like they spend more money decorating the leasing office, and training new employees (you will never see the same people twice, I guess theyre smart and get out). Three managers in the span of a year, (that I know of). Drug deals happen in broad daylight in front of the leasing office. Current staff seems to be better than the last, aside from the manager and assistant manager.These apartments should not be considered, there are many nicer places to live with much lower rent costs, and better faculty. Please heed this warning. Really wish I could give 0 stars. However, the one required star can go to the stray cats, theyre the best thing about this complex.

The staff is beyond rude for anything from the simplest request to the difficult things. They literally are both lazy and incompetent, and corporate is even worse. They look pretty until you start to realize they are putting lipstick on a pig. Definitely not recommended.

We lived here for a year and immediately after moving in we had a MASSIVE roach infestation. It was so bad that when we turned the lights on at night the floor was covered. We sent the ladies up front lots of emails and pictures of the roaches including black mold growing in our closet. They said they would take care of it and never did. We eventually left and then told our new appointment that they had no record of us living there, but then sent a cleaning fee bill in the mail. Horrible!! Do not spend your hard earned money here.

Office staff is always very friendly and attend to my apt needs quick also I love that my packages are always taken care for me since I shop online alot. The pools are always looking amazing to enjoy. And laundry rooms are mega clean all the time

There is definitely a roach problem. When we moved in, we thought it was just a few got in. No, we have been treating for months and still no relief. And the apartment make you pay for any pest services other than the yearly spray. I think they know that the place is invested. Also the cats. They need to catch and spay/neuter them. Smells like pee in some areas outside. The staff are nice. The grounds are pretty. The water bill is separate and has been going up every month. Might be because of some of the water pipes broke. But its very high for water.

Ruth made the move in process very easy and quick! She was very helpful and dedicated her time on keeping me updated with the process as thing were getting verified! Always available even on her busy schedule I was able to reach her when I had questions! Also the building is very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful!

I wouldnt even give this apartment complex a one star. More like zero stars. I rented an apartment from them and for over three months I complained about the neighbor smoking marijuana and the smell coming into my apartment. Even the manager came to my apt and didnt even want to walk inside because the smell was so bad to the point of choking at the front door. Nothing was done. I called cops and all they did was tell the neighbor to stop smoking and not even a police report was done. Im a nurse and had some medical issues going on at the time so I couldnt be around that smell. I can get drug tested anytime. I know its unlikely to show in my system but like I said was so strong my eyes would water and choke non stop. I couldnt even stay there or even have company. For the same reason of them fearing to get tested and fail. The apartment complex just put a deodorant spray which made things worse. They said they sent a letter to tennant to see them but of course they never showed up to the office. They just said we sent them a notice and they havent came to office. Over three months I waited. You think they would personally do something w the tennant instead of waiting for someone that was obviously not going to show up. I had a clean record no broken leases. I feared this company would charge me for leaving even though the apartment was not livable for over three months, nothing was done and I even emailed the supervisor at the time. So I just noticed that I have over three thousand dollars in collections from this apartment complex.i tried calling today to speak w staff about it and she was so rude! She said I left without permission! So yes its a broken lease. They knew of the issues for over three months and I told them each time if nothing was done I had to leave. So dont rent from this place!. They may seem nice at first but when you have an issue. Good luck

After living here for 6 months I can say with confidence that the community is quiet, clean, and safe. The units are remodeled, updated and pest-free. The maintenance staff is very responsive and the front office (especially Lesley) has been great! Thanks!

Do not live in these apartments. They tell you they will charge you something, and they raise the price little by little. I have had a very bad experience. They came to my apartment to inspect. When they came into the apartment I believe they even took a picture of me. No permission asked. I am just waiting to end my contract to leave as soon as I can. They said I violated the lease because I had a bag of trash. It was ready to throw away. I mean im pretty sure everyone has trash in their houses. Thats just absurd. They just repaint the bath tubes, the toilets are really dirty and have obviously used for years.

I moved here out of necessity, and boy do I regret it. The washers barely work, the dryers dont work. The office staff are rude and unwilling to help you. They catch an attitude with you when you ask a simple question or have a maintenance concern. The complex has been trying to remodel the exterior, but were still living in termite damaged fire hazards. Ive had roaches since I moved in and cant get rid of them. Not tree roaches, but the little nasty ones. They start using heavy machinery at 7am right outside my apartment and when I complain they catch an attitude about it like waiting until 8am is a huge hassle. I work odd hours so having a jackhammer right outside my building is really annoying. There are tons of stray or feral cats, which I guess accounts for why we dont have rats. Just sick and tired of watching drug deals go on in the parking lot while these people are only trying to make the complex look better instead of clearing out the riffraff. Cant tell you how many deals Ive watched right outside my window. Do not move here unless you have no choice!

It was terrible living there. My bathtub was chipping up I reported it they refused to fix it because lack of materials. Never would bring pest control. Not to mention the break ins there and my brother witnessed a drive by which cops never showed up. Last when it rains bad their sewed comes out of the their pvc cleanouts leaving human waste all over the ground. If you’re thinking about moving in there don’t.

Ive lived here since January, and aside from having my place sprayed a couple times, I cant get maintenance to do a single repair to my apartment. My work orders are all ignored, the ladies in the office always say it will be taken care of, but it never is. I am completely frustrated, because the bathtub paint ( or whatever you call it), is all coming up in a gazillion chips and clogging up the bathtub, its impossible to take a bath! Its been a problem since January, but noone will correct the problem. Roaches are everywhere,and I put in work orders for that as well, but nothing happens! This is literally the worst place Ive ever been in! Also,behind the refrigerator, it looks as though rodents have chewed it up, it needs to be patched up,but it doesnt look like anyone will ever do it! Im at my wits end,and since the apartments are extremely overpriced, we should atleast have repairs done. My next step will be the housing authority!

I have been living here with my two children and pet dog since 2015. The apartments are located in a very convenient place. There are banks, grocery stores, parks, and gas stations within a 2-3 minutes drive. The school district, which is Deer Park ISD, is great, and my kids love it. This year they have done a good job with landscaping, and now they are fixing the parking lot. So far my children have no problem walking our dog in the safe environment. The office staff are very nice, and recently they changed the manager. Especially Kristina, Ive known her since Ive moved in. She takes good care of the residents. I would recommend these apartments, mainly for the schools and location.

We lived here for one year and when I moved out they not only kept my deposit they charged me for charges that shouldnt be charged. When I moved in I paid my deposit along with my pet deposits. The total deposit that was paid equaled approximately $500. The carpet they install (which I only had upstairs. My downstairs was tiled) is cheap. They also had wood flooring in the bathrooms. There was no damage to the flooring or carpet but normal wear and tear but yet they still charged me for the replacement. There is hardly any parking, when it rains water would come in through the front door, took multiple emails to get any response from the front office and even after I moved out and emailed my forwarding address they mailed my letter to the wrong address. They are only interested in taking money and will do what ever necessary to pad the move out checklist to keep all of your deposits. Move here with caution.

I want to start off by saying that I do not like writing negative reviews. I know alot of people work hard and I think they all deserve a chance to explain themselves. This place, however is the exception. DO NOT RENT HERE. I kept a clean house with two babies but they neglected to tell us they have a roach infestation. I kept things crazy clean borderline OCD and yet there were always hundreds of roaches. I woke up several times to them crawling on me it was that bad. At the beginning they offered assistance but when it didnt work they said it was my problem. I tried everything but it wasnt just in my place it was the whole complex that had a roach problem. Words cannot express my disappointment.

Worst Apartment Living Experience Ever!!! I lived in these apartments 2 years. For 8 months, I paid $300 extra because I did not want to renew my lease because of the deplorable conditions of the apartments and appliances and bathrooms. Had a major roach problem even after they sprayed my apt every two weeks. The management team lied about the date of me turning in keys to move out after paying the MONTH TO MONTH FEES FOR 8 MONTHS TRYING TO GET OUT OF THERE. Now I have to take legal action in order to get the $1,300 off my credit and whatever other lies and fees they decided to add on there. Absolutely the worst management and living conditions I have ever experienced.

Miss having the old leasing agent aiza and old manager melissa new management is incompetent! Other than that the leasing girls up at front are unwelcoming seriously feels like youre walking into a funeral home! Stay away, and hopefully cinnamon ridge can bring back the old staff and stop rotating people like clockwork! Other than staff issues the apartments are all subpar for the price you pay here pay an extra 200 bucks and get a nice place that isn’t infested with termites. As if this isn’t bad enough everyone should invest time researching this property, there have been many killings and robbings here, AND they had a child predator living here for weeks. I personally went in to warn the manager and she didnt care! It wasnt til weeks later that she sent out notices lol talk about negligence

Lizzy is always super helpful and informative! Any issues no matter how minor Ive had has always been fixed quickly. Any maintenance requests are also responded to in a very timely manner. I couldnt have had better a leasing agent!

I moved in 6 months ago and i have had so many issues with this apt . 1 st i had no air conditioning for weeks, then no dishwasher for a month now I’m having lots of electrical issues and no results. Right now my light were blinking off and on then flickering now I’m in the dark, i have weird buzzing and popping noises coming from the kitchen and bedrooms. Maintenance come out and give me the same answer snd no results, last night he stood outside my door and did nothing now its worse. I liked my apt but i moved here because it was supposed to be better than where i was, i pay too much rent to be worried about my apt catching fire while I’m asleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Zero stars for here. Roach infested and they dont fix the problem. Do not recommend this place at all and lizards have come inside the apartment like 3 times gross theres a lot of cats outside. The plumbing isnt that good either. One day the sink water came out brown. Its just horrible. Have a 3 year contract and they are saying we have to pay $3,000 dollars to get out.

My fiance and I along with our 3 year old son have lived here for almost 2 years. At first we had some problems and some issues. But, within the past few months I have seen some huge changes that have made us very happy. They have really stepped up when it comes to the cleaness of the complex. They have stepped up in enforcing people to make sure to put trash in dumpster and even let us know that they are enforcing the fines if we dont follow policy. We personally do not have to worry about being fined. They are in the process of trying to make the property more presentable. They have redid the outter fence and currently fixing our access gates. Norma is my go to girl. Any problems I have had she has made sure they are taken care of. Thank you very much!The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because no complex is perfect so I do not see why people do 5 stars.

Pools are always clear and beautiful and we get to enjoy them with our family. Place is always clean and the office people are always very helpful and nice. Miss Sheila but Lesley is also a wonderful and helpful to me. I definitely recommend this place

If you want a nice safe place to live, dont move here. A lot of crime and youd be lucky to find parking near you after work. Im also finding out they are trying to charge me fees even though I did not renew my lease which was approved by a leasing agent there who said there would be no fees. And they never contacted me about any fees before sending it to a debt collector! Seriously? Its a crooked place here and you should consider this a warning! I wish I had believed the reviews!!

Rent is high. Apartments are dilapidated... cabinets in bad shape (warped & rotten) rusty dish washer trays, flush toilets 5 times. Two buildings had sewage backup a few weeks ago and their was human waste on the side walk...Google Cinnamon Ridge murders and fires. I was shocked when I read all the articles... if I had known the history, Idnever rented here. Noisy not recommended for M-F, 8-5 workers.The grounds are kept up.. laborers walking around picking up trash that some residents throw everywhere. The price you pay is far to high for what you get (swimming pool, run down apartment, broken entry gates, s If you consider renting here.. walk around and talk to the residents.... you will find that we are counting the days until we can leave this VERY VERY VERY BAD living experience! Management does not care nor keep the promises they make.

It was nice at first, but rent is different every month you never know what your rent is going to be. They even charge you for maintenance to fix a problem in the apt. Even when you don’t even call them they still charge you. I had to break my lease cause I never knew what the rent was goin to be every month. It always got higher and higher. I would rather pay 1,400 a month on a house then a apartment that isn’t even worth it. And then the insurance never take the money out like they supposed to. I was supposed to pay $15 a month for insurance but they started asking for almost 200 when they didn’t pull out the $15 they supposed to pull out from my bank card. Smh scammers if you really think about it. Save your money for something instead of paying a lot of money here.

These apartments are absolutely the most disgusting. They take ur $ and don’t follow through. The ROACH infestation is a story in it self. I have contacted the fire chief about the windows not opening,and the health department about the ROACH infestation. I had to go to the emergency room 11/02/2021 to have a flipping roach removed from my ear. RITA(head manager) minimized the situation as RUTH did the next day. I tired we need to come together guys

I spoke with a Lesley morales and she was the most respectful and sweetest person I came across. She answered all of our questions and was very detailed. We have been here almost a whole year and she still makes us feel at home, and like I said is very respectful till this day. A horrendous amount of roaches and literally the worst service ive ever experienced. please save your money and go somewhere else! ive put in at least 5 service requests to the office and not a single one has been addressed the entire year ive lived here. there is one office lady in particular whos rudeness excedes my imagination, her name is lizzy. completely unprofessional and extremely rude, she absolutley refused to even try to help me and at one point stopped responding to my requests entirely. for the love of god and your childrens safety go somewhere else!

When I first moved into this place the management was doing the best they could even though there were always apartment burglaries, shootings and dogs feces everywhere. Now years later I wonder why I didnt move sooner. The management is so manipulative, vindictive and conniving he should have been a car saleswoman. The on property management and staff continue to lie about making repairs and is always blaming the district manager for not giving them money in their budget. They are trying to increase my rent because I asked them to repair/replace the carpet in one of my town home bedrooms(over 800.00 monthly). Really! They could care less about improving the quality of this place. I will be moving out of here! Please take heed to this warning because I wouldnt wish this kind of unprofessional, uncaring treatment to happen towards anyones family.

These apartments are so nice, they have such good customer service. They have excellent security and they have a really good and friendly environment. I love these apartments. Norma is very sweet, kind and friendly to everyone. They are very nice and friendly. They work with you when you are late with the rent. All the staff is very courteous and kind. Its a great place to live.

This is a horrible apartment with thieves living in it. My husband got 1500 dollars worth of stuff stolen out of his truck and they don’t even have cameras on this property to get any leads. He worked so hard for it and than they told a friend that lives on the property that this was the first incident and they have security on property. I find that hard to believe. I would not live there if you have valuable items. Obliviously security was not doing their job late last night.

I highly advise you dont live here. They are in violation of so many laws its unreal. Trying to get them to do any matinence is ridiculous. And when you do get them out there to fix it they dont actually fix it just clean up the mess and claim to fix it. My energy bill was $270 a month for two people who were almost never home due to a broken ac. We had to threaten lawsuits to get anything done. Make sure you get a record of any money you pay them they will claim you never paid and make sure you get them to sign work orders or it will never get done. The railing to my stairs was about to fall off I was constantly afraid of accident leaning on it and it collapsing. They charge an insane amount for pest control, law care, and pool matinence even though I lived there all summer and the pools did not even open till mid July because they claimed they were having to instal safety phones but took almost 3 months to do it so I didnt even get to enjoy the pool I paid for. People would approach you inside the complex asking if you wanted to buy drugs. The apartments in the back caught fire about 4 times the whole 8 months I lived there due to faulty wiring. I had to force them to come change the fire alarms because they were 12 years old. It was suppose to be a gated community yet the gates never worked. The pot holes are outrageous and poor drainage causes the street in the complex to flood every time it rains to the point where you cant get out of the complex if you have a car. Stray cats everywhere. The manager hardly speaks English. Never live here.

The property is great and quiet but the leasing girl, Lesley, is awesome!! She always has a smile on her face and is very helpful; unfortunately my school is in Dallas so i will be moving but I am definitely going to miss this place!! Specially Lesley!

Here it is the end of May and at least three of the fours pools are locked. This was one of the main reasons we moved here. I’ve called the office several times about the issue. Yesterday, the pool by our mailbox was unlocked, went out to swim today and a lock is back on the gate. So frustrating. When people jump the pool fences it means it’s hot and tenants want to swim in the pools that are a benefit of this property. Please get them all open ASAP. Thank you!

Horrible absolutely HORRIBLE. I didnt believe all the horrible Ratings when my cousin was moving in. They showed us one apartment, said hers would be ready on the 10th. Did NOT approve her until the 6th, after she left notice at her apartments that she was leaving. She actually Saw the apartment on the 8th and didnt like it. She let them know and they said that was fine but that her Deposit was non-refundable. Cant forget that shes a pregnant woman who couldnt see the apartment until she put Renters insurance and Electricity in the unit. If it wasnt for the family showing up to argue with them they would have kept it. Staff was very nice at first but turned ugly and unprofessional after the first meeting. I even had to show the REGIONAL manager what it said on her contract because they said when my cousin signed the application it stated that she could not refund her the deposit after she was approved for the apartment. But HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN SHE NEVER SAW THE UNIT. It didnt even say that on the Application contract. It stated the only way they could keep it if we lied on the Application. They want you to sign fast and use fine print on you. When they dont even know what it said. We didnt move in and eventually got our deposit after a long unprofessional argument. Couldnt imagine what would have happened if she moved in.

Im not one to complain but i feel let down to be honest i lived in a 2 bedroom for about 3 years here and it was okay couple minor power outages nothing more than a day, i just signed for a 1 bedroom and half way through they told me i could not have my first months rent free because i lived here already so if you live here currently dont resign its best to go elsewhere. The toilet runs every 15-20min and i have no tub stopper. They made alot of renovations outside. my door handle and lock are both a joke the seals on the door got so much dried paint on them that it makes you think the door is still locked I have to kick it open or ram it with my shoulder. Still waiting to see what happens when i try to see if my Internet works when i plug it all in if it doesnt then there will be massive constant complaints from me i feel pretty screwed at the moment so far.no roachs or rats so far the 2 bedroom had a few not enough to complain.

They told me I was moving into a brand new apartment but the entire apartment has been riddled with roaches since I moved it. My sink doesn’t work my bath tub doesn’t drain. My dishwasher was already growing mold in it when I moved in I called for three weeks straight and when I finally had enough I called again and they said that I had never put in work orders which I know is a lie. So they finally send someone out to my house to check on all my things that are broken. A day later my oven isn’t heating up but in fact my freezer is the thing heating up almost causing an electrical fire. I called the emergency hotline. They say someone will be with you shortly. It’s still 7 AM everything in my freezer isn’t frozen anymore and no one is still shown up

Tried to get information today and possibly start the application process but we weren’t even acknowledged. We walk in and we sign in no one come out or anything so we walk ahead alittle bit more and there is a lady just sitting there and another standing up. The lady sitting down sees me and just carries on just sitting there having a convo and gives us no acknowledgement. At least tell us you’ll be right with us. It’s honestly not that hard. We were on limited time and it was the only time we had to look at the same time. I hate leaving reviews, but it was just super annoying. I was a leasing agent so I know how important it is to acknowledge everyone even if you are with someone.

Came to acquire information on these apartments and Lesley was amazing. She was so friendly and answered all my questions. By far my best apartment experience thus far, planning to lease here in the next few months!

Lived there a few years ago for 3 months and they agreed to let me out of my lease. Lived there during the summer and the AC did not work. They painted over roaches in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Although they agreed to let me out of my lease with no penalties or fees, they reported me to the credit bureau for broken lease.

Cinnamon Ridge Apartments has been very helpful through my two leases at their apartments. And even kept helping me on finding an apartment at College station. This apartment complex has improved since when I got there back in January 2014. They are located 5 minutes from San Jacinto Community College and 5 minutes from beltway 8. It is near the fairmont shopping center and you can easily take Redbluff Rd down to Bay Brook area when hwy 45 is backed up from everyone trying to go to Galveston beach or bay brook area. When I had a few maintenance request they were quick to take care of me and all their maintenance staff are very very helpful and friendly. I recommend these apartments because they are willing to work with you and take a minute to actually listen to your request. Very satisfied with their service!

I love these apartments. The guy who followed up with me today. gave me some good prices. They go by quotes keep in mind.

They are liars and scam artists, they sock it to you when you leave even when you give proper notice. I sent a complaint to the BBB and the federal trade commission and am currently speaking to a lawyer. They are trying to get me for $1600. They didnt even send me a bill before sending it to collection. Front gate doesnt work even though they advertise a gated community, dryers havent worked in months, no hot water for four days, pools not open till mid July. Stay away!!!

Moved in September, had October free, and went ahead and paid because i knew money in Jan was going to be tight. Paid Nov and Dec. Jan 1 I get a letter because my rent has NEVER been paid. And there answer you can have to the end of the month to move out Hello I paid every month! So since i reused to write them another check for 2000 they are evicting me. They take your money dont fix anything! my dishwasher would spark would you opened it. My car got broke into. And they are fixing the burned down apt across from us and they are not replacing some of the burnt structure! i have pictures to prove it. This place is terrible. My nephew was playing in the basketball court with his sister and some older teens (hes 9) pushed him down and stole his jacket! and the office said i dont know what to tell you. Dont rent here its AWFUL!!!!!!

I left without notice about 3 months before because they did not listen to what i told the staff!! I told them to let me know when they are going to my apartment! They almost saw my wife with no clothes one day and had to run to the door to lock it! I did not violate anything with them,but they invaded my space! They have a load amount of money for me to pay,but will not receive anything from me! I will like to tell the Land Lord for the violation he caused to me and there will be trouble! PS. Stop saying to stop by to talk to yall! Yall wont even understand and wont help,so dont say anything! And i know yall hired someone to reply to these reviews,i need a real manager or even the land lord to read this!

I must say I just move here and so far I haven’t had any problems here for most part everyone stay to themselves and property is well keep for it to be a older property. Alright here goes,I was sold a expensive bill of goods.Taken advantage of from the start I needed to get into something that day I had traveled a distance to Pasadena for work.they took all day I had my new born with me and wife I had called beforehand to speed up the process.they had no consideration of the circumstance.their staff damaged some of my property.no compensation,and i Had some things go missing.they went in a lot without my permission.i had to buy servailance cameras to put inside my apartment because I got fed up.they taped my personal info to my door if I had forgot to pay renters insurance or something social phone number etc ON THE PAPER.I asked them to call me instead of putting stuff on my door and they did it again and by this time I was fed up and left.i would rather stay in a homeless shelter then To give these people another red cent.

Horrible apartments..The office staff is rude and intrusive they send letters twice a month to give them access to your apartment.. They expect you to drop what your doing to accomodate. People work over night and they maintenance crew slams doors and ladders, etc.. My neighbors are not the problem. You lose all sense of privacy. And now there is RVS parked all over the place if wanted to move to a trailer park where my landlord had complete access to my apartment I would..I dont.And I live there dont respond and explain a lie.

An amazing staff at Cinnamon Ridge with great smiles and always willing to help! My work orders are always completed on a timely manner and I always receive a follow up. If you want a great place to live Cinnamon Ridge is the place!

They will keep all of your deposits. Do not put a dish deposit down. They will keep that as well and wrap it into your normal deposit even though this was for two different items They will also charge outrageous prices for things you pay normally in rent like pest control water and trash. They never fixed the a/c leak in my guest bath room and our energy bill was through the roof due to the a/c having to work overtime. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Potholes everywhere. Drug deals, and kids vandalizing cars.

One of the few places I was able to get a quote and the Leasing agent Manuel assisted me with everything I needed . Will def be on the top of my list to move into soon

****ROACH INFESTED****I lived there 6 months ago. And I had loud upstair neighbors that had multiple people living their for a one bedroom. I am a very clean and organized person and I had roaches all the time. The exterminator even told me it was everybody around me. They would not do anything about it. Roach infested. I broke my lease and I will fight it later but I dont do rodents.

Me and my friend have been looking for months trying to find an affordable yet very nice apartment to live in. Came to see this one and thanks to Lesley Morales we finally found a place and we got it at the time we want it. So excited and ready for our new place!

I been living here since 2008 and I can say that I like all the improvements the apts are making they say we are gonna be closing gates soon and Im excited. The area is very good is quiet and everything is near us, prices are high but seems like is every where like that so I rather pay here and be safe then go pay less and be in danger.

Worst place to live, horrible management, roach infested. Pools are rarely open because they are always filthy and never cleaned that’s why they don’t pass inspection. It’s been a common now that police constantly coming in for various things. Getting to be more unsafe to live here too. Save your money to rent elsewhere as everyone here, so many people are leaving thank god we left too. Horrible place

No utilities included. Laundry machines are poor quality. Front office is terrible about fulfilling service requests even in an emergency. Walls are thin and neighbors can always be heard.

Office people are very friendly and helpful! Leslie would have to be my favorite! She is very determined to help you! Everyone is , but she helped me the most! I love my new home !

Rita was my leasing manager, she is very nice and helpful. The apartments are pretty big and spacious and I love how quiet it is in this area.

Decent apartment homes for a decent rent. Friendly staff. Nice neighbors. The maintenance staff could move faster and you have to stay on top of them, but what apartments is that not true for?

Ms. LIzzy and Ms.Rita were very helpful with the process even when I kept emailing they were attentive and nice. So far we love our apartment and are excited to make it our home.

I was suppose to move into another apartment complex and they gave my apartment away. I came here and they took very good care of me. They made me fill right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Worst apartments ever. This place is a dump! We had mold in our apartment, the air conditioner was always breaking, and they have 3 pools and their always closed. These apartments were built in the 70s, so their ALWAYS falling apart. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

Stayed here it was cool the appliances could use a upgrade the roaches will get bad if you let them but I have something to get rid of them and I my tubs been peeling for months they never did anything about it said they was under staffed and I barely bother the front office so I didnt worry about it and plus when I moved they added unnecessary charges like carpet cleaning (which they suppose to clean after every move out anyway) and it wasnt even really dirty but rita said i was suppose to get it clean and latches to the windows which was nothing wrong with the latches its too many to name it was decent for the most part but I just didnt like the unnecessary charges besides the one I know I needed .. I liked Lizzy though she was nice ...

I had a tour on 3/3/21 at 4:30 pm with a representative of your complex, Ruith Martines and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of apartments and facilities. I recommend the tour with this person , very open for information needed.

Horrible staff, they add all these fees and they tell you one thing when signing the papers and then when you confront them about it they lie and say they told you another thing. NEVER coming back here. Apartment was messy and dirty when I moved in, dead roaches everywhere. Lesly helped me and she told me all these things and somehow i ended up paying more than what she had told me. These people are just horrible!

Leslie has been great. We things needed to be taken care of it was. I can say in pasadena that this is a good place to stay. Cant speak for noone else but for me and my family were greatful for leslie and her staff. They have gone far and beyond for me and my family

Horrible service. You tell the management (lesley) your problems before hand and you will literally get called a liar and say you never told them, and they deny everything. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone! Very unhappy.

I was scammed out of $295My application was denied and my deposit was not refunded. I’ve been displaced from hurricane harvey and they knew my situation and still kept my money. I knew the application fee and admin fee of $95 was not refundable but don’t see why my $200 can’t be refunded. Horrible manager & Assistant Manager.

There is a $280 application fee. They say its only $40 per person if youre married, but you have to turn in the deposit as well ($200) and if your application is denied, they keep the deposit. Also other review sights have pictures of roaches and dead rats.

Do not rent here. You WILL get your packages stolen just a matter of time and the office won’t take packages at front of office for security because of covid off all things.

They kept my fianćes deposit when he got denied. Then they wouldnt tell him why. All they asked was if he had any felonies. Which he has none. Not even a misdemeanor. So my suggestion is go somewhere else!!!!!

Kay McConnell is spot on about Cinnamon Ridge, now they are trying to raise my rent in the middle of lease contract because they put in a new pc software billing system so now they are braking my contract, I think this is illegal, I didnt sign up for this, have to hire a lawyer and call Texas Apartments Association TAA.. now rent fluctuate 800 to 860,water sub meter, running toilets,water damage stains,crack walls,dishwasher barley works,move to apartment was not ready,bad carpets, roaches, ect... I had to fix the A/C leak inside apartment, maintenance use a vacuum to fix unable to do it ,lose hot water twice a month,car got wipe out,pools are always closed and green ..

Giving it 1 star really bad service.. I have almost 3 months with no carpet no sheetrock and mold on the wall the apt smells so bad. I have gone to the office and they just say there going to fixed it next week and nothing.

Don’t do it! First free month of rent is not worth it!Trust me! and roaches all the time but they charge monthly for pest control 🙄 and no water included.

Shelia McGee had the best deals for me and times to move in and I was a first time buyer. The apartments are close to everything I need and the prices were the best!!

Terrible office staff! Have to go through hell just to get someone out to fix my garbage disposal, which by the has yet to be fixed. On top of that, they are trying to charge me for maintenance to come and fix it

I LOVE MY STAY.RECENTLY ATTENDED A PARTY OF MY FRIEND AT THIS LOCATION AND I AM SO AMAZED FOR THE UPSWING OF THIS PLACE.I CHAT WITH COUPLE OF ATTENDEES OF THE PARTY AND HEARD NICE THINGS AND NO CRIMES.GUYS YOU BETTER CHECK THIS PLACE. I MOVED FROM HERE BECAUSE MY JOB TRANSFER TO OTHER SIDE .I PAID ALL MY DUES AND I LIKE IT. IT WAS MY DECISSION TO MOVE EARLY.I DONT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS AND I FELT LIKE I AM IN MY OWN HOME.
