Windsor Gardens Apartments

Ive lived here for all of my life. Ive barely had any issues with the management, so my guess is that new tenants are treated badly while tenants that have been living here before it was under new management are treated better. aside from that, theres been a massive cockroach problem that we used to have for a while until we got someone to fix it, and now we barely see any cockroaches, although they might be coming back. our neighbors are kinda loud but manageable, so not much to complain. If youre looking for an apartment complex to live in, look someplace else.

I have lived at Windsor Gardens for one year and seven months. The first year and two months were a wonderful experience I loved it. If you had a problem all you had to do was call the office and it was taken care of quickly by polite friendly office workers. Then they hired a new property manager got rid of the polite staff and my time there since has been horrible. You can not talk to the woman the woman is rude and nasty, she talks down to you like you are peasant on the street. She yelled at my child and called her a liar and when I confronted her about it she slapped me with a lease violation because she didnt like the way I spoke to her. I complained to the corporate office many of times about different things she has been doing to me and they did nothing about it. I have sent many letters, e-mails and phone calls. Since I have made the initial first complaint the harassment has gotten much worse spreading onto my family members that live in the same complex. She told my father who is a rent paying tenet to sit down wait your turn and shut up. My personal business been shared with other tenets, my apartment has been inspected twice in the last three months. I have had someone from the management office walking through my home almost monthly. I now have no privacy, and in the lease agreement I signed they can come in your home whenever they want. The corporate office provided me with that information when I complained about getting another inspection when I just had one.I loved it here for the first year with no problems not one complaint but since they hired a new property manager the service here has gone down and its apparent that the corporate office does not care. They look at all of my complaints and think that I am a chronic complainer or something. I am a hard working person that has to find time in my day to deal with all of these issues. She tries to intimidate people into not saying anything but I will not let that happen.

They are cool apartments everyone inside these apartments treat each other as family our lil village ❤️ we protect.

Unsafe and full of roaches. Management doesnt care about the tenants or what they ask. It took them over 3 weeks to come fix stuff in my apartment. When I moved in the apartment wasnt even ready. Ceiling fans were filthy blinds were covered in grease like dirt. Overall horrible experience. The appliances are outdated and dont work. Wouldnt recommend anyone to live here.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I have been calling to get an apartment and they say the wait list is one or 2 years. My aunt lives there and she got one in like 2 months and did not wait. As soon as I walked in once they treated me with an attitude and I was being polite. I called and they yell and talk to you like if you are stupid. The managemennt sucks and they just dont care at all. They are very lazy but can be in the office laughing. I hope this gets out there so that people can see what they are dealing with.

By far the best place I ve lived. Been here a year now, and have had excellent service. Ive had little issues in my apartment, but they came a fixed it the next day I submitted service. I just renewed by contract for another year, and Thank God, it went smooth and I was relieved. I dont know why other people complain aboit the apartments, but yet they been living here over 3 years and have the audacity to complain. If they dont like it, why they still living here. I personally would live in a place that I dont like. So, they should just shut up, because all that trash they talking, but yet they still here.

These apartments are horrible. The appliances need to be updated because they half way work. Management is HORRIBLE and RUDE! Molly (manager) will do anything to make any situation more difficult. Even the corporate office, blazer real estate, will make it difficult to get your fees reimbursed when Molly was in the wrong of charging those unnecessary fees. I showed corporate office all my evidence and read the lease multiple times, but it took 3-6 months for the problem to be resolved. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Maria in the office has a really bad attitude. Didn’t try to help me or be more informative in any kind of way. She sounds tired and over worked someone help her.

I use to live here. Management is terrible, rude, fake, and always has an attitude. When you report something that needs to be fix they make snide remarks.

Why show pictures of a pool if cant be used might as well get rid of it playground can only be used when daycare kids are not out there maintenance issues get halfway fixed... roach infested sent in our rent get paid on time did online printed a reciept and all and then get a certified notice that had go pickup mail days later fees later saying didnt go through when they couldve clearly called us that same day with the issue it didnt go through and money was in the bank only to charge late fees because wasnt took out for whatever reason on due date

Dont move into these apartments!Their rules are extremely strict!Residents rights are often violated and are not allowed to have visitors parking, and management is super careless about bad situations with tenants, to top it off the parking lot is super filthy and crime is high there.Vehicles get vandalized regularly.

Very quiet complex

This place is horrible when i went to my cousins apartment there were cockroaches everywhere and once when we fumigated the place it was unbelievable on how many dead cockroaches there were on the floor and the place is still infested.

The management staff seems to be very helpful to delivery drivers like myself.

Management is terrible. She Id very rude and disrespectful. Do not move here. One year lease and thats it!!!!

No parking for visitors!!!! Cant believe it! So where are we supposed to park if all the visitor parkings are taken by the rentors??????

Moly is a good manager, very attentive and very helpful. I have lived here for 12 years and I am very happy. They are the best apartments in South Houston and Pasadena and Mrs. Stephany is very attentive. I recommend them.
