Living at Olympus has been an amazing experience from the very start. This is my first apartment, and it has truly exceeded all my expectations. I just renewed my lease and am so excited to spend another year here. The new management is the absolute BEST, especially Stacey and Sky, they have been absolutely fantastic. They’re incredibly responsive, always answering my calls and emails quickly, no matter the question. They never make me feel like I’m bothering them or asking too much, and their genuine helpfulness makes all the difference. I’ve felt so supported and valued here, and I’m so grateful to be part of this community.

I moved in here six months ago. When I moved in a was a little disappointed. However, they got a new manager whose name is Nicole, she completely changed things. I will say one of the original members is still here. Her name is Grace, true to her name she personified her name. She is so nice and kind. The apartment complex recently added a new member to their team, her name is Sky, she is awesome just like the whole team is. I actually did something for Christmas for them because the whole staff is awesome, not forgetting my maintenance brothers because without them it’d be rough. Love the staff, love the maintenance brothers. Thanks for making this a good place to live.
We recently had a couple of maintenance requests. Our maintenance guy, Kyle, handled them for us. I was so impressed with his professionalism and great attitude. You can tell he enjoys what he does. He replaced a couple of filters for us and took care of a problem we were having with the refrigerator. He was in and out in about 15 minutes.I would like to add that Grace, in the office, helped me to complete and submit the work orders. She was the one that leased the apartment to my husband and I a few months ago. , and she is always available to help us when we need assistance completing the forms. Our experience at Olympus has been great!
I have lived here since June 1 2024. . I love it and the customer service is great! Any maintenance issues that weve reported have been addressed in a prompt and timely manner. I recommend considering Olympus Hudson Oaks for your next home.BTW, Kyle is super great and very understanding of any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

The new management here is amazing we have been here for 4 years and always have an issue when the lease gets renewed with $12 renters insurance fee! I called, emailed the policy over, that has never changed and finally immediately the charge was taken off! Amazing work you guys, Appreciate the hard work you are doing for the residents that has never been resolved before! Thank you!
The truth:I have lived at Olympus for almost 2 years, and while the property can be beautiful and feel luxurious, there are several aspects of Olympus that bring the experience down below 4 stars. The reality is, there are multiple problems around the community that have been addressed by residents, and the managers in power here have proven unable to make a meaningful impact.If you want to live here because of the pool...dont. they have schedule shutdowns yearly and when they do shutdown its unavailable for weeks, sometimes months. The last time they shut down over Christmas, they said they had to do their yearly inspection and it took over a month for the pool to be reopened. A week into their inspection, I called to ask what was going on and I was informed they had to order a light for the hot tub and it was on Backorder. If they knew they were going to shut down for an inspection, they most definitely should have had parts ordered way before the planned shutdown. Honestly, there really is no excuse that they do not have extra inventory for things like this when they go out in general. I use this example to shed light on the managers attitude about fixing things across the board. While I was mentioning various problems to the managers today, I was told they Inherited a mess and that that was partly why things werent going so well around here. I feel this response was just an excuse to not take responsibility for the problems and I would be interested to see where this line of thinking gets Olympus in the future. The managers here are genuinely not proactive and do not problem search. To the managers of this property, your problems will always be something they cant alleviate and Out of their hands. When in reality, they are just ok with not taking care of their residents and are genuinely Not surprised by bad reviews or testimonies made by residents. No lie the manager told me she could not see why I was having problems with this place and she said she was not surprised by bad reviews. I felt this response was weak and shed light on the fact that the managers are used to things being bad.After almost 2 months of no pool amenities, I asked the manager to simply refund the amenity price to residents to show their understanding of the pool being the largest amenity they have. When I asked her to refund the 10 dollar monthly amenity price, she smiled and said, Why should I? This response I found to be a little insensitive as well as an abuse of power even if a refund is out of the managers control.Overall, the price you pay for the area garners a 4-5 star experience and Olympus is happy to provide a 3 star experience. When we came to Olympus, we were drawn in by the luxury and how things LOOKED. 2 years down the road we are stuck with how things actually ARE here and we feel weve been ripped off by paying a luxury price tag for mediocracy. Things will not change for the better here until the property itself is willing to change. Hold on to your extra cash and just go stay at Southgate Glen or Shelby Oaks in Weatherford. You will be paying for a 3 star experience but at least you know what you get and you wont feel like youre getting conned. If youre looking for a more luxury experience, look closer to the metroplex. Remington Ridge near Ranger College in Weatherford as well as the Birchway in Hudson Oaks provide the same, if not better quality and amenities than Olympus. These apartments seem to treat their residents better and care about resident property based off their reviews and resident testimonies.While I was intending on giving a 1 star review earlier today because of my interactions with the managers, I am reminded of past leasing agents like Marrissa, as well as Grace who works here now. These people have always worked so hard and been very kind to everyone they encounter. Grace has helped me many times. She is very polite and I feel like she genuinely cares about what we go through and Joe and I genuinely appreciate that.This place overcharges and they are ok with that.
I recently had a life event that threw a curveball at me and I decided I needed a change of pace and scenery… so I decided to move from Conroe (North of Houston) up here to North Texas.I knew I wanted to move west of Fort Worth and searched far and wide for a place of quality, affordability, and a sense of community.After looking at several apartment options, I kept coming back to Olympus Hudson Oaks in my search… there was just something about this property that lured me in.I read through the reviews and Grace was mentioned several times… so I decided to drive up here to check the place out and I was not disappointed.Grace was with me every step of the way and Stacy also stepped in and helped make the transition super easy.I cannot say enough good things about both Grace and Stacy and their willingness to go above and beyond.The community itself is clean and elegant… the people are friendly… I absolutely love it here and know I made the right choice.
This place is gorgeous love living here. The staff is top tier. The move in process was so simple thanks to sky lewis she made moving in a breeze. She took care of all the paper work, answered all the questions I had and pointed me in the right direction. I would definitely recommend some one to move here.

Marissa was fantastic. Having helped my dad move into the complex, I knew I was in for a treat when I found out she would be handling my tour. She’s so bright and bubbly, she does a great job in showing you all the best parts of your new property, and she makes sure to answer every question you have to the best of her ability. Along with that, the apartments are stellar! Beautiful buildings, a pool you just have to move in for, and an even more beautiful space around the complex. It’s the perfect place to rent, with so much convenience around every corner! Perfect schools, tons of shopping and dining options. I can’t wait to see the night sky out there, too. I know I’m gonna spend so many nights star gazing from my balcony.
A gentleman named Kyle came to our apartment at 1pm. Today is 12/31/24. Kyle applied new grout in bathtub. Did a great job. He also resolved the issue of a living room outlet that overloads when attempting to use it. Kyles advice: do not use that particular power outlet. Outlet was wired, by mistake, to overload apartment electrical system. Happyreport that report
Love living here overall, but I’m disappointed when it comes to the amenities.The hot tub is always being worked on. Appreciate the new staff’s dedication, they face every problem and to try to find solutions. They are always a phone call away.
Moved in towards the end of July. Grace was the one to handle everything. She is AMAZING. I did a sight unseen type of thing due to I was moving back here from central Texas area. You get what you pay for. You want a NICE place to live then expect to pay the price. When applying for a place you get to choose from an available unit which is great so you know what your apartment number will be. I’ve seen a lot of residents decorate their patios with curtains, led lights, etc. I find that fantastic that we can do that too. It’s very well worth the price living here. Everyone is extremely nice that I’ve encountered that works here. Even though I’ve mainly spoken to Grace via emails and calls, anytime I’ve called the phone is ALWAYS answered with a smile and willingness to help and answer any questions from everyone. Paying rent through BILT your rent gets reported to all credit companies too which is a GREAT thing!
We stayed here for two years, moved because we needed more space after having our son. The experience here was great! Staff and mantenice responds in a timely manner. Had a few issues when we first moved in but the property manager addressed those concerns.I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to live. The only negative thing is the parking, especially during the winter months. Its almost impossible to find parking after coming home from work. However, they do offer hooded parking spots for a monthly fee.
Not only are the facilities amazing but the staff is as well! Especially my girl Marissa!! She held my hand from start to finish and with patience and kindness. Hard to come by these days! Always willing to help and with a smile on her face 😊 . Talk about going the extra mile but she does!I would recommend Olympus to anyone who wants to make this their home and not just a place to live.
My wife and I stayed here for two years with our children. Olympus has so much to offer. The units are spacious and modern. The staff is wonderful. The location is great. I would have stayed forever if not for having to move jobs! This place will always be fondly remembered. Kudos to Olympus.
We just recently moved in and were assisted by Ashley. She was amazing to work with and made our move in process so easy! The apartment is very nice and they are able to accommodate almost anything we needed.
Love, love, love my new place!!! The manager Amy helped expedite my application and got me keys in less than 3 days, to ensure I would not be paying rent 2 places for the month of August. The entire staff here is top notch, everytime I have been in the office or needed anything at all, both Austin and Hannah have been both professional and prompt! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE!
My wife and I moved here about a month ago, and were already feeling at home. The community is friendly and our apartment is cozy. The layout of our apartment allowed us to settle in pretty quickly. Little things make a big difference in day-to-day life, and we appreciate details like cabinet height and capacity, subway tile for the counter backsplash, comfortable amount of counter space, a pullout hose faucet for the happily large kitchen sink, a refrigerator with water, crushed ice, and side-by-side freezer (by comparison, so many refrigerators at even luxury apartments are often bottom of the barrel), a wide tub, a large and functional walk-in closet, good storage closet space, a walking trail, a clean gym with good, functional equipment, a pool and jacuzzi, outdoor grills, a small dog park, and lots of stores very close by. Regular apartments are already charging luxury prices, so we were happy to find a luxury community like this with so many amenities at a reasonable price.Often, the most disappointing part of living in an apartment community is inattentive staff. We have found the exact opposite here. The staff have been attentive, helpful, and quite cheerful about helping us. It is normal to run into some unexpected curveballs when moving, and the staff here (Ashley, Marissa, Grace, and Stacy) helped us navigate them all. We feel like they are in our corner. The maintenance staff also came once to shore up a couple things, which they quickly and effectively, and all with a friendly demeanor. We are very happy with where weve landed and encourage you to give Olympus Hudson Oaks a look if you are in the market for a home.
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the new management as well as the new staff including the new Maintenance staff that has taken over here at Olympus Hudson Oaks Apartments. The names I can remember are the Property Mgr Nicole, Sky, Grace and from Maintenance James. They are kind, caring, compassionate, in addition to being extremely personable, professional and super efficient at their jobs. I was just about to break a two-year lease until they came aboard. Now I never want to leave. I have always lived in an apartment and I am 52 years old! I’ve called the offices of these apartments & sometimes if they are on the phone & are unable to answer I just hang up instead of leaving a voicemail and just try them again later. However, before I can try again later this New Team ends up calling me back stating they saw a missed call and they just wanted to follow up to see if I needed anything. This has never happened in all my years of apartment living. I used to leave voicemails for the prior staff here at Olympus as well as other apartments I’ve lived at & would never receive a call back. This group of people are the most wonderful people & staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I wish you all a Happy New Year & just wanted you to know how appreciated you are and all the good you have done here bringing “Luxury” living back! Before you all arrived this complex was not living up to its description of being luxurious but it is now! Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication to Olympus Hudson Oaks a truly beautiful place to live.P.S. I was helped by Marissa while applying and couldn’t say enough good things about her and her fellow staff. The application process through Olympus needs work badly; but my neighbors and the people in the leasing office are worth the struggle in my opinion. 5 star office crew, but 2 star company.
We’ve been living here for almost 3 months now and couldn’t enjoy it more. Marissa was the one who gave us the tour and has been nothing but help ever since! Any questions we have, she responds in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is great and the overall staff is fantastic! We highly recommend this complex!

I absolutely love this place, almost everything you need is at your doorstep. Ive been here at least 3 years and just renewed my lease again. All the staff from the office to maintenance are amazing. Ive only had to put in a couple of maintenance orders for minor issues since I originally moved in, and they were taken care of quickly and professionally. If I have a question the staff is always friendly and helpful. I dont use all of the facilities but the ones I use are enjoyable, and normally clean and taken care of. I never hear my neighbors, I know theyre there but Im guessing the walls are thick and sound resistant, because Ive never heard them. And one last thing, Im amazed at some of the people claiming there is a lot of theft and crime, I dont get that. Honestly, Ive seen packages sit undisturbed at front doors for days without being taken and the same is true in the mailroom. I would absolutely recommend these apartments.
About to make the big move to Texas and have been apartment hunting. I spoke with Marissa today over the phone and she was the best at answering all my questions about becoming a new resident. During my apartment search, I worked with Marissa Reichelt who was attentive, always cheerful and friendly, and helpful in addressing matters during my application process (especially, those relating to proof of income based on my self-employment). From my experience, I would highly recommend giving these apartments a peek if youre looking for a smooth transition to a new apartment and a convenient location in Parker County.
This place looks good on the outside but beware! They wont fix anything no matter how often you call. My dishwasher never worked the whole time I lived there. (2) The breezeway doors were never fixed, which was a part of the security I liked. There is dog poop everywhere because they allow the residents to be completely lax. The clientele has gone severely downhill. The last few weeks I was there, adults were hopping the pool fence to swim because they didnt live there. Cars are broken into on the regular. The parking doesnt work because the people at the bar use it up. The hottub was broken for 6 months. The pool was usually dirty with chairs thrown in for good measure. Oh, they dont have a lock on the mailroom so anyone can go in and look at or take packages. I had a nightstand taken. They could care less. The manager is incredibly rude and hateful. I could list more but you get the idea.
Service requests are useless. The app tells you that the service requested has been completed but no one comes in to take care of the problem. And nothing is communicated about it. In addition to a broken window sill that has yet to be repaired, the AC has not yet had circulation through one of the bedrooms even after multiple service claims and calls. Very disappointed. The security locks on the entrances into the building are broken and have been for at least 3 months. The apt and complex are nice enough, the neighbors are quiet, the location is awesome. If maintenance was a priority it would be perfect.
The exterior of Hudson Oaks is lovely. They have all the bells and whistles.... unfortunately those bells dont actually work. They are employing and leasing to crooks.In the 18 months living there I was robbed three times. Once from my garage (about $4000 worth of my private property) Once from my storage unit (tools) and once from my front porch. They opened a bar 4 doors down from me, so I couldnt relax on my porch in the evenings.I can handle dirty bathrooms, printer never working. The hot tub working maybe half the time I was there... It just got to be too much. To top it all off, when I finally moved, they sent a $3500 to credit bureau for charges that didnt apply to me. So now I have to sort that mess out. If youre desperate for an overpriced apartment, in a pretty shady community, Creekside is for you.

She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I had everything I would need to help me set up when I was ready to move in!
Just finished my 8 month lease and renewed again for the year. You can’t beat the location. Marissa at the front office helped me from day 1, finding the perfect unit and getting everything squared away. She has gone over and beyond to help me anytime I call or visit the front office. Even helped me search for a missing package. If you’re considering moving to Creekside, call and ask for Marissa specifically because she has been a blessing to me and my family with our first big move.The only thing I’d like to add is that I really wish management would prioritize repairing the gated doors in each building. It’s $75 to replace a key fob, but literally every gated door in this complex you can get into without a fob. The pool included. I would feel more safe if the security could be repaired with the gated doors, especially as a single parent. Otherwise, very happy to spend another year here.

I’ve lived in apartments a few times and hands down this complex has been the best. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and never had issues. I truly love these apartments!
Terrible, had to pay a $600 pet deposit even tho I have an emotional support animal letter from my doctor.My neighbor kept opening my mail even after I sent a email to the leasing office asking if they could let the residents know it’s against the law to open other peoples mail and they did nothing about it.Then when I moved out they charged me for 2 months worth of statements even tho I already paid everything for the month before.Left that apartment with no damages, no holes in the walls nothing and they only wanna give me $180 back out of the $800 deposit I put down.The leasing staff tries to act nice until you actually ask them to do something, glad I moved wouldn’t recommend.

Shout out to the awesome maintenance crew!! I’m so thankful they worked around my dogs without hesitation. This made the repair process so much less frustrating for a busy dog mom. I’ve never been at a complex that runs and smoothly as Olympus.

Olympus management has been wonderful to work with. They truly care about the people who live here and really make this community feel like home! A special thank you to Marissa. She goes above and beyond to ensure that people who come into the office feel welcome. When an issue arises , she makes sure that it’s quickly taken care of…always with a smile on her face.
Hannah was absolutely wonderful!!!!! We just moved in and throughout the whole process she went above and beyond. The hold times on the phones were non-existent, she worked with us to get us in over a month early, told us about all the deals they were offering, and even offered to go to my old apartments after she was off and get a letter from them that the new place needed. Plus, the apartments themselves are beautiful. I couldn’t even tell they’ve been lived in they were cleaned so well. Brand new stainless steel appliances, the carpet felt soft and clean, the countertops are all granite, and the bathtub is huge. Plus, I was worried about the highway noise since it’s right off I-20, but I can’t even hear it. Not even during rush hour. Every building is independently secured with blue tooth key fobs and they offer amenities like the pool year-round, 24/7 gym access, a 24/7 WiFi cafe, fancy grills, a dog park, a walking trail, fancy Amazon lockers, to smaller things like picking up your trash Sun-Thurs, food trucks in the community, and the online portal. I was originally worried about the smaller square footage but there’s so much storage and even in the smallest unit there’s 2 good sized closets not including the washer/dryer closet, and the huge bedroom closet that you could almost fit a bed in. On top of all of this, figuring out new utilities and companies was a breeze because they attached it all for us in a welcome home email, and then the services reached out to us! If you want upscale living with management that cares, I would really really recommend Creekside at Hudson Oaks. Oh, and ask for Hannah, she’s FANTASTIC! (I wasn’t paid to leave this review, I’m genuinely ecstatic and want to help these apartments)
I have been living here for almost 7 months. I loved the community. Everyone here is nice. Maintenance is always available and friendly. Its in a great location. I dont have to go far for anything. If your looking for a new home, I would search around. The building is nice but the ongoing complaints is tiresome.
Creekside is by far the most beautiful place I have ever chosen to live at ever! Although the new buildings are still being built the grounds are quite and the construction works are so amazing and polite and working fast!Mackenzie and Kelly are total SHE BOSSES at the front desk, these two women are one of the reasons that we committed to choose Creekside. Not only did they remember our names they have listened to our needs, wants and desires and have busted their butts to get the job done! This is the only place where I feel comfortable talking with neighbors and staff. This is truly a one of a kind place!
I love it here! The apartments are brand new and beautiful. The office staff is great, especially the manager, Heather, is on top of everything and very personable. The move in process was so easy they were well organized. I would recommend Creekside at Hudson Oaks to everyone 10/10!
This is a beautiful place to live and the price is just right! The only thing that really sucks is coming home at 11pm to find out all the parking around your whole building it taken and even the building next to yours. They tell you not to park in retail but, those are the only let’s say 20 spots open. I really hope we can figure this parking situation out quickly because it’s not fair to the one who listed their vehicles in the lease. I also saw someone had to leave a sticky note saying “this is paid carport parking, please move” because they have no where else to park.
I moved here two weeks ago and I was warned about the maintenance here and they were right. It’s 105° outside and I’m wearing a full suit, and I cannot get in the building. My key fob will not work, and every time I use my code, it says access denied.. I’ve called the office, and was transferred multiple times to the wrong people or hung up on. I submitted a ticket over an hour ago and I still haven’t received any type of response. I also messaged the maintenance directly from the ActiveBuilding app, and they have yet to respond. This is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe this will help get your attention to let me in MY OWN APARTMENT!!!!
10/10. I love living here and EVERYONE that works here. Nice apartments with very nice amenities. Dog park, pool, HUGE hot tub, gym. Everything you would need. Anything I’ve ever needed Lamar or Sandra made sure i got it and I appreciate that. Plus to top it off I’ve made some really amazing friends.

I have been living here for a year now and I am more then happy with the experience. It is very well kept with plenty of amenties to statisfy anyone. Marissa at the leasing desk is always helpfull with any questions or concerns I might have. She responds quickly and always has a bright smile to make your day
Ashley, Morgan and Marissa are amazing. Although, I am not much of an apartment person and disagreed on many things, these ladies made living here for the last year amazing. I highly recommend this place due to the fact that the ladies are awesome and good at what they do!!
Beautifully laid out complex. Kelli the leasing agent was great. She helped us get my mother-in-law all moved in and set up . The club -fitness area is resort like in both appearance and features. It has the biggest hot tub I have ever seen. Nice to have a luxury apartment in town that is reasonably priced.
My wife and I found Creekside at Hudson Oaks online, while searching for a place to live in Texas. Neither of us have lived in an apartment in, well, let’s just say a long time. We were transferring from another state and needed a place to live while we build our “forever home” in Texas. The website and photos were very convincing, but we must say, the customer service provided by Kelly and Mackenzie was nothing short of top notch. They were the icing on the cake for us. We rented a 3-bedroom apartment, sight unseen, based on website marketing material and the guidance of Kelly and McKenzie.Upon arrival, we were met by the manager, Heather. She was just as nice and professional as Kelly and Mackenzie.Once we moved in we discovered how incredible this “community” is. Nothing here feels like an apartment; rather, it feels like a small town with incredible amenities.
MOVE IN! DO IT!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!!I love this place! Recently moved and out of ALL the places I’ve lived at here in Texas, this is by far, the absolute best. Mackenzie helped make everything with my move in run smoothly, even staying late to help. She works so hard and I really appreciate everything she’s done for me and my husband. Maintenance came to fix a lightbulb 15 minutes after I put the request, Lamar and Kevin are also so funny and friendly, you can tell everyone here loves their job and they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The residents are great too, just a super friendly complex all together. I feel safe at night, the amenities are great, Walmart, starbucks and other retail places less than 2 minutes away, and needless to say the BRAND NEW apartment is AMAZING!!I will be staying here for years on end! 😍
Have lived here for about 4 months and have had consistent issues with this place. The amenities are the only thing this place has going for it. Otherwise its an overpriced luxury apartment. I say luxury because its nothing special from any other apartments on the inside. The noise from the highway is of course loud so its expected, but the issues lie with the people who live here that make this place so intolerable to live at. The people who own dogs around here dont pick up after them, so the entire place is full of dog $hit and attracts flys. Even though theres plenty of doggie bag stations everywhere! Property maintenance doesnt pick it all up, which again, I dont think they should be fully responsible for it. But this is ridiculous with how much of it there is, its disgusting. The parking lots constantly have trash in them from the garbage bins overflowing and just people in general being lazy and not caring enough to pick it up when they drop it. Theres trash in the ponds, theres just so much of it everywhere. Theres ALOT of theft that happens here and managements response is always along the lines of, well keep your stuff locked up and it wouldnt be an issue which I get it but multiple people have had their cars stolen, broken into, and garages broken into. They have a bunch of hidden fees for paying rent aswell and will nickle and dime you for problems you complain about with the house. Dont complain to management about any pests or youll get charged for the services; more than itd cost you to do it yourself. The office girls can be nice but are the kind to talk mess and have overhead them speaking badly about tenants when paying rent. Just be weary if if youre looking for a place, maybe not this one.
I wanted to like this place, it’s brand new and nice amenities, however it’s not anything a poor management company can’t ruin. My biggest issue is the serious fire alarm problems - up to 3x per week - for over a month now. The management company didn’t acknowledge it at all until my 2nd complaint and no noticeable improvement of rectifying the situation. The frequent false alarms have led to more residents not evacuating, so they’re setting us up for disaster if there ever was a true emergency here. Really poor quality of living for the price they charge in rent, would not recommend.
Moved in at the end of August and have loved living here so far! Management is super nice and helpful! Apartments are modern and spacious, very clean, and maintenance is very timely and efficient. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in the Weatherford, Hudson Oaks area!

I loved it at first but it went downhill fast! The hot tub has been broken almost the entire time I’ve been there. The pool and grill area were shutdown for the beginning of summer for over a month and all residents were padlocked out. You will get charged for a valet trash service that doesn’t pick it up most of the time. The landscaping consist of a bunch of empty pots. You will be charged resort prices for a place where everything is broke down the majority of the time.
Creekside is AMAZING! Great location and good prices. The pool is my favorite but I also love the cycle room! The management is amazing as well. Sandra (property manager) and Amy (asst manager) are soo sweet. 💕
I have received exceptional services they are very nice in the leasing office and were on top of everything in the application process and making sure that I was satisfied with everything in process 100% recommend if you can afford it very nice apartments makes you feel like you’re in a house not a complex

The staff is so professional .The manager, Ashley is so sweet and is always helpful .They create a welcoming environment for everyone . They make it so easy to work with them and talk to them
Living here has multiple perks. One of the best perks is David. He is our favorite maintenance man. Quick to answer calls, but always takes the time to make us feel like family. Thanks, Olympus, for hiring the right team!
Sunridge management are crooks, they double dipped on my apartment when I left (against the law) and didn’t return the money owed to me(which is in the thousands) they never answered my calls and ignored every message I left. This apartment is managed by them. If you want your credit to be affected and not be able to buy a home later, lease from them!
If you are looking for a home, look no further than Olympus Hudson Oaks. Everyone was super helpful and patient during the whole process. Great living at a great price with exceptional amenities.
This property by far has my favorite staff . They make it easy to talk to them while still being professional and polite ,They are some of my favorite people to work with .
Love this place, friendly staff and always welcoming! Whenever issues arise they are always quick to fix. Recently ran into an incident with a flat tire due to a nail. Likely this nail/screw was because of the new construction. Creekside genuinely offered to reimburse me for my inconvenience.
I give 5 stars but would give more if I could! The maintenance men are: Efficient. Considerate. Friendly. Very helpful. And I can always trust that they will do their jobs to their best ability. The crew that we have right now is just the best!!
Sad to say, we just moved in about 3 months ago, there had been break ins” to vehicles. They sent out a message about this situation and to not have anything visible in vehicles. Also said they have a courtesy officer who is patrolling . 1 day ago my fiancés truck was sadly STOLEN. Where was the patrol officer? Posted on the board in the app numerous times for the community to be aware of this. However they were all deleted/ taken down. They do not care what so ever for their residents or they would be notified with what is happening. Please know there are no cameras or anything before you move into this place.
Honestly it’s like a home away from home, it’s very relaxing and peaceful and just the perfect place to stay when I just need a good get away. I highly recommend it and it’s very family friendly if you have kids or family coming with you.
This is probably the most chill apartment complex ever.... lots of good times and the staff is AWESOME!
Fantastic apartment with great amenities and pet friendly! The management here made my move in so easy and carefree! The location makes for a quiet community that is still near most everything you need. Highly recommend this place!
