The service I received from maintenance guys was excellent in and out of my home quickly. Made sure everything was working properly and asked if I had any other issues.The front office staff are amazing helped me with setting up the proper tools on my phone for getting information for rent and other information on my home.Thank all of you for what you do.

We pay astronomically high rent but we have dirt and mud for our front yard. Been over a year since they put “new grass” in our front yards and the grass died instantly. They said it was the sprinkler system that was broken. Over a year later and there is still no grass and just dirt and mud everywhere. Our tree died and they pulled it out and there is just a hole there. They don’t care, they won’t ever fix it. There’s always an excuse. We have dogs and when we take them outside to go to the bathroom when it rains or after it rains, they get muddy. Don’t even get me started with the dog poop getting smushed into the mud because nobody picks up after their pet…and then my dogs will step in it. Our front yard is gross. A swamp when it rains. BUT the front area of the complex by the office has great green grass, it’s always perfect.

If you have a set budget , This is not the place for you. This place charges you for the same fees 3 times in a row . My rent was supposed to be 1780. Somehow I am paying 2200 because of all the added fees. I dont recommend this place. They also dont enforce people to pick up after their dogs . So far I have stepped on dog crap 5 times

Very smooth move in process. Friendly staff. Shared facilities are nice and clean. Apartment is a great size with nice appliances. Absolutely no issues with anything.

Have lived here for about a month. The whole move in transition was very smooth and easy. Brittani was Absolutely Amazing went way beyond her scope of work to assist me. Helped setting up direct deposit for all my utilities and rent. So far , I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a gated apartment community in the area. Dont think anything else compares!

Another year contented residing at the Olympus Apartments. Parking provides a safe-feel and plenty of walking space for yourself or your pet . The landscape is kept up while the flowers change with the seasons. For the active families and also adults only, a variety of Meet and Greets are planned. At the Olympus Apartments, you will find office staff who go the extra mile and a hard working maintenance crew. The layout of our apartment offers all we need such as an updated kitchen and nice size laundry room. What we love the most are the many windows letting the sunshine come in. We couldnt imagine living anywhere but here at the Willow Park Olympus Apartments!

Olympus Willow Park is a great place to live. The amenities are amazing and the property is beautiful. Plus, the staff are friendly and professional. Brittani is absolutely amazing and quite possibly could be Captain Marvel in disguise! She helped make my move a reality. Walked me through the whole process! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and the property!

Maintenance is a joke. They dont know what they are doing. Had my oven out for 2 months before they put in a new one. Groundskeeps keep driving trough the grass breaking the plastic for the water sprinkler system so there is always mud!!

Taking my review back after my experience with this abomination of an establishment was destroyed by incompetent management. You pay for luxury living, and get some of it. Felt comfortable where I was, which the location is the only reason I would give it a 2 star review.If you are prospecting this place as a place to live, dont. You pay more than 90% of other complexes that give you similar to the same amenities, including the same cheap appliances that their techs dont know how to fix. I have had, on more than one occasion, things broken to the point of replacement with normal wear and tear and told they were fixed when they clearly werent. Had my families health and safety compromised with outside elements because they refused to do things in a timely manner. If youre into pissing money down the drain, this for sure is the place for you. If you dont believe me or take my word, just go over to the other negative reviews that the staff goes to lengthy measurements to hide and cover up that will tell you the same exact thing.

We just moved in this month so far everything’s good. The community is great the people are great. Brittani took care of us from a month ago to March 1st. She was great. She explained everything also guided us every step of the way I couldn’t be any more happy I like this place for my family.

Brittani was the best leasing tour I’ve ever experienced. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with moving to the Willow park area!If you’re looking for a new home Olympic is definitely worth looking at and Brittani hukill is the leasing agent to tour with! 10 out of 10 customer service!

My husband and I moved from out of state so a lot was done through email and phone calls, we thought that was make it a harder and more complicated process, but Brittani was so efficient and helpful throughout it all! Her and the rest of the Olympus team made an extremely stressful move a lot less stressful with their help. We love our new home and are grateful to have such a beautiful neighborhood!

I have been living here in one of the Townhomes since September of last year, and there has been numerous maintenance issues. This morning, the household was woken up at 6:30 am by the fire alarms going off throughout the whole house, due to yet another roof leak in which water got in and pooled around the upstairs fire detector, damaging the wires and setting them all off. We tried calling the emergency line several times to no answer. This is not the first time weve had water damage, and the last time we were left with a massive hole in the roof for a week after maintenance came to fix it. After a week they patched the hole but did not leave the patch to dry before they painted over it. These new complexes are built so cheap for the prices they charge, and with as many shortcuts as they take to fix a problem, I would not recommend these homes to families as it is not safe for the tenants.

I love Olympus apartments in Willow Park.Very quiet, friendly and I love the management.I call and they service quickly. The grass isn’t so great but a lot of it has to do with the soil. It’s very hard to get it to grow. I’m going on 3 years.I love the location as I drive the metroplex every day and my office is in Weatherford. Grocery stores are close, Walmart, HEB, and Brookshire’s.A few restaurants and near to the hospital.The service team are very professional and always willing to help. Now let’s keep the rent down and I’ll be a really happy customer! 😜

We just moved in this weekend and love it so far. Everyone here is so nice and helpful especially Brittani. We like the area its quiet and clean and safe. Maintenance is quick with our requests also.

I’ve lived here about 6 months and absolutely love it. I highly recommend to anyone. One of my favorite things about Olympus Willow Park is the location. Traveling into Ft. Worth is quick and easy but at the same time, you feel like you’re out of the hustle-bustle because it’s so peaceful & quiet around here. The staff here at Olympus has been friendly, professional and accommodating. My first maintenance issue was addressed promptly by Taylor who was very knowledgeable & professional. The grounds are very well maintained and the resort-like pool is gorgeous. There are nice walking trails nearby and hiking trails at Lake Weatherford are only 5 miles away. I’m really happy here & contemplating upgrading to a larger unit at the end of my lease.

Living here a year was everything I expected. In the process of finishing my home. Brittani was very helpful during the process. I recommend this property short term and long term!

My little family and I just recently moved into Olympus Willow Park 06/2022 and I cannot tell you the amount of appreciation I have had towards the entire staff so far! Ashley and Chrissy in the main office have always been so nice and patient with me and all my questions and answer them promptly even when we were just looking and inquiring before deciding to make Olympus Willow Park our home.Taylor and Evan with maintenance have been so professional and kind with answering my questions and taking care of our apartment maintenance. So far this property has been nice and quite and clean which is appreciative! I would recommend Olympus Willow Park to anyone who is looking for an Apartment community!🤩

Office staff is so nice and extremely helpful. Move in process was easy and they helped me every step of the way. My apartment was ready on time with no issues at all!

We just love living here at Olympus Willow Park. The amenities have been wonderful, especially the pools being very family friendly. My commute to Fort Worth is only 20 minutes and there is never any traffic in the mornings. The maintenance staff has been very helpful. Taylor has been prompt and helpful every time we have needed him.

We moved in a little over a year ago not knowing what to expect. We’ve loved it so much we moved into a bigger unit and signed another 13 month lease. Whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue Taylor has responded promptly. I turned in a maintenance request for a burned out light and he responded within a couple of hours. Sheena has always responded to my emails within hours if not quicker. I spent a lot of time at the pool this summer and it was always in top notch condition. We feel extremely safe here. Our neighbors are quiet and no loud parties. I can’t say enough great things about Olympus Willow Park.

We have lived here for about 3 months now and I have waited to give a review until I was able to get a feel for what it is like to live here. I will definitely update this review as I continue to stay here, but as of now, this community has been great for us. We always feel safe and comfortable here and we appreciate all the amenities available. Some people say owning a house is cheaper, but the area we owned in previously ended up being much more expensive especially when you factor in paying for amenities not included, and homeowners taxes. We came into this community without knowing what to expect but we are happy with our decision up to this point.

Ive enjoyed every minute living here at Olympus Willow Park. The staff is very friendly. My commute to Fort Worth takes me about 30 minutes depending on traffic. The wonderful amenities here are family friendly. The maintenance staff has been very helpful. Taylor has been very quick with getting any issue fixed.

My family and I lived in these apartments for a few months so that we could get a feel for the area. Every single member of the staff was professional, courteous, and kind. We felt safe and comfortable - any maintenance issues were handled very quickly. The saltwater pools are great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Taylor is so quick to respond to all maintenance requests. He does a great job! We appreciate him!Ashley has been such a big help to us since we moved in this month! The area is quiet and neighbors are friendly!

I am living in the Olympus Willow Park apartment for over two years and overall had an excellent experience at the property. I really appreciate all the staff members as they really try their best to make you feel like a ‘family’. When I first came to the office, I met Mr.Doug and Ms. Sheena who gave me a brief idea about the apartment complex and gave me a tour of the property. He is very respectful towards the military members and is very mindful about the activities on the property. I particularly remember that when my parents were visiting from India and they had to leave to catch a flight back, he personally helped them in booking the UBER and assisted them with the luggage. Similar way, Ms. Sheena and Ms. Stacey from the office are always reachable and explain everything in great detail. They really respect your time and will always guide you in the best possible way. The property is gated and it makes you feel very safe to walk around and use the various amenities in late hours. They also have a very efficient maintenance staff whether it comes to fixing something in your apartment or taking care of the community resources like gym, pool and other public areas. The management has recently upgraded the gym, game room and also added the business center which clearly displays their commitment towards giving the residents a better experience. They also try to arrange various events on a regular basis which gives a chance for the residents to bond as a community. Willow park is growing up in general and there are plenty of places close to the property where you can hangout like coffee shop and brewery. As a member of the military and growing up in a foriegn country(India) in a similar environment and this place really makes me feel ‘home’ away from ‘home’.

I have lived here for almost 4 years and love it! I love how close we are to FW, but at the same time out of the city. The trails and Shops at Willow Park have definitely been a plus for living accomodations as well feeling safe in this community. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. As for maintenance, Taylor is there to help with any maintenance request as soon as possible and fixes it in a timely manner.

Great place to live !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have lived here for about a year know and I love the place. everybody is very friendly and is a great environment for kids and adults. the staff is very helpful and I enjoy just getting to come up to the office and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and chat. the grounds are very well kept. every problem ive had has been taken care of within 24 hours. all around great place the part about this place is that they make it fill like a home and cant forget the little gatherings that they do here every three months. the food trucks and the bounce house for the kids is just great. I just want to think all the staff here at the village. keep up the good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love living at Olympus. Willow Park, the office staff makes sure that everyone feels at home. Ashley, goes above and beyond-- by putting together apartment community events, to always lending a kind, listening ear. This is a wonderful place to live, and attribute that to Ashley Brown!

My mom lives at Olympus Willow Park. They have a lot of amenities. The apts are so nice inside. The best thing about this place, the staff. The manager and the employees are more than exceptional. I can’t say enough good things.

I have yet to move into my apartment but leaving this based on the application process. Although it was quite a lengthy process to get approved in our case, Brittani was incredibly helpful and worked really hard to get our application approved and get us the best deal possible!

Im regretfully having to move out of this complex because of job relocation. I have really enjoyed my time here and the staff was excellent. I have lived in over 4 different complexes over the past 6 years and it was nice to have a staff that was constant, caring, and willing to go above and beyond for their residents. The grounds were always well kept and I had no issues with any appliances or apartment mishaps. I will miss living here and recommend that anyone looking for a place, give The Village at Crown Park a look, you wont regret it!

Such an amazing place to live, and Ive been here over a year!! I dont need assistance often, however, when I do ASHLEY (Asst. Mgr.) ALWAYS goes above and beyond! I recently submitted a service request for some minor items and EVAN completed them extremely quickly!! When I arrived home (gone for a short time) I didnt realize anyone had been in my apartment other than the service request papers present showing the work that had been completed!!

I have enjoyed my time living here :) The staff is so awesome to work with and Taylor is the best when it comes to getting things fixed. Its a very clean place and very well taking care of . I love my neighbors and the summer time is the best by the pool. I would tell you to move in here and you will not regret it !!!!

AMAZING!!! This is by far the best option in the area. I shopped for months and months comparing prices, value and amenities. Olympus won my business and has continued to earn it with their great customer service. I have been here nearly a year and will definitely renew my lease.

We cannot say enough good things about this place. From the very beginning Staci and Sheena were wonderful! They made us feel so welcomed and answered every single question which we had, told us exactly how much things would cost, there were no surprises at all. We felt perfectly safe here, Doug who runs security is extremely attentive to all that goes on! We were so sad to leave and would like to thank all the staff for being so kind and welcoming!

The whole staff is awesome! Krissy (manager) is courteous, professional, and polite. She truly has the best interest of the residence at heart. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home. I searched all over Weatherford when I moved out here, and these are by far the best in the area.

First, the good: Resort style pool, fitness center, pool table and even a movie room. Close to some great new businesses. The common areas are very nice. There is a courtesy officer that is always around. He is awesome and my kids love chatting with him! They have small events for the residents - this is much more frequent than when we first moved in.Now, the Bad: 1) Lots of rules, little enforcement of these rules - there are rules about pets that I guess are hard to enforce? There are always pets off leash, and they are often not cleaned up after. There are rules about having items out in the breezeways or non-permitted items on porches. Their idea of enforcing these rules is to put notes on doors about once a quarter. They dont seem to keep track of these issues. Ive been asked 3 times if a grill in the breezeway belongs to me (it doesnt) and finally, after many months, it was removed today. I definitely dont even care that it was out there but I think if you are going to have the rule, I guess you should enforce it right? There are more similar rules issues, but you get the idea.2) Maintenance - This has improved over time but there are still some fairly large issues. Ill just stick to the recent or ongoing ones. First, when it rains there is a large amount of standing water just right outside my back porch. You usually cant walk out there for a few days after it rains and it is the perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes. This has been a problem for at least a couple of months and there were smaller pools of water out there before that. We have mentioned it multiple times to staff. Today the manager dodged the blame by telling me kids were stacking rocks inside the grate. Im sure this is true but I cant imagine there is nothing that can be done about it other than going on the defensive when questioned about it. Find a way to lock the grate maybe?Today maintenance staff was cleaning up the breezeways by power washing and they let a good amount of water into my apartment entryway. Luckily I was home and immediately cleaned it up. I opened the door just to let him know that water was getting into the apartments and his response was that it is unavoidable and cant you just clean it up with a towel and would you rather me just not clean the door?. I got the same response from the manager who didnt seem to be concerned about any water damage it may cause to their own property or mine. She also wasnt concerned about any residents who may come home unaware of the cleaning going on and slip and fall in the water inside their apartments. My suggestion is to notify residents ahead of time and make entry to the apartments to clean up the mess as needed OR dont use the power washing method to clean the doors.3) Disorganization - I dont know how else to describe it. It took us 4 or 5 attempts just to rent an extra storage space because they couldnt get it right. Also, when we first moved in they seemed to have a really tough time keeping up with maintenance requests, despite having a ticketing system in place. I would ask about something for the 2nd or 3rd time and they would say Im sorry I thought that had already been completed. Or, they would tell us one thing and do something completely different. Maintenance responsiveness is one thing at least that I can say HAS improved as theyve added more staff. But still... As another reviewer put it, the staff tends to politely blow me off when issues are brought to their attention.Theres more, but Im tired of typing so Ill just say I wish I had not renewed my lease. Also several of the reviews on this page I can see were written by the staff.I hope this helps anyone considering moving into these apartments. If the maintenance/staff issues arent a problem for you then you might love these apartments. I mean the pool/fitness center is great and the community events are good but the management leaves a bit lacking for a luxury apartment at the top of the market rent price range.

One of the worst renting experiences I have ever had. People not watching their children and letting them roam around the complex throwing rocks, shooting people/things with airsoft guns. Apartments were built too quickly and cheaply and it seemed like I constantly had issues with brand new appliances or my upstairs neighbors sounding like elephants due to the poor build quality. The office staff only wants your money and does not care about you one bit. Do not rent from these people. You can literally drive 8 minutes down the road and find better places.

This is our second time staying at Olympus Willow Park and both times we have loved it! The staff is attentive, punctual, friendly and goes beyond just managing the office. I love that they hold events for the residents and all the amenities make it well worth the cost.

I just moved out of my apartment after 2 years. It was definitely bitter sweet. Hated to leave there. I know it may be a little pricy but go look at what you’re getting before you let the sticker shock scare you away. It’s a beautiful place that we called home!!!

Stay as far away from these crooks as you can. They will charge you for any and everything. If they cant find something, theyll make something up. They will make promises regarding fees then pretend they dont remember. We received our move out statement showing they owed us a refund. 2 months later they said it was a mistake and we owed them. You cant trust anything they say. They never returned one call we placed if it was an issue. Maintenance? Forget about it. We had to track the maintenance guy down ourselves. Very cheap building materials. Also, the pool rules are laughable. They will post notes on every door saying no glass bottles at the pool and then you will watch the staff party with alcohol (in bottles) and smoking all around the pool. Rules are for tenants, not staff. So glad we are gone.

Love living here. Close enough to the city but just far enough to where you can enjoy deer by the dog park. Staff is super helpful especially Taylor. Anytime I have issues...which is rare...he fixes it fast. Going to miss this place when I close on my house.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I moved in May 2014 and the first night in the apartment my neighbors below me were having a party and stayed up late into the night. This loud partying continued for months before management agreed to let me move to another building. They should have made them move not me! So when my lease was finally up, I cleaned my apartment and it was well taken care of and spotless. I expected my deposit back and only got $ 30. They just try to charge you for everything they can. I give this place two thumbs down.

They charge the tenants for EVERYTHING! Such a rip off. Multiple non refundable deposits and crazy fees. Tenants are forced to pay to use the trash contractor, pay for exterminator, etc. Very over priced for what you get. Aledo schools are great but ts not worth all the expense to be in the district. You have to give 60 days notice that you intend to leave at the end of your lease as opposed to the industry standard 30 day written notice. Therefore, you end up paying the last month there as well as the first month + deposits at your new rental. Its all about the money at Crown Park...The maintenance guy acts like he has a law degree. Hes a complete know it all that thinks hes the complex master... Tenants are treated like theyre doing you a favor to let you reside there. Would not recommend to anyone. There are much nicer and reasonable places all around Parker County.

Not a good renting experience. The only positive was we were the first renters in the apartment. You are not allowed to have anything on your porch and will be written up for it. We told them about a water leak in our ceiling, and it took them 5 weeks and many phone calls to get the roofer out to fix it. Kids run all around the complex too. They also make you pay for Valet Garbage $25 a month even if you dont want to use it!

We are halfway through our lease here and have had a great experience. Our neighbors are all very friendly. The staff here is amazing and take care of the property as well as residents needs.

This complex is awesome! The move in process which can be overwhelming was made so easy with the patience and help of people like Ashley Brown! I so appreciate the people who keep this place clean, functioning, and a joy to live in :)

Ashley in the office is a very kind and considerate person. When it comes to issues with dogs, she definitely has their best interest at heart.

Mr. Owen exemplifies what a dedicated employee stands for and always maintains a positive approach to a problem. Its difficult to find a person(s) that maintains a positive attitude towards their chosen career field anymore... Taylor Owen is that rare person that wants to help a resident in a time of need. and does so with confidence and a sense of appreciation. Kudos to Taylor Owen as well as the entire Olympus Willow Park team.

Unbelievable! Terrible place to live. Cannot believe the way they treat their tenants and tenants guests. They may be a “gated” community but that does not stop the unwanted people from getting in. They do not treat their residents properly!

One thing I can say about Olympus Willow Park is Ashley is a huge asset to this company!! She has ALWAYS gone the extra mile for me! She takes customer service as a huge part of her job and does it well!

Ashley has been amazing. If you have a problem she knows how to solve it and do so very quickly. She is the only one I work with anymore.
