Now that ive moved out, i can share that Scott and the maintenence staff are always on their game. Id have an ETA on service requests of 48 hours and hed show up in 30 minutes and fix the issue. If I could hire him for my house I just bought out of state, I would.

So far the experience has been fantastic! Lindsey and everyone else at the leasing office have put their best foot forward to help me get set up here.

LOVED living here! It was my first apartment and it was a great experience. It always felt very safe, clean, and my neighbors were respectful. The gates were closed 99% of the time. My boyfriend and I had the same unit for 2 years. In my experience, management was always very kind and efficient. The same goes for the the maintenance men here. Most of our issues were resolved very quickly. The staff had a pool party on their days off one time and shared burgers and banana pudding with us (delicious). Cute little events were always being held for children and adults. There are very good hearted people working here. Overall, this was a wonderful apartment complex that felt like home to us for a long time. Thank you!

This is a great place to live! I know this because the property manager Addison Fundis lives on site. She is one of the smartest and sweetest people i have ever known and she wants to take care of her tenants and the property they reside on!

I’ve been here for a little over a year now, I love it here! The girls in the office are rocking it in there! Wish they got more recognition.Maintenance is always quick and efficient! The property is beautiful and well managed.Definitely recommend this place :)

This place is exquisite, every morning I walk out onto my patio with a full cup of coffee and greet and wave at my fellow thespians as they walk their dogs, the dogs even wave back!Addison at the front office is an angel without wings, while I do not see her as often as one would like, every chance meeting brightens up my day like the sun rising over the Swiss alps.Come on down and rent a home of your own, and if you see a man standing on a patio sipping some coffee, wave and I promise hell wave back.

To start, this staff is unmatched in my opinion. The units are always taken care of and you can tell they enjoy their jobs and want you to have the greatest experience you can have moving into your new apartment home. I have lived here for 2 years now and we just signed our 3rd lease. Absolutely love everything about this place. The maintenance is so well. The pool and gym are always clean. The office ladies are always so sweet. Addison is always there to help, she has been nothing but the sweetest to me and my daughter, and she is always on top of things. I don’t think there’s any better apartments in weatherford for the price of these.

I dont live here...yet!!! I have been calling around complexes in town and the girl that answered the phone here was so great!!! Kaleigh, was such a pleasure to speak with!!! She very patiently answered all of my questions, and offered to help in any way she can when the time came for me to apply. I just wanted to let you know that you have the best office staff ever! My mom has been with you guys for years and Miss Shelby has always gone above and beyond to make sure any and all of her needs and concerns are a top priority. She is extremely pleasant and professional any time we are in and her lovely decorations and plants are just beautiful. They make the office so warm and inviting even on the worst of days! I can’t wait to come back for a visit with mom just so I can stop in at the office and see what new plants she has added since the last time I was there.

Lived at this property since 2018, in two different apartments and had an amazing experience with both units! Maintenance is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Office staff are very accommodating and kind. The ceilings are high, the living rooms are spacious, there are connections for full sized washers and dryers, the dishwashers and garbage disposal work very well, and the built in microwaves are super convenient and space saving! The garden tub is great for soaking and the water pressure is great. Covered parking and garages are priced very fairly. I love this property and would rent here again, I recommend it to all of my friends! I only moved due to buying a house!

My husband and I did a recent short term rental at Residences at Holland Lake and had a great experience start to finish. The property manager, Addison, is amazing! She is extremely friendly, organized and very professional. We also had nice interactions with several of the maintenance staff who do an exceptional job of keeping the property in top condition. We rented a one BR unit which was clean and nicely finished. Location is very convenient, just a short walk to Holland Lake Park as well as several good restaurants (R&K Cafe and Little Panda). I-20 is two minutes away. If you are looking to rent in Weatherford, look no further than this wonderful apartment community!

We had lived her previously and had not such a great experience with management changing constantly. This time around we had a wonderful experience from the get go due to Addison Fundis in the front office, she was understanding, caring and very helpful. We’ve been here for a month now and anytime we have questions or concerns she’s quick to respond and help in anyway possible. Anyone looking to find an apartment to call home come here and speak with Addison!

Best apartments in Weatherford with the best staff! All of the staff have lived in the community so they are all very passionate about their job and can put themselves in the residents shoes. Shelby is very knowledgeable and made the leasing process easy and quick. I loved living here and I would move back in a heartbeat if my path ever brings me back to Weatherford!

There are only good things to say about my experience living here. From the friendliness of the office staff, to quick maintenance response time, to cleanliness & upkeep of the grounds & pool - I’ve been very happy with their professionalism. I recommend this private, quiet location to anyone needing respite from the daily grind.

We have lived here for a year and it has been a great experience. It is a very clean complex and very quiet and nice people. All of the staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any maintenance request I put in got done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend these apartments

New management is very nice and helpful. The office staff has always been helpful to me, the previous manager was not. I have had good experiences with maintenance as well. The apartments are what I expect from apartments, a little higher in price than I prefer, but think its fairly standard anymore. Overall, I would recommend.

Addison in the front office is spectacular!!! Shes the assistant manager in the front office and is always so cheerful and helpful!!! ❤️❤️ repair work is always done promptly and the grounds are well kept.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is my second time to live here and would recommend to anyone. If I ever have an issue I can go straight to the manager Charlotte and she is always happy to help. I couldnt be more pleased. (A lot of the bad reviews you see on here are from the old management staff...and yes they couldnt care less about the tenants. But Charlotte has made a HUGE difference!) If youre looking for the best apartment for your $$ in Weatherford, this is the place to be.

5 stars isn’t enough in my opinion. I found myself in a situation that required I move ASAP and as a single parent, was already a stressful and emotional process. The girls in the office (Galena and Nicole) have been nothing but supportive and encouraging, as well as patient with my hundreds of anxiety-ridden questions. I looked at several places before deciding where we would call home, and not one of them had the customer service and genuine concern that this office did. These girls cared about my situation and made this as easy of a transition as it could be. I couldn’t be more thankful and more happy to call this our home now.

If I could give a lower rating than one star I would , the staff here is incredibly unhelpful, they never answer the phone and when you leave a message they do not call back and if you look up the management company that owns (sunridge management) this place they are only a 3 star rating and all of the newest reviews are one star with terrible reviews as well so I guess this entire company has problems helping people with issues and having rude and unhelpful apartment managers.Update: not sure what the response to this review is about, as I am not trying to end my lease currently .

This place doesn’t deserve one star but since that’s not an option. I went here today to apply for an apartment seemed like it was nice, I had to pay for the application fee and leave a deposit just to apply. Totaling $300. I came back later after reading the reviews online which made me worried so I wanted to walk around, since I was not given a tour, and see if I could speak with a few current residences. I was not pleased with the grounds or their comments. There was trash through out the complex and according to the residence multiple issues with bugs within the apartments, issues with extra hidden fees they don’t tell you about, it shows washer and dryer but those are actually just hook ups, they are not provided as it seems they are, and it is hard to get a hold of the office during business hours. After doing this research, all within a few hours of my application, I called to ask the office about it, they were no help, couldn’t even try to talk it up or defend themselves from the comments. They did confirm they have been under the same management since at least 2010. I told them I decided not to move forward with my application and was then told that I wouldn’t be getting any money back, not even the deposit, which was not told to me in advance that it was not refundable. When asked why she said it was to take it off the market, yet it was still showing as available. Needless to say, I would avoid this place and find something nicer and check the reviews first!

Shelby is awesome,and very helpful with any need i have. i have lived here for 5 years and have not had any issues. shelby and the front office people are very kind and considerate to all live here. they are all wonderfiul assets to your corporation.

I am a 64 year old retired teacher. Ive been around and have lived in many apts before so I thought I knew what I was getting into when I signed the contract for an apartment here. Never have I been more wrong. This experience has been a financial nightmare. Management changed no less than three times in the course of my six month lease. The apartment was nice, the location convenient, but my biggest shock was the never ending unexpected costs! Rather that paying online, I went to the office and sat down in a chair and asked what I needed to write my check for. Paid it on time or before time, every time. Then, I would discover (after the fact) that I had extra expenses, (never once mentioned while Im paying my bill!) and then charged overdue fees on top of the expenses! People, I shut off the electricity (I went back to my husband - we were separated), and came once a month to check on things. I left it cleaner than I found it (no pets, no smoking, no furniture even (I slept on a mattress on the floor). I was charged for leaving it vacant! Because I wasnt using electricity and was trying to cut my expenses, I shut off the electricity - so they charged me approx $60 a month for not having electricity, and that was only one thing in an itemized list of charges that was TWO PAGES LONG! Then, even though I left the apt. turn-key spotlessly clean, they took my entire deposit of $200 and charged me over $330.23 on top of it for even more utilities, Vacant Recovery Costs and late fees. Seriously? The reason I even continued paying my rent until the 6 months was up was because if you break the lease, they charge you IN THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and tank your credit if you dont ante up! When you sign that lease, you give them the legal right to do it! This has been a horrible learning experience and financial disaster. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, If you do decide to rent here, sign that contract with your eyes open and know youre better be prepared to pay MUCH MUCH MORE than you are initially told when you sign your lease. They will nickel and dime you to DEATH (only dont die, the contract you sign says you are still liable, believe it or not!). Only the nickels and dimes are more like HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS....and that is even when you played by the rules and didnt break the lease and paid your rent on time! BEWARE!!! BAD, BAD IDEA TO RENT HERE!

Lived here for years with the same management company, The property manager Addison is smart and helpful, the property is very nice with great amenities and is always kept clean, and is really chill place to live.

Absolutely love the atmosphere Shelby T. has created! The decorations for each holiday as brought such a cheerful and welcoming environment.

Id give 0 stars if it allowed me too. Management was rude, apartments are NOT worth the money you pay. When your upstairs neighbors go to the bathroom in the middle of the night it shouldnt sound like the roofs going to cave in. When they walked through the living room my ceiling fan light would flicker on and off. Manager was informed and nothing happened. The place is as horrible as the parking situation is. Save your money and look elsewhere.

While living at Holland Lakes wasnt terrible, I agree with many on how they are somewhat sneaky when it comes to the ACTUAL monthly costs. Yes rent is x amount, but then they throw in another 150-300 per month in water (which you pay the same if you are 1 person without a washer and dryer as your neighbor with 3 people and a washer and dryer pay because it is a shared expense), trash, pest control and anything else they can think of to add on.Like others, I left the place much cleaner than when I moved in, but had to pay for cleaning. After paying my final months rent and receiving my $150 deposit back they still say I owe almost $300!Renter beware is all I will say. I have rented numerous times in my life and have never had an experience as financially draining as this.I dont need the contrived reply message saying how terrible you feel that I had a bad experience because it is clearly not true. If it were true you would change how business is handled.

Gabrielle should be manager, not Amber. These apartments are considered luxury, but inside are average at best. The office is up-to-date though. Thats about it.

Patches on counter tops. Rent is way too expensive for what the apartment looks like. I was shown a nice 2 br before move in. The 2 br I received is in horrific condition. They fix nothing! I am again, emailing corporate. These are not luxury apartments. They are on the way to being ghetto apartments. The same you would find in a Section 8 neighborhood in St. Louis. I am completely dissatisfied and very let down!

Within that of up-to-date courteous within rates as well as that of apartments it is that of my knowledge knowing that they do go on an income based regimen which is three times the amount of that of your monthly income to be able to provide apartment services for you for the public this place offers that of theater pool barbecue laundry and weight room awesome place to live must seem I hope I need the requirements thank you friendly courteous front desk help thank you!

Absolutely horrendous place to live. Mold in vents, no A/C for over a year, fans don’t work, carpet is gross and cheap, outside is always covered in dog poop, no parking, gates don’t work, pool is very small and dirty, leaks on every window, water doesn’t work half the time.

A company should know how to run an A/C unit into a building, The a/c is so weak it cant handle all the rooms and can thus make the bedroom temps become higher than 85 degrees
