I rented for over a year. I had bug from before I even moved in and they would never take care of them. Plus a got a letter in the mail saying my rent was going up. I got it 2 days before the rent was due. I was never late on rent ever and they knew about the bug problem. Plus when I called about the rent increase being there 2 days before the first they blamed the mail.

****BEWARE******DO NOT RENT.... Shady Oaks is infested with bed bugs!!!! I called the office due to the fact I noticed bugs on my couch I have never had bugs and the office responded that if the apartment next to me wasnt so infested that I would have received their pest control bill of $600. My couches were ruined and I was accused of bringing the bed bugs in to their apartment. Previous reviews stated that residents already have had a bed bug problem. (Shouldve read reviews before I moved in) Per pest control they are in the ceiling, floors, walls and window seals. They were in and out of the apartments constantly with biohazard suits on. This place was an absolute nightmare to live in and the staff has been horrible at best in helping. I seriously suggest people please reconsider before dealing with these people and their apartments. They also try to have you pay to remodel their infested apartments when you leave that were very poorly maintained. Floors giving away when you walk on them, huge cracks across the ceiling, huge cracks across the walls, not to mention the bed bugs in all of the cracks that were coming from the next apartment. Per pest control it was super infested. Worst experience of my life....

I LOVE my apartment as it is really cute and was clean and had minimal issues moving in. The landlords are actually nice and understanding and they are lovely ladies. The maintenance men are quick and dependable. The rent is affordable and the lease terms are great too. Would highly recommend doing business here!!

I rented an apartment from them for about 2.5 years. I was a great tenant, kept to myself, followed the rules, and always paid on time. When I moved out, I paid someone to help me clean the unit even though it was disgusting when I got it. When I turned in my keys, it was spotless, and damage free other than nail holes. After moving out, I received a letter stating that I was being charged $250 to repair the nail holes, I was also charged for two sets of blinds that were old and in bad condition when I moved in, and several other erroneous charges. In a nutshell, they not only screwed me out of my deposit but they also charged me an additional $150 on top. Now they have reported the $150 to a collection agency. I am going to pay it to avoid damaging my credit but I have pictures from when I moved out and will be contacting an attourney. I do not recommend this company. They are crooks. Be aware!

Paid them all throughout the covid-19 even though I didn’t have to cuz they legally couldn’t evict and when I finally moved out after 2.5 years they charged over 500 and took my deposit for damage to the blinds and “stains” on the stovetop? I was set up to make payments and they never sent an invoice for me to pay them and sent it to collections. do yourself a favor and don’t rent from here

My families stay at Azle Creek Apts was great. Anytime we had a semblance of an issue we would contact the property manager and she was always very professional and polite. She would have her maintenance team come out promptly as well. The maintenance team was also very polite and did their best to fix an issue we encountered. The management team also did well in communicating any local concerns that affected the property i.e. the winter storm or local accidents that shut down our electricity. The neighbors were all very quiet and nice as well. Overall a calm community where you could feel safe and comfortable to live in.

My husband and I are in the process of divorcing, and I needed to find a new home. I worked with Vikkie Elder. She made my stressful time a lot more bearable. She kept in constant contact with me, while we waited for a move out and cleaning of the apartment. It was a very good experience.

We are so greatful to be here at Westridge Apartments back with AAA Properties. Vicky and Valerie are very nice and down to earth. Lenny, the maintenance man and Luis are kind and fast at fixing things. Lenny even put a temporary window unit in while waiting on the compressor to be mailed so we wouldnt suffer in the heat while moving in. It is really nice here too, like the breath of fresh air weve been praying for. I would definitely recommend working with AAA properties. 😊👍

My wife and i have been renting threw this company for about 6 months now and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Im looking forward to our stay here and hope we are able to stay a few years to save up for our first house. So if your looking for a place that runs like a well oiled machine and makes you feel like family i would highly recommend this company hands down!

We have lived here going on 8 months and have had nothing but a great experience.The maintenance is awesome and very dependable when we need them! Also our main lady in the office Rocks, she is very kind and helps with all questions!

If you only require the basics in a great location and dont want to be gouged on rent, this is the place for you.

The apartment staff (if you can get them on the phone) is absolutely rude! They turn the ringers off if it rings too much cause they drive me crazy when they ring all the time the office girl informed me. I still have yet to have things in my apartment fixed and despite getting rid of a dog I was not suppose to have they said they were filing eviction. After a week and a half of not being able to get ahold of them they decided not to file eviction because they did the paper work wrong and I know my rights! I found out because I got a Notice to Vacate on the 2nd because I didnt pay rent. Although Im the only one who received a notice which is absolute discrimination and was only due to the fact that I know the apartment laws and I pointed out the things wrong with my apartment and the laws they were breaking. This place is an absolute joke the staff is awful and dont plan on ANYTHING getting fixed.They say its all bills paid to get you in but it wasnt until the day I moved that they said I didnt make enough money to have an all bills paid apartment (cause that makes sense)I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! But you get what you pay for I guess.

Ive labelled this 5 stars so I know itll be seen. Please reconsider staying with AAA properties.Especially! The chateau apartments / townhomes. WE recently moved after having found a used needlein the driveway and getting stopped on our way back from the laundry matt and searched because someoneturned it in. (not to mention after the cops left they left the needle on the ground good job on that one guys.)The whole year and few months we were here we were welcomed with problem after problem. We were sandwhichedby an old italian lady who would vandalize your cars windows with paper and tape that left residue claiming you owed hermoney for parking their, or being waken up by her dogs. (which is funny cause its a no pet policy).And the drug user next door literally bantered at us because we parked in their spot on our first day.So welcoming, let me tell you.Then on the other side of us we had a very clear drug using couple who if they werent fighting slammingdoors and terrorizing eachother outside they were loudly fixing their cars outside or grilling so close tot he fenceyoud think your backyard was on fire or youd walk out and be greeted by smoke.To top it off, the crew gives much more to be desired. Our first day there our drug using neighbour and the maintennance manJason, were outside drunk and smoking pot and walking by our window at 11PM peaking and harassing us for literally no reason otherthen being idiots. We had to deal with this kinda stuff daily.Our bathroom toilet never seems to stop flushing, you can literally hear the water leaking down walls because theyghetto fix everything. They tell you not to put food down the sink yet they have it so easily accessed by animals ont he roof,that a squirrel can get stuck in your piped and back up EVERYTHING.Youll constantly hear rats or god knows what running around in your ceiling, and youll swear that you have termites becauseyoull find wood dust literally all over your dishes in the cabinets everytime you open them.During our last week there, we had this atrocious dead animal smell stink up our whole house, to which it took them 2 days to even come ask about.Not to mention if youre unlucky enough to live in the townhome by the laundry matt ( that doesnt work WORTH A FLOP and is constantly down.)youll find mold all over your windows and floors because of the bang-up insulation.I have hated living here, we were so glad to finally get out when we did out of all the neighbours we had we only had one couplethat we liked and were nice and they left about the same time we did. I urge you to reconsider staying with anything from AAA properties.For your, your childrens, and your families safety and sanity.Thanks.

Went to get an apartment for the first time and they were really helpful nice and just all around good people can’t ask for more you should really check them out :)

The management/maintenance staff here are wonderful! i’m always able to contact them when needed and get a quick response! they definitely stay on top of taking care of my complex

The apartments are not clean before you move in, the carpet are so old and stained, no painting was done just a dirty looking apartment. If you like roaches this is your place.

I have been living here for about 3 years now ! The Staff are great things get taken care of fast , Im very pleased to live there, I would recommend it 👍😊

Was 5 stars needed repainting after I left they use the deposit (thats literally whats its for) now they are trying to charge me 1100 bucks I feel lied and scammed thanks guys you didnt even try to call me you sent straight to collects
