This community is fantastic, and the office staff is exceptional! I absolutely love living here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. However, my only complaint is that some tenants don’t pick up after their dogs, despite the numerous poo bags and trash stations available throughout the property. Please be considerate and clean up!

Such a great experience! The office staff was so kind and helpful from leasing to move in. They made the process so easy and helped every step of the way eliminating so much stress for me!Everyone here is so kind. I love the fact that they truly appreciate the residents here and do all kinds of different events to bring everyone together.

Arguably one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in and it’s only been a month. First, I was overcharged upon move-in for a support dog that I had papers for. Was given credit back for that. That’s fine, whatever, gave them another chance. When I moved into the apartment, it wasn’t cleaned either. So as I was moving in all my stuff (drove 15 hours), we had to move around the cleaning lady as well. I booked the apartment weeks in advance and scheduled my move in date as well so they had time to prepare. The place was filthy. Second, I applied for a carport in October. Triple checked to make sure everything was okay with that spot. They said it was good, and I had my doubts as it said on my app that the request was still pending. But they reassured me everything was okay so I went about everything normally. Got a call today, letting me know that that spot that I had requested a MONTH AGO and had been parking in for that entire month, was rented to someone else. So, instead of honoring that, and realizing their mistake, they moved me to a separate parking spot that is farther from that original spot. No one notified me on payment, I figured it would’ve been taken out of the $400 I had in credit, but no. Not only that, but they tried to charge me my first month’s rent, even though it was supposed to be free. So I had to call them in order to get that taken off. I requested an ice maker in my fridge a month ago as well, and i’m still waiting for that. But at this point, my expectations are considerably low so I think i’ll take my chances with an ice tray. There is dog poop everywhere, so be careful where you step, as I have stepped in it multiple times on my morning walks before heading to work. I don’t think they’ve said sorry once. I pay a lot of money for this apartment, I can’t tell you how frustrating this experience has been. I’m just disappointed.

My family and I moved in almost a month ago and have loved it so far. Quiet community and the apartment is very nice. Lisa in the leasing office is also super great. Very nice and personable. Highly recommend.

This is an incredible place live! I am always greeted by very friendly, helpful and happy staff members! The apartments and amenities are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!..not to mention the location cant be beat!

Do not rent here. I pay $1500 for a 1/1 and have to park all the way at the office and walk across the entire complex every night. 10/10 do not recommend. Counting down until this lease is up. People don’t clean up after their dogs, sprinklers are broken all over the place. It smells weird all over the complex. They do not uphold any of the standards they portray nor do they enforce any of the rules. “Parking is not guaranteed” is in my lease, but I didn’t think 1 car for an apartment would mean I couldn’t park my car anywhere. I hate this complex.

Everyone is so rude. Staff is unresponsive, they never enforce paid parking. They refuse to take disciplinary action on those who park in paid spots that are not assigned to them. Free parking is non existent. You will have to walk a ways at night to get back to the apartment. Always dirty no matter what around the apartment. Nobody cares and there is dog crap always on the side walk.Roaches, spiders, crickets and ants everywhere; despite the pest control fee we pay. They will expect you to take matters into your own hands for pest control and the door weatherstripping is awful. Crickets haunting you at night always..There is no ventilation if you have the closet attached to the bathroom. Expect mold and mildew ridden clothes. I have had to throw away all my uniforms for work and half of my clothes.All the appliances here are cheap, including the washer and dryer. The finishes are poor on the base boards and clearly were slapped together quickly.The trash piles up always. It’s actually disgusting and so cheap of them not to pay to get it hauled away at appropriate times or build more dumpsters. It will go over the dumpster walls, into the road most weeks.They will not allow any personal items in the yard you pay for. You WILL get an email saying to remove it ASAP.Threatened to shut down the pool and amenities . They said for the summer due to misuse on one persons part, however the people who use it appropriately are the ones who will be punished instead of the individual responsible. We do pay for these things as well.They will never keep toilet paper in the bathrooms over the weekend with heavy use. Never clean the gym floors or fix equipment. No attempts at all. The trash is always over flowing and there has been no hand sanitizer in the gym for a long time now, it’s disgusting. The hand towels given to you all stink so bad. They are not washed well and it shows.

Beautiful apartments, amazing location with the grocery store so close. The price fit my budget and the agent Lisa was so nice. Cant wait to move in.

Recently leased here and have not been disappointed! Dustin in the front office helped with finding the right unit and was accommodating throughout the entire process! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

The property is very clean and well maintained. the new manager and entire matience crew go above and beyond for us! everyone in the office is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues we have. we love birchway hudson oaks!

Everyone has been great! 💥💥Lisa and I had obstacles getting my lease completed. We had major issues due to the previous night storms. No internet/ systems down. We maneuvered and I’m so thankful! She’s great!

Reese is awesome, hate that she’s leaving this location!!! I just signed my second lease here, very quiet & neighbors are courteous. Lots of deer come up next to the apartment. Very beautiful & priced competitive.

This is hands down, the best apartment choice in Parker Co. Not only are their prices very competitive with other apartments in the market, but their leasing team is so amazing to work with. Ever since I walked through the leasing doors, Ive been very satisfied with everything. I received the most thorough walk-through tour. I also loved how honest Abigale was through the whole process. She makes you feel like much more than just another resident/customer. I love the layout of the apartments & the advancements in technology they have included like controlling the thermostat when youre not home and not having to use a key but a code to access the apartment. Anyways, if youre looking anywhere else for an apartment, youre definitely looking in the wrong place!

The application process was easy and Abigale was so helpful. I got my keys to my new, beautiful apartment and I am in love with it. Great light. So many plugs. The open floor plan is awesome! More storage than my previous apartment. Two minor issues that were fixed within an hour of reporting it. The vibe and community spaces are just incredible.

Some bug issues, from ants to spiders it’s annoying to see. We pay for pest control monthly and yet there are roaches and crickets invading.I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t for the price of this apartment and the extra fee for pest control.

One of the best application processes Ive encountered in renting. Abigale and Reece made the process smooth and ensured all of my needs were met. The community is lively and inviting.I was also given a tour of the unit and was certainly amazed with how nice the build was. This place definitely gives a luxurious presence, along with washers and dryers provided!I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.

What a beautiful property! Such a friendly and helpful staff, great location, and the property has a lot to offer. I definitely would recommend this property as it has become home!

I really wanted to love living here. I have held off on this review for two months waiting to see the outcome. However I have decided to go ahead and review. First of all I had several issues moving in which all but one has been resolved. Still waiting on a bran new shower to be fixed. Discontinued parts ???? Also I have been waiting on a referral fee which I am yet to see . I am repeatedly being told it is being processed. Two months later ?If you need a call back from management do not hold your breath. I have been very nice about this. My internet has been out all Sunday late afternoon. Called it in. No call back. I do not even know who supplies our internet to call my self.Make sure you ask a lot of questions and get all info before signing your lease. I trusted all would be well considering this complex is a new build. I also have very noisy upstairs neighbors whom I have complained on as well. I did tolerate for quite sometime. Again I wanted to love it here. If things change I will update this review. At this point I wish I had stayed in Fort Worth.Update 9/15/23Shower is fixed. I am still waiting on the referral $. Also noisy up-above me neighbors. No security on duty. This is something I do miss. This is a large complex , if you have a noise issue I guess call police also this issues have been addressed many times to management regardless of the response

Don’t let them fool you, super nice when applying but once you’re a tenant they don’t care about you. Moved out after 4 days because of a broken feces filled pipe from upstairs that overflowed to my whole apartment. Tried to “clean” but it was horrendous, no help from the manager other than an offer to move into an unfinished apartment that had wires exposed, drywall scraps and construction dustThere’s so much more to this story , just please don’t bother they’re not ready for tenants. Keep looking please.

Amazing staff and a beautiful apartment complex!!! VERY polite and attentive, unlike other apartment complex’s in the area!! Birchway has an amazing community that makes me feel like home. Plus, I get to live right next to HEB!! Huge perks. I love living here!!

The apartments are new but living in my apartment with my wife has been a nightmare.

Really bad parking and I could say more but I won’t. Just really bad parking.
