Fox Hollow Townhomes

My daughter grandbabies and I have lived at Fox Hollow for a little over 4 years now and we just love it. Its exactly what weve looked for for our family and its affordable. And Heather and Caitlin are both really awesome. They work with you and its just a pleasure to have them there! I highly recommend it!

Kept up town homes with multiple play areas for children. If they just had their own splash pad park.

I lived here and had my house broken into a couple times. It was made easy by the poor window locks and the people they rented to. I even had a lady threaten me while I had my kids at the pool. The manager was always extremely rude and pretty snooty and the maintenance man was just as bad. Then they made it seem like it was my fault when I took the problems to the office. I tried to get things taken care of but eventually had to break my lease. They filed on my credit for $16,418, my monthly rent was $820. Even if I had left the day I signed the lease a yearly lease only totals out to $9,840!!

The assistant office manager is a liar she tells you one thing and dont follow through Ive been trying to get into these townhomes for a while and always being told not sure if anything is available or coming up soon just recently was told it was opening coming in April to keep in touch to check stubs in she forgot to give me application had to go back and get it still was no update on that up-and-coming townhouse for April just called a few days later and of course its been secured by somebody else I call that bad business

This place is a good place to live and they are big house but the rent is kind of high to me!

The property manager is awesome. As long as you communicate with her she will work with you.
