Our son & daughter-in-law are being relocated from Anchorage, Alaska. Mom & I did the preview, and the legwork for them. We were fortunate to work with Karla Cordero via telephone (during her recent illness). She ensured that the home sale & closing was progressing while maintaining regular and timely communication with the new home owners. We cannot speak highly enough about her attention to the details of paperwork involved. If there was a question, she had the correct answer.We were also blessed with Ossiel Maldonado, builder/superintendent; a man with an eye for quality craftsmanship. During our walk through, he had very few items that needed correction. He goes the extra mile to meet customer satisfaction. Every house that he builds becomes a home for someone; but his mission is to complete each as though his mother would be living there.Karla and Ossiel are true professionals, a great community team, and an asset for Antares Homes. First let me start by saying the home I purchased built by Antares is beautiful! But they install cheap systems into the home. Such as HVAC systems. The home I have was built about 5 years ago and the ac system has gone out multiple times. I was told they installed an undersized system based on my home size. I am now having to pay for that. My system has to work extra hard to keep my house cool and it’s causing it to go out! So before you buy one of their homes thoroughly check the ac system!

Karla was great, no pressure and thorough. The homes are beautiful with many great features.
