Trinity Classic Homes was wonderful to work with! Chase Hughes was very communicative and helped navigate a few special requests from my clients. Their project manager has impeccable attention to detail and ensured the home was perfect and ready for move in day! If you’re looking for a reputable builder that takes pride in their product, Trinity is a great choice!

Kim has been such a breath of fresh air with her professionalism and eagerness to help with every thing we needed fixed. She has been proactive in checking in with us and then making sure things were completed. She even came to our house and had some items repaired when there wasn’t anyone else available to do so. We have been super impressed with her work ethic and highly recommend her!!

Workmanship is subpar to say the least. Spent months after closing fighting to finish walkthrough items and results were shotty or still not complete to this day.During building process, asked to speak to owner multiple times and company avoided. They just sent out the Forman that was good at giving excuses or feeding lies to avoid responsibility. The design team made incorrect written promises to what products our home would include, that was NOT what was installed. When Trinity was confronted at a meeting between the Forman and, surprisingly, a new Design team member, we were told there is nothing they could do about the misinformation. Again, I asked for the owner, no response. Originally we were willing to upgrade products but told they were already included.Trinity has been a headache to deal with and has a very poor customer service approach. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this company. If they would have made good on their mistakes, were honest and allowed me to voice my concerns to the owner, they could have avoided this review.

From the very start things went beyond great from our salesperson Staci to the builder Bradford can not say enough about them. They both are full of integrity and went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend them and the Trinity family. Thank you Trinity

Amazing Texas homebuilder! I love how the house has all the characteristics of a high-end custom home with no corners cut, and still very reasonably priced for my family budget. I have owned various properties both out-of-state and in recently constructed Texas neighborhoods from national builders - most who put houses right on top of each other. But now thanks to Trinity having built on a large lot with land and space, we really enjoy the open-air freedom surrounding us. Thank you Trinity - it’s too bad there aren’t many others doing it like this. I look forward to watching my home value appreciate. Who knows, perhaps years from now, after great memories have been made, it will continue on for generations in our family legacy.

Kim Robertson & Chase came out and fixed our door. There have been times in the past where their communication was terrible and it not be unusual for over a month to go by before even hearing a response on our service orders. Not this time Kim Robertson reached out within 24 hours of service request and then they here fixing the issue within 36hrs. Quality of their work was excellent.

We are currently in the planning and design phase of our home, and Chase and Amanda of Trinity have been fantastic! It’s not easy planning and building a home a thousand miles away, but both Chase and Amanda have been incredibly accommodating and have excellent communication skills. We are looking forward to the construction of our home and expect the great experience to continue! Thank you, Trinity, for helping our dreams become a reality! We will update with pictures and the overall experience as we move along in the process!

I waited a few months before posting a review of Trinity Classic Homes to get a true feel for their product, services, values, and commitment. I purchased a home in May 2024 and had a punch list of items not caught on my detailed walk-through during the purchasing process. The 2-10 Home Warranty was easy to use and everything was addressed promptly. They did not procrastinate like most builders do with warranty issues. The subcontractors sent were very professional and punctual. It shows the Trinity vets their subs and demands professionalism. I have experienced too many times where a contractor throws blame onto the subs and takes no accountability. Trinity certainly steps up to the plate and deals with issues with an outstanding attitude and I know it can be difficult dealing with us new home owners. Thanks TrintyMitch F.

We started the buying process with Staci, who made everything super easy from start to close. Shes been responsive every time weve needed something or had questions. While Daniel wasnt involved with the build of our house, hes been more than accommodating with any issue that weve had. I couldnt have picked a better process and team. I cant say enough positive things about Staci and our experience with Trinity.

I am a local Realtor in Weatherford Texas. I just recently closed on a deal where my team and I represented the buyer that was buying a new Trinity Home farmhouse. The whole experience working with this builder was exceptional to say the least. They were super responsive, always willing to keep buyers happy, us as agents informed, and the best part, they offer an amazing product and with a very competitive home-warranty. We truly recommend this builder to any buyer or buyers agent that is looking for new construction in the Parker County area! We will definitely bring more buyers! 😊

We purchased our home in Spring 2024 and are so happy! Working with Trinity Classic and Staci has been a dream. Staci walked us thru the process from start to finish and continues to check on us and our needs. Staci is professional, but also caring and very personable. She was able to make the process seamless and stress free. I can’t imagine buying a home without Staci by our side.

Moving from california to Texas to build our dream home on 2 acres was daunting, especially from over 1,000 miles away. However, Trinity made the process seamless. Their constant updates, including photos and videos (with the occasional drone shot which was a nice touch), kept us involved and assured. The craftsmanship is top notch, reflecting our vision perfectly. They met every timeline and navigated all challenges, ensuring a stress-free experience. Trinity Classic Homes is the team to trust for anyone building from a distance. We love our new Texas country home, thanks to their exceptional care.

Workmanship horrific all my door frames and all windows were installed sideways to we’re the did not close and you could also see daylight it was so bad it was almost like it was done on purpose. Multiple calls was made to Daniel he is unresponsive he could write you a lifetime warranty but you may as well throw it in the trash because he does not stand behind his work or even answer his phone. Terrible business man makes promises he can’t keep any one who has ever worked gets the run around I have spoke to them personally this is probably why he can’t keep competent employees to install doors. Me and a X business partner of Daniel is currently in the process of filing a law suit against Daniel and trinity classic homes on a seperate matter but I will be making a blog and website in case any one has any questions I will also be uploading pictures and videos of my issues

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Trinity Classic Home Builders. The lack of communication after we closed has been frustrating and unacceptable. All of the original employees who we had a good experience with are now gone.Emails and phone calls have gone unanswered for weeks now. When I did manage to get in touch with someone, the information provided was often vague and unhelpful. Our punch list was incomplete at the time of closing and remains incomplete. I was told to put in a warranty request and my requests have been “deferred” or “excluded”The lack of response on their end has made what should have been an exciting process into a source of constant frustration.I cannot recommend Trinity Classic Home Builders due to their severe communication shortcomings. Its essential for a builder to keep their clients informed and engaged, and unfortunately, Trinity Classic Home Builders has failed in this regard.

We happened to stumble upon a slab of concrete at the end of a culdesac one afternoon and felt like this was the place we were supposed to choose. We set up a time to meet with our sales rep Paige and as soon as we walked into Trinity Classic Homes we KNEW this was the direction we were supposed to go. Paige was absolutely amazing through the entire process. She was very informative, patient and responsive. Once we got everything rolling we got to meet with Amanda who was our design consultant and she was also amazing, helpful, and responsive to all of our emails, changes, etc. Our home took a little longer than expected but that happens in new construction and we were prepared for that, plus everything worked out exactly like it should have with Gods timing. We have been in our home for a month now and absolutely love it. Thank you to all who were involved in helping us build our dream home!

Purchased my home in June 2023 and it was a nightmare from the beginning. First off, the communication with this company is horrible across the board. I was never told I needed to supply the propane tank to the home until I asked about it before closing. I was forced to rush to find any company that could install before closing and the response from the entire Trinity team was “sorry”. The builder argued with me about every item I noted that I wanted repaired in the final walk-through, the day of closing (even down to chips in the cheap granite countertop). He had an excuse and reason he couldn’t fix anything for everything that wasn’t a paint touch-up. About 6 weeks after closing. Trinity changed their warranty repair process and they were to be submitted through a third-party website. The warranty company is unresponsive and their website is just as bad (desk top only). Every single warranty repair has gone ignored, even after texting the builder and calling the warranty company. The only success I’ve had with getting my repairs done is by leaving a comment on Trinity’s social media pages expressing my frustration - that has seemed to make things move every time. They do delete the comments - which is unethical in my opinion. One of my repair requests was for a leaking window. This request was submitted in the fall, it took 7 weeks and chasing people to finally get someone to acknowledge the request. It was not repaired and my window is still leaking. I submitted another request for the window to be repaired correctly on Jan 8. Ignored again. I chased the builder down and was finally informed that he no longer worked for Trinity. News to me! It took a few comments on Trinity’s instagram (once again) sharing my frustration before a builder reached out. Supposedly he came by today to look at it but I haven’t heard from him (even after texting him asking for an update). The homes are beautiful but look closely at the quality of workmanship. It is ATROCIOUS for a 500k+ home! The cabinets are shoddy, none of the drawers close properly, they have gashes in the face frames, the shelves in the cabinets don’t fit properly (also repaired and still faulty) the countertops are some sort of cheap “granite” or quartz and chip and scratch very easily. My toilet has already broken, the back door was installed backwards, with the hinges on the outside of the home (safety issue) it is not sealed properly (another repair that was made and not to quality). I’ve emailed the President of Trinity expressing my frustration - no response - not surprised that this is the type of company he runs. This company is absolutely horrible and I do not recommend purchasing a home from them. This is my 4th home to purchase from a builder and it is by far the WORST experience I’ve had. There are plenty of builders in Parker County, no need to waste your investment on a company that only cares about the bottom dollar and looking good on social media.Edited February 13. The builder responded on February 7 and said he’s just waiting for the framers to get back with him and he’ll let me know. Nothing has been fixed and no communication. I also have not received a response from the President of Trinity.Edited February 20. I messaged the builder on February 15 inquiring an update on my window repair. Have not received a response.

UPDATE 5/6/2024: It makes me so sad to update my review. We do not recommend buying a Trinity Classic Home.We are now a year and half into our home and Trinity is not following through on our warrenty items. We even have items that have been on the list since before we moved in. We have communicated clearly with them and have been more than patient. For anyone who is thinking about buying a Trinity home, please reach out so my husband and I can share about our poor experience.OLD REVIEW:We adore our Trinity home!! Building a home in todays time can be very challenging. Our builder, Chris Ferguson, has been amazing and continues to communicate with us for the few items that need to be installed post move-in due to delays that are out of their control! The girls in the office quickly turned into friends and were a blessing to work with throughout the build process! We love our peaceful location and the fact that we were able to get a home on 2 acres at a great price!

We bought our house from Trinity after construction was mostly finished. As is standard with new builds, there were many things here and there that needed attention. This is our 3rd new build house, so we expected warranty fixes to be slow and annoying, but this was NOT the case, because the guy managing this, Kyle Ferguson, was awesome! He responded to everything immediately and professionally! When Kyle was on the job, things were fixed when he said they would be, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right! Right before Christmas, we had a pipe burst (due to -17 degree weather) Kyle had the plumbers here within the hour! Thank you so much, Kyle, for being so great! We really appreciate your hard work and professionalism!

This is an updated review, Ive deleted the original 5 star review:Weve been in our house for a year and a half. As with everyone weve met, things started off great. We left 5 star reviews everywhere we could, we even let trinity record a video of our family to share how great things were. It became an inside joke with some neighbors/relatives/friends that we were the face of trinity because of how highly we spoke of them every chance we got. As soon as we moved in things took a turn for the worst. Weve been very patient, giving trinity the opportunity to show us who they are as a company. A year and a half later weve realized they have showed us who they are as a company.. a terrible company. This is not just our experience with them but also the turn over rate.Since we have been in the home we have had to deal with 9 different point of contacts. Each time having to start over with each builder/warranty rep. Each time receiving promises from trinity employees who didnt complete jobs, and because that employee no longer works with trinity we had to suffer from their turn over rate by not upholding employee promises.Weve had warranty items submitted since move in, and items to be completed/repair since before moving in. It has been a year and a half and we are still fighting with trinity to have items completed. The companys follow up and follow through is terrible, however, they are extremely quick to respond with a no, aside from that you wont hear from them for weeks. When you finally get your repair completed, their contractors create more damage.. i.e. electrician came to repair an outlet in our fireplace stone creating cracks in it. floor repairs (might i add still incomplete) have left us with incomplete baseboards for over 7 months! Our home is extremely inefficient, they said they would send someone out to check attic insulation causing cold/hot air leaks (after a trinity employee already told us theyd get this fixed because they did see the problem) later email after assessment no work is needed how can you assess something you havent not even put your eyes on. These drafts throughout the house are so bad it will blow out the flame of a lighter if you hold it next to an outlet. We had leaking windows/doors for 9 months causing mildew and mold growth. These are only a few examples, I could go on, but this review is long enough..If you really want to know more, please come knock on anyones door that lives in any of their communities, especially on feather lane, stafford trail, or stafford road, and they will all tell you not to build with trinity.

Word of caution: Trinity has totally changed their business model since all of these pictures were taken. They cheap out on everything now so be careful if you think you’re getting what’s in the pictures!EDIT: Trinity’s reply is absolutely false. We met with the staff multiple times and were shown pictures of homes with features that they no longer offer. We were excited to move forward until we saw the cookie cutter, cheap houses they build now in person. Avoid this place at all costs!
