I have been using Don Kelly for my mortgage needs for over 5+ years (closing on our new home and refinancing). My husband works in the oilfield so the pay structure is different but it has never been an issue with Don as it has for other lenders During Covid-19, my husband was laid off. We contacted Don and explained our situation and he gave us options. We were able to close on the date we requested and skip two months of mortgage and take some cash out. He makes the process easy by explaining every step and answering any question.
