I rented from Mitchell Real Estate for 3 years. The first year rent was $1295 with lawn care included. Next year I did a Month to month & it costs a extra $100 , so rent went to $1395 & no lawn care. As of May 1 after 3 years my rent was $1595 w no lawn care. Than the owner died at the end of May & I & the other tenant of the Duplex was given 2 months to move. I moved early June 20. I cleaned everything, on my hands & knees. They charged me $225 for a cleaner to dust ceiling fans, wipe out Microwave, wipe off 2 drip pans on stove top and the Master bath tub that had been painted and was eroding over 3 years. Than they took $200 of my $400 pet deposit (which I guess is for fixing pet damage) but charged me $350 additional for some pet wear & tear on a door. I think they use this extra money for a Slush fund to pad their pockets for their income or a Christmas party. Disgusting

Have been renting a home managed by Mitchell Real Estate since March 2021 while we get our permanent home purchased/built. The ladies in the office are very sweet and easy to talk to. Anytime I have required maintenance or had any issue with the property, theyre very helpful and quick to resolve the problem. They work fast to fix the issue, call the necessary maintenance companies and keep communication with me throughout the maintenance process. That can be a rarity with management companies. Anytime I need something, they answer the phone and have always been very wonderful to speak with. My application process was flawless and easy as well. Thanks for good service.

This place is not honest. I have had two conversations with Patty and they were both awful. If you need something handled talking to her will not help. They charge $200 for a cleaning service after moving out. We were not told about this and when I called they stated they did this after every move out. Yet again we are never told. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. They stated items that were dirty that we were charged for and they were also dirty when we moved in. My last conversation was asking if they could look at the pictures they took before we moved in and compare them to the pictures they took when we moved out and see if we were really supposed to be charged $200 for a cleaning service. I’m really trying not to be bitter and just talk about facts. We were also told that we had a year lease and we would have to find someone to take over or we would be charged. Our lease stated that it was a month to month lease and Patty told me on the phone that they let us leave. I said no I submitted a 30 day notice and left. We were also left to fend for ourselves when we had issues with the neighbors smoking pot in the duplex and we could smell it on our side. Paula told me that I needed to talk to them as she couldn’t do anything. Then she talked about retribution from other tenants when disputes came up. This whole company besides Chris in the office just gives my husband and I bad vibes. We will never deal with company again.I will update this post when I hear back from them after looking at the pictures.

I rented a house in weatherford Texas. My deposit was 1,295. With a 400 dollar pet deposit. I moved out after a year . The house was nice and never bother the realtor and paid my rent early every month. When moved out they charged 700 dollars. For you say. Cleaning carpets. Only had carpet in bedrooms and hall. I steamed cleaned them. They looked good. Had it professionally cleaned whole house and it wasn’t bad when I left. I took pictures. Then charged me 225 for cleaning. I had 2 lightbulbs burned out and couldn’t reach them. Charged over 50 for that. This place will steal your deposit at every chance. I was mad at the cleaning and the woman working said there was toothpaste on mirror and the cleaning lady had to do a few things. What a lie. Go to honest place to rent. This place isn’t honest.

We lease our home through MRE&M. Great agency. Very professional, friendly and courteous. The ladies in the office are so helpful and on it when we have questions or issues. Have appropriate maintenance out immediately (plumbing) within a couple of hours and less urgent issues are handled within a day or two. Their service people are always considerate, professional and thorough. Cant say enough about the lawn service. Terrific crew! Would like to eventually move into something a bit larger and hope its with MRE&M. Have a blessed day 🌻

There really aren’t enough kind words to describe Paula. She is very knowledgeable and has been so helpful during the home buying process. Her honesty is unsurpassed. I’ll definitely use her for future home purchases and would highly recommend to friends & family.

They have a property for 795 a month in Weatherford. When I inquired about it they tell me its already been approved for someone else and that I can look at theyre other properties. They have one other property for almost 50% more than what I was inquiring about. Cant afford it. This company is a scam BEWARE!!

Mitchell has my rental property and was checking on Appfolio charges now being charged. Great company with friendly staff.

Mitchell Real Estate manage the apt complex ,English Oaks Apts. Very friendly, professional and swiftly see that any problems are quickly resolved.

Went through them to try to get into rental paid the 80$ for them to run back ground check they called saying my husband had a bad background which a complete lie I told them they where wrong and need to run it again I said this happened before they looked at the wrong person instead of wanting to help they started treating me very rudely and said if I insist on doing it again we would have to pay again this is the worst place full of judgmental thieves
