I am a small business owner who rented at 108 S Main St for 2 years. The property was sold to whomever Parker Douglas works for. In this time, they have not been the slightest bit understanding or helpful. Every time there was an air conditioner leak, (I believe I have put in 10 air conditioner leak request just in the past few months) you have to go on their portal to make a report. Their guy would come and “fix it” and never actually fixed anything. I returned to work after things were “fixed” to ruined property including my desk. When I mentioned my desk had been ruined, they did not even mention reimbursing me for my property getting damaged. Every time I would come back to my place of work, there would be water ruining my things. You can’t reach them on the weekends if you have a problem. I worked specifically with Tami. She was the “middle man” for the owners and myself. The owners nor the management company are small business friendly at all. I would not recommend this building, the owners, or this property management company to anyone. In fact, they are very anti small business. They will 100% not work with you on anything. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Small business owners beware! They also made sure to nickel and dime my deposit while also making me wait the full 30 days to get a part of my deposit back. If Parker Doulas is involved in any rental you have, whether it be home or small business, I would look elsewhere.

Ive been renting a house here at 1445 w.ball st. for a little over a year now. It was a newly remodeled home with new appliances. Everytime weve had an issue, we have submitted a claim thru the portal, and the property manager or home owner has contacted me about what time would be best for maintenance to come by an check out the problem. Let me add that upgrades to the house have been made to the home while living here, like garage doors and windows. I might also mention that the home owner calls me periodically to check and see how everything is going. Ive always been a home owner, and this is my first experience as a renter. Im very satisfied with my experience with Parker Douglas reality.
