This complex has been under new ownership and management a few months now. They are very attentive and professional. The grounds are maintained and pest control is included to all units. They are open to suggestions and are very accommodating to tenants. All of our maintenance requests have been acknowledged and resolved extremely fast including when our refrigerator needed a part replacement and our dishwasher was completely replaced when it quick working. The complex shares desire for a clean environment so they are strict on maintaining your front door appearance as we all should be. The location is convenient and close to stores and shops. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a rental!

I made a comment around a year ago about how disgusting our apartment was. There was holes in the wall, carpets were disgusting they couldn’t even vacuum them before we moved in plus stains everywhere. The place was infested with roaches as well as dead bugs left behind.Anyways it’s been six months since I lived there & now they’re trying to charge me for the holes & carpets! I’ve deleted the pictures I had because I didn’t think I’d need them almost a year later!UPDATE:Found some pictures this place absolute trash do not live here‼️

*FALSE ADVERTISING*: is described as the crime or misconduct of publishing, transmitting, or otherwise publicly circulating an advertisement containing a false, misleading, or deceptive statement, made intentionally or recklessly to promote the sale of property, goods, or services to the public.These Newly Remodeled apartments were remodeled around 2014. Read the comment from the co-owner. So how can you display a Newly Remodeled sign, on your property? Hmm.I WOULD NOT move here. These are not honest, good people. Especially, the landlady. In my opinion shes, unqualified, rude, fake and hardhearted.Hate, this place. Glad Im out of there. Good riddance.

The owners are trash. They neglected a tree for years and when it finally blew over it caused 4400 in damages to my vehicle and they offered nothing to help in that situation. Now they just let people block the spaces of others and they always say”let’s keep it professional” yet they do nothing professional themselves. They just wanna take your money and leave you to the wolves. It took these bums 4 months to remove a leaking moldy washer they put in the unit and it took a month to get the refrigerator replaced after they failed to fix it 3 separate times. Lorrie and Kyle are terrible managers. They’re rude and hypocritical. As soon as you’re rude back they get offended and act like victims. Steer clear of this dump

Would give 0 stars if I could! Run as far as you can from this place. They will scam you out of as much money as they can and not return your phone calls. No one is ever in the office to provide assistance when it is needed. Try to call either phone number that is given and nobody will answer the phones. Seems all they care about is the money and not actually taking care of their tenants needs. The property manager is very rude and unprofessional, and totally unwilling to help. Would not recommend this complex to anyone looking!

Amazing they work with you if you just let them know whats going on positively great apartments I love my 3bedroom with my washer and dryer and the half bathroom down stairs is a god send in my family thanx guys

Staff is very nice but the apartment we moved into was completely disgusting dead bugs roaches, holes in the wall, paint chips everywhere. Honestly don’t waste time here. I’m very disappointed I have to be here for a year.

This is a great apartment community. All the apartments I was shown look brand new. Unfortunately had to stay in Lubbock due to work, but I would have loved to live here.

Management sucked, maintenance sucked, moving out sucked, and neighbors were a nightmare. DONT reccommend.

Management is excellent. I called and inquired about apt available. Manager was extremely professional, welcoming and pleasant. She answered all my questions Thank you.

Some older 2 story apartments that they just redone. Pretty nice from what I hear.
