Can’t give them one since the renovation actually made the apartments beautiful inside. I lived here for a few months and my apartment had a problem with the pipes. My apartment flooded with dirty water and they wouldn’t come fix it until we had authority check the situation since we were starting to feel sick. We ended up leaving and had our credit ruined for their lack of attention.

Rat infested, no maintenance at all!! Run just run!!!!!!!RUN!!!!RUN!!!!!I have had mice in my bed. Mice droppings on my hanging clothes. My son in law has killed two in less than a week. This place needs to be condemned. The dishwasher hasnt ever worked. AC has been out almost a month. Roaches!!!!!

If you are looking for an apartment with free pets you are in the perfect place rats, raccoons and roaches will be your pets and roommates. The management in 2010 was bad but the new is worst than ever. My refrigerator broke and they took 3 weeks to even look at it.. I was out of air condition for a week. One of the burners in my stove is broke since I moved in. The dishwasher not working for 7 months ... I am so ready to move at the end of my lease in December. Think twice if you want to live here...

Let me just start out by saying in the 5 months I’ve lived here, we’ve had 3 different managers that were supposed to “ fix “ things. 2 weeks after moving in the MAINTENANCE man broke into my car, 2 weeks later our front door got kicked in, which took the office 2-3 days to come out and fix. We have a leak in the bedroom window, bedroom ceiling, and bathroom ceiling. They came out and “ fixed “ the bedroom and window by putting a piece of Sheetrock over it, which is now leaking AGAIN, while getting plaster ALL over my furniture and walls not even bothering to cover it. We now have mold growing in our bathroom ceiling where our AC is, and it’s been that way for months. We’ve called over and over and nothing has been done. Our drainage disposal was broke when we moved in, they came and half-ass fixed it. Our front door is STILL not completely fixed. We went to the office to try and terminate our lease due to our living conditions, since they won’t get off their ass and do their JOB, and they basically refused even though we have every legal right to do so. They still haven’t been out in months to look at anything THEY half-ass “ fixed “. Also, when everyone’s lease is up, they’ll be raising everyone’s rent because “ they’re remodeling other apartments”. Yet STILL can’t fix the problems their current residents have w their house. During the freeze of this past January when the weather was 20 degrees and everything was frozen, our heater was broken for a whole week and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. This place is a HUGE joke, a waste of time, AND money. Find somewhere else to live cause I’d get better living conditions being under a bridge than in a place like this.

The place is horrible, the floor is disgusting is always wet, there are rats everywhere and the maintenance apart from that they delay in doing the service is very bad and with very bad termination. In the office the deal is pleasant but when you leave there chocks with the reality of the place.All the accessories that are installed by maintenance are the cheapest thing that exists in the market and that is added to the bad or poor installation of the same .. Saying this I think that no person in your good judgment I would choose to live not even one day there. My name is yassiel meno and I live in apartment 79 unfortunately I choose this place and I really do not recommend it at all, think about it many times before wanting to establish a home for your family in these bad conditions.

Bed! Bugs! Fleas. Didnt have an animal. Rats. Crowded with people. Our apartment was inhabited prior to our move in. The same guy came and kicked the window in with my children inside. Not the best place to live in..

Rats and german roaches stay away fir your own safety. 🤬🤬🤬☠️☠️☠️☠️

It’s sad that as professionals the office will steal food from its tenants because they cannot afford to pay late fees due to the world wide crisis going on poor people probably barely making it to feed their children and this is how u show u care and understand about your tenants!!They need to be shut down if I could I would give zero stars😡

The central air is no longer useful, there 😡😡😡 something breaks .They never fix .

Terrible place to live and if u move out b4 your lease is over you best believe these slums will send an eviction to your credit so what Im saying is this place is awful nasty and filled with drugs and your basically trapped until your lease is up unless u wanna pay it off if they give u that option ......

There are mice here.. not one .. A FAMILY. AND THEIR COUSINS AKA ROACHES .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
