Well, I called to get information and she had attitude as soon as she picked up the phone. Nobody wants to go somewhere and pay a deposit and ask information on the apartment when you already start off having an attitude but after seeing the reviews, I probably should just go ahead and pass on it anyway, and I did look up the hood grizzly news And yeah, I’ll pass

Horrible place to live! Do not rent from these slum lords or youll have a apartment full of mold and mildew and holes in your shower so people can literally see in when you take a bath.Id rather go back to Mexico than live here and Im sure youll feel the same.

ZERO stars. Looking at the recent video of mold all over the apartments, I see this place is vile! This complex needs to be reported to the health authority. Most of the 4-5-star reviews are from people with only one or two reviews. FAKE.

I lived here June 2022-June 2023, I loved my stay. Friendly office & maintenance staff, they always fixed any issues I had living here. Parking wasn’t always an issue, only around the weekends after 6pm I’d say. The apartment itself did have roaches but granted a huge apartment complex with many people around, it didn’t bother me too much. Some good pinsol and bay leaves around the place will keep them away. I really liked my unit, nice flooring and very spacious. I lived in between building 25/26 everyone was nice and quiet. I hear horror stories of this apartment complex and I didn’t experience anything that I have heard. Nice place to move in when first starting out! Good people, neighborhood, and prices! 🙏🏻

As a person that lived here before i don’t know why this place is still up and running lol . I am past due on leaving a review ! It’s bad here .. I had a fire hazard my outlet was catching on fire when I was asleep . Thankfully my friend got in before the place burned down we had to shut the the entire switches off the electricity etc. before this happened only my kitchen lights worked and my bedroom . Nothing else .most the time I was in the dark . It was really a nightmare living here . So for the people leaving good ratings it must be a close friend to the manager or one of the staff members . The pool is also green . I also had to take cold showers .. Heater never worked in the winter time … I was freezing .. also ac didn’t work I was sweating . So yea . Don’t make a silly decision and stay here . Pictures are all lies . Please don’t ! I hope this helps a family or anyone ! Also around the whole celling there was a whole gang of roaches lined up just hanging out . Also roaches will crawl on you in your sleep . Can’t even fall asleep peacefully you will see roaches just crawling around on your wall lol . Had to move my bed in my living room . And that didn’t help the situation . Mold situations , fire hazards , roach infestation, bed bug infestation, and much more . So think about it before you join emerald point apartments . Just trying to help

Worst complex ever...old, roach infested, bed bugs, ants, rats, and all kinds of bugs in the units. We didnt even stay the entire lease. Management is rude, they take forever to fix problems, crime is high. Shootings, yelling, and drug dealings happens ofen. Lights go out, never any hot water, slow streaming water in certain units, pool is never opened. Poor foundations cracks in ceilings and walls. Never parking spots available. Reserved parking 25 dollars a month. Just old and nasty. Run as far as you can because these apartments are not worth the money. The office staff except Chris is disrespectful and unprofessional.

This is not even a one start apartment do not rent here they are infested with mold and when I report it for them to come fix it they make excuses and never fixed it. The manager doesnt care about it and doesnt make and effort to fix any issues.This apartments are not made for a person to live on them.

This is by far the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. The management staff are deceitful and unprofessional. As of now, they are charging residents $25 a month to PARK HERE. Why in the hell are we being charged to park where we live? This place is nothing more than a money pit. Ive had my car broken into parking in the back. The first building they put me in was immensely INFESTED WITH ROACHES. This building needs to be demolished and the management all fired. The office workers do absolutely nothing to help you. Theyre rude as can be also. My lease ends next month. I tried to tell them I was moving out, and they said that I would have to give them 60 days notice and that i was already passed it. Funny, seeing as how they didnt let me know about the new apartment prices until last week, after my 60 days notice. This place wants nearly $700 for a one bedroom, poorly maintained, roach infested, dirty, and foul smelling apartment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT RENT HERE. DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. YOU WILL REGRET IT

If I could rate lower than one star, I definitely would! WORST PLACE EVER to live, especially if you have small children. When I first moved in, in April of this year, they gave me a dirty apartment and had me clean it my self. They gave me a fridge that had black mold all in it, there was no A/C unit so we had to sleep with the windows crack -which didnt do any justice-They delayed my move in because there was a pipe that had busted. Well the second day of us living here, it busted again and the ceiling above my toilet was leaking. They never came out to fix it, so it is still leaking off and on. It looks like there is actual poop feces in the water so it makes my bathroom stink over night. There was also a MAJOR PIPE BUST that took them almost a month to fix. They replaced the wall but there is STILL mold on the carpet and on the beams inside of the plywood.The person who lived here before me would put plastic utensils in the garbage disposal and and turn it on. How do I know this you ask? Because my sink got clogged and they had to remove the pipe which made them all come out. I can no longer use my disposal because they refuse to fix it. Maintenance never cleaned up their mess, left moldy food all over my kitchen for me to clean. My fridge has a constant leak and throws water out every time its opened.Dont get me started on roaches, I have combat jell, roach motels, and bomb my own apartment ON TOP of their pest control, if you can even call it that. I had to BEG them for it because I have 2 small children and there wasnt just roaches, but SPIDERS!!They have switch ownership twice since Ive been here and they have had so many people come from other sister properties to help with maintenance and in the office its unreal! If youre looking for an unsafe, very dirty, and very rude staff, this is definitely the place for you! It is all bills paid and cheap priced, but I guess you get what you pay for huh?

I currently live here, the only reason I leased here was because many years ago I lived completely satisfied here. Not once did I have an issue. So when it was time for me to start apartment hunting I thought about this place, little did I know that it was a completely different place now, Ive only been back 4 months and my refrigerator has stopped working twice, they fixed an issue with the hot water and now my shower wont stay in warm water it fluctuates from hot and cold, its horrible! Now with the most recent issue, my upstairs AC has gone out twice!! The first time it was easy they came out in a few days, now this time, ONE month later and still nothing. My husband has been calling like crazy and he always gets the turnaround like hes getting to it or etc. Today my husband called and the lady in the office told my husband that the work order had been closed since the 1st of this month! Like what the heck! Thats ridiculous I honestly think they dont have it together, and theyre very lucky its not summer time right now. I have a 3 year old so its really hard to just even keep the windows open since I am on the 2nd and 3rd floor. . To end it, I will not be renewing my contract here, shouldnt they be catering to their tenants needs? I am never late paying my rent, I keep to myself, my husband and I both work and go to school why cant we just get treated with respect when we call to ask about services we PAY for😤

Disgusting place to rent...I had mold for all 4 years I lived there never went to go fix it...trash everywhere & dog poop all over is just nasty. You dont pay rent on time & they want to evict you right away when they need to fix and remodel those ugly apartments from outside & inside because they are ugly from inside

We pay rent here and we have no hot water. It’s crazy. You call the office and go in there over and over again and still nothing gets done. They have switched management so many times, at one point we were told to leave our rent in the deposit box and there was never no one in the office. I wouldn’t suggest no one move into these apartments. If you want things to get done then don’t move here. They’re fixing new apartments to try to move new people in, but what about the people who have been living here. It’s ridiculous.

Ver pleased to say that this past year and a half I have had no issues with the apt staff and my repair requests are taken care of in a very reasonable time! Keep up the good work! It doesnt go unnoticed 😉 Amanda is doing a great job! Please never leave us

It was the worst decision Ive ever made moving my family to these discusting apartments! The second day we moved in they stole my 4 month old pitbull puppy! Theres so much drug activity Ive woken up with drug addicts sleeping on my porch not knowing what they were doing there! Also if I had something go wrong in the apt it took them weeks even up to 2 months just to fix the initial problem! From the bottom of my heart if you have a family please do not bring them in that environment. Dont fall for their prices. You are going to have to pay more breaking your lease/contract after realizing this drug kush infested apartments was the biggest mistake youve made. The manager Amanda had people selling drugs out of the vacant apartments she had. She also did business with the tow truck company depending on how many cars they towed she got a percentage out of it for helping their business out, the manager also committed fraud with my money orders and had to sue them for my money back. PLS willingly provided my attorneys with the video of them cashing my money orders with their signatures now Im saying them because she used her daughter to cash them as housekeeping Again please take into consideration everything word that i have said here. Im not speaking out of anger Im speaking on behalf of the safety of the children!

I have been here almost a year. I have had constant problems with my ac. They have to come once a month to fix it. They only put a bandaid on it. They have never fixed the problem. My garbage disposer and sink has leaked since i moved in. Under the sink smells aweful. Ive reported it to them at least half a dozen times. My little piece of carpet i do have have been filthy since i moved in last November. They have come and shampooed it upon my request. After it dries it is the same way. Ive tried to see if they would just take it out since it is maybe ten foot by 4 foot of carpet. They wont. I have been fighting bed bugs since mid july (thats when i figured out what they were. I knew nothing about them.) We were getting bit much earlier. My son is allergic to bed bugs and had to go to the doctor twice in a week. They were going to charge me a $150.00 for it when one of the maintanence guys told me the neighbors upstairs from me were infested. I had to do my own treatment in the beginning and had to throw away all my furniture. I did not bring anything in my home that was used nor do i travel or stay at hotels. When they finally came and did treat the issue they only treated my house so they have now come back. I just bought a couch that im going to have to throw away. It has cost me alot of money, time and anguish from seeing my son suffer and us both getting eaten alive. Im sure theres problems i missed but im not trying to write a book of why NOT to rent here. It isnt not worth half of what you pay. I have started over with furniture twice now and the issue still isnt resolved. Take it from me spend a little extra and move somewhere nicer. I wouldnt have rated it one star but it doesnt go any lower than that.Sincerely,The woman trying to save you

I had no choice but to live here for 2 years. These apartments are the most infested with all kinds of INSECTS, MOLD, old out dated appliances and if anything ever stops working like the shower, toilet, fridge or a/c they will NEVER FIX IT! I know that may sound dramatic but i have lived through it, and they do not care for any of the residents for I have known many that have had to break their leases for that place had become unlivable. This is a warning DO NOT LIVE HERE.

We lived here back in the day (2003-2005?)and it looks like things havent changed. Among many things, we had a town house that had a leak in the upstairs bathroom. It was reported. MONTHS later still nothing. My down stairs bathroom has bubbles from water accumulating and we even had mushrooms growing out of the opened dry wall once the ceiling came down in the bathroom. I kept calling and the manager was never there. I took my phone and stood outside of her office and they said she wasnt in. She was in with a perspective tenant and I let her have it. The tenant left...Do your homework when looking for apts, especially if you have kids.

I been here since June of 2014 and experienced a lot of unnecessary headaches with management. Free cable is the only thing good about these apartments. The last manager named Patty, an overly aggressive and unprofessional individual who liked to go around telling residents how to live was recently fired due to many issues and Im very thankful she is gone. She tried to get me and my aunt kicked out because I told her to back off. So many issues with this woman. In the end she got the boot to the ass.

The worst managment I personally have ever experienced..no customer service. I left 12 messages with leasing agent and Carol never once returned a call. My calls to have to leave a message i was on hold no less 10 to 15 minutes. No one can answer any questions but Carol I guess that is her job security standard. This could be how she takes ypur blank deposit money order says she will fill it out and then finds a reason to not refund it..This is a theft scam. The property is full of trash on the ground and the pool is green in the middle of summer. The vacant apts were so nasty and I did not see one window with a fixed blind. Looking in the window the apts were nasty and this was the vacant units ready for rent .They were all hanging and broken missing sections.I cant imagine actually living here in the filthy grounds and the smell just walking around the property.

I’ve been here less then a year, a person been stabbed to death. On April 31, their was a gun shot out, 3 people passed away. The plumbing in the apartment suck. But they want their money quick. They let the maintenance men go into the apartment when ever without notice. Not a place for families

I moved in May of 2015, and I have Decided to sign another lease. My apartment had never flooded, ive had to deal with a few minor issues, last year the Powers went out a few time in the summer but that was due to plants and rain messing up transformers (not the complex fault), and I have seen Giant Roaches but only 3 (i keep track) None Im my apartment. Im only giving this place a 4 star because they always clean the pool but never open it and it is right at My front door!!! My rent aint much and its nice having all my bills including cable covered. The neighbors know me and are all friendly and I feel very happy and Comfy here!!! ***update*** we now have reserved parking which I love it makes sure residents get parking so I never have to park to far from my apartment. Staff here is really friendly and very helpful, any and all maintanace is taking care of quick, Im not renewing my lease because Ive out grown my 1bd1ba. BUT I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO CALL YOUR HOME!!!

My experience as a resident is one of the office staff will take forever to put in your work order but will come out at 9:30 om to go in one of their locked buildings to mess around with your boyfriend. Then try and use her authority to have me evicted when I confronted them .. Be careful ladies she is a hot one . very messy and unprofessional. Thats the only problem worth posting about on here.

These apartmenta were good when renee Julie and erica and anna was here yes they had some issues. But once transition to the new management and other thi gs started going on it seem to get back to what it was 2yrs ago i had a back alidung door that was brike the entire time of my lease. My dishwasher i had to pre fill before i started it u put my own verticle blinds up cause theirs never worked i put them up my garbage disposal didnt work which were things i coyld deal with i will say this though they do work wuth u well at least wuth me they did as far as late payments. But now from what i hear ia ifs u dont pay ur light bill on the first of the month they disconnect o. The 12 at 10 am so make sure u pay your light yes they are all bills paid but on a one bedroom u have an allowance of 65 dollars so try to stay withen that other than that these are only good if u trying to rebuild ur apt credit i know thats all i did and moved the month my lease was up

If Icould give less than 1 star, I would. I was evicted after informing the office that my bank account had been compromised. I had never missed a payment before and was always on time. I asked if there was a way I could have an extention seeing as my bank was trying to get my money back and they refused to let me show proof that the bank was doing an investigation. They didnt give me a 30 day notice and locked me out of my apartment not even a week after I asked for an extension and later on, sold all my belongings valued at $4,000 before I had a chance to pick them up from the apartment. even after selling my belongings they are still, to this day, trying to collect $3,000 from me to finish paying the lease. Worst decision I ever made when I moved to Pasadena from Austin was renting here.

Amazing staff. They really try their best to help you out. Ive been struggling for a little while and Carol has been nothing but helpful and understanding. Every time I walk into the office I am greeting by all the ladies (Amanda, Carol, Misti) great place to live! I have already recommended a friend to live here and lalo did a good job having it ready on time and it looked great.

For the ones who are saying good things, please stop been here sine March of last year. An these aptments suck. The new staff is ok in all but even they mess up, they sent us a notice of late payment when we paid on time. The pest are something serious even fogging and spraying doesnt work. My upstairs lights has been off for the past seven months. They said they were going to fix the issue but havent. As soon as my lease is up i will be moving. Cnt deal with pest nor can i deal with the incompetence of some of the workers.

So my upstairs ac started leaking last Saturday and since there’s not even an emergency number to call I had to wait until Monday. Well went in Monday morning told them it was leaking and they didn’t even show up till Tuesday afternoon. Well after they left my ac wasn’t even cooling anymore, and went back and told them Wednesday morning and told them it wasn’t working. Well guess what they didn’t show up till Thursday at 4pm and then they left at 5:30 saying they would be back at 10 am this morning. They didn’t show mind you my ac isn’t working so guess what else isn’t working MY HEATER and it’s 40 degrees out and its really cold inside my apartment. And guess who’s going to have to be in this cold with no dam heater me and my kids! It’s ridiculous we keep to ourselfs never give any trouble and always pay our rent on time and they always do this kind of bs! If I could rate them less than one star I really would.

Worst place Ive ever lived. Dont expect maintenance to get anything done in a timely manner if at all. Youll have to constantly hound the manager Amanda if you want any hope of having maintinace come out for any repairs. AC is out? Sucks for you and anyone else that lives there. The staff are either incompetent or liars. Probably both. Run. Seriously. Just suck it up and pay more elsewhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! RENTERS BEWARE!! Do not stay or sign Lease!!! My daughter signed a lease almost a month ago and nearly paid a little over a grand for all the fees, including: Application fee, first time renters fee, first month and deposit! She isnt even living in her apartment due to A HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION! She has a pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink where the sewage pipe is and apparently their harboring there, DISGUSTING!...She works all day and has been battling this situation going on over a month! She called the City health inspector out and the complex was mandated to exterminate, but who really knows If they did or if thats what their telling her!! Every time she goes by the apartment to check on things and get mail roaches are all over w/ absolutely no food in the place I can only imagine if she did have food!! Shes so sick and tired so now her only option is to break her Lease which requires a 60 day notice which is an additional 1,400 for all fees. In the lease it says she can get out if she contest and sends them two typed up letters stating things still arent right which she has, still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! Every time she calls the management they are inadequate, give her different stories, and have absolutely no concern to fix any of her problems! This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible inadequate customer service!! I wouldnt stay or deal with any Scenic Property Group apartments or any of their staff, DONT DO IT, DONT GET INTO A MONEY PIT!! This has been a tough lesson and costly one at that! IF YOU GO AND LOOK ASK TO SEE THE ACTUAL APARTMENT YOULL BE LIVING IN AND NOT THE MODEL APARTMENT!!(as of course itll be in perfect condition!!) Everyone works hard for their money and to just act like your another number or totally ignore you I give them 5 NEGATIVE STARS---WHICH I HAD TO GIVE 1 star to leave a review!! FYI~after speaking with her neighbors, one had mildew that was all in the bathroom and had already deteriorated the wall, WHAT A DISASTER AND HEALTH CONCERN!! This company doesnt care and is only out to make money for themselves!! The Property Manager can never be reached as shes in AUSTIN! Probably living the High Life off of everybodys hard earned money! PICTURES ON GOOGLE ARE A JOKE, I HAVE PICS OF COCKROACHES ON WALLS, DOORs, COUNTERTOPS CRAWLING AROUND, THEY WERE EVEN SO LAZY THEY PAINTED OVER ONE ON HER DOOR, STUCK THERE FOREVER!!!!! Rental rates are great. Including free cable, waste and water.The office staff is friendly and easy to talk with.Couple of minor maintenance issues were hand in a timely manner.If you are on a tight budget this is a place worth looking into.

My daughter in law lives there with my grandkids and the place doesnt even qualify for one star. They have rats, and never ending roaches. Guetto is more fitting. The moddle apartments they show on the fotos dont come close to what they really have to offer. By the way, you want parking near your apartment... you will need to pay an additional $35 per month per vehicle. Oh and you need outlets in the restrooms to blow dry and fix your hair, thats too bad cause they dont have any, youll need to buy a long extension cord. Showers, what are those, theres always problems with water pressure and running out of hot water. You need to get yourself large bucket to collect water in and use your choice of cup size large adults or small for children. I wish everyone can see how run down this place really is.

By far the worst apartment complex apartments are infested by roaches and the maintenance crew are so irrelevant once theyre called to do the maintenance request they say one thing and when the office management are present they contradict themselves its supposed to be a gated community yet the gates that are installed do not work... First Day I moved in the apartment complex were surrounded by police and have been on site every single night... At first the management from the were nice and even helpfull to fill out the application and even to get in the paperwork needed to move in special when it came to give the deposit and application fees, oh but once that lease was signed everything change even their attitude SHM seems to me all they do is give you good greetings at the then your just another $ to them they totally forget the have a job because of the tenants living in the apartment complex....

They don’t care about people , that should say everything about management, will expect you to live in un healthy conditions without moving a finger to fix what should be their obligations

This place is a joke. New management came in and ruined everything. Mrs. Delia (the last manager) was kind-hearted and always helped out when anyone asked. If anything went wrong in the apartment shed have it fixed the next day! My A/C has been broken for 3 months and when i call the office they either avoid the problem, have voice mail on all day, or are to busy playing on their phones. After living here for 5 years i am leaving as soon as my lease is up! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The dumpsters are always over flowing and rodents are everywhere!

Love the apartments nice staff clean place to live . . the staff is very understanding . . the staff always look neat and always on time if something is needed . if your looking a place to live this is the spot to live in happiness thank you for everything

Sorry as place roads gates walls an many many more are all ruin this is not a good place to call home pls dont buy into to it unless you really know what you want need work bigg big time!!they say they put work orders in but dont they need to tear this place down an rebuild!! SMH 🤦‍♂️

This place was horrible I don’t recommend the upstairs flooded into my apartment they refused to fix the problem unless i renewed my lease so I was forced to live in mold until my lease was up didn’t even give me a discount for that month

Ive been bere two years and the office always fixes my stuff quickly. Some stuff may take a little while but mostly they are fast. Anytime i need help they help me the Best they can. They have become my family. I dont see any reason to nove right now. Ive referred three people and i will keep referring emerald pointe

I love the stay here soo much the office staff people are the best so kind and helpful on everything. Love the way maintenance get there job done rigth away!! I really recommend it to everyone.

This property is not worth your time. During the time of residency, 3 people have been shot and killed, every other door is a drug house, kids are constantly running around doing damage, and office staff is incompetent.

These apts are going to look so different with the new exteior paint job its getting! They have always been a grey color.. and now the color is much darker. Cant wait to see it completed!

This place is not good what so ever Amanda the Land Manager called the cops trying to set me up for no reason the apartments are nice but to much drugs and alot of drug dealers. The management office took our personal items from our apartment when we aint home and they cuss us out they have put me and my wife down so many times this place is a unsafe and not safe for children or adults not worth living here

Roaches and other bugs are rampant cuz of the constant trash everywhere....backpage prostitutes....drug deals in plain sight....the structure is falling apart (any upstairs is slighly declined but enough to notice)....STAY AWAY.

Unfortunately I cannot give a 0 stars to this place, management is horrible they were trying to scam me or they dont know proper grammar, they wanted me to sign this form saying my aplication was denied due to unfavorable information discovered when they even didnt run the background check yet since that page was on the application, i was trying to reasoning with them, and they were rude, all they said was, that will be if they found something unfavorable, but that was not what that paper said, i asked to talk to the manager, and she was even worse, dont even want to listen, DO NOT move to this place

Its been three days the hot water has been off and everyday the office says it will be fixed by the end of the day and nothing gets done. No one even answers the emergency line after they close the office.

Have been trying to see an apartment here for 3 months every time I come they say they have nothing available but they are advertising specials via the mail. I have even left my number and have been told they will call when something is available, and no call. I got here at 5:10 and the office management was standing outside and stated they were closed the sign says they close at 5:30.... also she stated once again they have nothing to show...hmmmm dont sound right

They added gates that dont work. I was told that if we park outside of the gate it is for visitors and why did my car get towed? This new manager is causing problems...

I know a lot of people are going read these reviews and just ignore them because I was one of those ppl. This was my bfs and I first apt, we were so excited to get approved somewhere and we needed something in our budget because we have a son. I just want to say DO NOT MOVE IN TO HERE, YOU WILL BE MAKING THE WORST DECISION OF YR LIFE. I COMPLAIN EVERYDAY ABOUT LIVING HERE. FIRST DAY WE MOVED IN THERE WAS ROACHES, YUP 1ST DAY THEY TOOK 4 MONTHS TO FINALLY GET RID OF THEM. SECOND ; MY APT HAS BEEN FLOODED TWICE, FIRST TIME WAS SEWAGE IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS I WAS THERE I HAD TO LEAVE FOR A MONTH TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE AND STILL HAD TO PAY RENT. THE SECOND FLOOD WAS JUST IN MY CLOSEST , BUT THEY TOOK THREE WEEKS TO FIX AND THIS TIME I PLAYED SMART I HAD TO THREATEN THEM W/RECORDED VIDEOS I HAD OF EVERYTIME I CAME IN AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DAMN CLOSEST. THIRD ; THEY TAKE FOREVER IN REPAIRS, IF YOU MOVE HERE, MAKE A RO AND HAVE IT SIGNED AND COPIED UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT A WHOLE MONTH. THERE IS A BUNCH OF DRUGGIES AND DRUG DEALERS HERE, I SWEAR I LIVE NEXT DOOR TO A CRACK HOUSE AND MY BBQ PIT WAS STOLEN A FEW DAYS AGO SMH. MY BF AND I DO NOT ASSCOAITE WITH NO ONE HERE! PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE PEACEFUL, HAPPY AND NO WORRIES; DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE AGREEMENT. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIMEM THANK GOD MY FIRST YEAR ENDS ON DEC 31ST AND I ALREADY SENT OUT MY NOTICE TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE.

Wonderful people in the office love the complex every time I had something go wrong with my apartment they sent some one out the same day to fix it

Worst place to rent from , I’ve had ask the office personnel to have the pipe that inside the wall in my kitchen to be fixed but it had not I’m still waiting it’s been almost 2 months

What I thought was a guy rolling up a joint of weed at 1 in the afternoon, was him actually doing a line of coke off his hand. Not only are the rates low but so are the people that walk around outside!!

Ive went to the office 2X last week to make sure they would fix my apt before it started to rain now its raining in my bedroom I have pictures n will be contacting an attorney Im not paying them another dime til they fix my apt this is ridiculous Ive been here since Oct the manager wanted to move me units then tells me I need to put in another app n pay a 250 transfer fee for an apt that was never ready to be lived in Im pissed this is crazy.

It is full of cockroaches, they dont give you a parking striker if the person who is in the contract is not in the insurance and when you meet that requirement they dont give it to you either!! They give you a lot of time and in that case the burden is on you lifting the car every so often, you leave it outside the apartments and they steal the car parts, you pay more in refs than in rent

These apartments are terrible, they do not give importance to the repair of the roof, I lived there for six months and all that time they had a leak in the room and when I entered those apartments I cleaned it and Jose from maintenance gave it to me with something else The curtain was broken, the bad thing I didnt do was take a photo of the blinds, I only took a photo of the bathroom, which was disgusting. And because of how filthy the kitchen was and now that I left, I gave it to them super clean and I have photos and in order not to return my full deposit they are charging me for that same blind 50 dollars and 50 x because there was a sticker on the door of the bedroom child. And 75 for the broken window because I didnt leave it like that and I have a witness but to continue with this like this, be careful if you are going to rent there, take photos before entering the apartment because they are like that to steal someones money. In the slightest they didnt even give you the apartment, I made a mess, here I leave you some photos of how they delivered it to me. Thank God, I left on October 30, 2015, unfortunately. I dont know how to put the photos here but I have them waiting so when I can I will publish them

Very comfortable and very good looking, I recommend these apartments. Do they have a promotion? If you get a large one-bedroom apartment for 1 year, the normal thing will be 6 months, you pay $400 and the other 6 months to complete the year, you pay the normal $725.

Omg I dont recommend these apps, are they shit? They dont repair anything and the office doesnt pay attention and the maintenance guys are just lazy in these appts they just want to get money for anything and there is no good service in the photos of the appts they make them pretty but just come see them and the pools are dazzling There are fleas and bugs, a lot of people are leaving the property. Im only making this comment so that it doesnt happen to them....

There the only thing they care about is your money, because they never fix anything, sometimes there is no hot water, the garbage containers are very full and the garbage rolling everywhere, if you go to the office they only tell you that they will fix it later and they never just bring you back and forth so that you get tired and the manager doesnt do anything either and just tells you right now I dont want to talk to you, they take advantage of people

These apartments are the worst in which I have been here for two months and since then between only problems with the air and the roof and to this day I tell them and they do nothing apart from when they handed us over the apartment it was very dirty my wife did the work of maintenance all those people who want to rent apartments I have photos of everything and believe me they are very bad and even because the rent is high they do not provide good service

I knew these apartments had a bad reputation.I moved on March 29, 2013, when I came to get the keys, the lady who helped me told me, give me an hour and a half so they can finish cleaning the apartment and fumigate, I told her that it was fine, more than two hours passed and when I arrived with my things, the apartment was still dirty and other things, I immediately spoke to the offices and told the person who answered me how I found the apartment, I told her that I was cleaning it because it was already here and you know what she answered, ah So I dont send the boy anymore, I told him if I should send him to install and check the defects in the apartment and its a date that they havent come.........I put the sheet metal on the kitchen cupboard, cleaned the apartment and Im waiting for them to come and change the stove burners, a button on the stove and fumigate...........IF IT IS WHEN IT IS RENT DAY THEY FORGET AND GIVE ME TWO WEEKS OF FREE RENT, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT MY CONTRACT IS JUST STARTING AND I DIDNT LIKE IT.......... Oh another thing, what I did in maintenance is reduced from my rent and the maintenance and office are reduced for non-compliance......What a disappointment!!!

They take a long time, when they need you to repair something and in the end they do it themselves, when my contract expired I signed a sheet where I was requesting a transfer to a larger apartment, they never gave me the apartment, they gave me date after date and I waiting, until an accident happened in my apartment to one of my children, then I decided to look for a two-bedroom apartment somewhere else, I was three months without a contract, and when I left the manager told me that she would send me to collection putting I didnt tell them that I would leave, but the ones who were in the wrong were them because I had already been waiting for three months for them to give me the apartment, and they didnt give it to me, get away, I no longer had a contract with them, because they expected that when they felt like giving it to me If I never look bad with the rent, or expect that something worse will happen to my children, they should remove that manager,
