Leasing office is super friendly and helpful! Great views from apartment! They have a laundry room, water machine , and great pool area! So many places to hang outside

I like it here because it’s quiet, nice neighbors and it is true. When you do call the office they do come when you tell them and my kids are happy here too.

The hurricane may have been daunting, but it has brought out the best in this community. The maintenance staff has been quick to make repairs, and the office team has been super helpful throughout the process. Im so thankful to be a part of my community at Linda Vista.

Zero stars. This place would have even lower ratings if they weren’t making fake 5 star reviews for themselves, as well as making young kids from the activity center go and post 5 star reviews. Roaches will come with your lease, your oven and fridge will come pre-infested for no extra charge. You will hear rats crawl in your walls at night. They will not bother cleaning in between tenants and they will attempt to charge you for pre existing damage. Be sure to add an extra $35 to rent per vehicle you have because if you do not pay for parking you will not have a place to park. Stay away from the back of the apartments as there are shootings about every weekend. The sewage system is inhumane, it backs up and they don’t want to pay a company to properly fix it. Be careful where you walk as there will be raw sewage around the sidewalks. If it rains stay away from puddles. If you need maintenance for anything they won’t bother showing up they will just submit your request complete the next day. I can say they do stay on top of towing cars here, although instead of towing vehicles that are not running or totaled they will tow your new car the day you buy it, even if you update it on their parking app. Then they will claim it didn’t update on their end and you will have to take them to a tow hearing to get your money back.Overall, unsafe, unsanitary, overpriced, and the worst management you could imagine.

Honestly I cant speak for everyones experience when I say this, but my partner and I have been here for a tad over a year now. My experience with management and thier staff have been very pleasant. I havent really dealt with a bug problem or a rodent issue. Everytime I put in a work order no matter how small it is the management always responds in a timely manner and thier maintenance men are always at my door to do thier work asap. I have never had people react so quickly to requests. Its not perfect by no means, but its really great for the price. Try it, be reasonable, and be nice. Also the police presence is very minimal, Ive only seen 2 instances of police showing up, but thats the world we live in...

I live here and the other day it was raining we were leaving my mom fell on the 7 stare she told the office to about it they said they were going to clean it they never did.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a complex. The office team communicates so well that maintenance response time is unheard of. Very pleased and recently resigned my lease.

This place doesn’t deserve a star, you don’t get to do anything. They are racist and they will find anything to stalk your unit to fine you for something that isn’t yours. Our ac unit has not been working since we moved here and we put a portable unit in the window and they told us to take it out or we will get fine. Mind that I’m 8 months pregnant and the heat degree is well over excessive 110 degrees and we told them over and over that the ac doesn’t work….. they told us if we don’t like how they work then we can leave. Insects like (spiders, red beetles, roaches) come through the window holes. It’s not pet friendly like it says to be. When you pay for a parking spot (reserved) it’s allowed for someone else to be in your spot and when you ask to get it towed they don’t care. Mind again that it’s paid for and as soon as our car parked close enough to our building the office an Associates gets a vendetta on us because we tell them what’s wrong with their facility. They towed us the moment we park in a spot that’s not ours and they want to talk about laws and how we parked where we wasn’t supposed to but then again when we asked for a vehicle to get towed out our spot multiple times they didn’t come. What else am I missing? The gates barley works with a code that they don’t even set up. So I advise you if you’re looking for something quick and all bills paid it’s they way to go if you don’t like freedom. You don’t get to say where you want to live.

We are going on our 4th year here. Based on the reviews one might say its best to steer clear. So you rent at your own risk right? Well from my experience, the staff are very helpful and quick to send out a work order for anything I might need. There is a bit of an issue with parking because the residents are allowed one car per adult in the household. The biggest apartments are 3 bd so there might be 6 adults in that apartment calling for 6 cars to just that household. As for insects roaches, spiders.... Well what can I say if you see one kill it lol. Pest control does come out to spray. Now to be honest what can one expect you can keep your apartment super clean and still have roaches due to your neighbors. It is what it is. Maintenance keep the grounds looking really well kept. Its the residents who send their small children to take out the trash knowing they cannot reach the top of the dumpster so they leave the trash beside the bins. There are stray cats and dogs that come in from the neighborhood that like to go in the trash but whose fault is that? The gate issue keeps arising because some people just cant listen and follow rules for entering and exiting the property. A lot of the complaints are from people who do not get their way but as for me and my family we have been blessed with nothing but good experiences here. I highly recommend that if you want to save up and have a spacious apartment for not that much money then come rent your new home here a Linda Vista!

Been a really great place to live at for a little under a year. Never had a major problem, if maintenance needed to be called they are quick with it. Yeah parking was over packed but they are improving. Coffee is always available and the ladies at front desk are amazing since day 1. They always happy and uplifting. They help in any way they can thank you Raquel and Rosana.

I have been living here for a year, I will no longer be staying here because I am moving out of state. But just wanted to leave my review .These apartments are the best! They are so clean and nice . The whole year I lived here there was not one roach or mouse . My neighbors are awesome and quite. Nothing never broke in my apartment, AC was good . Carpets are clean. Very spacious for a one bedroom.Management was awesome. Never bothered me and were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend these apartments to who ever is looking for something nice and cozy. Thank you so much Vista Del Sol for a wonderful cozy year!

Weve lived here 6 plus years and weve had no issues. The ladies in the office are professional and nice as can be. And maintenance is on point with fixing things

I would recommend the community to everyone! The staff was very kind and professional, the lady Rosana came out and introduced herself as a property manager. The property was nice and clean. I am looking forward on living here in 2023!

We lived here when I was nine years old, in 1973. So, for what a nine year old kid of almost 50 years ago remembers the apartments were far from new then. But, eh, it was a decent place to live, minus me, my little brother and our little sister getting the chickenpox while we were living there. :)

I really recommend living here I’ve been here for almost a year. My experience here has been excellent. the apartments here are at a reasonable price affordable and the maintenance are quick to attend you.The ladies in the office are really nice especially Raquel she is very nice and is always able to answer any of your questions you have. She is very helpful and always has a great attitude. If you ever decide to move here I really recommend you talk to Raquel.

Terrible apartments, terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible parking, just terrible all the way around. Do not rent here. Ive had several issues with my cars being towed and the manager has had a terrible attitude when I try to resolve things. My car was towed from a visitor parking spot having a permit for the property. When I went to discuss with useless manger Karina Castellanos, she informed me even if all parking spots are full, I, a permitted resident, am not allowed to park in visitor parking. DO NOT RENT HERE, HORRIBLE APARTMENTS AND MANAGEMENT. would give zero stars if possible, these apartments do not deserve the one star.

Im a current resident that has lived here for almost 5 years and was considering moving until the new manager came along some months ago.She has made a large amount of improvements to the property, is pleasant, and prompt to provide assistance through email, or handle property issues before they escalate. Needless to say- I did renew my lease.... A huge thank you to our new manager and staff members!!! You are appreciated!!

The only reason this got a star is because of one employee they have that is kind and genuinely cares.However, they having more people living here than parking spots. So thats a mess and the towing company here makes a killing. The grounds keeping does a great job. Overall you get what you pay for. Looking forward to the end of my lease.

I lived here for a year, and to be honest it’s a pretty solid place to live in. The maintenance is usually very quick, the ladies up front are nice (I only had one encounter where they were rude to me for no real reason) and very professional. The only thing keeping me from giving this a 5 star review is the fact that the parking is really, really bad because some families that live here have way too many cars and never move (they tried to fix it by having restrictions on parking that no one ever follows because they aren’t enforced). I can think of one black truck with a bike on its back that just stays on a visitor spot for weeks at a time and never moves.The only other problem I had is that the power went out quite a bit at my apartments, over the past year I lived there I would say that (besides the winter storm that happened) we had about 5 or 6 days without power. Some of those were the fault of center point but the ones that weren’t were always because of the breaker box. And while most were fixed in a few hours, we had one outage that lasted for half a day and that was because it was a holiday and no one was in except for one maintenance guy, which is understandable.Overall, I didn’t mind living there and would probably recommend it to someone if they needed a place to stay.

Have lived here for the past 5 years. Ive definitely had my ups and downs with these apartments over that course of time. However, as of 2016, there are some significant improvements taking place with the new ownership/management. The complex is being given a makeover with vibrant new exterior paint, improvements being made to the grounds which include new seating/recreation areas and amenities, and the staff is friendlier and more responsive to residents needs. Hoping the trend continues in the current direction.

When I first moved in I didnt have no problems thats like almost 5 years ago the new people are the office now are the worst we have reserved parking for what if everybodys going to park on it and the tow truck never comes out when you call them. And the neighbors are always looking for something to fight about and it all started when they changed the office people they dont even deserve a one star.

Worst place I have ever lived! Infested with roaches. I have ask several times to have the place sprayed. I get no answer back. Staff is so rude I cant believe these people work anywhere. Maintenance is also a joke, plumbing problem, problem with garbage disposal its been 2 months and still nothing. My advice, run. Run far away from this place, unless slumlords are your thing.

I lived her for almost 3 years, I loved it until the asst. manager Tina no longer worked there! After that the ppl in the office was hard to deal with!! I was evicted because I didn’t want to renew my leave after my rent went from $770 to 950. So she evicted me saying I violated my lease by letting my husband stay whose name wasn’t on the lease!! For the entire time I stayed there she knew he was living with me!! But oh well I hear she’s no longer managing there!! Karma is a B****...Loved how quiet it was, the inside of my apartment was beautiful!! Whatever I needed fixed they came right away!

I live in the second building and I like it, its very peaceful some loud neighbors but nothing extreme. The only issue I have are roaches and spiders, they do provide pest control but i prefer to use my own methods, and they do tow your car if you dont have a sticker and your not parked in visitor Parking. Parking is not as bad for residents in the front as it is in the back, visitor parking is always full after 7 p.m. Oh and when it rains a lot it floods here like crazy.

Do not move here unless you absolutely have to!I moved here because I have a broken lease that at the time was just shy of a year from falling off my record. After having such a hard time finding anywhere else that would accept me, an apartment locator sent me a list and I ended here after viewing an apartment. I had my concerns prior to moving in and wish I had just stayed with my mom or waited.I completed my checklist and advised the complex of all the things that were broken in the apartment or just minor wear and tear. No one ever came to fix anything in that list. In November the breaker blew and and it was freezing cold in my unit. I contacted the emergency maintenance and no one ever showed to assist me until 630am that next morning. Leading up to this I put in several work orders to have my heat checked and fixed because it would be freezing in the apartment with cold air coming out the vents. No one fixed this and I went on the rest of the winter this way. No it is summer and I am dealing with the same issues with my a/c. There is not adequent parking. The complex is always filthy. Management is not so welcoming or helpful. Either they hate their jobs, don’t like black people or just don’t care. Maintenance does not fix anything. If they do they rig it together and it’s falling apart a few weeks later. They take their time fixing anything.The complex is really old. Seems they just splashed some paint and changed the tile. The floor creek and are uneven. Even if your not heavy it makes a bunch of noise when walking. I pay extra for an upgraded unit (appliances, fixtures, etc.) and it’s honestly a waste. The appliances aren’t even newer models. There is an over night security guard on the premises beginning at a certain time. He doesn’t do much securing so I’m not sure he’d be any help in case if emergency. They recently decided to remove the drop box that we use to pay rent and didn’t notify any tenants. When I called they pretty much said it’s a personally problem and I must pay late fees. Despite the fact rent was due by the third and the office was closed for July 4th. Lastly, I was made aware that an old maintenance worker never returned the offices key to my unit and only because I put in a work order and they couldn’t get in. After being talked to rudely as if it was my fault they changed the locks after I had to tell them. This has truly been a nightmare and I cannot wait until October so I can GET OUT!

The new improvements are going to look great when they are done. And the office staff is so helpful! Rosana and Angie are always happy to help me out when im putting in a work order or making my rent payment.

I LOVE this place, I recently moved in. The office ladies are AMAZING, maintenance guys are GREAT. They get things done as quickly as possible and come to follow up on what they fixed. These apartments are ALWAYS clean thru the outside. Im glad I moved here!

They apartments here are really nice. Never had a problem with management Or neighbors and its like its own little community. It has gazebos and barbeque lots and a pool and also a recreation room for kids. Its not all bills paid but I can still afford rent and live good.

Beware, you will get towed regardless of having proper paperwork. Office management not helpful at all

If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be calling the City of Pasadena to recommend the condemning of this apartment complex.There are mice in my apartment, which pest control has failed to get rid of, time and time again within a 12 month period. There are human bite marks on the blinds within my apartment that were claimed by the leaser to be brand new. The upstairs flooring is uneven and dangerous. Multiple grooves exist withing the base of my apt. Flood issues are a guarantee, and the walls are thin, so much that you can smell the cooking of every neighbor across or below. Conversations of other residents can be heard clearly through bathroom units.There are no outlets provided within the bathroom, and known drug dealers live within this complex, and have smoked out residents multiple times. Despite the fact the complex has security surveying the premises. The loitering of children and their use of drugs are swept under the rug and ignored. Any complaint filed goes through one ear and out the other. Id sincerely advise any inquiry into moving into this complex to think twice.The stone and water beneath a bridge alone is worth more than even the thought of settling into this horrid establishment.

Terrible place to live at for any child ! Dirty old men always drinking outside by the cars with their loud Mexican music! Drug addicts here!! & Children running around every property banging on doors as a joke! No respect! Never any parking here too many people have more cars then what they should have living in apartments! Always people fighting outside cops being called day & night! Too many roaches here & finding out theyre bed bugs in our apartment complex can not wait to move out!!! The bathroom is growing mold above the tub yuck!! Maintance never come to fix anything when asked to come! Front office is horrible when it comes to consideration in childrens health when fixing old apartments above us! DONT MOVE IN HERE NOT A GOOD ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN!! NOT A DREAM HOME YOU WOULD WANT TO LIVE AT!!

If there was any way not to even give one star, That would be me. I been here for a year waiting for the days to go by until my lease is over..... My Apt. got flooded 2 times, My A/C leaks, & My Refrigerator leaks. I call to make work orders, Nothing gets done. I try to contact the office by phone or even stopping by the office and no one is never-there. I actually speak more to the answering service then the office. Its just ridicules. Good luck ppl

Since the new ladies have taken over in the apartments cars are not being towed as much. When i first moved here my car was towed twice due to the horrible parking lines paint. When it rains the parking lot floods. The new manager does not keep up the property. The grass has been mowed in months, when it’s use to be done weekly. If you call the emergency maintenance line the operator ether doesn’t report your emergency or the workers never come. Do not move here! I’m moving out as soon as my lease up in a couple of months.

Nancy is a heartless manager! Asked if my app could be processed same day because me and my 2 babies would be homeless the next couple days! She didnt even BLINK! Charge huge admin and app fee! When it cost 0$ to run backroud. I did mine free of charge withinf 5 minutes! On app it says if your denied money is refundable within 30 days. They did NOT honor this. Windows are very bad and outdated in these apartments! Not energy efficient at all! Where does all the money go that they collect from tenants? Obviously not into the apartments. Sad how apartments only make gain for themselvws and not their establishment. Smh. Ghetto!

Lived there for 5 miserable years, they dont fix anything. Had a huge hole in my roof for a whole year before i finally was able to get out of there. My apartment was also broken into when i was out of town and when i got back it took them a week to replace my front door. So for a week i couldnt lock my front door or even close it!

The place is not kept up. Watch when walking on the sidewalks. They are so uneven you will trip and get hurt. The laundry mats are in disrepair. The machines are always broken down. The roaches are terrible. Dont ask for pest control because it just makes it worse. I use Combat Gel and I find it works pretty good. You will find raw sewage on the ground because they leave the caps off. There is a mold problem here. I was told to just spray bleach on it. When it rains they have alot of flooding.And now for the last month I have had black fly larvae falling out of the air return vent in hallway. They sent a maintenance man to look but failed to see any. They fall every hour or 2 so he would have had to look alot longer than 2 minutes.

Only because I have to give one star to leave a review. Ive been here since 4/15 and to be honest the location of my apt is cool, quite, peaceful, neighbors are nice we stay yup ourselves. The problem has been for the last months. RATS, yes RATS WITH AN s have been in my apt. The office act very careless like oh ill send exterminator well there are holes in my walls thats how theyre getting in since the nasty ppl downstairs moved they came and sealed2 holes 2 months ago theres got to be another one.theyve changed management companies and theyre SLOW the parking theyre enforcing leave us sometimes driving around hours at night. Ive never been broken into nor my car not tampered with but this place is infested with Rats roaches bed bugs i to. I CANNOT WAIT for my lease to be up im going RUNNNN from here.

PLEASE NEVER LIVE AT THESE APARTMENTS. They had bed bugs and roaches. My daughter was bitten by bed bugs. Then THEY WORK with a TOWING company that will tow your car and put dents in your car. My car had a dent in it after I got it out from tow. The lady at the office hung up on me when I asked for the towing company number. At first they gave me a number that wasnt even working. These people are sneaky and just want your money. I HAD TO CALL THE PASADENA POLICE DEPARTMENT TO GET THE TOWING NUMBER.

I’ve been here for 4 months so far I haven’t had any issues the two ladies in the office are really nice and helpful , also Jose from maintenance is very quick to solve any issue.

ZERO STAR!Soooo HorribleDONT MOVE OVER THEREI was ready to move cuz a nice friend lives there but they has rats and all kind of bugs after that I went to the office to ask for my money and the manager was so rude well all that staff is. I am so grateful that we discover that now I prefer to loose $99 now but not to have anything with horrible people who dont have any values and principles to treat others with respect.

This place is absolutely horrible!!! They dont fix anything, our toilet over flows twice a day! Our ac leaks and my son has slipped an busted his head.! The management told us they didnt have a 6 month lease and made us sign a years! ALSO we had a mouse right beside my sons bed!!! How gross! We are in the very front by the office and still no one does anything for us!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Please

Total recommend these apartments lived here for 3 years. It’s a safe family environment has security on premises. Office and maintenance staff is great and very nice.

I made a mistake and started a application online and paid $100 my application wasn’t complete after i paid online the apartment staff called me saying to come into the office to do application because the online app wasn’t asking the the right information for them to submit it in. Went into the office start filling out a paper application then realize that I had applied for the wrong apartments thinking they was based on income apartments the leasing agent then didn’t process my application which I was so thankful for because I did a huge mix up and she told me that I would be refunded via check in mail and that it would take 30 days here a we are at 60 days and these apartments never refunded my $100 I’m so upset that there customers are NOT THEY FIRST PRIORITY I made a mistake and they was suppose to fix it but yet they stole money that wasn’t there’s they never submitted my app or anything and they are just holding my money in there account letting it build I interest until they can make money off of it before they decide to send it back

Its not really that bad Ive seen worst. I just moved in a few days ago havent had a issue at all. The apt has brand new tile with expensive window blinds. I can see my vehicle from my apt

I was denied getting an apartment because of a misdemeanor in 2015. Been told by a friend that they took over a week to come change his lock on the apartment because it broke and then maintenance messed up and changed the mailbox key before the door lock. Also he told me he can hear loud music though the walls and conversations (without trying to listen while the shower is running).

New management is nice. Office and maintenance are friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend it if you live in Pasadena, this is a great option!

If I could put zero stars I would , this place is not worth spending your money at it was way better before when I was leasing a 1bd we came back because we loved the management before and also they used to be very helpful but this time around is a nightmare and if you are considering renting here DONT DO IT , It is Not Worth It !!!! The new management is very unprofessional and won’t fix your stuff unless you keep calling and annoying them about it ! Go Somewhere else this is not the place to have your family at unless you want them to have bed bug bites on them every single night!!

Very calm and quite community they have an after school program for when the kiddos get out of school it’s been awesome it kept the kids busy during the summer and Angie the leasing girl is very helpful

These apartments are the worst I’ve lived in, they’re in terrible condition, the manager is not responsible at all and treats the people living here like trash, they recently made a huge damage in my car and they’re now trying to charge me for the “damage” I made. The apartments are full with roaches with walls rooting from the inside. DO NOT LIVE HERE

I have been staying between my Girlfriends apt and mine ... I ABSOLUTELY love these apts , There Quite no B.S. going on like other apts ... They recently fixed the side walk ,Since my Girlfriend is in Wheelchair its made a HUMONGOUS difference because, now Im temporarily in one, The neighbors dont bother us, Not a lot of kids making noise and tearing things up , I havent seen any Thugs or Gansters, Office is doing a Great Job on screening the people they let move in ... The only problems weve had are roaches ... NO MICE or RATS ... Maintenance is timely ,Theres a PPD car in front of the office a lot so thats very reassuring.The Ladies in the office have always been cordial to me .I give it 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟THE WORST THING IS , THEY NO LONGER EXCEPT HOUSING ... AND I JUST GOT IT 😣😭😢😦... This would have been my first choice of places to live ... I LOVE IT HERE !!!

I don’t understand i had put the application fee too hold my apartment & the day I was approved they literally called me at 5:45 15 minutes before they closed I called back the next morning to find out they rented out the apartment I wanted & then tried to say I said no I never once said no I did not want it , me and my husband needed time to discuss the 600$ risk fee they were trying to charge us ! I will never try to rent here again keep my 100$ Y’all needed more than I did anyways 🙏🏼 .

The lady in the office Raquel she has been really good since we moved in here and the new manager they just got is good Raquel she trys her best to get stuff fixed your apts that you need fixed been here a year just renewed my lease for 6 months things have been improving since we got this new manager the apts are better when they use to be it is not like peopl say since they have new manager and workers also good for new people young trying to get there own place just need new maintenance or push more on the maintenance other then maintenance everything has been good .

These are definitely the worst apartments to live Inelda Garcia is the manager and she does her job all wrong needs new management asap.When I turned my keys in when my lease was up they had a guy name J.R walk through my apartment when he wasnt management and tell me hes going to get back to me in thirty days if something is wrong.The apartment was super clean when it was checked at 9:15am.I call the Apartment Of Assosiation to see if thats true to find out that was a lie they suppose to tell you something right when they do the walk through of the apartment and give you something to sign.I went back to the apartment at 1:48 and inform vista del sol and thats when management Inelda Garcia wanted to do another walk through of the apartment she did but yet again she gave me nothing to sign.Never get nothing you didnt sign record everything for proof even if they refuse to sign record record record so youll have that proof they refuse to sign.And really they dont deserve no stars there just that BAD!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of them doesnt have the shower head and the closet door hits the toilet (opens about 45% of what it should) no storage closets, the closet in one of the rooms is only 1/3 useable... You have to squish in between your clothes to get to the othe 2/3... Living room and dining rooms is like one room, not enough space to have a decent dining table... Only reason i gave it 2 starts is because they sometimes open the pool during week days and they have a park but the apt it self is horrible

The only issue I have with these apartment complex is they never have the pool open... Open the pool the less u have to worry about the kids running wild... The first time I lived here for almost 7 years same thing pool not open now here we go again no pool.. Its summer time get ur head out ur ass and get our pool open so us moms dont have to waste gas to go to a different pool or to a water park...

Manger and mantince man walk in when you are not home ! Gots me thinking what do they need to be in my home , bed bugs , if u need something done it won’t be Done ! DONT MOVE IN ! There’s always drunks walking around . Not a safe area for kids !

I highly recommend this property to anyone. Rosana the property manager and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Great place to live !

If you are longing for the comforts, convenience, cleanliness and security of a 3rd world country, then these are the apartments for you. And that loud circus music at all hours.....free of charge.

Nacey the manager is a rude smart mouth person. In not sure how she is the manager there but her customer service sucks she is very rude this is where people call home and she has the nerve to make U feel uncomfortable in ur own place !

Be careful parking ANY WHERE. They will tow your car when there is no sign to support it. Management does not care. They will charge you $300 for THEIR mistakes.

I’m at the leasing office I’m getting attended by a lady named Rachel and she’s the nicest lady ever she makes you feel comfortable instantly. I’m hoping to get my apartment very soon!

My daughter has to finish lease , but has to live with rats,roaches, and electrical problems. She even had a fire in apartment because of her outlet.

I was wrong😢This Lady Raquel came into a lot of mess created by x employees I honestly feel so bad getting upset with her...She is so awesome and so caring....Happy Here because of people like her.

Dingy, spread out inconveniently. The grounds and the apartments arent well kept or repainted very well. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Fast service, lenient cross referencing.

No star do not move here the staff is stilling rent money orders and will say your rent is missing and they want you to pay again and late charges its very infested with rats and roaches the maintenance will never fix nothing the laundry room dont even work it will keep taking you money I just moved out and it aint only me the whole complex is as well

Maintenance is fast and reliable. Office staff is helpful, updated units are very nice.

Ive lived here for 3 and a half years and I do recommend it. The management staff is extremely helpful and maintenance is on point

Parking lot is poorly kept as are the outside of the buildings and grounds.Inside of apartment is liveable but thats it.

DONT I REPEAT DONT RENT HERE, THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ROSIE AND THE MANAGER ARE GHETTO. IM TRYING TO SAVE YOU GUYS FROM MONTHS OF MISERY. I HAD MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY APARTMENT AND NEVER GOT ANYTHING FIXED, I HAD A SWIMMING POOL IN MY KITCHEN AFTER THE MAINTENANCE SUPPOSEDLY FIXED MY AC. I KNOW SEVERAL OF THE RESIDENTS AND NONE OF THEM ARE PLANNING ON RENEWING. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX.

Liars. They showed my mother a floor plan and when she moved in it was NOTHING like it. Small and there’s not even a pantry in the kitchen.

New owners and management are horrible. The front office is constantly closed. My AC was not working properly and wasnt fixed for two days. Parking lot is awful as well.

My new place

I dont live here but many times I have had to bring some deliveries and the road is terrible, too many holes when it rains it is even more horrible. They should do something to improve their streets

Well the apartments are good, but before they were much better the rent price was cheaper now they go up more every year. And they dont renew them like when you rent them for the first time. There are no mice. There are many cats outside! A quiet area to live in. There used to be people who sell drugs and theyre gone.

My experience living here has been very pleasant, my son really liked the school, the Deer Park district is very good, the buses drop off and pick up in front. I have never had any problems, it is very quiet in my area and good neighbors.

Dirty all the time in the yard and everything flooded, I had to pay for a parking lot but it also flooded and it smelled very bad. In addition, they burned the apartments and I didnt recover anything. Only the Red Cross helped me. They gave me an apartment that had no bathroom and a letter that I had 7 days to leave the apartments, because I have to pay tenant insurance if they already charge too much for the rent or I will be left with nothing I do NOT recommend living there better a hotel like I am now and more Varato, thank you for reading this comment.

I want to publish, I have been to many apartments in Pasadena, and this place is comfortable, there is no one outside with noise, parties, etc. Oh security, it looks good. The apartment was delivered to me with a good remodeling, not patches like other places, Raquel was my assistant the day I came in and she treated me very well. I love the place. Apart from that, they gave me a pantry as a suitable welcome... nowhere do they bother... I just want to thank Vista del Sol for the good treatment. I am very comfortable

The kids club is the best! Excellent initiative for children to spend some fun, entertaining and productive hours taking them away from leisure and the routine of school and home...many thanks to teacher Ms Alejandra for her teachings and dedication to all the children!

Very little parking and they flood too much and you cannot park and they have many reserved spaces and they also do not paint the parking lines well and that is why there are many problems and the tow truck takes them away.

I recommend the apartments, excellent service, there is security, there are places to recreate and spend quality time with the family, in the swimming pools, park, and picnic places, affordable prices and they have everything included.
