After being called and bullied to delete my previous one star review by the old manager, I feel comfortable leaving a review again,Now that she’s gone and the same issues I had a year ago are still ongoing, I feel comfortable to leave a review again. After almost a year, the laundry connections in the entire property, are not in working condition STILL( this was my Complaint before too) . I had to buy my own portable washer because I waited over 6 months for them to fix ANY of the machines and nothing. I was told almost a year ago that they had ordered new ones. Dog poop still everywhere in the property , although they gave us an incentive, that if we see anyone not picking up poop and show proof, that we would get a discount on rent. However, it’s hard to catch people in the act and feel this has not done much for the issue. There’s stations for dumping dog poop but NEVER ANY BAGS. I left my own personal doggy bags in hopes people pick up poop. It’s literally everywhere . The property is OLD and does need repair. Although I don’t use my dishwasher, it always Floods with water. I have to clean the whole dishwasher unit to prevent mold and there are roaches here, no matter how clean you keep your unit, you will still see them. There’s teenagers smoking in the laundry rooms and having sex in said room. (It was homeless people doing this before).I am leaving a 2 star and not a one star because the staff is truly very nice, and try to help you out as much as possible. Always friendly and had no issues with them other than the previous manager lady. Maintenance staff has been nice and fast the few times I needed them as well. If you’re planning to move here, just be prepared for these things . Please , I don’t want anyone from the staff calling me , saying they addressed my issue and ask me to remove my review rudely ,because I won’t this time. My issues have not been resolved and I stand on it.
I originally had 2 stars because they do tend to try to help resolve the issue but I’m changing this to a 1 now because of a multitude of issues.-German cockroaches infestation. I’ve had sticky pads and poison I PURCHASED to get rid of them but, it’s hopeless.-Structural damage. Neighbors above moved in and caused a major leak which damaged my bathroom and living room. The maintenance took 3 weeks to send someone to repair and yet they never replaced the damages til 3 months after I complained to the manager.-Mold. Tested for mold and there is a real legal issue here.-Safety. Lots of theft. My car was broken into twice. They tried to steal it and took my valuables. No cameras and the gate is never closed. Not enough lights in the parking lot.-Towing. The towing is UNBELIEVABLE. If you forget to register your guest in the parking. Best believe you’ll get towed and it’s over $200.There’s so many damages and just patch work there that it’s hard to really be comfortable.Please staff, make this place more livable for everyone. Do upgrades and get to the root problem or just get everyone out and start from scratch.
Me and my family moved here last year around June everything was ok. TILL new management had just started they texted my mom sometime February to stop by the office when she have the time. My mom had just found out she had walking pneumonia so she couldn’t go to the office due to her being very sick, not only was she very sick but she’s also big and pregnant!!! After my mom got well enough she went to the office with me and all my siblings. She claimed to be in a meeting so my mom decided to come back the next day to talk to her but ended up going back to the office some days later. My mom ended up going back up there by herself while me and my siblings were at school. She calls me upset while I’m at school because the manger was being very rude to her and telling her she owed rent money when she has proof she wasn’t just paying utilities!!!!!! These people are scamming people out of their money ! My mom is 6 months pregnant she shouldn’t be dealing with all that stress, but they’re so rude and careless they don’t have a care in the world. I wouldn’t move here even if it was your last option we are currently coming up with a plan to leave cause the new manager has lost her mind.
Just moved in. Had a great experience on the move in process. The office staff was friendly and understanding with my needs on my new unit. And the maintenance staff did a great job getting my apartment ready and on time when I had urgency. It was even better to know they offer 2 months free of rent on my lease. Recommend to come check it out !
DO NOT rent in these nasty ass apartments!!!These apartments are FULL of roaches ! They’re even inside the refrigerators!!! I’ve been telling them for 4-5 months and I’ve been on it with them and they have NOT done ANYTHING about it. Pest control came only ONCE to LOOK not even to do a service! And they changed my refrigerator to a a miniature refrigerator!!! My lease is up in less than 30 days now and they said the most they can do is move me to another complex. WHY ON EARTH would I want to move when I’m trying to leave these nasty ass apartments. Double the struggle in 1 month especially when I have a baby that’s disabled! It’s been a NIGHTMARE HERE! They make promises they can’t keep! Everytime I call they say they’ll get something done and they never do! They sure do expect their money every month but they don’t do shit about fixing their issues! I’ve even asked for a discount and they won’t give me that! I WILL be taking legal action!
If you’re looking for a review to lyk whether you should move in to this complex or not this is it.When I say the maintenance dep is severely understaffed, that’s to say the least. They take WEEKS if not MONTHS to take care of a work order, it could be a leak or a toilet not working they don’t give a crap. The property itself isn’t getting taken care of properly. The gate to the second entrance hasn’t worked since I’ve been here (abt a yr)It’s wide open for intruders to come and look through vehicles and vandalize. the police comes more often than they should. Their remodels are poorly done. Maybe because they also rush the maintenance guys to fix these apartments all while having them complete all these backed up work orders. The yard can get up to a feet tall and they’ll finally get it cut and their yard guys leave the cut grass EVERYWHERE. $1,500+ for a 2 bd can def get you to a better property. Don’t make the same mistake I made of moving into this complex. I don’t blame the staff, I blame their upper management for not giving them enough funds to coordinate and keep this property with so much potential in good standing.
I have been a resident here for awhile and I can say that thing have gotten a lot better with the new management. The property manager does everything she can to make Mosaic a great place to live. Any problems you have, she will make sure they are addressed. I hope she stays with the property as long as I am here so that I dont have to leave. She is the best manager that they have had.
I have lived in these apartments since the end of June. We were supposed to have a washer and dryer within our first month of living here, still do not have one. We have water damage and a horrible leak in our kitchen from our upstairs neighbors and it has molded the connecting wall in the bedroom next to it. We have complained to the office several times, countless emails, and no one has been sent out here to fix anything. They looked at it once, and never came back a month and a half later. Hopefully something is done soon, still have about 9 months left on the lease.
Love this apartment community! The manger Veronica gave me a tour of the property and she was the sweetest person! i highly recommend this apartment complex, great staff and very well kept place!
In search for my first apartment and Mosaic is the perfect location for my convenience! I was welcomed by friendly staff and toured with the property manager Veronica, she was awesome, she went into great detail of everything I needed to know and I LOVED how nice and clean the community was.
This is the second time in less than a week my AC has gone out and they refuse to send somebody to come help me fix it. They have an emergency after hours maintenance set up but they wont even send anybody out to fix your AC and instead will make you sweat in the heat all night long instead of having somebody come fix it so you can actually sleep and be able to breathe in your own apartment. I shouldnt have to spend overnight sweating in the heat unable to breathe or even sleep. If youre going to have an after hours maintenance then at least send them to peoples apartments when theres an emergency and something needs to be fixed before the next day. It seems you are more interested in just collecting the rent money then actually using the money that youre collecting to invest into the property to fix all the issues with the property that existed when you bought it and have become issues since youve taken over as management. Im tired of these apartments that are barely maintained but are charging over $1,000 a month and expect you to live in an apartment, thats not much better than a flop house in the ghetto, than to actually try to maintain it. They expect you to pay an outrageous amount of money for them to do next to nothing, while you live there. Apartments should not profit off of other people having to live in the slums, and expect to pay an inflated fee for mediocre service, like you just did some huge favor instead of actually doing your job. Also if youre going to charge people for maintenance and pest control then you should be sending someone to the apartments to spray on a regular basis. Ive been here over a year and Ive only had them come over and spray one time and I had to ask them to come do it.
Hello,I currently reside here, and I give it a 10/10. The staff is extremely communicative and efficient, and the price is under $1,000, which is hard to find nowadays. They always have specials, and the apartments are pet and kid-friendly. The office staff is extremely welcoming and got me into my apartment in a matter of 3 days. Im extremely grateful for my leasing agent, Cassandra; she went above and beyond and answered all my questions. I just thought she deserved a shout-out. Thank you!
If youre considering moving in here please let me save you some time and dont move in. I had the worst experience here! Ive had the water come my apartment 3 times within less than 7 months, and reported them all. they havent done anything to fix the problem. now Im dealing with bad smell due to wet carpet, floors and walls. Im pretty sure it created mold issues which can be a health issue. wet furniture twice now its damaged. here are some pictures to show you.
Do NOT pay for an “upgraded unit”. Make sure you walkthrough your apartment before you sign the lease. I made that mistake. They didn’t have any ready so I had to go by the photos the leasing office showed me. It’s all a lie. I paid for the most expensive 2 bedroom because it was the biggest and the remodeled one. It’s not. It was not even remodeled. They refuse to do anything about it now. They said one day they will get around to it. Oh and the ac? If you have issues and it’s hot as hell. Don’t even bother. They won’t show up. Even though I have an “emergency work order” I had that opened September 13th. It’s not September 25th. And that’s an emergency work order for a hot apartment. Please, and I cannot stress this enough, PLEASE DO NOT move here. It was the worst mistake we’ve ever made. No matter what “new management” buys this place, it WILL NOT get better. We gave it a chance because when we first moved in they were under new management and were “making improvements”. An absolute joke. As soon as you sign that lease, the office people lose their kind words and smiles. The most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. Any review on here that has more than 1 star, is fake! I can’t even begin to explain the issues we’ve had but to name just a few: water gets shut off at least twice a month and when it is on, there’s no hot water. Parking is a nightmare and they will tow you for literally anything. So many outrageous fees, if you get any move-in specials they will back charge you later. Pools are always green, gate never worked, gym is almost always closed and dirty, mold, nasty dog park, and most notable the pests.
I currently live here and I would give this place negative stars if I could. Since Ive moved in (May) there have been constant water shut offs. For what reason? Who knows. The AC units suck. Had to buy fans. The water pressure and water heater are garbage. I put in repairs the day after I moved in and they still havent been fixed. Including a leak in my shower head and a 4x4 that fell over on my balcony. The unit they gave us is nothing like the one they showed us. Management and the office workers do not care about customer service. But they want 1000 a month. Laughable. If youre thinking about moving here, DONT. Ive ran into several other tenants who have all said the same thing. The only good thing about this place is that they accept dogs.And yes, there are roaches.
Please!!! I repeat please DONT SIGN THE LEASE!!! I stayed there for 1 year and 7 months and my life was so miserable!!!The neighbors upstairs was the absolute worst, very active throughout the day, very noisy!!!! The management was completely disrespectful!! No care in the world about their tenants! The hot water was off most of time and they had ridiculous fees that pop up every month. Rent was up and down every month so you didnt expect what to pay, its like a guessing game that youre playing. Pool is dirty all year round. The gate on both sides are broke. The dumpsters be filled up, garbage bags everywhere.. I would not recommend anyone else to come live there!!
I lived here for two years it was the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment by myself especially for what they charge you! It’s not worth it at all! I see all these reviews with five stars that is definitely the office staff doing that to have people come move due to people wanting to leave let’s be fr! It’s like the apartments were so humid that there was a lot of gnats and mold along with roaches! I moved to another city in really nice apartments there is no gnats, mold, roaches nothing like that compared to these apartments it felt so unsafe for my health! I’d rather pay more that’s worth it because at these apartments it’s not they are violating a lot of apartment laws I’ll tell you that!
ABSOLUTELY, WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SIGN A LEASING CONTRACT WITH MOSAIC APARTMENTS! There are better apartments for a better price just keep looking, unless you want to spend over 1000 dollars a month for a roach infected 1 bedroom apartment with water and power only half the time. Your vehicle will be towed. Your visitors vehicle will be towed. The pools are only clean for about 1 week out of the year, the front gate doesn’t work, and any issues you have in your apartment will not be resolved.

Never clean the pools in the property, never try to fix the gate on the property, office full of incompetent staff specially the BLACK manager treats people poorly & does not have best interest in her tenants & not professional at all. Very Unorganized. Would not recommend The mosaic apartments. Owners may need to make changes in their staff accordingly
Currently I am a resident at Mosaic Apartments located at 4025 Burke Rd., Pasadena, TX 77504. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO LIVE. Moved in February, day of lease signing had an apointment arrived early for my apointment office was closed. Office personnel did not bother to call me if they were not going to be able to sign lease. Had to wait for 1 hour until someone from maintenance showed up who contacted office personnel. After signing lease did not received a key to my apartment eventhough I had notified office a month in advanced and already had the appointment to sign lease. Moving day, went to office to pick up the apartment key office was closed despite I was told to pick it up at that time. Received apartment key after waiting, found apartment stove and refrigerator in the livingroom, apartment cabinets had no hardware installed they were removed for painting. I had to put everything back myself maintenance did not bother to go back. Since I submitted my check list also submitted a repair list through their portal, phone, and in writting. Still to this day management has not been able to fix a water leak in the shower since I moved in. NEW MANAGEMENT has not kept their promises about working on making this a better place to live. Last Monday I reported a shower not working propertly for the third time, water changes from cool to scolding hot without even touching it, until I had no more hot water. I was told by NEW MANAGEMENT Christian it was going to be fixed no later than Tuesday or Wednesday. Here we are on Sunday still no hot water, problem has NOT been fixed even though I went back spoke to manager last week. Definitely, THE WORST MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE.

Best place to live so far. Had nothing but good things to say about the way Nelda has helped me get my apartment. So glad I stopped by and asked to look around. They are fixing up the property as we speak. Any issues that I ve had or had have been taken care of. Still love here. And will continue to live here.
The place is nice and quiet. Ms. Nelda Lopez has been a big help in assisting with any questions or concerns me and my wife had. If anyone is looking into these apartments I highly suggest speaking to her.
One of the worst apartments i ever lived at, the management is so trash and so unprofessional and rude. The partments are full of roaches. The water is always off for some reason i cant even cook for my kids, but they want to nag and nag about the rent. Super expensive for such bad service around the complex. They never want to fix anything. They steal money too. They do not put your money orders in the system unless full payment is there. Atleast thats what they say. A/C sucks, its on 70F° feels like 80F°. You can hear through the walls and floors. My shower gets cold then hot on and off, cant control the temp of the water. They want to charge you for everything. Another thing is does the power to the whole complex go out?? Never seen that before? Only during heavy bad storms. On and off, on and off??
I had the best customer service with the maintenance men I have lived here for three years and Emmanuel Garza, Rafa and Fredy have always helped me when something went wrong with my AC! They have made living here a great experience for me. Norma is the new manager and she always listens to any complains I have.
This apartment complex have towing signs in random places and they are very misleading.With big bold print, the sign says to not back into the parking spot or be towed.I did this so I could visit my girlfriend who lives at this apartment complex.They towed my Porsche 911 Turbo to a holding facility 2.5 miles away and it costed me $185 to get my car back.I attempted to discuss how misleading their towing signs are; but the management team was very nasty, mean, rude and did nothing but tell me how I was in the wrong and I should have parked in a visitor spot; but its also quite difficult to find &/or identify where visitor parking is located.There were MANY open parking spots on both sides of my car, so I do not understand what harm or problems I could have possibly caused by parking in their poorly run apartment complex.I thought by parking my car straight in and visiting someone who lives at the apartment complex would be considered an Authorized park, so how do you know if you are Authorized or not?? Their signs do not describe what an Authorized vehicle is!!Ive only seen Authorized parking signs at places like State / Local Government facilities.
Manager and assistance manager are the most ( Taylor Jacobs & Jasmine Love) unprofessional women giving a evict to a home of 2 disabled 1 in middle of 5 surgical procedures since November her 15 yr old Autistic son a 3 day eviction due to a guest disturbance outside of apartment and I had no idea about this incident .Refused to speak with sons advacate , threw away Drs note for Esa dog, 🐕 blocked email when I reached out 3rd time to ask for any kind of meeting , Then management company changed over night I called them, and went to pay rent and was told not going accept it by Assistant Manager. And thrown at person whom took in the office for me.Never been late on rent never had any issues prior and son has 3 therapist in home who wrote letter . Plus never served eviction papers. My son became suicidal and is on meds nervous if rude TaylorI even took in protective order and told still evictionOngoing ... Not fair housing friendlyUpdate.. They have taken my legal papers i posted and they now say pending .They dont want anyone seeing the real legal actions.
I was excited to move in with my new family here, we recently had a kid and this place seemed somewhat promising as a first apartment, now this place is actually trash. The power always goes out and theres always water issues, its fine if it happens every once in awhile but it happens Max 10 times a month. Its ridiculous. The workers seem to forget there quitting time because it seems to happen before closing time I call at 5:15 and Im redirected to voicemail every time. New management might go under a new management change if you keep this up. Also they have Ranger towing that comes in and literally steals vehicles, they stole my truck these people used some type of inflator and a long stick to unlock my door up to move the temporary permit paper that was given to me by the office who said wed have the stickers within a week but never got back to us but the moment I went in there to show them what happened they instantly printed out our parking permit stickers when it shouldve been done sooner. These apartments for a one bedroom are not worth 850 a month advertisement especially after all the issues Ive just posted realistically youll pay 980 almost a thousand a month for absolute garbage. We were also told that wed pay a one time fee for the new washer and dryer 40 dollars , 7 months later Im still paying that one time fee. People here are thieves, theres no cameras to give the police in case you get mugged theres gates but theyre literally all open and dont require a code to get in. Terrible place
Been here since 2020. This year it has been issue after issue. Especially now! Hot water is never really hot. Seems like they control it and don’t care because it doesn’t affect them. Especially when it’s cool outside and you want a hot shower. They always say it’s a boiler problem. There is huge pot holes in drive ways and one hole that has been dug up for about 2 months now. The gym has not been open and they only say it’s under construction (for 2 years?) I constantly see people move out and not many move in. For the price we pay you think things would be better. Only good thing is the neighbors are pretty cool, they are experiencing they same issues.
From day one its all been lies that they tell tenants. I had to get a rental car, and they towed it the same day I got the car. Update: They said no critters or any type of bugs but my neighbor said they have a bad infestation in all its units. The only time I have known them to spray was when I said something. Maintenance is so funny. My Dishwasher does not work and Ive said something about it and still no go. The stuff is falling apart. Backups in the tub, toilets, and sinks. Im just here until my lease is up. Trash everywhere.
If could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We never have water and when we do we do not have hot water. Its been over a month and all management says is they are working on it. I have yet to see a professional plummer on property, they hire cheap unskilled labor to save money but the residents are paying the the cost of not having water.
Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else. Living here is a pain. The office staff doesnt document anything. You have to call several times and each person is clueless because they lack the ability to document/communicate. We placed our 60 day notice on 01/17/2023 and moved out prior to our move out date (which was 3/14/2023.) Come time to pay the last bit of rent, they claimed that we never gave notice to vacate our apartment and that they expect a full months rent. I spoke with someone about 2 weeks ago regarding the expected payment online and she told me that we could just bring in a money order for about $480 since she found our notice in her email. This passed weekend we did our last walk through only to find an eviction notice on our door for the other half of the month that we were previously told we didnt have to pay. I called today to verify that it was only a mistake and they AGAIN told me that we didnt provide a 60 day notice to vacate. I spoke with both Taylor and Jasmine today. Jasmine informed me that they simply didnt have an office manager for a while and they just didnt know how to file or update the notice or anything online. So, they just let things sit and become forgotten/lost. These people are insanely incompetent.Update: I spoke with Cassandra on 03/25/2023 and she was completely clueless. Again, Jasmyn didnt document our notice to vacate nor did she send it to her manager. I mentioned how if this isnt taken care of, Ill have no option but to have to find an attorney because weve been listed as delinquent and abandoning our unit. Afterwards, she wouldnt speak to me. It took multiple emails to the office manager to get this all sorted out. The office needs a major clean out. These ladies dont know what theyre doing. Trust me when I say its best to live anywhere but Mosaic Apartments.In addition, the 5 star reviews from the last month are all fake. 2 months ago this place was sitting at 2.5 stars and now at 3.2. The environment sucks, the gate doesnt operate, but they sure did prioritize painting it. There was a fire several months ago at the mailboxes and they never began to even clean up anything. The place is filthy, theyve gone weeks without trash pick up (you can find photos on the other Google reviews to see how true it is), majority of the amenities they offer are inoperable. They are not doing any improvements to the property. Thats a lie. Management doesnt care about the people living here. This place is pathetic. I wouldnt give them more than 1 star.
Had a scheduled appointment to tour for a Saturday in the late afternoon with my fiancée. Received two automated emails confirming the appointment and never actually spoke to a person.We got there early to be sure we were on time and saw a sign on the door that said they would be back at 3:35 pm (which was 5 minutes later than our appointment time). We figured they were probably doing another tour, so we decided to wait.Our appointment time rolled around, and we hadnt spoken to anyone within the office. Everyone who walked by that we saw was a resident (they were getting their mail and trying to see if someone was in the office) looked very unhappy to be there and were telling us they werent surprised we hadnt seen or spoken to anyone yet. We waited until about 3:45 pm (15 minutes after we had scheduled the appointment, 10 after they said theyd return) and finally left.I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, as a lot of the responses here said they were under new management and were actively working on fixing things, but given the fact we a) never spoke to an actual person, b) still are receiving emails from them thanking us for our interest, and c) never even reached out to us about why we missed the tour (keep in mind, this review is a month after the fact), I have to give it one star. Id recommend not looking into these apartments, whether it be for yourself or someone else.EDIT: Ive just seen that there was a response from the owner, and I want to point out that its been 4 months since then and nobody has reached out to me. Definitely sounds like we dodged a bullet with this one.
I have lived at Mosaic Apartments for 3 years now and I am extremely impressed as well as grateful for the changes brought about by the new ownership. The staff here is quite friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The apartments are clean and well-maintained, and the community is a safe and secure place to live. The amenities are top-notch and add to the overall living experience at Mosaic Apartments. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.
Finally out of this place! If you are thinking of moving here think about it twice, property management Jasmine does not take tenant’s seriously, she will make you deal with it yourself, she is very unprofessional, my fiancé was at the office when she was arguing with an senior woman started getting physical with her and the worst part of it is that the ladies there Cassandra, Taylor and others, just sat there and watched it happen, and she still got to keep her job… they will add extra to your bills every few months, they also lied about us submitting our 60 day notice and tried to evict us.. if you do move here I suggest you keep tabs of everything you pay and when you talk to them for your own good.

I lived in Mosaic Apartments for about 4 months now and I am more then happy with the neighborhood. This apartment complex’s staff were so friendly and helpful when showing me the apartment and through the whole renting process. Any concerns I had the staff was there. The apartment it’s self great and I’m looking forward for my family and friends to come visit and enjoy my beautiful new place.
You’re better off somewhere else if you have pets. They raised the pet fee from $250 to $400 with the only reason being “the owners wanted to change it”. The pet stations are never supplied with poop bags
Worst apartment ever. I dont live here but my friend recently moved here. I came by to see them and drop off some food while on my way to work. Not even there for an hour and my car gets towed. I guess got to register your car as guest but Damn its not like I was about to be here long any ways. So not only did I miss work now have to spend $260
If I could give zero stars I would, this is the worst place I have ever lived. I have been without heat since Thursday and it is now Sunday, I have called multiple times to try and get it fixed to no avail and all I am told is we will work on it. I have spent over a week previously with no hot water with the same we will work on it. The gym has been closed going on two years and they are working on it. This placed charged resident a mandatory $95 concierge service and then provided no services for the $95 dollars. They changed the way we are allowed to pay our rent even though the lease I signed states other wise.
Not sure what rating to give. Theyre DEFINITELY NOT 5 stars. But theyre also not a 1 star property. Managemenr is always changing. Weve been here about 10 years. NEVER have had ANY upgrades. When something has gone out, we just got the next used item from another apartment. Our HOT water is the reason I came to give a rating though. Our HOT water IS USUALLY off about once a week (even if for a day) we MIGHT get an email here and there notifying us that the water will be turned off. If its a boiler issue (especially at this point) that has it going out this often FOR YEARS! Then why not REPLACE the boiler? I informed the staff on Monday that we had no HOT water. I even opened a work order (as they said to do that also). Here we are on Friday... NO HOT WATER. They TRIED to blame the tornado we had yesterday when I called on Thursday cause we had no power half of Tuesday and ALL day Wednesday. AND IT WAS COLD. And yet... here we are STILL with no HOT water. The tornado had nothing to do with NO hot water as this happened BEFORE it. There is only ONE person in the office whos been super nice. Not sure what the issue is with us not even getting a reply to the work order. Or even a notice. Boiling water to take a shower/bath is NOT ok. Not in todays time IN THE CITY. Hopefully this sees someone (Hopefully the owners) and gets a handle on it TODAY!
This place has gone so far downhill the bar is in hell! Management pisses me off! Changing policies without informing us. Trying to up the rent without fixing appliances. The a/c sucks! Its been broken all summer. They refused to fix the horrid carpet and flooring. They enjoy making us suffer here in the depths of hell, while stealing our money for their greedy disgusting paws!
UPDATE: property manager was very dismissive and then BUCKS UP to me and THREATENS me after I was addressing not having hot water for FOUR DAYS!!!ROACHES. Lawn was overgrown for almost a month in July. The stairs to my unit are lopsided and never has been fixed after notifying staff. FLOODS BADLY. Water and hot water keeps getting shut off. Norma is very rude.
The service here was phenomenal.Mrs. Nelda Lopez went above and beyond with my apartment search.She was truly helpful in every way.She was so so nice with everything.
*PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE* I lived here for 2+ years and I recently moved out. Our FIRST night staying their roaches were crawling all over the walls and floor. They had a roach infestation. We hadn’t even been there a day. That was the first management. They raise the rent and make nothing better. I can honestly say these are the worst apartments i’ve ever lived in. Constantly out of hot water. Their excuse all the time is boiler issues. Maintenance never wants to fix anything. The new management lady is an absolute pain. We have had 3 different managements come in and it has progressively gotten worse. At least 2 times a week you will be outof water.I don’t understand how… it never failed though. After a long day of work you come home to no water. They send emails out apologizing but it just keeps happening. Me and my family were so fed up with the people there. Worst apartments i’ve ever had to deal with. Please do your research before moving in to these. It’s not worth it. I’ve since then moved to a new apartment and have had nothing but a great experience. Another thing, Mosaic look dead. Most of the lights outside don’t work. So it’s pitch black very scary. It’s like a ghost town. There was a time when the trash was pulling up so bad that it was on the sides of the trash can and trash was EVERYWHERE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I don’t know if they have fixed it since moving but we paid SO MUCH for the place to look like TRASH. So idk if they fixed it or painted all over it like they do all their other issue. Nonetheless, my time here was terrible. Their pool is never open. The gym is never open. They gave us the hardest time EVER. There is so much more i have and feel the need to say but i’m sure the other review prior to mine will cover all that.
The new ownership is making great improvements to all of the apartments. They are cleaning up the community and making it a safer place. I really like the staff because they are very friendly and helpful. I also the amenities offered to us.
Do not recommend at all. I was sooooo excited when I first moved in and then all the problems started happening. Within the first day half of the apartment didn’t have electricity. After they came to fix it the laundry room light never turned on, one side of the kitchen the outlets wouldn’t work and the one wall from the living room the outlets never worked. The ceiling where yellow and when it would rain it would leak, all they did was paint over it. Hot water is always going out. Trash is all over the place. One of the reasons I was so excited about this place was the gym, and I swear the whole time I was there it was closed due to repairs, like really a whole year for repairs?! And the worst thing is that my ac never worked, I called and did about three work orders before I gave up. I had a light bill that was $300 once because the unit outside was somehow on 24/7 but it was hot as heck inside. I literally had to unplug it and just bought fans so it wouldn’t be running all day. Save yourself the trouble and just go to ashmore.
BE CAREFUL before renting read all the reviews . I am a tenant and when I came they told me my rent would be a certain amount and that amount keeps changing every month and they are charging a stormsewer/water waste fee that we should not be charged I spoke with the city and they said the city does not charge that . This place is awful! It is unsafe my ceiling has holes ! They will charge you pest control but goodluck having someone come by. My stairs are awful it literally scares me having to go down
Poor communication and they will let the towing company tow vehicles that they know have permits. They have good employees but then they disappear and then reappear. Hopefully, they can keep their current maintenance crew. It’s not like they can’t afford to pay tyem enough to keep them and hire more. It’s just a big ol cluster puck.
I have gone to the office twice and requested my dryer to be fixed. They have not fixed it, it has been about a month. I will most likely wont be renewing my lease for that reason. Management has not called me or even left a note on my door regarding the status of my work order.
Made a maintenance request 4-5 days ago about my kitchen sink. Maintenance still hasn’t came by to fix it. I can’t do dishes and the standing dirty water is smelling up my apt. Been to the office twice about it and have been told “ I’ll get right on that and someone will be there right away”. Been 2 days since I’ve heard that. New management has made this place go down hill
YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE! Going on my second year being here and I wish I had not renewed! My kitchen sink has been clogged for going on a week now! Called the office as well as went in there and no one cares! I’m continuing to be told maintenance will get to you! And it never happens! My apt is starting to stink due to the old dirty water in the sink! Called yesterday and was told they fix emergencies first as in my issue is not an emergency! New management sucks! Can’t wait for my lease to be up! Getting their rent is an emergency but I guess taking care of their tenants doesn’t matter! Worst apt ever!
Visited the property and the new ownership is making great improvements. Their staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice and clean, the neighbors within community are good, they also offer incredible amenities plus no need to worry the place is very safe and secured. 👍
The Mosaic apartment complex is the absolute WORST in the Pasadena area. Save yourself the expenses & headaches. The staff is extremely rude on top of being unprofessional. Dont expect anything to get fixed on time or ever for that matter. We had a carpenter ant infestation from the moment we moved in that they did nothing about. We had to spend extra money out of our own pockets to have them treated but they still returned a few months later due to the entire building being affected. The ants are so bad that they ate through the wood in the window causing nearly half of it to be hollow, only a thin layer of paint was left & caused a hole in the paint over the hollow area. They wouldnt ever treat our apartment for bugs due to us having a small child. The dish washer wasnt installed correctly & would literally fall out anytime we opened it. The toilets are extremely old, dont flush correctly, arent bolted in correctly so they wobble & one of them was literally held together with a paper clip. There was old busted tubing of some sort in the ceiling of the second bedroom that caused two moldy spots. They only replaced the moldy sections of the ceiling only for it to continue to leak & create more moldy spots a few weeks later. The front door wasnt installed correctly either. The framing is curved which causes large gaps that outside light comes through along with dirt & debris, especially when they use leaf blowers after the grass is cut. Cabinets are old & warped due to moisture. Both of the bath tubs are extremely rusted & they stated that there wasnt anything they could do about it. I had to bathe my son in the sink the entire time we lived there due to how extremely rusted both of the tubs were. These apartments are nothing like the one they initially show you. They had nearly 5 stars when we first moved in, now they have 3 & I completely see why. Definitely consider spending your money somewhere else.
Please to anyone reading this.. please don’t move. in within one month of living there everything started falling apart and that’s not even the worst part.. the apartment had a roach infestation! It’s a decent community. But their pool is never open and when it is, they don’t even know how to maintain it. Also their gym is always closed. For whatever amount they are charging you, they are ripping you off.
The apartments have gone down tremendously since we moved in 2 years ago. The new office staff are very rude and unfriendly. Not to mention the crime in the apartments have sky rocketed since the new owners have taken over. We go days without water. Sometimes we have hot water only, sometimes we have cold water only. Ive witnessed the make ready lady parking her vehicle in the handicapped spot and leaving it for various amounts of time. I also witnessed two of the ladys from the office playing on the golf cart, when they pulled into the parking spot they were going pretty fast just laughing away as they hit the parking log in the spot. If anyone would of been standing there they would of hit them. We have witnessed police in the complex daily sometimes multiple times a day. For either car break ins, apartment break ins, and random couples fighting and yelling all hours day and night in the parking lot. Save your self the problems and keep your family safe... Dont move here!!! Gang activity is very bad here!!!
Dont waste your time moving here!!!All they do is raise the rent and do nothing to make this place better. This time around they want everyone to pay 95 extra dollars for a blue bin so we can place our trash in it and someone will pick it up. I told them over and over that we didnt want that and they said it was not a choice. I have yet to ever receive my blue bin. The people in the have attitudes and dont help you at all. I walked in the office one day and the lady in the front was busy. So she refered me to her boss in the back office who turned me away cause she was on her lunch break. It was 4 in the afternoon. There is a lot more here that is ridiculous i just cant think of it right now. But going back to the extra money for the trash, but our trash looks like these pictures. I took these pictures a week ago and there has been no change.
Picked up this company’s golf cart, did over $3000 worth of repairs on their cart and redelivered with the promise of payment within 30 days. That was about 6 months ago. Have sent the manager over 20 emails with no response. Cannot get a hold of anybody. If they are fine with doing another business this way imagine what they’ll do to you. BEWARE OF MOSAIC APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!! If you can’t tell all the other 5 star reviews are fake btw.
Although the office staff is nice and professional, there’s just too many maintenance issues that are not being taken care of. The complex is too large to only have 2 maintenance men. I only got just a couple of things fixed because I kept calling or showed up to the office to remind them. And both those reasons were due to heavy water leaks.
Staff was so helpful and kind. It’s hard to find leasing agents that are so genuine. The renovations are what drew me to them and I am so glad I went. They have a fitness center and they’re getting outside kitchens put in!! So, I Looked and leased, the floor plans and pricing are affordable. I have to say that it was an overall great experience!
Worst apartments ever. over charging. Roach infested- you will pay for pest control that will never even come. Your worst nightmare will happen after a month. Everything will start messing up. Expect for your stuff to be fixed after 6 months. Whether its the tub, rr, sink, dryer, ac. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! Save your money and pay a couple dollars more and godown the street to Ashmore or anything around. I promise you will regret moving here!!!!

Love the place.. I been with them for 1 year. I just renewed for 1 more year. Everything and all the upgrades have been awesome. Never have I experienced problems like I have with this place. They never answer the phones. The front office is always locked, with no one inside or to be found, while still having the ‘open’ sign on the door. They’re always shutting off the water with no notice to the residents. And if they actually give notice, they have it in their heads that it’s okay to give notice of coming into your apartment the NIGHT before they do so. Not even 24hrs. Not even 12. Not taking into considerations of people’s work schedules. The maintenance will also tend to leave their equipment and trash on top of residents vehicles whenever they feel like doing so. And don’t even get me started on how rude and unprofessional most of the office staff is, ESPECIALLY the MANAGER!
I lived in these apartments for a year, and I could not get out of there sooner!! From day one they didn’t even have my apartment ready for move in, so I made them switch me to a different one. Once I got into the new apartment it was ROACH INFESTED! I immediately told them and they acted like it was no big deal. The staff is rude and has the worst communication but it’s never their fault. My last month they even gave me an eviction notice even after I PAID MY RENT. I even over paid, yet they never bothered to check before putting an eviction notice on my door. Also didn’t get my deposit back because of one small stain on the carpet. Do not move here!!!!
Have lived here almost 2 years. Was very excited when we first moved in. Came in with keys on first day, a Friday, to make sure unit was okay. It was fine and AC was running. Shut off AC because I wouldnt be moving in until the next day (Saturday) and didnt want the bill to go up. Moved in and spent two days wondering why AC wouldnt work. Come Monday I called the office, they sent the maintenance guy and he said someone had come in, presumably Friday evening, and taken the motor out of my AC. The MOTOR!!!! When I spoke to the office manager she told me that it must have been running without it. I told her your car cant run without a motor, how can my AC??? She then told me I was a liar. Fast-forward to about a year later. No more significant problems, no complaints, etc. until our neighbors upstairs moved out. The unit was EMPTY and I heard running water. Called and called to have someone check in case it was a leak, no one went out. Finally, went upstairs with my husband to find the door UNLOCKED and the bathtub FULL OF WATER with a stopper in it and the water still running. Someone was intentionally trying to flood a vacant unit!! Thank God we checked! We called the new owner, since the complex had been sold by this point, and filed a complaint. Same issue another time with someone in the unit above ours, but this time with the laundry room water hose turned on. The spigot was broken off and the water couldnt be shut off. Took the complex 3 WEEKS to fix it. The unit is still empty and still NOT LOCKED. They keep marking my antique 1966 mustang as abandoned and trying to tow it, even though Ive been in the office twice now about it and had them mark in the file that its mine, and the office manager is never there. She was there this past time, and she was extremely rude. She told me she wouldnt talk to me and threatened to have my car towed because I wouldnt leave the office. I called the owner to complain again, but well see if anything can be done. Ive also had my other vehicle spray-painted by kids. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The staff is terrible and rude. All the other reviews are accurate, including the roaches, which we had for several months until the owner bought the place and they hired exterminators. The new owner has done a lot of good, but the office staff sucks and need to go.
Worst management team Ive ever dealt with. No onsite supervision of residents and children. Old and rotting complex. No onsite improvements even though you supposedly pay a mandatory $95 monthly upgrade/concierge charge. Office personal never answer phones and voicemail box is full so they dont even check the messages. Were on our fourth year here and itll be our last, rent has increased substantially every year. With all the additional mandatory changes our rent is now at $1300 a month for a 2 bd rm less than 900 sq ft. Highly recommend you find another place to live - anywhere but here.
I been living here over year and the staff is really great to the people. They are always doing things for holidays and its amazing. The manger is always positive and nice. They people who always complain are always the ones who dont pay their rent. Coming from a child of a mother who works in the industry these people are really good!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY!In four months, my kitchen was flooded TWICE because they installed my dishwasher wrong. A pipe messed up in my shower that flooded my closet, and here i am for the SECOND time today with my apartment flooding from a sewer pipe busting, and moving out all my belongings. They say theyll disinfect which only includes cleaning the floor, not removing it to clean water underneath, nor removing drywall to insure mold will not grow, and not to mention, mold growing behind my central ac in the loving room. Water heater storage COVERED in mold. These people dont care about the people they lease to, they only care about money from their over priced units. DO NOT waste your money living here. Not to mention Im 6 months pregnant and they refuse to let me get out of my lease due to health hazard living space. It has been a complete nightmare.
It has been 6 months since I moved in. Yes they are friendly & helpful to get you in, but after that you are on your own. I have been having problems with ac & washer for 4 months now & they just seem to ignore!!! Office people just keep passing the ball around nobody knows anything when I call. Office mgr Linda stopped returning my emails now! So if youre thinking about moving here THINK TWICE!!!! Not a good place to live!!
I had a splice in my bathroom ceiling with mold coming through. I had to wait a while but they sent Chris out and he did an excellent job .He sprayed kilts and repainted it.It looks very nice 👌
The location and area is nice and the apartments themselves are not bad but the maintenance is the worst. If you need anything fixed you might as well do it yourself.Some examples1 When I moved in there was no fridge for 2 weeks. They had an emergency in another unit so right before I moved in my fridge was given to the other unit. Two weeks later I got the grossest fridge. It had mold and water was sitting in it. It was also rusted and dented. Then it started to freeze all of my food and leak. I put in more than 3 requests to fix it, finally 7 months into my lease I was given a fridge that worked properly and that was clean.2 Some things have needed to be fixed since I moved in , the vent in the bathroom has never worked, my kitchens lights work about a quarter of the time and the bath tub needs to be re-caulked. I also have put in several work order for this and it still has NEVER been addressed.Just horribly managed apartments3 My AC has been out for a day now and still NO ONE has come by my apartment. Nothing like coming home to a 90 degree apartment.These people are a joke, find another home.
Trash service ! The people in the office are cruel. I’ve had so many problems since I’ve moved in. Maintenance is horrible. Took them longer than a month to fix my ceiling & then the maintenance people stole some personal items. Neighbors are loud & disrespectful. Everybody in the office will side against you if they don’t like you. I’ve even overheard the staff saying they will put your paper work to the back of the stack if they dislike you, which is super unprofessional. I even know of someone who was bullied out of a job in the office because the other employees didnt like her. They have people whom been evicted & are continuing to be rowdy & reckless that still reside in the apts. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Would not recommend! At first management is super nice and friendly then afterwards lie about everything. The place is infested with roaches. The wood is coming off the counters, the tub is cheap, everything falls apart. They randomly shut off hot water with no notice and when you try to call no one answers. Rent is not what they say it is. It will come out to more than what they tell you. Super overpriced and very low quality. Regret renting here. And i just started renting. So glad to get a house after this place it is not what it seems
2019 UPDATE: the apartment complex is now increasing older tenants rent by 12% but offering new tenants a $99 move in, alot of people here cant afford an extra $1360 a year so they are moving out why should we have to pay the difference. Still no contact from the regional I will continue to update this for as long as I live here. So you know the truth.3-4 years : 2 different apartments. I still cant give it 0 stars but I still would. A regional manager left me a number to call but doesnt respond to it. I just had a really rude experience in the office with the girl on the right, she got up mid conversation and started talking to her coworker about something unrelated. I walked out. I will be reviewing you on everything I can find.They dont want to fix things if they can wait long enough for you to quit complaining about it.Our ac leaked into our bedroom, the maintenance worker gave us a co2 cartridge and told us to use this to clear the drain ourselves. After that didnt work and a week went by they finally came and cleared the pipe but thats all. They dont care about the water damage or mold thats obviously growing. The manager had the nerve to tell me and I quote Not all mold is bad mold. Ill call her bs.From 2017: I cant give a 0 but I would. It took over 3 months to get an air filter. Manager makes excuses. Give me a list of the sizes we need an ill go get them go back a week later, month later, 3 months later still dont have any. Our AC continually breaks, all the maintanince people do is shoot it full of freon and its back to a hot hell in 2-3 days, there is also black mold visibly comming out of some vents. Dont let the staged unit they show you fool you. We are calling the health department. We also have had a leak in the bathroom the tiles are pushing back which causes black mold to grow. I was told that they would come and fix the tiles and the flooring that was peeling back from the water leaking under the tile. Its been 3 months again. Of course they can greet someone who is happy to be here but they turn a fake blind eye to others unhappiness I will curse their name in every review place possible and hopefully be allowed to post pictures of the truth. I cant wait to leave. Their lucky I cant post photos.
DO NOT LEASE HERE! I’ve had problems as soon as I moved into these apartments. Maintenance is HORRIBLE !!!! The first picture is what happened to my ceiling and after MONTHS of having my ceiling messed up they “fixed” it by just painting over it. As well as getting paint all around my apartment. My apartment looked as if they were looking around, come to find out the maintenance stole some of my personal items. Save your money and your time.
DONT RENT HERE! they gave me a place that leaked dirty water all over and did nothing about it for weeks!people at the office are nice when they show you the place and before you sign up for the contract. after that you are on your own,they lured you in with an apartment that is renovated and nice, but once they give you the unit you are to live in is a complete mess.they gave me 905 it was dirty, it was roach infested, it had bedbugs in the carpet and it leaked dirty water all over the place, I put in work order after work order and pest control went in the unit once and claimed that I was bringing bedbugs (my mattress was new and delivered there!!! I have proof of everything, pictures, calls and emails)I moved out cause it was unsanitary to live in the unit they gave me and they should be reported to the health department! it is illegal to rent a unit that is not clean/ safe to live in.I will get a lawyer for this
The maintenance here is so bad! We have had major issues in our apartment for going on 2 months now. The Ac is leaking water into one of the bedrooms. The carpet has been wet and spreading by the day. Our kitchen sink is backed up and has a horrible odor. One of our restroom sinks is leaking. We have contacted maintenance over and over and still nothing. Thankfully our lease is up next month and we will be out of here!
I think these apartments are so wonderful and I would recommend these apartments to family and friends. And the ladys that work at the leasing office are so nice. Keep up the good work..your doing great. I tell you what your good in my books. You know I do something everyday. I do a joy, win, and a positive. Like for example: today my joy is to visit my daughter..my win is I woke this way..and my positive is no one can take my smile...the little things in life enjoy every moment of them.

WORST MAINTENANCE EVER. Living here made me realize how important good maintenance is when choosing an apartment. When I first moved here I thought it would be a nice place, but buyer beware!! If you put in maintenance request and talk to the office don’t be surprised if the request doesn’t get put in even if they tell you it will be. Multiple times had to call 2-3 times for a request to be put in. Had a long list of problems when I first moved in nothing was ever done. No orders were put in. Have a leak in the bedroom floor and other problems, but I don’t care if they fix it or not because thankfully I’m moving out next week.This is also the first apartment where I had to pay a for water, trash and pest control on top of rent. My last apartment was so much better and the rent was $250 less.Also watch out for the shower. WORST SHOWER EVER. Something is wrong with the temperature. Will go from extremely hot to extremely cold. No in between. You will be scared to take a shower. Put in request for them to look at it, but nothing was ever done. Maintenance claimed they fixed it but they didn’t. WORST MAINTENANCE EVER.I’m happy that I’m blessed to move out now that I’m making more money, but I feel sorry for those who are trapped here.
***UPDATE***I woke up to come out and find that my car was towed because I parked handicap.I came home last night with my kid after working two jobs as usual to find not one spot open. Even guest parking was full. And it’s not that the apartments are completely full. It’s that there isn’t enough parking on the property. It’s too much to ask for a one bedroom apartment to have one space open for it to park in when I come home.So I’m responsinle for paying $284 because instead of assigning parking or ensuring their are adequate parking spaces to accommodate residents, management would rather leave residents to have to sit in their car and wait until someone else’s guests leave so they can park safely.The 1 star about this property is Cindy in leasing.—————————————————The way property staff treats their prospective residents says a lot about a community. I found this property on Apartments.com. I was attracted to the price and the location because of its proximity to my office. I visited this property on Saturday morning around 11:00 a.m.Upon arrival, I met an agent whod just started that day. She directed me to sit in front of another agent, Elaine, who could help me. I told her that I was looking for a one or two bedroom unit to accommodate myself and my baby. She offered to show me different floor plans at different price points, she also informed me of the look and lease special.The agent could not find the keys to the golf cart so I carried my baby into each unit that was available for me to view and I drove my car around the complex behind the leasing agent. I viewed 5 units total. Some of the units were inaccessible because their locks had been changed.. I decided on a two bedroom two bathroom floor plan that needed to be upgraded before I moved in. I filled out the application and let the ladies know that I would run to get a money order to leave my deposit for the unit immediately.When I returned, I handed over my application and the agent said, hold on, I have one more to show you. She explained that she had been looking at the two day old list and that the manager printed a fresh list and told her to show me this unit in particular. I followed her to an all updated building. She showed me a spacious one bedroom unit. I said yes immediately. She told me that I overpaid the deposit but that the extra funds would be issued as a credit to my account. We sat and finalized the paperwork and details of the application. She said that she would run the paperwork and call me before closing that day. She did not!I called and left a message for her on Monday but she never got back to me. I called again on Tuesday to check the status of my application, and I was told Elaine would get back with me. SHE NEVER DID.Today, Tuesday at 6:00 pm, the assistant manager called me to explain that my application was approved but the unit that I applied for was already rented out. How could that be when the manager printed the fresh sheet and directed the agent to show it to me while I was there on Saturday?! I ask if my funds would be refunded. She said that because I am already approved, I would not be refunded because I am cancelling my plans to move there. The nerve!I believe that my application was not run when I left it along with my deposit and that the process was delayed due to the staffs failure to process my application in a timely fashion. Or maybe they let someone else move into this unit because I am not looking to move until two weeks from now. Either way, after I signed the paperwork and put the money down, this unit was supposed to be mine!This whole process and my experience says a lot about the management of sandridge apartments. The chaos, disorganization, and lack of integrity stem from unequipped leadership.
Dont make the same mistake we did. Read the reviews first.No maintenance, horrible management, roaches everywhere, leaks, crime and police here daily, gates dont close so dont be tricked that this community is safe, trash everywhere. I have been waiting and waiting before writing this review and wrote them an email yesterday for a last opportunity to fix my issue. They legally stole $800 from me without any reasonable explanation. I transferred apartments in the same apartment complex and after six months I get an email from a collection agency that I owe $800 for damages in the previous apartment. I stopped at the office multiple times after I transferred to ask if there were any fees I owed and they always said no. They made zero attempts to communicate to me before sending this “mysterious” debt to a collection agency; I STILL lived in the same complex, it’s not like they didn’t know my address or my location. I paid the debt collection to avoid ruining my credit and have spoken to the office staff multiple times and spoken to at least 4 different people to get my $800 back. This happened over six months ago and to this day, I have not received a refund or a reasonable explanation of this legal theft they made against me. It’s my knowledge that before sending a debt to a collection agency, they have to make an attempt to contact the person and I lived in the same complex and never knew of this. I have zero hope of getting this money back now but at least people know what kind of people run this place now, THIEVES!!
Id advise living elsewhere.....the maintenance staff is overworked and responds to things slowly. To get me to extend my lease I was made numerous promises by staff that were not honored. My apartment I signed up for was leased to someone else, and was not even ready by my move in date. I didnt even get new carpet in my apartment, They just dyed it to make it look clean. The previous owners had dogs so all of my things and clothes are now adorned with dog hair.
Continued....That night I talk to Marisela about my air-conditioner problem and she decided to show me a two bedroom apartment at which the air-conditioner worked in there. I was so desperate at the time that even though she made me sign a six-month lease, knowing my lease was up in two months in the apartment my AC was broken in, I did so in being desperate to be comfortable. Upon moving into apartment #2 my a/c there started out working but my master bedroom had noa/c and we figured out there was a hole in the vent area to the room. There was a hole in the kitchen sink, the master bathroom sink was leaking underneath so I had to put a bucket under it for 2 months until a had a friend help fix it. I got downstairs neighbors quickly after moving in and they quickly moved out because their apartment flooded and roof fell in, they left quickly after because the ceiling was left exposed. The final reason for me leaving the complex was when I tried to turn in my rent they would not take it. They said it was not paid in full because they tried to tack on a $600 pet deposit where I had already spoken to management turned in paperwork and proven that I had service animals. It is illegal in the state of Texas for any establishment or apartment or landlord to charge for a service animal. So since you can see from all the above I would not recommend for my dogs to live there. The maintenance, the management, and upper management doesn’t care about the residence and they also do not care about people with disabilities who needs service animals. So if you have a disability and need a service animal this is not the place to go. In the end they Evicted me even though I had doctor documentation and tried to pay my rent. This is a legal matter that will be handled accordingly. Marisela in the office, is not your friend, In fact she will put you in any apartment up your rent and screw you because they can’t fix an AC! I currently live here Sept 2018 and CANNOT wait to move out. The management is so horrible. They opened the pool halfway through July (what’s the point by then) and it’s been dirty ever since. They charge to get a fitness center access card “to ensure they get their cards back” but then charge you ANOTHER fee if you don’t bring it back. The dumpsters are far and ALWAYS full. Service requests are always “contracted out” and then forgotten. The staff in th office in unapologetic and rude. I will not be renewing and let anyone who is interested in this place know how it’s been.
I think this is the worst Apartmente complex that I’ve ever been at. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL!! For the past 2 years that i have been living there they have been changing management like 10 times not being sarcastic. Maintenance is the worst too, you actually have to go to the office like couple of times for them to take it serious. Not only that when they supposedly did remodeling they did some crappy job like it was just lazy work. Also they have a lot of roaches it took them about 5 months for them to go do pets control because it came out to be that they didn’t have a copy of my Apartment... like seriously, I had to take them a copy. And now they are charging me almost for a whole month of rent when I’m not even living there anymore just because they can’t find the paper where it says that I was moving out.... this apartments are the worst including staff!
I moved to my beautiful renovated apartment on October 20, I was supposed to move on the 1st, and I have to say that it was thanks to the ladies there who were always so nice and helpful because maintenance and management were terrible. My first four months living at Sandridge were not happy. I had several issues that were resolved only with my constant visits to the office. The story is different today, but I think you can still do it better and it shows the good job yall are doing. I am very grateful to Lizzy, she is a very nice and sweet young lady who has helped me in several ocassions with issues weve had. I feel Sandridge will be one of the best places to live at now that you have new management. Way to go, guys! Congrats and keep it up!!
Dont expect to have hot water living here. Out for the second time this month. Its rediculous!!! Instead of spending money on flags they should have the water working and the gate.. so many things more important than flags! Pathetic! Also INFESTED with roaches and they will not do anything about it!!!! Biggest mistake moving here. Can not wait until I move out next month!!!!
These apartments should be torn down.1. The complex is older, and it looks bad. To make things worse, a lot of residents residing in the complex had no problem making their patios look unattractive and/or trashy. But it was probably very easy to do, because the apartments themselves look run-down. My apartment had cracks in the corners of some of the walls that were probably a few feet long, most likely caused by a hard freeze that we had there a few years ago. --- The a/c in my apartment did not work well. My a/c probably had to be running 24/7 most of the time just to keep my apartment cool enough to live in. My mother payed my electricity bill, and she told me that in the summer-time, most of the time my a/c bill was about $120. At the apartment complex where i live now, the estimated cost of a/c from the manager is about $70. --- Anyone could get inside of the Sandridge complex. Three of the walls of the Sandridge complex are just a wooden fence. One side of this wooden fence was constantly probably the entire time that i lived there being broken down so that people had a shortcut. The gates also were not locked for about 95% of my time living there. Gate is probably fixed now, but will probably do no good cause the fence still gets broken down. People doing drugs on the playground, (Im pretty sure they were doing heroin on more than one occasion, {they were nodding off}) called the police three times and they arrested someone once. I went outside of my apartment one night to find a man lying/sleeping on one of the playground benches. ---From what i remember, you might not have hot water to shower with if you take a shower when a lot of other residents have taken their showers. Morning shower? Nighttime shower? Both could probably be an issue if you want hot water. --- My bathroom and sink area were painted over when I first moved in. When the paint wore off about a year or two later, I was left with horribly stained bathroom grout underneath, and nothing I tried would get it clean. My shower constantly looked dirty because of this. I scrubbed the shower with two or three different products, and could not get the grout clean. ---Residents sometimes would litter and make the complex look even worse. If I am remembering correctly, on rare occasions you would have entire bags of trash sitting around on the complex. There were only about four maintenance workers for the entire large complex, so you could be looking at that trash for one or two days before a maintenance person picked it up. Some residents were loud. Had to call the police on them and tell them to be quiet. ---This did not affect me, but my family and I noticed that before I moved out, they got rid of/moved one of the dumpsters inside the complex. So now, apparently, anyone that lives in that area of the complex will have to walk (literally) about half a mile to put their trash in the dumpster.. ---The apartments that I live at now were only built about 2 years after Sandridge was built, but they are in MUCH better condition than Sandridge because they were maintained well, and they continue to be maintained well today. And perhaps Sandridge just installed faulty A/C in the apartments from the start.. The apartments that I live in now have one wall made of wood, the rest of metal. The side made of wood does not get torn down. They lock the entrance gate at night and sometimes during the day. And if Sandridge has raised the price of their rent by $100 since i moved out like they said that they were going to, then the complex that I am living in now is only about $100 more in rent than Sandridge right now. You can do better than Sandridge, trust and BELIEVE that. Dont make yourself suffer there. I lived at Sandridge for about 7 years, up until about the end of August, 2017. And one more thing, I cant believe that a manager could watch their residents suffer like that and think that they are doing people right. I think the staff, management included, is only there for a pay-check.
Friendly staff and maintenance finally knows what they are doing. Though I miss the old office staff the new ones seem to have answers and the manager is very transparent and doesnt sugar coat anything which is what we have been missing. It is still a work in progress but you can see the effort which goes to show they mean business.
No stars at all, system forces the user to pick at least one.Maintenance requests simply do not get addressed in a timely fashion. My most recent request, to fix my porch fence--theres a hole in it from the wood falling apart, has been outstanding for 6 weeks. Stove burners not working finally got replaced after 2 months. Ive talked to several people in the office and they all say they will make sure requests get completed.... They do, after 2 months and much complaining. Depending on the office staffs mood, they may treat you respectfully or be condescending and smart-mouthed.
The reviews on these apt. Are from the old management and old people that used to stay here the new management are great they have events for the community at the end of the month and Elaine Cisneros was such a big help when I applied for my apt. I only been here 2 days and its so peaceful.
Trash. Don’t live here. Only good thing about this place is the area is by a lot of stores and shopping centers. The apartment is nice, has good space but the Maintenance is the WORST EVER. Utterly disgraceful. They play outside all day then complain they got orders to do. They are slow, then half fix it. Getting paid to not do anything is a hell of a job. Leaving soon as lease is done
I went up there to sign an application so she said for me to go online a sign an application I did paid for my deposit I’m not about online stuff that’s why I went up there jasmine the manager call me back and said they can’t except me, nor give me my refund on my deposit because they say I lied about my application. I already called them and said it was wrong. My husband not filled it out wrong so she still said she ain’t given me my 350 deposit back like wth that’s my money they ain’t work or do there job when I with up there to talk to them first they didn’t even have time to talk to me or show me any apartment just go online and do it worst place every don’t go there
I have been here going on 3 years and the communication between the management staff and residents is next to nothing. If pest control is coming you usually get a days notice on top of the fact that they get the dates wrong. When they actually started using the gates after they fixed them they told no one the code unless you got stuck outside and went to ask. Right now they are fixing the holes in the roadways after 3 years but most of the holes are not marked after they tore them up to fix. Honestly it wouldnt be as bad if they would COMMUNICATE with their residents
Will be the first to say I dont normally leave reviews, but I can honestly say these apartments deserves one. I currently live here and I am working on my 3rd year here and yes like most places I have/ was frustrated with things getting fixed and resolved. Since being here, I have seen a few management changes and every few months I would have to request things getting fixed again and again and again. Most people would snap at this point, then they hire a new manager Brandi Barton ( THE BEST HANDS DOWN), I explained the issues I have been experiencing over the years from carpet, floor, sinks etc... And she has taken care of everything, she has fixed pot holes, landscaping, new door numbers ( which look Awesome by the way), trying to make the complex a better place to live. Brandi, and the 3 Awesome ladies helping her have really turned it around. I look forward to staying here for years, granted only if Brandi and her 3 Awesome assistants stay to run the place. You guys should really give them a chance and let them show you why you should live here.
I don’t know if my whole review will fit on this but here we go.... I moved in this apartment due in a hurry because I was moving with crime victim compensation. My ex husband beat me up (cracked my jaw and put me in the hospital due to him knocking me out). They helped me move so that he could not find me when he got out of jail. As soon as moving into the apartment I started to hang my clothes in the closet and my whole shelving unit fell on top of me with all my clothes. I went down and asked for someone to come and fix it and eventually (5 days later) my father had to come and fix my shelves. As soon as I moved in I noticed an eerie, creepy sound that kept me up all night. Eventually sitting outside on my balcony I figured out it was the front gate that only needed WD-40 in it would stop making the noise that was keeping me up all night long! I took it upon myself to WD-40 the gate after asking in three days later it still not happening. I had one of the apartments that had two sliding glass doors one in my living room and one in my bedroom. They were not properly sealed and I could hear everything outside. When I complained about this. I was told there was nothing they could do. Knowing good and well they could put weatherstripping in and seal off my apartment, but they did not. Let’s move forward a couple months I started to think my air conditioner was messed up because they were not cooler in my apartment. Boy was I right. My air-conditioner was not messed up it was broken. I have photos of starting in June it being 89 to 90° in my apartment at 7:30, 9:30, and all through the night you would think It would cool off during the night but now at midnight in my apartment it was 90° still. My first complaint went in June 5. One day I walk down to the office on a Saturday and the assistant manager was in there alone, but there were other clients that lived in the apartment in the office at the time. I started talking to her about my air-conditioner and how it had been almost 2 months then my AC was not working and she said I was being a or irrational and called the police on me. I recorded the whole scene because I knew I wasn’t doing anything wrong but asking for help and begging for plural-able living condition since I was paying my rent monthly even though I was having to stay with other people and most nights because it was so hot in my apartment. Almost 2 weeks later they came in and change my air filter, at which I told the man doing so that there’s no way that it was just my air filter because I had already changed it. He didn’t understand my English did what he was told and walked out the door. After complaining again another week later after living in a miserable environment, unplurable if you ask me! They finally came back and they sent my mother in the email stating they changed my air compressor. When I watch the man the whole time he was in my apartment, he went downstairs he grabbed a stick broke it over his knee, and put it in my fireplace. I may not be air conditioner technician but I do know that he did not change and air compressor. He did exactly as I said and put a stick in my chimney. Being fed up with asking over and over and getting no results, I asked the apartment management if I could have someone come look at it myself, At which I was told no that was not allowed. I then had someone throw something through my window and break a hole sliding glass door. I had a police report done, turned it into the office and for the next week, still in the heat of summer, management did not fix my door until I went down there and made Marisela realize that I had a broken door and that it had been broken for over a week and no one had fixed it. This is the first time I saw management fix something right away. She had someone come at 8 o’clock at night to fix my door. About the only thing that apartment had done in a timely manner. Cont....
Haven’t had any problems since moving in. Front office staff is always helpful. Anytime I have needed maintenance they come ASAP. Neighbors are quiet, can hear them from time to time. Everyone around us minds their business. Only thing I will say is that the washateria needs to be remodeled
These apartments are much better than the ones I used to live at the staff is amazing the apartments are well kept and I really have no complaints except for the one thing the utility charges over here is ridiculously expensive I believe it has something to do with the air conditioning system or something has to be done about making it more energy efficient please management look into this 🙏 I have been working late everyday and I havent been able to make it to the office but I will be coming over to have a word with yall soon.. Update: Manager Linda has been very helpful in working on a concession for my utility bills. I am in the process of signing for the concession agreement and she has claimed that it should take effect into my Aprils Bill. So Im going to go ahead and rate yall 5 stars.. thank you so much for your help and for being very understanding Linda.
If I could I wouldnt even give it a 1 star. Do not make the mistake of move in.The manager is good to hide everytime you need to fix a big problem due to their horrible management. And they are experts to commit fraud. We end up paying double amount our rent because they said so, when the contract contradict of what they were claiming. Horrible management. They dont want to admit they are wrong. They are not going to help you. They charge you for the littles things when you move out. Old appliances, ac dont work, getto people stilling your cars. And when it rains , you better have a bucket to receive the water that comes through the sealing. Mold in the walls and lots of roaches .
The new manager is amazing! I was really considering breaking my lease to move elsewhere but she listened to my concerns and addressed every single one of them! I finally feel like there is someone in the office who genuinely cares about the residents!
I just have bad things to say about this apartaments. I have been living here for about 2 years now. At first they were super kind and helpful but after we sign the lease they become rude. I have been living in 3 apartments, a year ago when I adopted my dog I paid the deposit the day after, and they just sent me an eviction letter cause I had a non authorized pet in my apartment. I went to the office and they found the money order and just say everything was fine🙃. After that like 4 months ago I just switch to another apartment and I received a letter saying that I have a pending bill on my old apartament, I knew that I paid everything on time, but I paid for it, today they just gave me a check with the same amount that I paid for my old apartment saying that I didn’t have that amount pending 🙃.Additionally, a month ago I received an email from collection. Yes, COLLECTION, cause i had a debt with this company for a year, they just sent me to collection without letting me know, and I was living there, for 2 years now. I went to the office and they said they’re going to figure it out, it’s been a month and still NOTHING, I’m trying to get a letter from the office to take my money back and they just don’t care.IF YOU ARE THINKING IN MOVING IN HERE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE THINK TWICE!!I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 (ZEROOO) STARS IF I COULD.
I visited the apartment complex and fell in love. The office staff is great...... nice, helpful, friendly people. I fell in love with the apartment complex.I spoke with Amanda and she was very helpful, intelligent, and took her time explaining the details.We are going to love our new home.
After a few bumps with the move in process and some issues with the apartment that were pushed off by the girls in the front I met Brandi the new manager. She addressed everything expediently. I have seen many improvements to the grounds and around the complex making it feel more welcoming and friendly and seeing these changes makes me feel like she has her members interest first. After working in the service industry for 20years you can tell a person who truly cares for her residence the only reason I will be extending my lease is because of Brandi. great people can make the world a better place and this great lass has made my world living here a wonderful place if only you can get all the staff on her page you would have a complex worth waiting to get into.
Weve lived there for 2 years! What an awful experience. the office staff is extremely rude, lazy and lies about everything (there was one lady who tried to help and at lease smile at you.) Ive walked in the office and they were gossiping about other residents. About how their home smelled, and how one of the ladies in the office was seeing a resident ...AND THEY DO TOW!! Ive seen 2 people since living there get their cars towed. They allow the tow truck to come on property and tow whatever and whenever . The manager of the property is ALWAYS GONE. Ive seen her maybe 3 times total. This property is older so expect problems! Maintenance took about 2 to 3 day to come however, whatever problem you needed fixed got fixed (thats why I gave an extra star in the rating). Also there was dog dropping EVERYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY!!! Overall experience was definitely a humbling one. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for!!
I do not recommend! I was told I was going to receive my deposit back and I’ve been waiting 4 months & haven’t received anything! I’ve been calling and all they say they’re going to give me a call back but never do.Update August 13,2021Still no deposit back and haven’t received no call they literally kept my deposit when I was told I was going to get it back due to me leaving my apartment cleaner than when I first rented there. Daniel says that he’s going to give me a call back but never does so don’t waste your time renting here!!Update December 2021Still no deposit and all they do is lie everytime I call or go up there!!
Worst apartments ever haven’t fixed work orders in weeks. Been without a/c and a mail box for over a month. Constantly have no hot water or water at all. They also don’t keep track of when work orders were put in or important documents like the LEASE AGREEMENT. Don’t recommend.
I absolutely HATE living here! My a/c went out a week after moving in last SUMMER, and they told me it was a non-emergency situation, so I was without air conditioning for about a week (had to go pay to stay elsewhere) (I was also told that they replaced it with a brand new unit), I have a hole in my master bathtub that has been there since move in, doors were off hinges, and holes were simply painted over, the staff is COMPLETELY RUDE and inattentive! Management has evidently changed SEVERAL times without residents being notified. Staff does not respond to complaints and work orders. My a/c broke for a SECOND time, and I called for OVER a month, and nobody ever came out. When they finally did get some pep in their step, they stated that they did not have a key to my apartment, but when the guy came 2 days later, he had 2 extra keys! They then told me it was my unit, and that it was old You got lied to, and I needed a new one, and that they ordered it. I called after a few days, and they stated that they it had to be approved to be ordered first, a week later, after I filed my first complaint with HAA, it was finally fixed. I had a meeting with the new manager at the end of March, and she promised that my rusted/wobbly stair railing would be fixed the following week, STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. I just videoed it and filed another complaint to HAA. Pool is still not open, it was always green and locked last summer. This season, it has just not been opened and is a bit dirty. Fitness area has NEVER been opened. I have been lied to SEVERAL times regarding this. Last I heard, almost two months ago, was that they were purchasing new equipment, and itd be opened soon. Dont move here if you have any expectations of being treated as a paying customer, and you desire to be respected and helped. This place is the WORST complex that I have ever lived in!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!I have been living here with leaking pipes in the walls causing mildewed walls, black mold, carpet wet, my ceiling above my bathtub about to fall through and not a single office employee can be honest enough in saying that they will send someone out. It has been over 2 months of asking and asking for some one to come and here I am. now since hurricane Harvey I now have 4 new spots on my ceiling creating black mold that no one seems to care about. I am having to bathe my children in the kitchen sink, one of which is 3 years old almost 4 (WAY TOO BIG TO BE IN A KITCHEN SINK) because i am afraid that will be the moment the ceiling decides to come through when they are in there. Now all because for whatever reason almost 3 months later they do not care to fix it I am having to start the process of issuing a certified letter, calling the health department, the news station and a lawyer. It could have been simple enough but the office staff continues to disregard me and my childrens health.
There are only 3 or 4 maintenance men to a really big apartment complex , i renewd my lease in October 2016 with a rent increase of 50 extra dollars that i agreed upon with the condition that maintenance fix all the issues with my apartment. It is now June 2017 and Ive only gotten my carpet cleaned and my bathtub faucet fixed , but still have all my kitchen appliances in crappy condition , (dish washer leaks into the kitchen floor,fridge is at room temperature while frezzer is extra freezing) and the dinning room tile is coming up, A.C pipes freeze up when air is running all day on hot summer days which causes the ac to blow out hot air. etc etc.Ladies in the office jot down all my issus in a scratch piece of paper when i go instead of inputting it in the online portal that supposedly was created to send email notifications with the work order, and if the issue would get resolved it would also send a email notification. But yet they fail in doing that,in my opinion they do it to cover up that there never was such a work order.
Beautiful place sooo clean the office smelled so good. The manager was so nice and helpful. Now I understand why the waiting list is so worth the wait. Any problem reported to maintenance gets fixed quickly. Im very thankful for their service and how clean the property is all the time. The wait on the waiting list was long but sooo worth it. Just love this place
Omg this place doesnt even deserve one star! The office staff is so rude and unprofessional its ridiculous! Especially i think her name is Shelie, very very very rude, doesnt not need to work for this company or around any kind of customer service. I cant wait for my lease to be up in lease then three months! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR APARTMENTS! My dishwasher has not worked right since i have moved in and is not working at the moment i have contacted them more then 10 times to fix this and all i get is i will check with the maintenance guys and see where you are give us a call back, i hardly can ever get a hold of them! The apartments need to refund alot of people, cause we are paying to get screwed over. It is so sick that you pay to live in a dump, i use to live here before this new management took over and it was not this bad! They need to get rid of all the women in the office and rehire professionals! There is so much more i could write about this place, but the list is to long! Just making sure others dont get screwed like we are right now!
Went with my daughter to rent a apartment. From the moment we walked in the office the staff was very helpful. Walked an apartment with Brianna and she was wonderful. The property was very clean and the apartments are nice. They have alot of activities and give great prizes to the new residents. Thank you Brianna.
I want to thank Cindy for moving me into my beautiful spacious apartment. She was very patience with me and getting me accepted. I would definitely recommend going to her for the processing and welcoming to your new home.
I would NOT recommend anyone moving here! My first month living there i was robbed. And it is suspected that it was a maintenance person!. They never fix anything; when told about an issue. also the rent keeps getting higher and there isnt an explanation other to blame the water. But im hardly home so thats ridiculous. Its floods in the walk ways. its poorly maintained as well. The people are rude and disrespectful in the office.
AC had been out for month and kept getting minor repairs that were not fixing the cooling issue. Spoke to Maricella new maintenance employee was hired and ac unit replaced completely. Finally cooling great!

Worse place to live in!!! Management sucks!! Apartments are patched up, no parking at times, stray cats & dogs around, laundry rooms smell like urine (all three of them), pool & gym has never been open, during the winter we lost hot water over 4x. Im a resident here & I feel like im getting robbed of my $$ every month because I was promiced amenities (pool, gym & laundry room) havent been able to use any of them due to broken or conditions. My lease is up in September thank god & will not be renewing.
My friend just moved in to this apartment. The staff seems nice and professional, but maintenance is a problem. An order was placed and it still hasnt get done. Its been 2 weeks now.
Worst Place- I was second guessing moving in the moment they would not return my phone calls, among other things- losing my paper work, I sent it in three times. Once I moved in, I saw that the cabinets by the stove, under the sink in the kitchen are rotting out- however are well disguised under the fresh paint. Problems from missing locks on the windows and sliding glass door, to AC being broken for 4 Days in AUGUST. This list could continue forever... Neighbors welcomed me home by stealing my pet. I would have opted to pay an extra $80.00 and found a better place. Keep looking-
So far everything is going good just moved from Chicago to Houston. Very long drive but once I made it to the apartments maricela was very accommodating for all of our needs. She made sure the apartment had fresh carpet, new kitchen cabinets, && a fresh paint job before we moved in. I definitely recommend sandridge apartments as a start for anyone looking for an apartment.
If you dont mind horrible customer service, or a drug dealing punk kid that most of the local police department know by name living near you, or Pasadena police officers dealing with problems at least once a week on the property, or being threatened to have your car towed, the loud noise in the middle of the night, or even your vehicles broken into, then this might be the place for you. They have recently changed management companies and to be honest, I get better customer service at McDonalds drive thru. There are plenty of places with better everything in the area that are in the same price range. The choice is yours.P.S. I only put 1 start cause you have to pit something to be able to leave a review. Also if you do decide to move there, I urge you to stop by the police department and pick up the public reports of calls theyve had to respond to for this apartment complex.
I have lived here going on 2 years and my AC has been messed up the majority of the time and had been called in and reported several times. Like right now I have it set on 73 and it is running at 78 this is ridiculous not to mention my up stairs neighbor is deaf, which dont get me wrong we get along great just the stomping could go from all hours of the night. We have had a major water leak in the ceiling from the upstairs neighbors apt took them over a month to come out here to even look. Then dont get me started on the roaches we have bombed ourselves and got rid of most and now they are back even thicker. They wont set my apt up to be exterminated. We are looking for another apt complex as we speak because this is horrible and like mostly everyone on here has said it too the STAFF IS HORRIBLE. The only person I talk to is Sonia the assistant manager she is the only one that knows whats semi going on.
They tow cars like crazy. Ranger Tow tows cars even with recidence stickers, also visitors parking. Ranger Tow would not give you a refound, not even with proff. I had to pay 300 dlls and my brother in law 300 as well, and no refound. Ranger tow has rude people working for them and they will not help in the situation. They send you to the website to make a complain and is never answer.
0 STARS. I honestly hate this apartments. I have been there with my boyfriend and daughter for almost 8 Months already and at first we move in our toilet was leaking, then they switch our refrigerator for an old one, and ever since then nothing but trouble our sink is clogged up I have done more the 5 complains (oh and you can only do them online) and I always get an email back saying they fix it but they never have its just so frustrating I cant even cook cus Im going to be struggling washing the dishes. And to make it more worse the we have a leaked and its starting to crack the wall and this yellow color (walls are gray) and I have a 2 year old daughter its so annoying cus what if its something that can get her sick. Oh its hot asf outside and our ac starts to freeze so now we have to turn it off all day so when we get home we can have ac like why do we have to do all that it is just so pathetic that NO ONE fixes stuff around there. So save your money and look somewhere else cus this apartments arent worth it. Yes we are already looking to either break our least to move out.
They have a new new new management company.I say that because it seems like they have a new company every few months. This month they changed the way we pay rent and the portal to pay rent went up 2 days after rent was due in hopes of scamming people out of an extra $50+.
I honestly really like the location but the staff needs help ,Most of the trees are rotten! A weeks ago a tree fell on my car, honestly I really feel like it’s negligence someone should of inspected those trees. I had to pay 500 dollar deductible to my insurance honestly. I don’t think it should of came out of my pocket. A week later a bigger piece fell off and almost killed me .
Its the worse place ever. I lived here going on 2 yrs and the hot water is always out they take over a month to get anything fixed ive had to report thing 4 or 5x before they come and fix it. the staff is lazy. All they do is sit on there but all day. Have the time they even put in the order when you ask them to. Some of the parents dont keep up with there kids so they vandalize property. Ive been in some pretty ghetto and bad place but this one take the cake. I wouldnt recommend this place to any one even if you were on your death bed
SWA is the worst management company we’ve had at this property and we’ve had around 20, they don’t fix anything won’t return calls the manager is never on site. I’ve even called corporate and they could careless.My dishwasher has been broken since January, my dog and I where attacked by a pit bull trying talking to the manager about it he never returned my call. This is the worst management company, I hope they don’t last and the next one hires competent people.
Melissa was actually the sales person to help me and I’m so happy she did ! I was able to call her and send her all the information she needed before my tour . The tour went so smooth . Everyone was so nice and professional. And so happy to say I will be moving in next week !
Marisela is a great manager and always make herself available to answer any questions or concern i may have. Staff is super friendly. One thing is they need more good maintenance people. Julio is great.need more like him.
My 2nd review rather than continuing the old one..Finally got my kitchen faucet replaced this morning. Waited a couple of months for one reason or another. Now still waiting for my dishwasher. Told its ordered, but delayed. Im going to be cautiously optimistic..
First apartmemt back from the Navy. Less than 1 star. Ive had a hole in my ceiling for a year. Theyve repaired twice and when it rains it floods my kitchen. Ive gotten sick from indirect inhalation of the materials inside of the ceiling and the mildew Ive had to clean as a result. The centralized leasing office is what they will transfer you to whenever you try to call between the hours posted, but then realize the hours are completely different and no one will notify you. They have no website to view hours and the centralized leasing office will LITERALLY tell you if you cant get ahold of anyone to Just keep calling. The centralized leasing offce can not help you unless its a maintence issue and all they do is put in a help ticket and then you wait. Dont bother checking up because they will just tell you theyre working on it and to wait. Try Cinnamon Ridge or The Park on Burke. Sandridge is estimated to be (If not for sure) the least expensive apartmemts in the area for a reason. Do your research. Suck it up and pay a little more and TREAT YO SELF.
My son gave 3 month notice to move and is still fighting collection companies about Sandridge suing for over 2,000 dollars. He moved because they never fixed anything and the office staff was always rude.
OMG!!! These apartments to me are the best theyre big and spacious and dog friendly but the best part of it all is the staff they treat you like family even before you move in and if theres any complications about your application they will fight to get you into your new home so if your looking to move into an apartment complex give SANDRIDGE APARTMENTS a try and you can either speak to ELAINE or CRYSTAL. and not to mention the cool manager but anyway if you want a great place to call home come home to SANDRIDGE APARTMENTS
Maintenance is no where to be found,my dryers been broken since January, porch light does not work, sink is busted and gets countertops wet. Would not recommend.
Mantience must be trained better . They came in for a celining leak and when I got home my room and bed and vanity pillows were full of paint ! And not to mention they left nails on my carpet ! Just when I thought I had picked them all up guess what ? I almost stepped on one . I hate to leave bad reviews but maybe y’all should be more careful with the half ass jobs .
Hole in my bath tub that they wont fix (its been 3 months), crappy paint in both tubs to cover stains (they call it resurfacing and it peels off in a week), broken dishwasher for a year, cracks from the floor to ceiling from foundation problems, rude office staff. Rude isnt an accurate word. There actually isnt a word appropriate for the office staff. Sewage problems for MONTHS. Raw sewage near the pool that floats over the sidewalk.
I have a disability and have to use the railings for support plus my home health nurse almost fell because of this they are about to fall apart the wood that holds the roof up is about to fall over. Plus we have 2 bathrooms and one we cant use because it dont work. They keep on saying Monday or Tuesday and that was 3 weeks ago
We love it here! The complex does so much for the residents and kids. The amenities are always kept clean, and the complex is quiet. We love it here! Thank you Elaine for setting us up at the Apartment.
Worst apartments ever! Roaches started in the kitchen I told the management people and never did anything about it... now we have roaches everywhere!!!! We cant even sleep because they crawl on the bed........ the shoes, our clothes, table, shower, carpet! I will be taking some pictures of the roaches and rats and will be posting soon!!!
Samuel, the maintenance weekend guy helped me during a Saturday night. He was very professional and knew how to fix all the maintenance issues I had. He did a good job!
What a Awesome Apartment to live in I have been their for a little over a year now and it is an amazing community with an amazing office staff with the best apartment manager I have ever met and dealed with Marisela Chavez has made it an amazing place for me to be a resident at and call Sandridge apartments home. I originaly moved to my first apartment a year ago and I just really wasnt happy with it so I set down with Marisela Chavez how is the Manager of the complex and she did hear me out and her way of addressing my concerns was by moving me to a bigger nice and upgraded unit with no extra charge and hidden fees what a blessing thanks Marisela and her wonderful office staff what a fantastic apartment complex.
These apartments are highly inconvenient to visit i can’t imagine living here. visitor parking is too far they need to have a couple of visitor spots per building or something, the complex is too big to have visitor parking all the way in the back and off to the sides.
Amazing apartment.... One of the best rentals I have come across in a while. The amenities were plentiful and the staff was very friendly and cooperative.
I moved in at the end for June and all I had to do was pick up keys. Yes there were a few things that needed to be addressed but thanks to Elaine and Maricella everything was fixed in a timely manner.
Ms. Marceila Chavez (Community Director) at Sandbridge was VERY accommodating. I’m a freshly new Houstonian (from Chicago) & thus far, everything is good. The apartment is amazing, they made sure we had new cabinets, freshly painted walls, new floors, & new carpet. & I love it! Definitely, a recommendation. ❤️
Been living at this property for 3 years on the 3rd floor and as much as I hate climbing the stairs but I love my unit and Every time I put in a work order maintenance comes out so fast. Thank You Mosaic Apartments
Do not apply here.. these people are so unprofessional … if you apply and decide later that this property is not a good fit for you .. they will keep your money. They refused to refund me even after I explained the situation..
Sandridge apartments are the best apartments Ive ever lived in management is great and the leasing agent Brianna is a very hard working lady.When my leases is up I will renew again 😁
So Ive been staying here for the past year and Im really glad theyve been improving the area including the parking lot, its very nice and quiet i loved my apartment the only issue i really had was small mistakes made by the office and also they really need to seal openings around the edges of the floor after the hurricane we started having problems with ants but youll be happy to know these apartments never flooded this would be a good location if thats one of your concerns :)
Sooo terrible. I cant wait to leave this dump. Its the worst place I have ever lived in. The manager is a thief, the workers are terrible, and they only have 2 maintenance guys. I have had no a/c for a month, my garbage disposal is broken, and the sink is broken. I hate this place.
0 Stars actually Fridge wasn’t working food spoiled just had moved in ,Ac wasn’t working management messing with about the trash & missing a dammm paper really fix ur s&@t first ohhh but the $1400 is ready to be withdrawn out of my bank on 1st no freakin security system no cameras at all .Someone just got killed last month .we should report this place to The City Ordinances prices r super high for poorly managed apartment the stairs look like their gona fall….smh
If i could give a zero I would . The people in the office are rude and the staff is sorry water has been leaking on my floor for about a week now and no one has come to fix it. I cant wait for my lease to be over.

Worse place to rent.Jorge the manager so rude and the staff as well and never do their job. Sorry not recommend to rent there. For the price they are charging there are other better places.
I’ve lived here for two years and it was rough at first but the service has gotten a lot better. The front office are so welcoming and friendly. They are always willing to help with a smile. I recommend Sandridge!!!

These people are out of their minds with the prices. The gym is never open and the pool is always dirty. Plus not to mention they never follow their policies only when convenient for them.

Visited the property it is very beautiful and well maintained, Daniel Esquivel took me on a tour and was very thorough, detailed and very knowledgeable. Amazing staff! Will most likely be making this my new home!
Worst. Place. Ever. Office staff is ever rotating so theres no way to keep up with work orders. Place is in shambles and nobody cares. Trash out in front doors for three weeks in some places. Cant wait to leave this place.

I have been looking for a new apartment complex to move into when my lease is up in a couple months..Walked in to Mosaic front office and talked to leasing agent Brianna...She was really welcoming and friendly... She took her time to answer all my questions and concerns...She showed me the property and amenities with new upgrades...I plan to sign a lease at the complex as soon as my old lease is up
Marisela the manager is outstanding! She helped us get into the most comfortable apartment and made sure we were always taken care of.
Horrible horrible horrible customer service ! I’ve lived here 3 months my air hasn’t worked , my car got towed the first weekend I was here because they didn’t give me a sticker or a code to come in the gate . Several times I have been told one thing and it’s another , I go to the office and have been “assisted” by Brianna . Horrible customer service , I’ve spoken to the manager and was advised “that is the way she talks and she can’t change that”. I call and she hangs up before I can finish a sentence.
My son and family lived here a while back. Ŵhenever we visited them, I never heard any complaints from them re their apt. Great location for schools too.
7-28-22Follow up it’s been been six months since I moved out of this shhhhh hole and still haven’t received any word on my deposit I’ve contact the girls at the office and they don’t know a dam thing.So clueless it’s ok because I’m reporting them to City Council representatives due to there lack of living conditions and slow response to the tenants who pay a fair amount to put up with management and a Disgusting living space dial 311 and look up the news report on khou 11 on how the city is cracking down on places like

If i could put less then a star i would what really agitated me about this place is that when we first looked at the apartment we had a nice fridge in there and when we moved in the fridge was gone they brought us a busted up all molded and old fridge that leaked stuff and then our toilet would leak and we out in so many work orders they just clear them but never come yeah they upgraded companies they still suck our ceiling leaks and many work orders still leaking walls are molding and then the ac breaks keeps freezing and they dont fix it our damn garbage disposal doesnt work sink clogs i have a plunger under the sink because the water doesnt go down and then the one that makes me super angry yeah i was late on my payment my job changed my pay days thats my fault but they are super quick to put a damn note saying pay or youre getting kicked out but yet takes them months and still not have fixed a damn thing this complex sucks i recommend you dont spend your money here go to nicer apartments that will take care of you
The moving experience was easy and I found Miss Elaine very professional and helping me out and everything that I needed they also worked with me while I was attending school knowing that Id be going back to work
I have lived here for almost a year now and have never had any issues, always quiet and the staff in the office is always very nice and willing to work with you, I have recommended this place to several people and they too havent had any issues

Terrible I would not suggest anybody move here when I first moved and my car got towed because they didnt give me a parking pass the maintenance crew is terrible there is a right way to fix things they take the cheap and easy route my carpet was coming up they put 3 nails in it they have since backed out I have stepped on them and cut my foot my closet shelves fell not once twice but 3 times outside on the porch they painted over a bees nest instead of just removing it communication is terrible theres trash around the dumpsters all the time laundry room doors fell scraping my ear they have cardboard base board under kitchen cabinets I pay a pest fee in 8 months they have sprayed once noticing we have roaches I know it wont be perfect but for almost 1500 a month this is unacceptable the list goes on I will be posting pictures trying to save anyone else the headache of mosaic
I wouldn’t recommend any this place to any one just the time I was there filling out the application I wanna say 30 mins tops had 2 people go in to complain about a water leak in the walls and a 3rd preson go in about there car being broken into. Then to top it off that lady Amanda very rude and disrespectful I don’t even see how she’s works there if she can’t keep her self professional she cut a guy who was talking to her off and I told the the man that was very disrespectful and she hung up the phone just to get in my face to tell me to repeat my self as if she was gonna do something about it other than that the ast manager very but won’t waist my money or my time there.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Dont live here at first it seemed okay but I had completed my 12 month lease , I had an extra month for putting in my notice a little late since I didnt have time to come sooner due to work and I had accepted a job out of town for dec 1 when my lease originally shouldve ended so i didnt know I would have a extra month here , , I asked to have an arrangement since I completed my original 12 months the manger was rude about it and now Im telling yall dont move here , their maintience never showed when my door was too small for the room it wasnt even a complete door and it was rats that I had to catch a kill even though I called the office about it no one ever showed I give this place 0 stars

These apartments are horrible I been here for almost two years and the front office staff is rude and my apartment was infected with fleas when I first moved in and maintenance fails to do work orders.
For them to CHARGE SO MUCH, for rent, and then wanna give you a Vacate Notice(not me, but my friend who is living there,), for being 3 days late on her rent ..I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN them A 2*, but PASADENA HAS WAY WORSE THEN THESE...
