I use to rent in this apts in 2013I just leased another apt for a second time!The office ladies are super helpful and have gone the extra mile to make moving easy both times! Raquel was polite and made the paperwork part of it super easy ! I dislike doing paperwork so it was great. The upgrades on the apts are good as well. Very happy to be back

Raquel was so so awesome... She was very nice and helpful with the application process and made it very easy helping me with everything even staying late just to make sure we completed the application. Thank You Raquel 👍

Moved in August 2024 and by December 2024 I had left. Now they are billing me for an extra week of rent when I clearly moved out a week prior to the supposed “move out date” now I have collection calls coming in demanding payment. Most of these reviews are fake as they run monthly or every other month giveaways or pizza parties etc in exchange for a 5 star review. Apartment was okay but would be 2nd to worst I’ve ever lived in and I lived in section 8 before with roaches as well as this apartment. I would see them every so often and I was paying for pest extermination which I had no choice but to pay for and it didn’t change anything I would have to put poison out of my own pocket yet they still came out. Even out the fridge . Apartment ac had mold inside of it and it took me a while to find out because I started getting sick the moment I moved in. One time I had a gas leak due to the old ass stove they had left there for me.. and the carbon monoxide detector had NO BATTERIES .!! the water would constantly come out yellow/orange and stain the tub that they painted over with white paint and peeled up when I had set a bathtub mat down. Overpriced to be honest. Was easy to apply and get in and special was good but I did not like living here. The bugs were one thing but I had spiders and stuff coming in and out my room , ants etc was getting random bites too. I wish I would’ve looked into other apartments prior to coming here. They kept my deposit but it’s cool. See yall in court over the health hazards that I was living in . Disgusting.

I have been living here at Red Pines apartments since January 2024 and since we met Lorena in the office we have been helped from day one with the whole process. We absolutely love it here. Very family friendly and clean and if we ever have any issue they are quick to respond and help us. Greatly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a new home

Probably one of the worst places you could ever move to. I moved in quickly, which is one nice thing I could say because they’re always nice at the start. But from moving in December and ending our lease in May, we’ve experienced multiple problems.First off with the very bad, old and rusty appliances that came with the apartment- which we asked to get replaced just because it either did not work or was missing pieces/broken pieces. That’s when the office ladies started showing their true colors with the attitude. They got replaced, but with older appliances from other apartments. Stove oven still wasn’t use due to the gas smell every time it was turned on.Next is the cheap vinyl flooring. If you tend to mop a lot, don’t, because the floor will literally start peeling. Also from the start of move in, walking around will have the glue that they use for the flooring come up from the creases. Made the floor sticky & disgusting.The air vents was another major issue as you can tell from the pictures. Every morning waking up after having the air on all night, me and my whole family would wake up sick with a terrible cough and runny nose. That was every single time. The A/C was loud on top of that. Not even a white noise loud but an annoying bumping loud. As a person who enjoys sleeping in the cold, this made it very impossible.The next issue was the mold. MOLD. Something that should’ve been taken care of from the start, which in this case wasn’t. The “maintenance” man that came after WEEKS of reporting it only applied paint over it. Which of course did nothing. It came back a little over a week later. They did nothing after that. The office must’ve gotten sick of someone actually complaining about it because after a while they completely stopped answering me but answered my husband’s call in the first ring.These apartments literally traumatized me and my family. My toddler had to be put on a machine to breathe because of how bad it got. I can’t forget to mention during the “walk through“ of the apartment to see what I was speaking and complaining on, the manager lady gas lit me telling me everything was my fault for these issues. Telling me “ you don’t need to go around and leave bad reviews “. I commented on a tiktok video about these apartments- I would hardly say that was a review.But this? This is my hard but very truthful review on red pine apartments. I spoke with multiple neighbors about these same problems which they have experienced as well. I’m just not the one to live with it in quiet.This isn’t to retaliate because of how bad we were treated but to let other’s know ahead of time of what we went through and to prevent any other families of getting sick like we did.Edit* to respond to the reply from the owner.I have proof in the first downloaded lease that I mentioned us having a pet. I never once hid the fact I had a dog. As for the apartment, it was well maintained as it could’ve been, we left it cleaner than what we received it. The “new appliances” were never NEW. It was newer than the appliances the apartment came with originally. Mold wasn’t found? Pictures don’t lie. I will not stand by and be gaslit.I appreciate being released from the lease with no charge back but after all the bills I paid for myself and my toddler at the hospital for our bad health, I would assume so.I found a perfect, clean apartment on Fairmont so it worked out. Thank you very much.

Yes I meet miss Raquel before I moved to the apartment she was very helping to my spouse and me as well she helped us do an apartment transfer to this location is been great since we moved here the maintenance response very quick and get things done the same day we call them even with helping us do everything to move here we the best part thank you so much for all the help you have gave us since we arrived

Red pines is such a great neighborhood for myself as a single mother. The neighborhood is safe here. There’s not a lot of noise. And everyone is really nice. Management is awesome as well. When the hurricane came they fixed the damages very fast. They are very communicative with me.

This is the worst place I have ever lived, hmmmm where should I start… There’s plenty of roaches, within a few days of move in I started seeing them all over the place. Second, you can hear everything that’s going from the outside on the inside. I can hear neighbors conversations and personal moments clearly. When someone closes their door the windows shake, if the wind blows too hard the windows shake, when the ac/heat cut on/off the windows shake. There aren’t any amenities, barely a dining room, the supposedly upgraded units aren’t they just threw some fixtures in the apartments, walls are really cheap, you pay a monthly for an exterminator you will never see. Management is polite until you move in, they’re very nasty and rude it’s not a professional bone in their body and they will completely ignore your phone calls. Most of these 5 star reviews are fake! I had a weird neighbor every time I walked out my door not a minute later he was coming out of his. This man watched everything I did, I believe he has tried to enter my apartment before. I caught him walking up trying to read the information on one of my packages that was left at my door. He would also let his dog pee in front of my door consistently. The laundry room’s onsite are trash, half of them don’t work, the machines spin and rinse cycle doesn’t work, and clothes still smell dirty afterwards. Cats are everywhere because residents keep putting food everywhere for them. I moved in July 2024 and moved out December 2024. This is an honest review, I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, they’re an overpriced hole in the wall.

Have enjoyed my time staying at red pines! Very quiet and nicely kept. Office staff is very helpful and always very nice as well as maintenance always coming out quickly for any issues.

Very helpful, professional, and it was easy to move in. The people in the leasing office are kind, respectful, and friendly. The apartments are in a good location, right next to a gas station, Whataburger, and Joe Vs. Love it here! 👍🥰

Im fairly new to the property, but everyone here seems genuinely friendly, from the office staff, maintenance, to the people that get the apartments ready, Qualifying was painless and they are running several specials,on studios,1 and 2 bedrooms, its a nice quiet area, which has allowed me to catch up on my sleep Lol!..if your looking for a nice reasonably priced place to live, look no further Red Pines Apartments, My New Home...God Is Good!🙏💪🙌

Have only been here for about a week but so far so good, it has been very quiet since I’ve moved in which is nice 😊 really happy with front office from application to move in process was really fast and quick to accommodate my needs and I greatly appreciate that. If your in need of an apartment I would recommend Red Pines.

Ive lived at Red Pine apartments for a year here. And they had a Thanksgiving party. First time Ive ever been to that they care for their residents. Its a safe place to live. Thats why I give them five stars. I love the whole staff. They are all friendly. I plan to renew my lease here. I couldnt have picked a better place.

I was looking for a new apartment and I came here to inquire information. The lady was nice and showed me an apartment. But I decided to go search other apartments and found a cheaper one and better. The reason why I didnt rent here is because they told me that I had to pay to reserve a parking spot. Since I had 2 vehicles. But the other people that live there have commented that a lot of those parking spots are not even reserved. They just say that so you cant find a parking spot and then they can tow your vehicle. Well they arent towing my vehicle or charging me to park which is why I didnt move there.

Ms. Raquel changed my whole experience about apartment hunting. She is great worker and one of the friendliest people I have ever met

Living here for the past 4 years. I can say that there is always a friendly front office staff and Maintenance. Very clean and Quiet Property. During the hurricane that recently happened i had my window was leaking and the sheetrock needed to be replaced. Melvin came and replaced it early am and completed it within less than a hour. Shout out to Melvin!!

Ill like to say I just moved in and Raquel and Lorena made are move in smoothly and my apartment was nice and clean.

I was so happy to move here, but I eventually started noticing things. Everyone in the office acts racist towards anyone that isnt Mexican! The girl at the first desk is the sweetest person in the office that greets you with a smile. It makes me very uncomfortable going into the office or even talking to them because of their demeanor! On top of that, they add different fees and its always a problem with the water! Lorena and Leticia are rude..they will look down at you with their noses in the air and Im sure that they dont make 3x the rent, but think theyre better than anyone. I saw a black lady sitting in the office waiting and shortly after a Hispanic lady walked in. She was greeted with a smile and the other lady was overlooked. These apartment complexes need to do better with who they hire. Because these attitudes will have someone catching a case. You never know what someones going through, but instead you all decide to treat them poorly. I wouldnt recommend anyone to move there..if ur Hispanic of course you should. You would be right at home with family!!

They love tacking on fees for everything and doing credit reversals because they know theyre property is run down and not worth what they ask for in rent. Hot water failed every couple months in the winter. Car was towed twice, $275 each time, even though their parking lot not well lit, slightly disorganized and at times theres no available spots. The lawn maintenance is more effective than the apartment maintenance. And the little roaches. So many reasons to avoid this place.

Im a fairly new tenant at Red Pines so with moving in and personal issues, I havent had time to write my review!First, I want to start off by saying Leticia and Denise are amazing! They are so pleasant and helpful.Denise really made me feel welcome when I was starting my search for my first apartment. Im a college student and Id never had my own place. Denise made the process so simple, and helped me with my anxious questions and concerns. She was so patient and gracious. After viewing the studio apartment Red Pines offers, I was in love! Its a nice, cozy, and comfy little place with a patio. Neighbors have been friendly enough, (Im an introvert so dont communicate often) and the place is pretty quiet at night. I have had a few minor maintenance issues and they have been dealt with promptly. The pool is beautiful and all facilities seem to be working well. I highly recommend this establishment! They have treated me better than I couldve ever hoped for as a first time renter. You will not regret it!

Lived there for two years. The first apartment for the first year was fine but the next year......absolutely horrible. I was pregnant for the second apartment and when we first moved in immediately we noticed a bunch of yellow on the walls and floor and all maintenance did was spray white paint over it, right in my face. Next problem, bugs. Worms were coming in through the patio door and all that was done there was a piece of wood. Did nothing. Last issue I had was water coming from upstairs and water completely overflowing the restroom from under the tub. Problem after problem. Gun shots heard every so often.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. After a week of attempting to get someone out here to fix or replace my refrigerator I’ve had no luck and every time I call the office they send me to voicemail or have me leave a message but they NEVER answer. I have not been able to replace my SPOILED groceries nor have they showed any empathy to the infestation it has left behind with MOLD, worms, maggots and even roaches coming out of the refrigerator. I’ve not been able to cook, costing me almost $100 daily to feed me and my family with outside food. THESE APARTMENTS ARE NO GOOD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I have small children who are starting to get sick, as well as myself so I am getting ready to take the next steps to report this elsewhere that WILL help me unlike these people. If I COULD I would rate these apartments 0 STARS.

I’ve been living here for 5 years and I’ve seen property managers come and go but Leti is so hopeful and always try’s to keep the property looking nice. With so many nice upgrades.I have never had any issues here that couldn’t be resolved.Keep up the good work ladies .

Red pines apartments is a small community in the older part of Pasadena. Close to beltway 8 and 225 the commute around is easy. The staff is excellent and friendly and you are are welcomed at the front office with a smile. Work orders get dealt with in a timely manner. The grounds are well kept. The pool and laundry rooms are always sparkling. I love my studio apartment at the affordable price especially for this area. Make red pines your next home. You wont regret it.

They work with you. These apartments are very understandable with their community. I feel appreciative. I like the pool and how quite the community is. I feel home. Come take a tour and see if you will home too.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. LUXURY APARTMENTS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT LUXURY TRENCHES. Money hungry. Utilities are allocated which I was fine with but hot water leaks all day everyday and I’m still charged $100+ extra per month in water and trash for 3 people? Don’t think so. my light bill due to the hot water leaking (water heating) has gone up $50 in a week. The sidewalks flood with the SLIGHTEST of rain leaving everyone and their children to go to work or school with soaked and muddy shoes maybe provide complimentary rain boots upon move in? the parking is HORRIBLE! why pay $1500 a month if you have to park on the other side of the apartments? They say reserve a spot why should I pay $30 extra when there’s parking downstairs they won’t unreserve even tho nobody lives there but they’ll tow your car if you park there! All they want is MONEY. But they aren’t putting MOMEY into the apartments maybe stop having monthly parties and have monthly maintaining of the complex. The manager said take my complaints to upper management instead because she’d rather sit in the office eating then doing her job (: DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Te office staff are very nice and polite. The property outside is very clean and peaceful. The apartments inside are newly renovated and look very nice. Sinks are very modern. They are always doing office events and things for the kids…..

The maintenance team takes care of things like day of/ very next day and wow! They did such an outstanding job on my porch! For some reason, there was a bunch of mud everywhere and being a mom of a toddler, I was unable to go out and enjoy it without the potential of getting all muddy. I did not really think the apartments would be able to do anything about it, but I simply asked and they made it so beautiful and prevented the problem from happening again. The maintenance team deserves to be recognized for an outstanding job! Thank you, Red Pines maintenance for your hard work and dedication to your tenants! Happy tenant here!

The Red Pines apartments are great place to live, the management do an excellent services when theres an issues. I really recommend if you plan to live there with your family.

If you are looking for an apartment in an area that is quiet, pet friendly with a Great Staff then Red Pines will definitely give you the experience. Every time I need accommodations when it comes to minor work orders, the Maintenance Men are on top of it. So Welcoming and did I mention how quiet it is?! Miss Gladis is the sweetest, most patient staff member hands down!! I would rate it 10 if I could. I’m new to the area and they have been nothing short of Amazing here!

Hello, been a resident up coming year. Had my share of problems in the beginning. Now I can say all been Perfect! The mgr and staff have been Amazing and there to assist Everyone. Believe me I too had in the beginning Now please with outcome. Breakfast was nice they do involve the residents on special events

As of September 2022, I have so far had an amazing experience here within my newly renovated studio apartment. They are REALLY nice for the price! The staff is all very friendly and respectful, work orders are completed within 2 days or less, and even the maintenance team will get emergency situations taken care of within an hour or less, even if it is late at night! As a single mom nervous about living alone, I actually feel very safe here regardless of the fact that the place is not a gated complex. Before moving here, I actually drove around the area late at night just to check out the safety vibe of the area... it was a success! I have had nothing but a positive experience here. :)

I have been at Red Pines for 2 months. I moved into one of the newly renovated apartments. My 1 bedroom apartment is amazing. My daughter is already interested in leasing once her present lease is up. Just today, I spoke to my old neighbors about how happy I was with the beauty of my apartment and the price. I have hadhardships in the past. Samantha was the best at working with me at overcoming my past leasing issues. I am happy living here. The maintenance dept has taken care of all of my work orders same day or within 24hrs. It is very quiet on the property at night. I really feel proud that I have a beautiful apartment that I can clearly afford.

Ive only been living here for about 2-3 months and my vehicle has already been completely damaged on the inside because some idiot decided it was ok to try and steal my vehicle!! Made a police report, too, and decided to press charges on whoever did it! Only bad part is theres no cameras or anything... With the holidays around the corner now Im left without a vehicle! 😥Being new and young in this area Im already starting to feel unsafe... 😥

I lived here for a year and i can not tell u how fast I wanted to be out of there!!! It’s infested w roaches - the moment some new moves out feels like they move to your apartment too 🤣 Maintenance is useless- they always say “I’m going to send a contractor “ i spent 8 months with my floor lifted - moved out and still was lifted…..my car got shot at twice- 2 deaths - girl if i keep going….by the ways it’s on the news

I lived here for 2 years and from day one there has been roaches. They charge you monthly for extermination fees but have never sent a company in to deal with it. I went on month to month and when they found out I was moving they tried raising my rent $260 with no regard for any of my or other residents complaints. They took 3 days to fix a leak above my bathtub and then told me they would be back in a week to fix the damage and never made the work order. Their customer service is not good and they will not respond to missed calls or voicemails. No gated entry and people come to break into cars and steal from patios. There is bottles and broken glass laying around everywhere including the play ground. The laundry facilities are a mess and don’t get the attention they need. There has been multiple shootings and deaths here in passed two years just look up red pines shootings. If your looking to move here with children I would not recommend. Make sure you take a good look around before signing a lease with this management company.

Apts are very nice and quiet. They are quick to fix things. Im happy living here.

As of April 2023 so far Im loving my apartment here. The office staff is friendly, maintenance gets done within a day, and its one of the quietest places Ive been in. Special thanks to Denise for being so helpful, if youre thinking of moving here Shell make sure youre taken care of

I live in 154 and am on my third year lease here at red pines apartments. So far no problems. I even referred my friends and got $500 off my rent this month. The staff is really friendly and maintenance is on point I really enjoy living here thank you red pines!!!

Valerie Sanchez was extremely helpful!As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with her big beautiful smile. She is very patient, kind and understanding. Ladies in the office are awesome! Jacqueline is such a people person and has a great attitude. Maintenance with the exception of the young guy with glasses is great. My work orders always get done as needed. New management has done a good job with the property. Theres loud people but thats at any apartments you go to. I would recommend them.

Just got an apartment here three weeks ago and i love it! The approval was quick and valerie was very nice, always answered any of my questions in great detail and very professional. The community is very calm parking isnt bad too bad and it is very clean would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking and the new renovations they have done is amazing i love the fact they have a gas stove and granite counter tops!

I have never been treated as respectful and as courteously as by your staff, Jessica Mendez. She never failed to answer any question I had and never failed to return my phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. She made getting my daughter in her new apartment seamless. Been living at the apartments for over 15 years. The management team is always friendly.

The office team was super wonderful and very patient during my relocating to the area from Conroe. Management was great at communicating! They stayed open late so I could officially sign my lease when I was caught in traffic. The unit looks dashing! And there was no wait at all during the maintenance request for the patio door. It’s a quiet community and the neighbors are very sweet. I was really satisfied with how at home you feel when speaking to anyone in the office and how quickly the unit was ready for move in. My only complaint is the distance between my unit and the designated visitor parking. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for something cozy and quiet.

Yesterday I had a FaceTime call with Samantha whom took me on a virtual tour of the apartment. She had superb customer service and was very attentive. The apartments look amazing on the inside and I cant wait for my current lease to be over so I can apply to be a resident there.

Pool closes way too early and have it on many days closed. Whereas other apartments that are cheaper and have better pools have them closed at nighttime which is more ideal for those who can’t be in the sun.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!! They didn’t want to help bc in their words “we are busy” and “it’s raining” I work for door dash and just went in to ask where the building was I was looking for. It’s raining and they told me to walk around and find it, they are busy and it’s raining. So they can’t help me. I can only imagine how they treat the residents. So sad.

Roaches are everywhere. literally disgusting!! My brother does NOT like living here and I’m just visiting. It’s truly sad that the apartment does not keep up with exterminating these things. They’re on the wall, the floor, in the bathroom, kitchen and etc. I’m gonna be happy when my brother moves out and gets a well kept up place even if it cost a little more.

Good afternoon, (rate a Zero star)It has come to my attention once again you are Allowing the Towing to Post Sign on my Property to the Gate of the Apartment I am paying for I reside in ( They should Pay for Half of my rent)This does not make Any sense to having to pay for parking if this was not on my Leased when signed. The attorney informed me that is “ Legal Binding” of my contract. There is no security of premises if my car gets Stolen or Vandalized since having to Park further from my apartmentI have filed a complaint to the HAA Resident Relations Dept. I want out for this forsaken Lease and not be Penalized due to Changes your management did I feel I am being Held as a Hostage. I will continue to post so Future Residents Ever think about moving in have Been Warned and regret Moving Here ! Since my car gotten towed this is not a Place to Live and Lost 540.00 this was All on my contract when I signed my cars were registered. If there were others cars not on lease than have those towed and taking space. These signs Look Horrible FYI

I’ve been very happy living here. The property is beautiful and very clean. Sabrina has alway been so helpful, she is friendly and professional. Parking has never been a problem and I love the area. If anyone is looking for a new place, ask for Sabrina!

I moved in and within a month or two, and the management company changed. I’ve requested certain things to be fixed took forever and my window in the kitchen leaks everytime it rains. It’s been more than a month and they tell me management has put a hold on it, and they tell me that other stuff is more important right now. I told them I’m not repairing any water damage and I have waited three weeks for an exterminator and I finally got him. I’ve called to be scheduled but they either don’t put me on nor put me on the right week. Plus the roach problem is bad and the exterminator barely hits up any spots. I know a lot of people here and I see how they treat them, I see who they allow here to. In the end it is what it is cause I already moved here.

My son just moved here. They gave him a parking pass and overnight. They told his vehicle he was talking to the residence next-door and apparently the tow company gives wrong number or disconnects their phone on Sundays so they don’t call this is ridiculous. I’m reading the reviews and a lot has to do with towing.

The name is Jose Martinez.There is a new management team. They are very professional. Will always greet you with a smile, at least to my experience. Outside personnel is always at work. Rather it’s cutting grass, remodeling empty apartments or fixing issues. So far I’ve been living here a year and a half and it has been pretty quiet around here. Neighbors stick to themselves and respect each other. The price is fair! One of the main reasons why I renewed my contract is affordability. If everything stays the same I might renew when me lease is up again.

Samantha was very helpful when I had a question about my rent and utility bill. She is very patient and kind and understanding. New office staff is such an improvement compared to the old management company. This company actually cares.

Denise was instrumental in getting me approved and into my apartment. She was communicative and very informative. Shes awesome, thank you!

I met with Ms. Judy yesterday and she was extremely nice and so was the other lady (Didnt catch her name) The apartments are very clean ,manicured lawns playground and a storage lot right next door , lots of restaurants and shopping nearby . I loved the apartment , My only complaint was the closest was small but they have GAS STOVES so Ill give up the bigger closet ... You have to compromise on somethings, Other than that they were lovely. I WILL BE MAKING THIS MY NEW HOME ! 😁I will write a follow-up review after I move in .

After visiting several facilites in the Pasadena area. I really enjoyed this place most. I spoke with Sabrina whom answered all of my questions. She was very polite and professional. She took me to look at the apartment and I was very happy.

New management is so much different and better. Maintenance guys fixed everything that was wrong in my apartment. Valerie and the girls in the office took the urgency to make sure that everything will be fixed. The leasing office are very helpful.

My son lives here at Red Pines Apartments and its been awful experience. Bathroom sink not usable since move in last September, oven didnt work for 6 months, no mail box key and property very dirty. The pool is dark green and never open. New management is worse than the previous management. Very rude and poor customer service. They just want their rent money and threaten to evicted you. They refuse to take the rent relief program eventhough the previous management signed up for it!! Dont live here!!

I’ve only been in my apartment for 7 days and 2 of the last 7 days I’ve had a major leak in my unit flooding the whole apartment and as of today no one have even come to check out the leak much less stop it or fix it. Got a call from the manager Billie today, that assured me someone would be out today and when I got home from work nothing...still the same flood soaking the carpet. Had to move all my furniture out and cant use the AC. Terrible experience

Living here is phenomenal. Weve had a wonderful almost 2 years. Were upgrading to a one bedroom and couldnt be happier

We didnt even move in this place it is trash ! The pictures you see is not what you get beside the light fixtures black mold ! Half the stove works the refrigerator doesnt work it smells ! The front window is still broken and they still rented the apartment. The pool doesnt even work its half drained and water is green I strongly recommend you walk the property and see for yourself!

Maintenance takes too long to respond to work orders. Been renting 6 years never experienced slow maintenance like this. Gutter broke and fell off right outside my apartment a few months ago and Im in a downstairs unit so you can hear water splash onto the ground from the roof when it rains, can make it hard to sleep. Greenline is more than happy to remodel units to get more tenants but wont fix problems that already exist. When I brought up issues with my apartment they were more than happy to offer me a new remodeled unit at a higher price, work order has been submitted for a while wont fix issues. While I understand everyones experience is different, I wont be renewing my lease. I have nice neighbors thats why Im ok w 1 star. I dont recommend redpines

Horrible!!!!!! One of the worst apartments you could EVER move to!! Very unsafe lots of crime. Cops are constantly called out... drug dealers everywhere. If you have kids especially DO NOT move here. You need to think of them regardless of how bad you need out. Not only that the office staff is very unhelpful and will charge you outrageous amounts for stuff that your not even using. They tried charging me 150$ for electricity for a effiency apt no way in hell did I use that. I wasnt even there half of the time and their also infested badly with roaches and bed bugs. I had to break my lease with these people thats how bad it was. BEWARE people.

The good reviews are by management. Not only are the apartments old and roach infested. The customer service AFTER move in completely changes. If you are on section 8 they WILL fix some items just so you don’t report them. If not, I don’t think you want to live here. They are pricey not because of quality but because Housing pays for them. You’re welcome.

Currently live here and stuck until lease is over today is may 8 2020 Day 4 no hot running water. If something is broken in apartment you will have to put in multiple service requests constantly call office email non stop and still wait for service. Security lock was broken on front door I put in 2 orders. I had to repair the door myself by going in a unlocked vacant apartment and removing lock to put on my door. Black Moldy tile cracked tub still waiting on repair. Dont bother having guest over because ranger tow is on site eager to tow any vehicle parked without out parking tag even if they are in unmarked parking spots. I couldnt get Property manager to respond to my call or email until I message her on Facebook. She responded rude real quick with no apology for no hot water. I will attach that conversation. This apartment is a night mare

I have been living here for 8mths the staff is nice but i regret not seeing my actual apt before i paid to move in because it was poorly renovated from the sheetrock patch work to the paint job ! It appears that the apt may have flooded before but im not sure! It takes 2/3 days for a work order to be filled, due to few maintainence staff ! My ac unit has been freezing constantly since i moved in, in Sept of 2018 they have sent someone out over 3 times yet im still having the same issue even tho i keep it on a certain temp & the thermostat has been changed which means i need a new ac unit, when it rain water sits in my window seal & the pipes under the kitchen cabinet leaks ! Im grateful the apt complex worked with me but i just wish things were better tended to !

These apartments are the worst Ive ever rented. They are constantly shutting the water off for construction. There is always rust in the water. I let the water run for about 20 min and it will barely start to clear up from the rust. The maintenance people are rude. The officing staff act like they hate life and the job. The power has went out about 5x throughout the whole apartment complex.Do not move here!!!! You will regret it!

I haven’t had any issues and i’ve lived here for a few months now. As a matter of fact i believe the staff and maintenance to be more attentive than other places i’ve lived at. The apartment is comfortable, fairly priced, and in a great location. I definitely recommend!

Hey I don’t recommend moving here because there lazy so we sceheduled a tour like last week they conform the appointment then we arrived and there close without notice saying there going to be close then I rescheduled for another day just one more time they conform it then I arrived the sign says open on it but the door is locked and no one inside so we not going to try to live here we are going to find somewhere else to live at.

Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. This place is over crawling with roach and bug infestation. No matter how clean my place is, roaches continue to crawl through the vents and cracks on the wall. Ive contacted management several times but nothing is getting done. Ive put in work orders for other issues and no one has come to fix anything. Ive seen some of the work the maintenance has done and it is a complete joke. They dont fix problems, they just patch them over. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

Love living here and its very quite. My apartment is beautiful. Newly updated and I never have a problem getting things fixed. Oh, and all apartments have gas stoves! Good for hot baths.

Since Ive been here these are the worst Apartments I have ever stayed in, management is bad, half the time I try to call they do not answer, I would not recommend this to anyone especially with children. There also has been at least four homicides, and there are reserved spots that are reserved for people that no longer live here. Basically management does not care or is concern about there residence that are living here.

We lived here for a year all while i had just had my son we put a request to reserve a spot so i wouldn’t have to struggle with the baby and we never received our spot. the place is very loud through out the day and at night, management would take forever to actually fix stuff(most of the time they didn’t). Front office as well never answered the phone we had a rent misunderstanding when we moved out and had to pay extra because front lady’s never wanted to answer our calls to solve the problem. Also parking sucks visitors always get towed because there’s only like 5 visitor spots and they are always taken.

These apartments are Taylor made for a wise person...gass in the apartment! Enuff said! So those winter power outages wont effect you cause youll still have heat when the aprt dont and the hotels dont. Dont have to worry about mold in bathrooms cause there are windows in the bathroom 😁👌🏼 kitchens are the size of a room and with a window in it for ventilation 😁😁😁😁. Totally remodeled and the apartments are brick. Its quiet around here also. No dope fiends walking around. I dont have nothing against dope fiends but you know stealing goes up when drugs are infested. But anyway top and bottom molding. Counter tops real marble. Girls at the office are cool also😁😁👌🏼.cool spot.

Rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with. Apartments are cheap but that’s because of the roaches all over the place. Cars being broken into. People yelling outside late at night and early in the morning.The worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. Worst year of my life.

You know Im gonna be honest Ive lived here for about 10 years and seen this place go downhill, it seems to do with a changing of the property management that happened about 5 years back and the office staff management (Claudia does nothing about anything), in the rare case you make a complaint youre treated like youre the bother. Dogs barking at all hours of the day and night, management says they put out noise complaints but it never ends or stops, they put in fencing on the bottom units last year (which they charge more for so people can just leave trash in them or have their dogs treat it as a yard), they take some form of housing so while youre paying overpriced rent you have terrible neighbors that yell, punch walls, fight, and let their children just run around screaming their heads off. Yeah, roaches are a massive problem, even if youre clean they will come when your neighbor moves out, crime is bad, if you own a truck with decent rims or tires, theres a chance itll be sitting on cinder blocks when you wake up in the morning, Ive seen it happen 5 times in the past 6 years. Theyre going up on your rent every time you renew, and not by a little, by like 100 dollars each time. Im moving elsewhere soon.

INFESTED WITH GERMAN ROACHES! THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO TO GET RID OF THEM! We have spent so much on pesticides and have had pest control spray in my unit several times and they just keep coming back. Avoid this property. They dont care about residents. Stay here at your own cost.

I showed the reviews to mgr Maria. She said they r making improvements, do not evict except when dont pay rent. Mgrs always nice. My complaints: lived here less than a year & 07 things wrong in apt. Fridge went out once a month. Everything fixed in timely manner. When u call office u leave message & no one calls back so I always go to office in person. When I was without phone service Maria let me make calls in office, she helps me w my cell phone & many other things. Do see roaches but u can order device in mail order catalog that plugs into outlet to get rid of them. Copies r fee on copy machine. Have senior discount. My biggest complaint is that 02 cats were abandoned when their humans moved out & staff wont take them food/water or take them to shelter. They r hiding behind a door outside apt they lived, scared to death. Maria wont help them either & always thought her nice person. I will take care of them until know if apts will let me adopt them or take them to a no kill shelter. It is immoral to abandon an animal & an outrage that staff wont help them. If u thinking of moving here dont if u have companion animals. Red Pines claimed to be pet friendly; lie or someone would have helped the cats. Maria knows they have had no food f a week & has not taken them food or done a damn thing to help them!

Very affordable, amenities and facilities are nice, staff (including Sabrina and Denise) are friendly. I just have a studio apartment but many families live here. A nice place to live.

Renter beware. There are good apartments and there are no so good apartments

If you are a UberEats driver I suggest to not deliver to these apartments unless you want to get towed. They evidently have labels on their quest spots but they seem to be full all the time and the towing company they use does not seem to answer their phones so you can get your vehicle back according to some reviews. You have to wait till somebody shows up at the booth of the storage lot to pick it up.

So cool of them to decorate and host a pizza table for the residents and promote safety for the kids. Great way to show community support!

Was enjoying my residency here until this new management took over. They lied to me saying that i only owed a certain amount but then all of a sudden i owe a different amount. Meanwhile my refrigerator just went out and all my food is probably going to go bad. An outlet blew causing my microwave to blow.

I can honestly say there apartments are stable and relaxing no one bothers you here . 8 out of 10 The lady in the front office are very nice they help you in anything you need they actually TRY TO HELP !! . If something is wrong they will fix it right away . Great apartments❗📞They did steal some of my boyfriends tools .But if we hadnt left them in the trunk none of this would of happened and guess what i NEVER COMPLAINED ... Soo take care of your stuff and dont expect to see it the next morning especially if there TOOLS PPL.

This place is a serious dump. Take this as a WARNING!I lived here only 2 months because it was a hazard to my pregnancy. The biggest issue was the gas stove. When we were moving our stuff in we realized there was a gas smell. We told the office before we even moved our stuff in and they sent a maintenance man who turned the knob behind the stove and left it at that. We figured the smell would go away after a while and we left the doors and windows open. We were alone for a month until finally my mother in law came again and as soon as I opened the door she said it smelled strong of gas. I guess we werent smeing it because we got used to it. When she said it smelled, my husband and I left for a longer while than usual and we did smell it when we returned. We went to tell the office again and all they did was the same thing as last time. Finally 2 days my mother came to visit and said it still smelled horribly of gas. We went to the office together and they sent someone again who opened the stove and checked it. He just spoke gibberish when I asked what he did but since he had done something different from before, we figured this time it might work. We woke up the next morning drenched in the smell, it was horrible and at that point I was seriously concerned for my babys health. I obviously was not going to sit there letting that gas consume us. So finally I decided to call Centerpoint and the man came, checked the stove and the walls and said there was an extreme gas leak. He also said and I quote, This is not the first time I come to these apartments for this problems. Ive come multiple, multiple times. Let me talk to them...again. So he went to the office to confirm a gas leak and he came back to let us know they said they were on it and to keep in mind this is harmful over a period of time. And guess what happened? It only got incredibly worse. The maintenance manager and 2 maintenance men came to our apartment and asked why we called Centerpoint. I told them they had left us no choice. They literally started arguing and yelling as to why we didnt just tell them, as if we hadnt tried that! They were saying Why didnt you call us first?! We couldve fixed it! If it takes 3, 4, 5 tries then thats what it takes! And I said Really? 3, 4, 5 tries of doing the exact thing that didnt work the first time? And to avoid problems like this you do the job right the first time. After 2 days, after the Centerpoint man told them exactly what to do and apparently they didnt do it because they said he (the expert) was wrong, the smell persisted and I demanded either a change of unit or to break the lease. They said they couldnt offer us another unit and had to break our lease. From there we moved to Casa Palmas just down the street where we experienced a flooding bedroom, told the office, and were offered a new unit in ONE day.

Just looked at these apartments today !! They looked amazing (: the people in the main office treat us very well , loved their attention given!! Can not wait to move in to my new renovated apartment!!

Disgusting, overpriced, roach infested. $950 for a 2 bd to exploit Housing. I have pictures of rotten walls from bottom and water running down. I took them the list of everything wrong and they ignored it twice. Put everything in writing. Also, you get advised to not go outside at night because of robberies.

Hello 😎😎😎💯💯💯 happy at red pine s apartment thank you to everyone/ well its been almost a year now & my door is cracked in 3 places & dont seal right when I close the door the building am in is crawling with cockroach s the floor has glue coming from between the cracks my icebox trimming had to be replaced b cuz of cockroach s now more people have moved in so its not as quite as it used to be & now someone is always yelling a lot one of the closest door s stick s all the time & my toilet has been fixed way too many times/ cuz of leaking and I was hoping to get the front door replacements & that hasnt been fixed yet and parking is always a problem b cuz there are reserved spots for people that dont even live here anymore 😎

Yessss, the new management is on point. I told them my a/c was out and it was fixed in less than 10 hrs. The new remodeled apts are absolutely fabulous. Way to UPGRADE Red Pines.👏👏👏

I currently live here. I have no running hot water day 2 .today my visitors car was towed parked at an unmarked parking spot. with No signs saying reserved. Any time I need something repaired I have to constantly call and make multiple work orders and email to get things fixed. I regret signing a lease here.

After looking at so many other places, it was refreshing to have someone like Sabrina Calvillo to take me under her wing and make me feel like I was home. Thank you for your patience and answering all my questions, even the ones that most would have thought were absurd.

Customer service was great! Nancy worked very hard to get us approved for the apartment. She was very knowledgeable and treated us as normal people! Very satisfied!!!!!

German cockroaches every where we even went as far as to buy our own bug bombs and, sprayed home defense twice. However it only made it worse the bugs live in the walls. on several occasions my wife and, I have seen them come from a small hole in the ceiling that was painted over. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! HEALTH HAZARD !!!My friend lives here and apartment is infested with German roaches. The exterminator is spraying around water as I call cheap chemicals. The roaches are everywhere. The apartment smells heavily of Roach eggs. Bombing doesnt work, combat maxgel doesnt work and your not allowed to use an outside exterminator. The management team is rude and will lie straight to your face. They never fix anything and will slap an eviction notice on your door just to be petty.

Worst apartment ever! Currently live here and I regrat it!! Refuse to fix my sons window he has asthma and the rain keeps coming inside ! Mold on the top of my bathroom ceiling ! My fridge was broken now my freezer is going out and they wont fix it not to mention our fire extinguisher is expired and empty!! And wont replace that either!!

I am a current resident at Red Pines. I’ve been waiting 2 days for someone to fix my oven. When I called on Friday they said it would be taken care of. Well it’s now Saturday and maintenance doesn’t work on weekends so I guess I just won’t eat 🫠

Just got an apartment here. Valerie was extremely helpful and helped in more ways than one so I would be able to have a home to call my own. 5 stars

This place has the worse parking I’ve ever seen. Its only 20 visitor parking for the whole apartment complex and the visitor parking is constantly full. You literally cannot have a visitor

Towed vehicle while parked for 2 minutes to help a friend carry in some groceries I know they were sitting there waiting till I went in because they saw me pull all the way around to the back and watch to me roaches despite how clean you are the manager is rude and refuses to help with any situation dumpy apartment the hallways flood and then smell like wet dog I had a friend who was not given a parking permit upon moving in her vehicle was towed within days of her living here she explained the situation and had proven to them she had not received a permit and they refused to help her get her vehicle out they also would not answer her phone calls for several days while her vehicle SAT there I would avoid living in these apartments if you can

By far the worst apartments I have been without ac for 2 days now I keep calling the front office they keep saying they sending somebody an never do a man came to my apt at 10pm one night when I didnt even need them now that I do they nowhere to be found and I have 3 small children an my youngest keeps crying sweating and everything I hate these apts I can not wait to move if they don’t care about your kids they don’t care about anybody

I had a bad experience with these people, I paid $135 for an application that was never processed and they did not return anything to me, I really feel cheated, I would never recommend anyone after this bad experience, for me that place is like it never existed
