ROACHES. Do not expect anything to ever get done on property. Since May, the leasing office has gone through at LEAST 4 different managers, one of them apparently didn’t even last 2 weeks as I just talked to her last week only to find out today “she’s actually no longer with us.” They’ve lost our lease 3 times this year, and are now insisting that we never put down a security deposit and are demanding proof from 5 years ago or “we’re not legally obligated to give you anything.” Maintenance requests either go quickly or take weeks with no communication, the parking passes are changing for the 3rd or 4th time this year I’ve lost track. They don’t answer the phones, their hours are inconsistent, and even if I do talk to someone in the leasing office, there’s never any followup on promises made. Not to mention we’ve dealt with roaches since July and the pest control they have is laughable, and they insist that treating a single unit is enough rather than treating surrounding units as well (as if roaches won’t just leave one unit and come back from another a week or so down the line). Steer clear if you value your health or at least your sanity.

Me , my son and a senior mother have been here going going on 7 years and it’s sad and disappointing too see it go so downhill . First it’s infested with roaches no matter how much you clean . You can’t eat at your table without roaches trying to attack your plate . They think they’re doing something when they send out the joke of an exterminator that just sprays some dust that DOESNT HELP. Don’t get me started on the maintenance men . One just goes around picking up trash all day and giving you ugly looks and the others are no help except maybe nick but still not professional. We were paying for a washer and dryer that both stopped working and even us reporting they were broken , we were still being charged. The drying has been sitting on my porch for almost 2 months and we have called numerous times for them to get it off our porch. The ladies in the office think they know what they’re doing and come off to you so nicely but then nothing gets done and they can not get down to a problem . My mother is disabled and sick but nobody cares about that . But they’re soooo nice . Don’t let me forget the 4,000$ rent notice that appeared on my door when me and my mother are on housing . They failed to let us know a rent change or notifying that we owed money before it got to 4,000$ . Never ever had problems until my Veronica and Sonia left and let’s not forget G. The visitor parking 🅿️ s basically a scam . I scan the code and downloaded the app like I have been since it first started . The life at parkview don’t show up. I tried logging in to my account that I’ve been having for over a year and I’m magically not registered. And yes they towed my visitors car . How do they expect visitors cars to not get towed if their system isn’t working . Save yourself from the stress . -0000000/10

I just wanted to take a min to say OMG if you havent been to the office yet please do the new staff is amazing The Manager is great The leasing agent name Robin is uper sweet, nice, very very attentive to our needs and from the moment I walked in always with a smile the assistant manager is super helpful as well. Finally we can say the is really here to make us feel at home.

He has been an incredible blessing to have on the property.Giovanni consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Very beautiful property the staff is really wonderful I recently lost my husband always had him here I thought I would be scared without him but I feel safe still by myself the staff is wonderful making sure I am safe

I been living here for a few years and they are amazing, the staff is very friendly and they take care of fixing anything fast.

I have been living here for 7 years now. Never had any problems.The office staff is good ,Maintenance team is excellent.They solve the problems quick .The only problem I face is that most of the residents make their pets poop on the lawn. One of my neighbors makes her dog poop right next to my bedroom.I can’t open the window as the place stinks of her dog pee and poop.She doesn’t even pick it up.it’s horrible.I wish the management had to take some action against it but it has failed to do so even after repeated attempts of complaining about it to them.I was at peace but looks like these new residents don’t care about anything.

Came back and this time it is positive new staff is a great help maintenance came by next day couldn’t have been any happier with there response time and effort they provided

I’ve recently just moved into these apartments from some very run down apartments and I love it here, the gates property makes it feel more comfortable, all the staff and maintenance techs, have been super helpful and supportive about the move, Gio has been super helpful with getting situated and with any issues that occur, our Amazon package that my girlfriends grandmother sent her got stolen and gio was able to figure out what happened and was able to get our stuff back. I really recommend this complex for anyone who appreciates help and wants to help others.

I love Maggie and Gio to pieces! They both have me spoiled…Any issues I have are always promptly taken care of.

This property is not the best. My apartment flooded due to a plumbing issue. So I called the after hours number which was a number that had a voicemail after voicemail. After calling and calling I finally reached an operator (2 hours later). Maintenance didn’t arrive till around 4 hours later. By the my furniture started to soak in the water causing it to expand. Talked to the manager and she said all I can do is take $25 off your rent for next month. I was so disappointed. And recently they added a QR code on the buildings for when you have visitors. So the people you have visiting you. Have to walk around and look for a QR code and scan it just to be able to visit you. So if it’s dark and late out. Good luck with that. This property is a joke. Seriously look into what you’re really getting yourself into.

Came to help my sister move her stuff into her new place and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the whole place. The pools looked better than at my apt where I pay $1800 a month for a 1 bedroom. You guys got my sister approved right away and moved in exceptional time. While helping her move there was a Young Maintenance guy (I believe he said his name was Jovani) he saw me struggling with one of my sisters boxes and offered assistance. Before he walked away he told us his name and to let him know if there was anything else we needed. I’ve never in my 39 years of living have experienced that level of customer service at apts ESPECIALLY in Pasadena. When I mentioned how surprised I was for that help and his friendliness to the neighbor they told me he’s always friendly and helpful and willing to go above and beyond for everyone. Definitely glad my sister will be in good hands here at her new place. This seems to be a good overall quiet place for her to live.

I love these apartments and they are very well kept up with and when we have any type of issues we go to Giovanni for anything and he is always very helpful and nice !!

Elders, Single person(s), Families and new comers if your looking for a place this is it, hospitality is a plus here. Just had some thoughts on my mind and one of those thoughts were how generous the office staff has been to my family. Ms.Maggie, Ms.Centino and the other ladies have truly been a blessing. Recently, I received some devastating news that accommodated me to be placed in a 1st floor unit (Doctors Order). The ladies waisted no time to accommodate me. This property is amazing the staff here are always quick to solve my problems dismiss the reviews you see bad alot of these residents are rude and expect the staff to do everything right then and there for them ive seen this happen so many times in the office giovanni is my favorite maintaince man here hes always super nice and get stuff done for me and my friends who aslo live here the other maintance guys are super nice aswell i always see them cleaning and doing work please dont let these other reviews change your mind about this property they are amazing people and do everything in their power to get to you in a timely fashion please dont be rude to the staff they work hard and do everything they can for us and i apriciate them so much for their hardwork

I think thees are valuable apartments and are the best ones my mom could have picked thay really look out for thaire occupants and thay work really hard to make your stay comfortable and succure and its one of the best locations to live thaires a lot of local stores walking distance and thaires a big park across the way its a gated community and the only thing I dont like about the apartments is the pool dont stay open all night and Im albino and really sensitive to sunlight and can only injoy the pools at night because in the sunlight I get 3rd degree burns and I just cant do that because it blisters and I cant get comfortable to sleep so I hope thay can understand that and it makes me feel like just every ware that doesnt leave the pool open at night is racist and doesnt care about white albino people and understand that they can only be in sunlight for a little while before thay start to get burnt really bad but other than that thaire really nice apartments and Im just thare to help my mom around the house and do chores just a place to stay because of a family emergency and we needed a place to stay in till we can get are own place I would like to have my own place at these apartments but thay wont let me I tried to get a place here and thayCame up with every excuse to tell me no I cant stay here so I guess I will have to buy a different complex or just build something newer some ware else Ive been saving up to buy me something like these apartments just so I could have all my friends move in and we just could be naybers and party till were old and gray but anyway Im just happy my mom found such a wonderful place thay do a really good job at keeping up with this place and thay try to keep it safe friendly and drug free and a nother thing thay need to invest in is a security cameras and by the pools thay should have a pay phone

I have lived at Gardenview Apartments for over 9 years. The maintenance staff has always been excellent.kudos to Nick, Craig, Lorenzo and Beto! I have NEVER had to wait for any maintenance issues...what a blessing that has been. The office staff has changed completely over the past few months and what a wonderful difference they have made! Liz the new manager had a new carpet installed in my apartment in less than one week!!! I was promised a new carpet 8 years and 3 managers ago!!!! But the new manager took care of it immediately...amazing! Finally a Manager that truly cares about the residents! What a difference she has made. I must say that Sophia and Celeste the office staff are way beyond helpful! I plan on staying right here for another nine years. Thank you to all of the GARDEN VIEW CREW. I love these apartments i have friends family that live here but i think our apartment was rushed 🙁when they fixed it cause ever since we moved in it’s been problem after problems our lsink has been leaking since november but when they come out to fix it they don’t fix it right . in october when i went to give birth i came back home to paint all over the floor from the bathroom door chipping the paint off and our bathtub has paint coming off as well then our laundry door fell off because it was loose . don’t get me wrong there good and safe apartments but i wish they fixed our apartment right instead of rushing cause now we been having issues ever since

I have been living here for 5 years,and have never had any problems ,it’s a pleasant and quiet community! I am a happy tenant,we are all family here and look out for each other! The managers are so friendly,kind ,caring to everyone!

Long story short, I started an application to be put on the wait list. I check about a month later and the application was canceled. First off, you can’t get in contact with anyone either because the phones are never being answered OR the manager or person you’re asking for is out on property. Always say we will take a message and have them calk back but yet, where is my call back? This is ridiculous. I work in a ( hectic ) tax credit property and we at least attempt to answer every phone call, call back, email. What’s the point of having so many people working in your office but not one can answer the phone? Get it together.

Ive been residing here for going on 2 years and so far it has been a good experience. The staff is good. Sophia is an absolute peach! She takes time to help residents out, even if its a personal issue. She has helped me multiple times. I know she genuinely cares. Its quiet and when maintenance problems arise, the staff and maintenance are quick to resolve and repair. Everyone here is overall friendly and professional. Im glad to call this place home.

I have been a resident of Gardenview for 19 1/2 years and I love it. My kids grew up here and this is always be home to them. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Gail, Jackie, & Connie are amazing office management. They take very good care of our needs. Nick is a great maintenance man. Sandra has always been there to help us when needed. There is always a quick response from the staff on all our needs. There are always times of unfortunate circumstances and Orion has always gone above and over for us. During hurricanes they are right there always. We had the misfortune many years ago to be part of a huge fire caused by reckless kids, the management at the time was right there with us the whole time and Sandra was there. The owners Orion made sure we all were taken very good care of even though it wasn’t there fault but that of a child. We didn’t have any worries as they made sure we didn’t. I am extremely thankful to have Gardenview as home for so long. Love the peace and quiet of the community. Very clean and up kept. I always recommend to everyone. Best place and people all around!

Amazing place to live ! Office staff is great but the maintenance staff here is Grade A, Ive honestly never lived anywhere that I have ever seen a maintenance staff as awesome as Nick, Craig, Beto they’re always working all the time and as busy as they always are they take the time to listen to every resident. Ive been living in Garden View Apartments for five years and cant get them to replace my carpet that was OLD when I first moved in....and to top it off I get no response from the manager. So hopefully me writing a review as a loyal attendant here I will get something accomplished??? Maybe not..but now Im on month to month deciding if Im even gonna stay here.

They are completely redoing every unit counters,pipes really nice, with a very fair price.

Where is Lashae the Regional Manager when you need her...mia and ignoring my calls!! Ive texted her that there are issues with the construction job thats in progress but its obvious she does NOT care. I know she could see me calling and texting her. No response! Soooooo unprofessional and irritating! I had to miss work this morning because of the shenanigans that went on late into last night. Workers traipsing up and down my apt claiming they were looking for leaks so that they could turn everybodys water on only to find out that I was the ONLY one without water last night and until around 5pm today. This operation is being lead by Ben and a bunch of baphoons. Hopefully this review will reach somebodys eyes that gives af! Or a concerned party will call Veronica or Nick to make sure this operation will run smoother and professionally! Cuz right now its a clusterf***! We are already inconvenienced! Definitely dont need ppl knocking on my door at 10pm. I go to work at 2am. Im supposed to be livid!! Thank you Natalie for reaching out. Even Michelle Obama can return calls or texts in a timely manner LaShae. Do better!!Update: although I have not heard from LaShae or Natalie, Ben is making a conscious decision to do better and make this situation as comforting as possible.

Ive lived here going on almost a year in July 2021. Not only is maintenance amazing but the ladies at the front desk especially Miss Erika is absolutely phenomenal And understanding. She responds to me via email or phone ASAP!! It clean anf quiet and really work to have living here a 5 star experience!!!! Definitely recommend living at the Life at. Parkview to all my friends and family. Definitely a Hidden Gem in Pasadena!!!!

Horrible apartments I was shown one apartment led to believe that was one I was leasing. I signed the lease got the keys and when I was ready to move in I was moving into an apartment Ive never seen before. They said there was nothing they could do. We tried to make the best of it but the apartment is literally right next to the dumpster! Roaches everywhere! We have even had a mouse! Also there are bedbugs!!! They sent an exterminator but the bedbugs are still here! On top of it all the total deposit I had to pay was 300. I left 2 money orders of 150 and then moved in. Six months later I got a note on my door saying I still owe a deposit of 150 dollars. I called the office and talked to Cindy and told her I paid the deposit in full before even moving in! She said unless I have a receipt I still have to pay by Friday!!!! One of the girls working there stole one of my money orders and quit and now because one of their employees was a thief I have to pay again??? Completely ridiculous the manager has no idea how to run an apartment complex and I shouldnt have to pay another deposit because they lost my money order. Also why are they telling me this 6 MONTHS into my lease? Never renting here again!

Resident for 3 years. Pleased to call this home!! Property is very quiet and well maintained. Veronica and Sonya in the office always happy to share a smile. Maintenance is always 5 star thanks to Mr. Nick and his team.

I been here since 2015 it nice. They remolded and they are very nice. Maintenance is good Givovani and nick both responded very quick. Givovani is like family.

I made an appointment to view the apartments today, the lady in the office was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I arrive I greeted her and told her that I had an appointment to view an apartment. She immediately told me excuse me who do you have the appointment with and I told her I made it online and showed her my email confirmation for the appointment. She proceeded to tell me that with who I had the appointment and I kept telling her it doesn’t say with who. Then she raise her eyebrows and begin to ask me what was my name in a very rude way. She handled this so unprofessional that I had to just walk out. Never again this place was a total disappointment. If I could rate this place a 0 I will most definitely do that.

I have lived here going on 4 years and I have no complaints except that it’s very annoying that anyone hardly answers the phone in the office. I work late so by the time I get home y’all are closed. Calling the office for something I need or have a question is the best option I have but no one will answer.

I have no idea why theres so many negative reviews, ive lived here a while and never had issues. Office staff is always friendly and helpful! Especially the most recent office staff, i always see them out walking property talking to residents about any concerns they may have. Maintenance is always quick to take care of any issues in my apt. Nick and craig are very helpful with anything i need. The property is very maintained and clean compared to other apt complexes ive been to in pasadena.

Worst apartments I’ve ever been to, and lived at!!! By far the worst experience ever !!! From customer service to the apartment itself even the corporation(Allied Orion Group) !! Ive had problems from plumbing issues which since I moved in March have not been fixed !!! Apparently toilets are way too old you got to flush it a lot of times !! Maintenance laughed when I told them they wouldn’t flush I pretty much been putting with It. The AC !!! Lord Jesus!!!! Ive has problems and maintenance came to work on it a lot of times and supposedly replaced the AC unit ! But somehow it takes 4-5 hours to even come to 70 degrees !!!! Smh besides that I’ve had problems with roaches for 3 months now !!!!! It started little by little ! And now my whole apartment it’s full of it I thought it was normal to see a few when I moved in but it’s ridiculous I’m not even here half the time !! They are literally everywhere !!! They came to “fumigate” but it’s only gotten worse ! This is disgusting! I’ve cleaned with water and Clorox !! I’m due in November and I’m a single mom and I’ve had to get on top of chairs to clean all my cabinets with Clorox etc, I’m so sick and tired of this! It’s disgusting! Being pregnant makes it worst ! This is so irritating! I went to pay my rent from Month of September in Aug 30 and I told them about the pest problem and it’s Sept 25 and nothing has been done !!! Not a call nothing . I’ve called corporate and left voicemail with the supervisor of Gardenview and even emailed them, no call back yet !!!! I’ve never failed to give my rent on time, this is ridiculous !! If you’re planning to move her please don’t!! Even the cheapest apartments like Victoria Village, Like Alta Vista are better !!! I repeat do not move here !!!!!!

Great facility staff really help you out to get in..units all redone and looks great..some units have additional amenities like washer and dryer but all units have hook ups in case you have your own..facility is kept clean and maintained very well...

Scam me for my application fee. Promise that I was going to be approved and then got denied two weeks before I had to move out my other apartments. Don’t trust the office here.!!! NO GOOD!! DONT DO IT! STAY AWAY!

I have lived here since 2006. I dont know why there are so many negative comments and a lot of these people are lying. Cindy is a very good manager much better than the previous. I actually live here. And know a lot of my neighbors and they all feel the same..

I have lived in apartments for 20 something yrs and the apartment complex as only cleaned my carpet without being charged. And at Gardenview l have lived there 2yrs and asked to have it cleaned and was told by Cindy l have a choice either have a Ceiling fan put after l renew my lease . Are pay to get my carpet shampoo. I think living here for 2 yrs l should b able to request to get the carpet cleaned without having to pay for it.

I can honestly say to each is own when it comes to going by the reviews... I’ve lived in these apartments 8+ years and I have yet to find another property who has the spacious units as these. I’ve lived in a two bedroom then transferred to a three and I honestly love my unit and my area.. I do live in the front now and it’s is a little less noise do to the kids normally play in back and not front do to being close to road .. I’ve put notice to move twice and changed my mind over the years because I personally have very little bad to say... only problem is parking.. very minimum visitors parking and that’s very inconvenient at times only because I worry bout my teenage daughter walking to my apartment late when she’s here from college... I don’t have many problems other that that..

I applied for an apartment back in April and never heard anything back from them. I have emailed and called them until I finally gave up.I guess they didn’t need to rent out an apartment

If I could give zero stars I would! If you are looking for a quiet, up kept and nice apartments these are not for you! I have lived here for a year and they have yet to fix problems of the unit Im in had from previous tenets! Outlets dont work, the back half of the complex doesnt have hot water and the staff is beyond rude! Since I have lived here there have been 5 different staffs! Ifyou go to the office to complain about anything they give you nothing but attitude! There are people out smoking weed late at night and constant fighting from the neighbors causing a scene! Save your money and look somewhere else!

I just renew my lease. They decided to change the parking permit and i went in the office to get the new one and the manager Cindy told me she wasnt gonna give me my parking permit for both of my car. So im a resident here at gardenview and i have to park in the visitors but the parking is so limited. From the first week i moved in i already had complaint and she was talking to me like im a bad tenant. I never had any problems with any other apartment like i do at this apartment. I am so fustrated and wish i never moved to these stupid apartment. So please dont move here it is not worth all of these problems

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Cindy the manager is very Rude along with her minions. Its take weeks just to get toilet fixed . I been waiting on a fan to be installed almost a year now. Was told if I resigned my lease early I would get a fan and im still waiting. Trash service sucks if they choose not to pick it up with get a fine. .im moving when lease is up

These apartments are no good at all. The only reason i gave a star was to write this review. Half way through Summer the pool still isnt opened. They never answer the office phones. Now they have a tow truck that picks up cars it shouldnt its Bs! My car is brand new 3 months now the office told me to use the same parking permit even though the the license plate didnt match the old one and they still towed my car. Told them about it and said nothing they can do. These people dont care here at all they only worried about themselves.The ladies in the office tell you one thing then do another! DONT LIVE IT ISNT WORTH THE TROUBLE. Never any parking either!

Ive visited my son here and the parking was ok if you follow the rules. Seeing my son was the best.

New management here is the worst they decide to move around with payment and now want us to pay late fees for there mess ups no thanks

The manager at garden view does not know how to add. $1300 a month comes out to $15,600 a year. If you multiply $650 times 24 it also comes out to $15,600 year.Do not live in these apartments this lady so called manager is really a hard lady to lease from rent from her name is cindy very unfriendly and unlikable she led me on for a whole month tells me at the last minute he doesnt qualify which is my son saying he makes to much money show him the apartment as well this lady cindy came at me very hard.now we have to reapply again other

Anyone who is Apartment hunting and you come across this property Please TURN AROUND! DONT LOOK BACK! This property will screw you over. The apartment staff makes promises and NEVER come through. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. THEY SUCK!!!! And you will be charged $50.00 for a trash can that you NEVER get but they will claim they gave it to you. No matter how clean you leave the apartment, you will not get your deposit back! They are not even worth the one star you have to click.

Went in to see if they had any apartments available since we lost our apartment after hurricane Harvey, the young lady that greeted me said they werent in the lower class, they were more like in the mid-class smh! Very rude... we just lost 90% of our belongings... that doesnt make us lower class! But your loss we will find a different place anyway and as I can see a lot of people have complained about YOUR SO CALLED MID-CLASS

My Dad is currently a resident here he has been without Ac for 3 days already. He had health issues hes been to the office everyday and they have it locked they dont answer his phone calls. The people in the office dont ever do their job

This apt are are the worst of the worst in Pasadena Texas. They rent to illegals that have commited many crimes in this city. The managers dont care who they rent to. Last night I was visiting my bother that there. I was leaving the property when 3 mexicans with tattoos all over their faces and body pulled a gun a me. They walked in front of my truck and one of them tefted his shirt up to show me he had a gun. They wanted to steal my new chevy truck. I made a police report today and will file charges on the owners.

I have had the worst experience living here I moved in about 7 mouths ago and been nothing but hell my AC dont work I have called to get it fix several times they come out and try to fix but never solves the problem I have call the corporate offices talked to miss. Sondra she had tryed hr best to help us.. I just found out we have big rats called the office and they told us what do we want them to do about it lol wow told us to kill it when I say it was big they never come and fix nothing but allways want rent on time or will evicted u girl in the office or rude especially Cindy the main manager I just wish we could get some help we have been thought bad times here since day one dont move here it will be Tha worst thing ever..

Hello to whom it may concern,I want to say that I’m pleased with my living quarters and my facility because I’ve been a resident here for over 2 years and the management when I first moved in wasn’t friendly or professional at all.Seemed as tho they didn’t wanna be resource or answer questions but as of late I’ve seen a drastic change in management and things are so much better and they actually care about questions you may have and always take care of my maintenance needs which are not many.Ive also spoke to some of the other residents to make sure it wasn’t just me and they are happy with the facility and how it’s being handled.I just wanted to say thank you to whoever made these changes and I hope this letter finds the right people.I have since signed up for another term on my lease.Thanks!!

THE LIFE AT PARK VIEW IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. OFFICE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT, ALWAYS ANSWERING THE CALLS. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS FAST AND EFFECTIVE. WE RECOMMEND THE LIVE AT PARK VIEW 100%.

My family and I have been here for a year now and the maintenance team is awesome ! Big shout out to Giovanni Luna one of the maintenance men who have always showed concern and helped with any and every situation possible!!!

The new owners making alot changes remodeling every apartment everything new inside gorgeous rooms beautiful ceiling fans n the kitchen you always dreamed plus children have a new play ground at back with security gates no one can come to the back parking lot the lady in the office will help you come over and come n see yourself

Communication is horrible. They don’t answer the phones. I’ve been waiting for a month for an approval just to get a 2bedroom. I keep getting the run around and it has really become quite stressful dealing with these apts!!!

This used to be a good apartments but since the manager changed the service is horrible Cindy the manager is the most horrible manager I ever meet she has a very bad attitude ,she doesnt care abaut anything, this supposed to be a low income apatments and now the rent is ridiculous

Where is maintenance when you need them like it’s over 85 degrees ac unit is out and no one responds to requests

Theyre quite nice however the pool is never open, it is supposed to open as soon as summer starts yet 1 month has gone by and they are closed, it is angering to pay the price for a nice apartment with a pool and have it not be available because the owner couldnt make sure everything was set before summer started, extremely annoying

Lived here 14 years and it has been fine. No breakins or stealing from porches . That is a good thing.

The worst place to be walking around at I stepped on a nail while I was wearing my sandals they were doing work yesterday taking out the old rotten wood from the roofs and they dropped a nail I guess from yesterday and I stepped on it

I have been here since 2005 and Ive never been ignored and felt unimportant to the management team like I do now here with the people who are suppose to be managing this property.I have had my furniture in my living room for almost 2 weeks waiting for repairmen to complete work on my floor. I keep calling Veronica and LaShae the rep in the corporate office with little to no succes!They seem to think its ok to ignore my requests for answers, and correspondence.Well today Im at my wits end and hopefully this review will wake them up and enlighten them because they definitely need to do better.When they go home from their jobs Im here in my home waiting to be made whole!! I pay my rent on time every month and I deserve better service.

I have lived here for more than 13 years and I have never had any type of problems for me personally. Whenever I have any questions, they resolve them satisfactorily and I want to thank the new staff because in my opinion they are the best that I have avid until now. The others have also been very kind but I think the new manager is a very professional person and helps you in a very kind and friendly way 🙏🏼

Horrible service from the office, they do not help with the application for rent payment. The application tells me that my data does not match, on Saturday I went to the office to get help with the problem and it was closed. They never answer the phone. I will definitely look for another place to go, I hope the day when my contract ends will soon arrive. The worst place to live.

The new administration at the moment is very bad services, they have a bad temper, they dont know how to treat people. I am living here but I cant wait until my contract ends so I can go. The apartments are nice but their administration damages it, they dont give you solutions, theres nothing.

The management by the office is terrible, they do absolutely nothing. No matter how many complaints you make, there is no solution.

It is a very nice, clean and well-kept apartment complex.I had an appointment on Monday July 10 and Blanca attended to me. She was very kind, professional and very helpful. I couldnt apply due to personal problems but I loved the place. I recommend it

Not advisable for future residents as there is a persecution agreement with tow truck operators to tow cars and take them to the warehouseYou raise a maintenance situation in your apartment and after 4 or 5 days they show up to solve the problem after having gone to the office several times to raise the problem
