I have lived here three months now. I was waiting to leave a review because I have read the bad reviews and wanted to see if the hype added up. It DOES NOT.The management and staff are excellent. I have never had a rude experience quite the opposite actually. Since I moved in the leasing agents and manager Haile, Celeste and Jess have given me a great experience living here. The move in process was professional, friendly and a breeze.My unit did have an issue when I moved in. I called the after hours maintenance line and the maintenance attendant left a baseball game to come fix the issue! Very satisfied with that service.My unit is beautiful and spacious, the units have detached and attached garages, covered parking, and open parking NO TOW TRUCKS taking your car! Residents and visitors can park anywhere without being towed, the buildings are clean, the stairs get pressure washed and it’s clean and lush.The complex is quiet, very lush with lots of trees and peaceful; the property is well maintained. The fitness center, pool, playground for kids, dog park and the lobby that residents can rent for events is clean and beautiful. The office is on top of pool tags and noise pollution in the pool area too. It opens and closes at good hours. I love that because I live by the pool.I am thankful the office is respectful of noise pollution in the complex.The area is perfect for me. I am right by beltway 8 and 45 and popular shopping is right around the corner. Walmart, HEB, James Avery😁 Academy restaurants & more.Ellington field is close but I hardly hear air traffic because the walls are so insulated in the unit. There is also a hospital across the street but I never hear noise pollution LIKE NEVER. Actually it is super convenient having the hospital so close I had to stay there a couple of days with my daughter it was perfect having home across the street to get clothes and snacks.I hope this helps future residents looking to live here, this is truly a beautiful peaceful place to live. Oh another + THE SCHOOL SYSTEMS for this complex are perfect 🤩 Go Mavericks

I lived at The Broadwater apartments for two years. Recently moved out, I have to admit I was kind of sad because I had the best experience here. The girls in the office are amazing and quick with any concerns. Maintenance is quick as well with any request. The property is safe, clean and quiet! Loved it here!!!

I recently moved into Broadwater Apartments, and Im absolutely loving it! The community here is so welcoming, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. My apartment is spacious with great natural light, making it feel like a real home. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained and add so much value to my daily life. Plus, the location is perfect – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Ive had a wonderful experience so far and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Andrew Perez was a great help, asked for maintenance on a few service requests that we needed help with and he knocked out basically half of them in one day! Even said he would put work orders in for what he couldn’t fix/replace today.

I must congratulate the Broadwater administration, especially Mrs. Jessica Byrd, since the change in the housing complex has been very noticeable. Everything has been excellent, its swimming pool, its green areas, the restoration of the buildings and now the gym. I really congratulate them.

Really pretty apartments and close to everything..they also have a little cement column lined, private feeling hot tub...which is fantastic, in comparison to the flat cement spills, most others have instead. ;)

Have lived here for several years and have enjoyed it. Our apartment is very spacious. The property is well maintained. The office staff is always so nice. Ive had experiences at other apartments where they are rude and Ive never encountered that here. Anytime we call for maintenance they are out right away every time. I highly recommend living here.

We have been residents here going on three years now and we absolutely love it here. It’s a very safe and welcoming environment with super kind and attentive management. The grounds are always clean and up kept frequently.Whenever you place a work order for any sort of repairs they are taken care of same day or by next morning.Valet trash pick up is always on time. We have never seen any infestations the time living here.They offer community events and food trucks to bring everyone together from time to time. Which are always so fun!On top of the great amenities everything you may need is close by. The hospital, grocery stores, clothing stores, various restaurants, and fun spots are literally a hop and a skip away.Thank you Jessica, and Celeste for always providing a wonderful place we get to call home.

Extremely grateful for our maintenance team in our community, especially Mr. Oscar, who always goes above and beyond when we need something in our apartment taken care of!

Have lived here for over 4 years now. They have been amazing. Best staff, always friendly. Rare to have a service issue, but they are very quick and professional to solve it. The property is maintained beautifully year round. Very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Broadwater.Calvin Boyer III

Moved here in November 2023 and we love it! The complex has mature trees, nestled in a nice neighborhood and across the street from a hospital (the ER to be exact) but thankfully never heard an ambulance siren, LOL. The apartment is just lovely. Its spacious, painted with warm neutral tones and plush carpet giving it a cozy feel. I do believe 1st floor levels have hardwoods but were on 2nd floor that cashew with an attached garage, yay. Theyre currently updating the gym which was already nice to begin with. Maintenance seems to take about a week to respond. Manager Jess is great! I highly recommended Broadwater if youre looking for a new home.

Let me brag on maintenance for a moment. I am so pleased with this maintenance man. Mr Oscar has been very helpful to us for the last month or so and I feel that he definitely needs to be recognized on his greatness, patience and friendliness. Mr Oscar works with a smile making it easy to trust him being in your unit with you are alone. I’ve had experiences with a few of the maintenance guys and he has overall shown the best effort in his work. Thanks Mr Oscar, you are appreciated!!!!Mona Derouen

Amazing place to live, peaceful and the staff are absolutely amazing!!! Would definitely recommend checking out these beautiful apartments. Maintenance is also top notch. If you have any issues they are there immediately to help! Been living here over 2 years now and it keeps getting better! The apartment manager and office staff are very helpful and polite!

Great place to live, going on 3 years and cant complain! Nice and quiet, its peaceful & calm! Managment has been awsome, easy to work with from needs or wants! The pool was re-done last year and cant wait for summer to be back in again! Makes me feel safe that there is actually a pasadena police officer as a neighboor!😂

This is my 2nd year of residency. It remains a great place to live. The complex is very quiet, and the community is friendly & very safe. There are no issues. The manager, Jessica Byrd, really manages the property well. She keeps a tight ship in place. When you have a maintenance request, they are great to handle as quickly & efficiently as possible. I recently had an A/c duct, vent issue that required an outside vendor to come in & inspect before repairing. Jessica had to get involved because standard procedure requires more than one quote before work can be implemented. Although this took a few days to get set up. The work was completed very efficiently. This couldnt have been done as successfully as it was without Jessica doing her part as an incredible property manager. She stayed in contact with me during this process, which helped relieve any concerns that I had regarding the timeframe for the work to be completed. Overall, its very satisfying to know that the property has a great manager & team in place to properly handle issues or concerns. Maintenance is extremely important when you live in apartments & to have the right people in place to take care of you is very important. These things are a difficult find nowadays. Im very pleased to live here with a management team that is very courteous, efficient & caring for the community. 10 star KUDOS to Jessica & her team for all they do! There are no cons! Its all pros!

The assistant manager is very unprofessional. I try to get matters across and they don’t seem like they care at all about my concerns . I’m hoping that this changes .

Ive been staying in Broadwater since November 2023 and Thanks to the mgr Jessica I have had the best experience here I love it here the staff is nice and maintenance is great. I recommend Jessica to any one in need of apt her work ethics is Outstanding.

We moved to the Broadwater in March 2022 and absolutely loved the experience as soon as we arrived. This is a very nice complex and is well maintained. Anytime we had maintenance issues they were resolved very quickly. Jess, Celest, and Elvia have always been extremely friendly and hospitable during every encounter. Great property, amazing staff, and friendly neighbors. One of the best places I have ever lived!I could easily stay here permanently. Unfortunately I have to relocate for my job.....no place will ever compare to the Broadwater and the experience we have had! Major shout outs to Jess, Celest, and Elvia for making my kids and I feel like this was always home. Yall have set an extremely high standard!! Thank you for everything.

I had look into many apts. My son moved in and since I had to sell my house, I moved in this complex and I love it. Of course, you can not help the ones speeding on the street next to the hospital. I love the attached garage to my apartment. Nice peace of mind. Maintenance is always on point. Staff and Management are great. I really appreciate the quick responses.

Awesome property and very polite neighbors. Office is always very proactive and formal with service requests. We are very thankful for the great living experience.

Excellent management. The girls in the office are very friendly and go out of their way to help. No issues on parking as I pay for covered parking and the maintenance guys are very fast fixing any issues. Very large complex and I feel very safe every night walking my dog. I just wish the other tenants would follow my lead and pick up after their dogs, but you cant fix lazy. Very happy here.Edit- After living here for almost 4 years and having just moved out due to purchasing a home, I have to say I absolutely loved living here. The ladies in the front office, especially Marylin are all so sweet and do everything they can to make you feel special. The maintenance is TOP NOTCH. Something very hard to find. Any complaint that I had was fixed same day every time. The grounds are always kept very nice and living on the pool side is very peaceful, especially at night, so pretty. The children do get loud during the Summer, but its to be expected, theyre having fun. Very nice pool area too, not found an many apts outside of the inner loop. I will miss the peace and quite here and I ALWAYS felt safe. Great job staff!!!

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly front office and the the entire complex is over priced for what you get as far as a “luxury apartment”. Would not recommend living there.

My husband and I have lived here for 18 months and have loved it. We would renew our lease again if we didn’t have to relocate closer to his new job. Maintenance is always quick and David was always so nice! Anytime we’ve put a work order in, they are here within just a few hours to fix whatever it is that needs attention. Marilyn has always been extremely nice whenever I come into the office with questions or to pick up packages. We’ve never had any issues with pests, loud neighbors or crime. It is very quiet and our 2 bed 2 bath is spacious with a LOT of closet space in both rooms (which my daughter and I love)You get what you pay for and that’s definitely the case here. We got an amazing price for our apartment and they have valet trash pick up, full size washer/dryer and your laundry room is very spacious. The pool and property are always clean, and it’s close to Target, Walmart and right off of the beltway and 45. Super close to Baybrook mall and the shopping centers in Pasadena. If we ever need to move back to this area, we will be coming back here!!

We moved into the Broadwater a few weeks ago.....I cannot say enough good things about this place and the management! Ashley went above and beyond to help us get the unit we truly desired. Additionally, she worked relentlessly to ensure the move-in experience went as smooth as possible! On move-in day Jess was extremely courteous and helpful in getting all questions and potential issues resolved. The property is extremely clean, safe, and quiet! If you seek a high-quality place to live, your search needs to end here. Thank you Ashley and Jess for making this an incredible experience!

I lived there for 7 yrs. Never had any major issues, just small things.

Pros: it is a nice and overall quiet complex with a small dog park, playground, small pool and gym. I feel pretty safe living here and exterior is kept up pretty well. Maintenance is very good with their turnaround time on getting things fixed.Cons: Parking is a bit of a hassle depending what building you live in but they do have limited carports and garages around the complex. Had some billing issues and there is a delay in getting them resolved but they do get fixed.

Mr. Oscar, best maintenance guy I ever seen in the apartment complex I have lived before. He is super extra mega respectful and courteous. He does an amazing job.

I’ve only been here for a short time, but Ashley, Jess, and Elvia have been great and quick to respond to anything needed. I was out of town and had a package delivered and Ashley kindly went and put it inside for me while I was gone.. Moving in was simple with a little help from all of these ladies.. Maintenance has responded quickly as well.. Nice place to live and convenient being near the Beltway..

I just signed my second lease with this apartment complex. I have lived in many different apartment complexes over the years, and this has been one of the best experiences with a complex I have ever had. I have only had one interaction that was less than amazing with the staff, and it was quickly corrected. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff has responded promptly the few times I have needed something, and they have stopped to help me unload/carry things a few times without me even asking.

Im very pleased with my apartment here, clean property, super friendly staff in the front office, very nice new pool. I have no complaints. I am on my 2nd lease here!

Overpriced. Its a nice apartment, feels very safe, but for the price they charge, it should be nicer. It should have nice appliances; it has very basic stove and microwave. It should have nice toilets; it has a plastic seat (if you want to give your kid a bath, you cant sit on the closed toilet seat, it will cave). The walls should be a little more sound proof; if you have upstairs neighbors, you will hear them walking around. If you have downstairs neighbors, they will think they you spend your time stomping around your apartment. Heaven forbid the person above you have little children, because they dont walk soft, and it will sound like they are jumping when the walk,Nothing is bad here, but for the price you pay and for the title of a luxury apartment, it should be nicer. My screen to my patio shouldnt always be coming off the hinges, and my counters should at least have real laminate instead of the paint on stuff.Furthermore, there is a serious lack of parking spaces in the evening. It seems that there are a lot of visitors to this complex in the evening, so if you come home between 6-8pm, the nearest parking spot is several units aways, and then when you leave early in the morning around 6am, there are miraculously 7 - 8 spots immediately in front of your building!At first glance, the apartment is very appealing, but after paying the high rent for several months, you start to feel like you arent getting your moneys worth.The biggest appeal is if it is close to your work, then it might be worth the trade off in time and gas you save from commuting from something a little further away.

I lived here 2 1/2 years and never had one problem. Only had one maintenance issue the entire time of living here and it was fixed same day within 2 hours. Pest are no issue here, and neither is any crime really. We had an instance of a few break-ins just after Harvey, but that was pretty much everywhere you looked at the time. Office staff are really friendly and they take care of you. Only reason I moved was to get closer to work and to get off the toll road. Very laid back, safe, peaceful place to live.

I have lived here for what will be 3 years. It is a nice place but since their has been new management over the last year and a half it has been horrible. The new manager is mean and rude. She does not work with you and nothing is her fault. She has to be right and does not care about here tenants and their opinions on how to make the place better. She just makes excuses. Let me mention they are with the same company Greystar but it is not them. It is the Manager herself. M.Smith. They previous manager was great! She planned a lot of activities for the tenants and was nice, she would work with you and was helpful. Hopefully they will get a new person to manage the apartments because they are nice apartments. Its great to know that my contract will be up soon and I will not be renewing it anymore. It really is unfortunate but she makes it that bad to live here and my neighbors feel the same way about her managing as well.

Ive been a resident for 8 months and the staff does a great job of updating and posting their hours of operations or if anything new is going on. I especially appreciate that they accept our packages we frequently order online for a safe delivery. Cant say enough good things about them! Only improvement Id ask for is a bigger dog park, theres plenty of space, to work with that could be allocated for the pups.

Very happy with the new manager and Greystar. I’m not an easy resident but the staff is very understanding to my situation and try their best to keep me which means the world to us. Thank you Broadwater staff for all you do for our community

I have been a BW resident for three years. From Day 1, Apt. Manager Marilyn has been professional and courteous. All staff, from office to maintenance crew, have been attentive, responsible, professional, courteous and genuinely friendly.I have had no problematic issues. Safety factor is 5-star. My personal property has never been compromised. Ever.Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The resident portal allows me to submit service requests online, at any hour, day/night. Maintenance response is addressed immediately the following morning.The Broadwater alerted us with emergency procedures during the current Freeze. Not only did they email us but they personally distributed printed copies of the email notices to each and every apartment door. Bravo!The Broadwater escalated a previous summertime A/C issue for immediate resolution. They called maintenance from another property to assess and resolve within the very same day.Community events are held routinely. The apt. staff participates and has a good time with its residents. Catering is good, quality, deliciousness. They dont cut corners. Fun games and substantial prizes are part of the celebrations.Resident communication is current and up-to-date on a regular basis. Mediums are the resident portal, emails and personal hand deliveries.Personal packages are delivered to the office who notifies you immediately upon receipt. A log is maintained to keep track. Your signature is required for release of packages to assure they dont go astray.The property is well maintained. There are no noisy neighbors. I have sat on my patio many nights, facing the pool and relax to nice quietness.Speaking of the pool, it is quite lovely. Theres a covered seating area with pretty lighting, accentuating tables and both gas & charcoal grills.There you have it. The Broadwater has proven to be a nice home environment.

Has its pros and cons just like any other place. Weve lived here about 2 1/2 yrs and experienced both. The location is great and very convenient off of 45 and Beltway 8 and there hasnt been an issue of safety or crime in this neighborhood, so those are big pluses to me! However, these apartments are billed as luxury apartments, and they are definitely not. Dont get me wrong, they are nice, but the price tag and name says luxury while the fixtures and amenities do not. Also, I am NOT a fan of Greystar-ran communities, and signed the lease here under a slight protest, because they will nickle-and-dime EVERYTHING to try and squeeze an extra penny out of their hard-working, faithful tenants. Example: this racket of a service called Valet Trash. Seems like a great concept until you put a little thought behind it. So, when we signed our first lease we were told about a $6 monthly fee for the trash dumpsters, which was fine. Then a few months in, we got a notice on our door of a new service being offered where during specific times on specific days, we can just leave our trash on the door step and somebody will come by to collect it. Sounds nice, but then an Extra $20 started showing up on our bill for this new great service. I asked if I could just opt out of the provided service since it wasnt so inconveniencing to take my own trash out that I was willing to spend almost $30 a month in trash removal (!) and was told this was a REQUIRED AMENITY and I would be charged whether I used it or not, so I might as well just use it. SMH. On top of that, the system is dumb anyway and you cant get 150 ppl in an apartment complex to comply with all the rules, so, really, they created a way to charge the tenant top dollar at a luxury complex to make the place trashier and have a funk that sits over it in the hot Houston summers! Way to go!

This property is the bees knees! It’s everything we’ve been looking for in an apartment, coming from a home I really value use of space and wanted to find something unique! The Broadwater is both! I would love to thank Kayla for our tour, I felt so welcome. Such a warmth, everything has been so easy. Good feelings all around!

Manager and maintenance supervisor are the best here. They do their best to address any issues as quickly as possible. Older complex but they keep up the property and grounds nicely.

The apartments are nice, but after living there for two years in a 1 bedroom apartment they wanted to go up $400 on rent.$1,200 for a little over 600 sq ft apartment is not worth it especially when the management is AWFUL. Theyre completely rude and unhelpful. I know atleast 3 other neighbors that are moving out for the same reasons.

The apartments are very low maintenance and nice! High ceilings, good quality appliances, and any problems while we have lived here have been fixed immediately!

Management is rude. David the Maintenance guy is AWEFUL and clearly not educated in his line of work. He lies and does his work half ass. Jim the head of maintenance, well you never see him around to fix anything. You will have several different people telling you different things.You are going to overpay for an apartment that will constantly have problems that they will not want to fix. The only accommodating worker is Valerie in the front office. The apartment looks good on the outside, but once you sign the lease, its down hill from there.

It was a great place for my wife & I when we first got married back in 2010. We lived there for 18 months & never had a problem. It was nicely kept up with maintenance & we enjoyed it before we found a home near by. I definitely recommend it.

Im not the kind to complain.. thats my husbands job. But this place is ridiculous. It was so wonderful up until this place got new management. The apartment had roaches since we moved in and the last manager was very accommodating about it. After we stopped treatment the roached came back.. when we let the new manager know she all but freaked out on us saying that she will send them but its hard to understand why they would come back almost implying that we are dirty people and its our fault. That was the first and for sure NOT LAST of rude manners and snide comments from this uncooperative manager. oh and the office staff isnt much better. the assistant manager is learning well from her and the office worker that HASNT QUIT(yet) is completely incompetent. I wont blame anything on the new girl but shes new and doesnt know much..

The management essentially swindled me out of $1,000+.Heres the story: I had to break my lease because I got a new job in a different city. I was told by management over and over that I should pay a re-letting fee of $800+ to save money. I made the mistake of trusting them and signing the contract. I was told that if I paid the first 2 months(April-May) up front, plus the re-letting fee, then they would lease my apartment, cutting me from the contract, for my last 2 months(June-July). The entire office ensured me that it would rent out and Id be saving money taking this approach. I was told over and over that this option was the only logical one and that I shouldnt look at others. They lied.Over the next few months I kept an eye of the site and noticed that they CONSISTENTLY priced my apartment higher than EVERY other apartment. They knew that if it didnt rent then Id be forced to pay the final 2 months so they kept mine higher. On top of that, it was $200 more a month than what I was paying. They essentially made my apartment un-rentable to take more money from me. ADDITIONALLY, they refuse to return the $800+ re-letting fee that simply, gave them the right to lease it. Im actually paying more than if I had just paid the 4 months for the apartment I wasnt living in. They swindled me out of over $5,000 in 4 months.The management, specifically Marilyn Smith, is rude, unhelpful, and will lie to you. These are the people that will be managing your apartment. I recommend you look at other places that have much nicer apartments with a staff that actually cares, like Park at Fairmont. I urge everyone to stay away from this place.

Went in on a whim. Kristan the manager was friendly and helpful. Showed ma a model and answered questions freely. Seems to be very dog friendly. The outside fountain was broken and moldy...hhhhmmmm...and the gym smelled musty with hanging light fixture cover.....I did like what she told me and I still may consider this apartment. Kristan is the selling point so far.....

Building a apartment complex which has planes fly in low altitude right overhead everyday that penetrates every wall, right next to the highway and a hospital right across the street seems like the worst idea anyone has ever thought of...And apparently even if you have extreme anxiety/stress issues which get worsened by excessive noise you cant even hang up sound reducing curtains because for no apparent reason whatsoever the lease wont let me???They didnt even bother to tell me the first time why they wanted them down.Avoid like the devil.

This apartment is horrible. The parking sucks, they have had a dumpster that hasnt been used in two weeks sitting there taking up 5 parking spaces. I pay rent for a storage unit that I cant even use because for Harvey but they arent willing to do anything for me.This so call trash service that we have to pay for every month is some bs, my trash hardly ever gets picked up but yet I still have to pay.The front office people are good people but they dont help out with any thing. There is dog poo every where.I could go on and on but I think every gets it... this place is np good to live.

Terrible experience upon move-out. I had been talking to the office manager about trying to get out of my lease early due to job relocation and she told me that I could give my 60-day notice of leave at that time and then retract it up to a day before the move-out if no one had decided to fill my unit. I told her to let me know if someone had agreed to take my unit at any point in time so that I could prepare to move out. Well I went into the office 5 days before the day of move-out to retract my notice of leave since I hadnt heard anything from the office, only to find out that they had found someone to take the unit and I had one weekend to move out. After scrambling to move out, on top of the re-letting fee that theyre charging me (even though they have someone to take the unit immediately), theyre trying to charge me 3 water bills for one month and over $600 in damages. They also arent acknowledging the $300 pet deposit that I paid when I moved in, and wont apply it to the balance. This all adds up to a $1700 move out bill for a month that I wont even be living there. WHAT A JOKE! Will never recommend Greystar properties to friends or family.

Great customer service, Michael was a really great and really nice person he help me in every step and made it easy the touring of the apartment what’s great. There loving and caring. The great part is that there super organized and the management It’s nice

It’s been very wonderful living in this community it’s in a good location easy access to everything the community is very quiet and neighbors are very friendly the management team is very friendly and there for you when you need it

I would like to say the office staff here is great! I stopped by today and spoke with Elva and she was great! She was very friendly and attentive! She answered all my questions about the property! I would definitely recommend this place!

I have lived at the Broadwater since 2019 and I have enjoyed living here, its safe and very well managed. I appreciate the cleanliness of the gym and the other amenities offered to residents

Maintenance is awful. Theyve had to come about 8 times since I moved in which was less than 3 months ago. I told them one time my AC wasnt working and the guy said it was because I had the thermostat on ON instead of AUTO... needless to say when I kept pestering them later about that they said the condenser was broke and that they couldnt fix it then and that their only portable AC unit was already being used. If they had fixed the problem when I first called then instead of saying I cant operate a thermostat then they could have avoided having an entire apartment building being angry and miserable.

Poorly built, poorly designed. My upstairs neighbors are rude! They stomp day and night. Management has done NOTHING. I even called the so called courtesy officer, he NEVER showed up. There is dog crap all over the property.Also, Jets fly over head day in and day out! UGH! Unless youre deaf, reconsider this property.

The pool is really really dirty , they do not clean it , not luxury what so ever about the pool . The water is green on one side &’ on the flooring it has dirt , dead insects , spiders &’ bacteria inside the pool water on the floor . DO NOT RECCOMEND SWIMMING HERE THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE APARTMENTS !

Called for availability questions and spoke with Celeste over the phone, I felt very rushed. Not a very welcoming attitude at all.

First weekend and already wanna move out can’t even hear music in my own balcony the walls are not sound proof, also the floors are hallow so my 2 year old can’t play in peace without the downstairs neighbors complaining and hitting my floors from the bottom up ..I wouldn’t move here unless you are single no kids and you are sure you wouldn’t make any type of noice

They came to inspect my apartment, and they left the door wide open and unlocked. Yeah, I am never returning to this establishment

They are great place to live. They are very understanding, and nice. There always communicating with the Community

Employees in the office are pretty unhelpful, especially the manager

This will be my second year here and still loving this place everything is just perfect. 🫶🏼

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES***DO NOT APPLY ONLINE- IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE THEY WILL KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO GIVE BACK THE ADMIN FEES**. THE RENT PRICES DO NOT MATCH THE PROPERTY, CHEAP COUNTER TOPS, CHEAP CABINETS,APPLIANCES WERE BASIC AND BATH ROOMS WERE THE SAME, PASS THIS ONE UP AND GO ON TO THE NEXT PROPERTY!!!
