I wanna to share my personal experience! I am very content with the type of customer service my family and I received. Ms. Victoria, in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful, it helped us so much because she was so approachable and answered all of our questions regarding their property and units, which made things so much easier on my entire family. :) Great service, thank you! 😊

I was once , a very long time resident of this property, since 2016 , until July 2024. It has been or was a very long roller-coaster rides that had its ups and down, but its overall its a good , nice , and very quiet property and I recommend this property.The management team is , mainly assisting manager Joey she has a beautiful soul !Joey is my favorite of all !!! Shes very ,kind, understanding , and most of all , helpful with residents as much as she can. With her outstanding work performance winning personality, I think this property finally got it right !Sincerely,Ms. Caldwell ❤️🥰

Ive been living here for almost a year now, I have to say I really enjoy living here the staff was so helpful when I first did my application with them. I just renewed my lease for another year cause I am super impressed with the way my apartment is. A BIG Thank you to the staff I do appreciate everything they do to keep the community fun with the little events they do in the office. I do recommend staying at these apartments.

All imma say is ..... Rats. And not just in the kitchen. No...dont think u can just set poison out n traps n youll be fine ignoring this whole thing like. No 😑 and yuh I know, u thinking --they just heavily renovated over half they units. Yup.. had one of those upgraded units....So hit that back button // keep on scrolling // just 🚫 ok? This is not the place for you, Im surprised this place aint been condemned yet 🤢🤮O yeah forgot (just like they did).... What I mean by that is there was NO dishwasher in this newly renovated upgraded unit, so benefit of the doubt was given🤷🏻 maybe they trying to get all units in property upgraded before a certain time. So on the day of my move in, office opened chat I had to get my keys n sign a 4 inch thick packet of more work.... Went back down there after we were done moving/ furniture things cause im not sure if the manager didnt do the final walk through before giving me keys to unit, and made anyone aware where the dishwasher clearly goes giant square hole to the right of sink under the newly installed granite counter tops is not in attendance 🤨 and that the the hook ups all hanging out wall. And when tell you I stayed there a year and a half and it made no difference, n no matter how many times I dropped in ((early morning // afternoon)) that I never got that dishwasher 🤣 they were o ok Ill write that down and relay it to maintenance so they can def get that up and installed for you. 😑😑Good chunk of time passes, and @this point I was working from home, went down there on my lunch. Their blinds were open, couldnt see nothing on door from my porch so I popped into office to yet again say no dishwasher.... , 2 -3 days later I receive an email basically saying, maintenance will be by in next couple of days to install it if u got dogs make sure locked up blah blah and again working from home, so if they wanted to play the we knocked then tried to come in but it was locked n it be my fault I go another day without one, shut that all down bc i never did have one person, not nobody knock on my door.

Management and maintenance went into my apartment 2 times! When I confronted them at the office the ladies smirked and told me it wasnt invasion of privacy! By law I should get a notice that maintenance or management was there. Twice I was in the shower and had to yell at them! The parking lots close to the apts are reserved and you have to pay extra for that! Lots of potholes and my catalyst converter was stolen! The stairs are old and falling apart cause the nails are sticking out! Walls are old but the fresh paint deceives the eye! These people have no respect for your privacy! They turn off the water without notice as well.

I’ve been here since 2020 and I would really like to say I like it over here. It’s quiet and the ladies in the office get everything done. If you have an issue or a problem they do everything to help. My mom has spinal cancer and started therapy, we needed a wheelchair ramp and they made sure it was built. They even have events in the office for the kids during the summer…my little girls loved the ice cream and snow cone day. Thank you for being so kind and making the community better to make sure it’s safe and not over run with drugs. I’ve never stayed anywhere this long but here I love it. You guys have closed the gates and protected the mail room from the homeless that sneak in and sleep on property. The wash room is better even maintenance.

The office staff is very friendly the leasing agent helped me get in my apartment very quickly. . Must add shes on top of it getting any work orders out quickly. I did appreciate that very much. The maintenance crew fixing things in my apartment when fixing any repairs is needed. I feel comfortable in my apartment very peaceful looks like Im going to sign for longer contract.

Ok so I was in need of a place to move to and I looked into these apartments. With that being said here goes my opinion when I first spoke with Mrs. Belia she was kind and helpful she assisted me with everything she could. I was on crunch time due to my previous lease already coming up to an end I was approved for an apartment and she also assisted me with speedy timing on getting everything in order. I just moved in over this weekend and I honestly have to say I really like it here. I found a few things that need to be tended to in my apartment and the most urgent issue Mrs. Belia made sure it was taken care of immediately and she assured me that once I send her a list of the other issues she will have them tended to. She has been so helpful and kind from the very beginning and has stayed that way. I really appreciate her kindness and her time in helping me. I can only say the one thing I do not like so far is the parking but it’s adaptable and she has no fault in that. I hope to stay here as long as possible and be able to call this home for a good while.I love my apartment it’s beautiful and clean and the neighbors greet you and pretty much keep to themselves everyone seems to respect each other and their space, it is a nice little community and comfortable. I want to post my experience with Mrs. Belia due to her kindness she extended to me and my family and continues to do so, because not everything we share always has to be about negative experiences. This is a new start for me and my family and I want to say thank you a million times over Mrs. Belia for your kindness and in helping Things can be challenging at times and, once in a while we are blessed wonderfully and I count this as a blessing. The apartments may not seem easy on the eyes from the outside but the inside tells a whole different story Remember you cannot judge a book by its cover ! Thank you again Mrs. Belia !!!

Ive been here 4 months & I love it. The neighbors are chill , the complex is quiet & calm. The renovations they did to the interior are nice! & The maintenence guys are awesome. I did a work order for a leak & it was fixed an hr later. Office personnel Gabby & Eunice are extremely helpful, they answer any questions i have. Definitely recommend. 😊

I walked in to with all my documents needed & ready to fill out an application… the property manager “velia “ was so rude… did not want to assist me what so ever. She didn’t greet me till 5 mins after standing there I was unaware she was in the back office. She was so unhappy … very short you can just tell she HATES HER JOB. Another woman walked and and she says “help her “ and walks away .. I was really excited to rent here but now that she is the one that over sees the property I’ve completely changed my mind. All the other ladies were nice and helpful but velia … velia is not a good look for the company. Just a miserable woman. On top of that I cannot get my money Oder back.

Ive been here for two years and will not resign my lease. It overprices! There is no pool, the laundromat is not the best, the mailbox is not secure, the parking area is terrible, so many stray cats, and there are many 2ft - 5ft wide potholes. I regretted resigning the lease in 2021, but I had no choice because I received a renewal offer letter three days before my lease ended. I was used to other apt management giving me a renewal offer 60-90 days before my lease ended. Im assuming this isnt a standard. Inside, the unit is okay. It can be better! The refrigerator and stove are old and damaged, and no dishwasher. Also, dont trust the reviews because this apartment offers a discount on rent for good reviews and five stars.

I must say that I have had such a great experience with staff. They are all very friendly and helpful throughout all our needs. They complex is very quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice place to live to apply here Gabrielle and Eunice go above and beyond to help you. Thank you ladies for making this a great experience for us.

I wouldn’t even leave a star . I lived there with my Husband for 4 months and they are fraud we got Evicted for their mistake in our monthly receipts (multiple months but they didn’t catch their mistake ) the (BIG)manager JOEY Is Childish and not professional at all ! We moved out and ended up getting a town home at a way better location 🫶

Gabrielle was very helpful! Her attitude was up beat, & also super friendly! I felt at home the moment i walked in the office as she greeted me! Going through the whole process of leasing SUCKS but she made things easy & smooth & told me exactly what I needed. My apartment? Is BEAUTIFUL I love it. The area is quiet, and everyone at the complex is very sweet. Thankyou Gabrielle for all your help!

Horrible experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would. I couldn’t wait till our lease was over. I moved in august 2020 and they told us they had a person coming to fix the gate, we’ve been here a year and they still didn’t fix it.We had our truck broken into multiple times and had to file a police report due to their gates not being fixed and strangers being able to come in and out when ever they please.It’s also infested with roaches. We tried to get rid of them all the time and were never able to get rid of them. They are disgusting and still there no matter how much you clean.And they always turn off the water without giving you a heads up, they turned it off twice while I was in the shower, and would leave it off for hoursAnd not to mention both of our neighbors were horrible. They smoked day and night. They would smoke pot and cigarettes and all of that smell went inside our apartment and we had our newborn living there.They really let anyone live here.This was our first apartment and will never live in an apartment complex again because of how horrible our experience was here.

I have lived here 1.5 years I am a nursing student single mom. the manger and leasing agent Gabrielle have been so nice to me and helped me through the covid-19 pandemic (still are helping me) I love living here! I have had 0 issues. Anytime I have a question they always are fast to respond to me. They maintenance are pretty quick as well on anything I need done. I am will for-sure RENEW my lease in August 🙂

I live in a 3 bedroom apartment. I Love it.Leasing agent Christina is always ready to help me in anyway she can when I open a work order. She is a great person very respectful and kindhearted...She is always making sure her tenants are ok.We need more people like her in this world. 😊😊😊

I love living at Camino Del Sol! Eunice and Gabby were so helpful and answered my 101 questions! they work with you with whatever you may have going on, And make getting an apartment of your own, POSSIBLE during these hard times! Also, The maintenance men are so so sweet and polite and get to your needs as soon as possible! Thank you so much To the employees who make it all happen and for their hard work during this pandemic ! Definitely loving my new home and the environment ! 💜

I went for a viewing apartments are nice inside with a contemporary look. the price is affordable.but the outside of community needs a lot of repairs specially parking lot Otherwise will give a 5 star to the staff is really friendly. Sally answer all my questions

I wanna take the time to update because I recently well a while back when we moved in I posted some truth about this apartment complex and the current maintenance man at that time. This please it’s gotten a lot better it still needs work but at the end of the day man considering what it was and where it’s come Its is a lot better. I am without a doubt please with the two new maintenance man that they have and really don’t have any complaints I’m sure you could pick a part any complex if you try hard enough especially in the Pasadena area I don’t really look for perfection over progress. I think that’s safe to say about everything in life the new management and front office has been extremely helpful multiple times and very forgiving of my short temper at other times. So they’ve come along ways and they’re worth the look not to mentionThey work with you a lot better than most complex

My fiancé and I have been here for about 3 weeks now and these apartments are amazing . And not to mention the lady who works in the front office . Her name is Gabrielle . She was extra helpful in helping us feel welcome and at home . So sweet and makes sure to get things done if u ever need anything . These are really quiet apartments . And also a good location to if you’re to yourself and don’t like to be in the mix of too many people ! I see some reviews on here and I don’t believe it because my experience was something totally different and people get mad at consequences when they don’t follow the rules . Great apartments . I love them ! And I also hope the management stays here for a longgg time because they’re way better than the management at my last apartment . Words don’t express how awesome everything here is !

Gabrielle and Eunice are so sweet and helpful! They answered every question I had and are currently helping me with leasing a two bedroom apartment. The apartments here are renovated and the interiors are beautiful. I cant wait to call Camino Del Sol my new home.

Just moved here and its very quiet and I have no maintenance issues the few I had when I moved in someone took care if it the exact same day. Paula in the office is extremely nice and helpful. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I have to park really far away from my apartment when I get home past 6pm. Other than that this is a great place to live.

The apartments are renovated theyre beautiful from the inside, but we having problems with the floor since the first day we moved in and its not there fault its the people thats working for them. (Floor workers).The glue from the floor is coming out. Tired of telling them to fix it. We had to move our stuff to the living room for them to come fix the bedroom floor. The floor workers just dont care and that is the people in the office fault. they came to take some parts of the floor out and we had to sleep in the living room with the mattress on the floor. Not to mention that I cant never shower in peace gotta be jumping out and back in the shower because the water gets super hot or really cold. Been a really bad experience for me.

The office staff is good but I have been trying to get a hold of the manager since April and I have not had luck. The reason why Im rating it a 1 is because Im now t this moment seeing a collection on my credit reported since March and I spoke with the manager on making my last payment of 723 in payments or before April. And now I have a balance of 1440 on my credit score.. How is that possible. If anything I have the last paper signed by the manager and I of my last due amount. Please email me. I moved so I no longer live in Texas. I will not be posting my phone number. Email is the same.

A great place to live! Office staff is great! They will help in anything they can! I can honestly say I’m impressed from the outside look old but they have updated the insides so much! Looks real modern up to date! Enjoyed it so far

Ive been here for almost 1.5 years. During my first year, it was great. 2 months into my new 6 months contract, new management and crew came in. They never answer the phone, always closed. You put in a notice about something, they dont get on it till you call multiple time complaining (not maintenance fault). This place is infested with roaches. A month ago I seen mices. Told the office and they still havent done anything till this day. Reserved parking has been inactive for a few months, and weve been paying this whole time without notice. They wont reimburse us. They dont honor anything they say. This place is just horrible. I cant wait for my lease to be up!

One thing that really sets this complex apart from others in the area are definitely the great deals on what you are looking for and the sense of security by living next to great neighbors. Another thing that really set the bar high for Camino Del Dol is the exceedingly professional office personnel. I had the pleasure of reaching out and speaking to Gabrielle . She explained what they had available and made the whole apartment shopping less nerve wrecking. She set up and appointment with me that fitted my schedule instead of her own. Big plus! Appon arrival I was greeted and welcomed warmly by her compelled professional attitude. We walked down the unit that i was most interested in and she was very explenitive of the square footage and new improvements they had in place. When it came down to signing she covered every detail and was patient with my tone of questions, answering them to the best of her professional ability. I am now a new resident of Camino Del Sol and have been here a couple months. The community at this complex makes it feel homey and comfortable to be a resident! This is my first time leasing and thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff my experience was absolutely amazing and hassle free. They made the process understandable and answered every question. I am very excited and looking forward to living here soon in my beautiful apartment.

Gabrielle in the front office was very helpful and professional when processing our application to move in. When I needed something she right away responded back to my emails. I have not lived in apartments and I am very impressed with the experience that I have experienced so far.

Anytime I call the front office about an issue I have, I never get an apology. They always try to somehow put the blame on me. Such as they towed my car from right in front of the front office without even calling me and asking me to move my car. The towing cost $300, and I had only lived there for 2 weeks before that happened. So I just paid them $400 to move in plus a $250 first time renters fee 2 weeks before they towed my car. They put me in a major bind on getting my next months rent. They should have called me to let me know my car was about to be towed. Also, when I moved in my carpet in my bedroom was damp with water. I just assumed it was from the carpet being cleaned, but a couple days ago I woke up and my entire apartment floors were soaked with water, so apparently the damp carpet wasnt from my carpet being cleaned it was from some leak they have in the apartment that they didnt inform me about. My apartment is molding and I STILL DONT GET AN APOLOGY, instead they tell me I could be liable. Liable for WHAT????!!! The apartments are liable for my damages to my furniture and clothes that are ruined because they KNEW there was a leak when they moved me in....Also, the wash room barely anything works. But on a good note my neighbors are great though.

I came here to lease an apartment and I was sold, Gabrielle was amazing knew the answer to every question I though at her, and Eunice the office manager was as friendly as can be, she came out of her office to welcome me.. I had never experienced that before. Kee up the great work!!

I scheduled for a tour. The lady in the office answered the phone said “I don’t know why they’re scheduling tours there’s no apartments available.” I got a self guided “tour” of the leasing office while she sat down and answered calls. After the “tour” I called and it went to voicemail. Every-time I call it goes to voicemail. After every message I send I get no response. (They’re trying to reschedule me for the tour) they’re not even aware I already I saw the place, even though it’s an 832 number everytime I text them they don’t reply. Everytime I message them on Facebook the message displayed is “we have sent your message to the manager”

I have been here almost a whole year and this place should be shut down until all the apartments are completely renovated. Every month I deal with some unpaid fee from them. I pay my rent a week for it is due every month and still somehow I always come out short. I say if you can avoid living here do so. In the time I have been here they have come to fix my shower 9 times because the water keeps running and then try to charge me for more water. The maintenance people do some mickey mouse fix and leave the place a mess. As by law, they have go give you a receipt of everytime they are going to enter the apartment, it doesnt get done. I have never used the laundry here, I wouldnt even consider it. There is at least 3 moving trucks every week. That speaks for itself. The front office is completely rude and the office staff changes every week. So if you called previously about something, the word doesnt get passed and you have to start all over again. This place is a hell hole. I cant wait until my lease is up in September.

I want to thank the maintenance crew. I called in an emergency water leak in my apartment. My apartment was flooded thought it was a pipe burst but turns out there are idiots staying up stairs they clogged the toilet and just let the water run for a while before they turned it off which I thought was stupid. Anyways Maintenance came in 30 minutes after I called they cleaned up all the water and mopped they were done in about an hour thank you maintenance crew

I can’t wait until my lease is up here. Been here three years and aside from the first year it’s been awful. The units are riddled with electrical and sewage issues among many others. Even as I make this review I will have to walk through raw sewage that’s coming out of the ground to get to my car. There is black mold in my unit and several others that I know of as well as structural issues from Harvey that were never addressed. Security is shoddy at best and the quality of new tenents has greatly declined, to the point that my 16 year old daughter feels uncomfortable going outside. Don’t rent here. There are plenty of other complexes in the area that aren’t only cheaper but better ran and maintained.If you have kids a look at the sex offender map before considering here.

Just moved in last week had a leak that they had to go fix twice my fridge doesn’t work good have to wait to get another one have a leak under my sink can’t even wash dishes been calling they keep telling me someone is coming to fix it that same day and still nothing I don’t know why I have to wait everything should of been good before I even moved in but don’t pay the dam rent and I bet that will be a problem they want fixed soon trash apartmentsWon’t let me do another review so I’ll just edit this I’ve got water shut off without any warning even if the pipe bursted they can still notify that it will be or it is already shut off for that reason called to ask the office the lady just said they don’t have time to notify the residents so as resident that always pays rent on time and just renew lease I told her they wouldn’t like it if we didn’t pay our rent lady just said oh my god very aggravated and said have a good day and hung up nice way to treat your loyal residents

Roaches everywhere! Maintenance doesn’t show up when you need them. Also very nosy neighbors that will make anything up to get you in trouble! I’ve only been here on a month in a half and I want to get out. it looks like they pained over every flaw as if you can’t tell. My kids room has no closet door and theirs open holes around the apartment that allows spiders to get in! Me and my son both got bit by a spider the first week of living here!! I forgot to mention my bathtub takes forever to drain and while taking a shower it overflows quick! This place does not deserve a start whatsoever! To make matters worse the stove doesn’t work!

Keep yo money and find u somewhere else to stay.... These apartments not safe.... No camera.... The roaches is so bad... Only thing the office lady is be on the phone.... They dont answer the phone... Unless its around rent time... Or when they trying to demand something..... My neighbor aint been here 3 months and moved out..... Driveway got a big hole.... instead of them fixing it its a cone in the hole... Thats why yall cant keep people..... All them fake reviews...... Oh yea and it do flooded back here.... Hurricane season next month be prepare.... In the word of Bubba Dub these apartments trash

I was in the surch for apartments and I am a person who looks in to the reviews and I saw the great reviews Camino Del sol apartments haves and the office ladys Gabrielle help me from the geco on our 2 bedroom apartment she goes out her way and work with me made it possible during this hard times. Dont let the outside fool you the inside is renovated and let me tell you they are beautiful I caint wait for a 3 bedroom 2 come up. Also I had a free month of rent thank you so much ladys God blessed yall 🙏 💖

I used to recommend these apartments, but ever since the new management that moved in around jan 2019, these apartments are not even worth being given for free. I have lived here almost 3 years and have never had to deal with the messi am now. These girls in office dont know how to run anything other than complexes straight to the ground. Jim dealing with mold, the biggest swarms of roaches and now MICE! I am not one to leave reviews for anything but I have to warn anyone now. My ceiling is molded, nice have ruined furniture and the apartment under ne in infested with mice and not only apartment roaches but the large outdoor ones too. Neighbors showed me before moving out.My next step is to call health department. I cant do this anymore Im worried for my children. Everyone is breaking leases now, I know of 4 so far not including me. I rather take a hit against me than live here anymore.

Staff was very helpful and on time with every question i had. Apartments are livable and clean. Good area for me to live! Never had any problems, great experience on my move in.

Moved here a few months ago and so f***ing annoyed. The new owners are on my last nerve. Literally putting notices on my door implementing new stupid rules everyday. You cant park in the parking, not even as a guest, unless you show them proof of insurance, registration and a Valid drivers license. Who has time to collect all that info just to be able to park here? Do not move here. Trust me

I just started renting here. But the lady’s in the office are great and really exceed customer service. I have an updated unit and it is fantastic. Also all my neighbors are really friendly and welcoming.

I have more than 5 years living in camino del sol apartments and all that time none of the administration has much that much like miss salluly s …she cares a lot about this community …hopefully she stays in forever …she is so nice…

This was my first apartment since moving to Texas and I must say I greatly appreciate the simple and smooth process when it came to paperwork , My Leasing agent Gabrielle answered any and all of my questions, the apartment met my expectations and I am truly satisfied with moving here. Save yourself the hassle DO NOT MOVE HERE EVERY OTHER FEW MONTHS THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT and the Manger has been harassing tenants shes very rude and unprofessional and I have contacted greenline management and seems like they do not care either they do not even have a phone number to call in and complain to these apartments are trash and always will be I promise once my daughter graduates this year IM OUTTA HERE ....theres mold they have bad drain problems the cheating flooring they put down is coming up the stairs feel weak which Im glad Im live down stairs but I have so many pictures of everything thats going on in this apartment...

The new owners have not fixed issues in my unit in over 60 days. Ive read and understood that they placed an illegal lock out according to the fair housing act. Other tenants have the same issues I always pay rent before the first cause im on disability. See you in court Camino del sol even though im moving I want to let this new managers know this is unfair treatment not only to myself butj I to many other residents. The health dept has indicated shutting this place down. Very rude and unethical office staff. The staff called the police because they felt threatened I was just finally glad to voice my COMPLAINts and hopefully come to an agreement but apparently they find this a threat. IM HISPANIC BUT DONT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH AND THE ENTIRE STAFF REFUSE TO SPEAK TO ME IN MY LANGUAGE ENGLISH!!

Ashley gave me a tour today and was very friendly and helpful. All of the updates to the interior felt clean and modern. Feels like a quiet and friendly community.

My family and I are excited for our approval and the leasing agent was super helpful and very nice we seen the new rentals and they are amazing! And right now they even have a special to move in with 1 months of FREE RENT. Thank you Gabrielle

Moved in last month. Great management and maintenance. When I address an issue, it is fixed the same day. New carpet, very good job on the paint, and new kitchen...super happy here.

Ashley from the front office is super helpful! She’s very thorough if I have any questions or need help.The community is family friendly and the apartments are beautifully remodeled inside!

The bad experience I am going though with them here is in my apartment it smells like sewage and they wont come and fix the problem. The parking over here is bad because if you want to park in front of your door you have to pay to park there. They also put a note on your door staying you have to put your BBQ Pit in your house or they charge you for it. The laundry room sucks because a lot of the machines dont work.

This was my first time renting and the ladies made the process so simple and such a breeze! I really appreciate the effort they took to work w/me. Im excited to move into my new apartment!

Don’t let the old looking exterior worry you. The insides of these apartments have been renovated & looks great. We moved from Georgia to here and have no regrets, the complex is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly

I love living here at Camino Del Sol apartments. When you come to Camino Del Sol apartments and you go the leasing office the ladies are very helpful and very kind. If you are looking for an apartment come to Camino Del Sol apartments to live.

New management is definitely getting things done .. these apartments aren’t the best but if things are looking better back here by the end of my lease .. I may consider renewing

I went by to look at a 2 bedroom and the ladies in the office were amazing Gabrielle really knew how to help my husband and I and the manager was very welcoming as well.

Moved in about 4 months ago. Staff is friendly maintenance come and fix problems pretty quick. Newly remodeled apartments . I like it here

They towed my friends car for nothing who is a resident, and they had proper and current parking stickers. Within 24 hours the towyard which is on Galveston Rd. Said it would be ,$400 to get it out. Theres not enough visitor parking. This place should be investigated!

I have lived here for about 6months and it wasnt till yesterday that I decided I was gonna break my lease here because my 14month daughter had a mouse in her hand and we have told the manager many time we have nice and they say they do pest control every Friday which is not true so y am I paying for it and in my cabinet in the kitchen they just painted over bugs grease and a damn key i have recommended 6 family members to this apartment before all this started happening I mean the apartments r decent bit having 3 managements in the past 6months is not okay so yes I will be breaking my lease because my daughter was walking around with a mouse in her had what i should do is tell the damn city and tell them yall are not fixing yall animal problems

I came to the property to get a one bedroom from the start the lady was not helpful at all she was very unprofessional Im a african american I felt from the jump she dont care to help us wanted to look at a Unit and she dont no want to show me a Unit so next day I come theres no units available all Im saying if your african dont waste your time they will not help you the manager sits in the office and dont say anything or introduces herself she lets her staff act that way and doesnt see anything wrong

Love my apartment very good price for a 3 bd has lots of place and closet I am very happy to have moved here I don’t have any complicates staff are very nice especially Raquel from the office

The ladies in the office were beyond sweet , the renovations were beautiful hoping they will have 3 bedroom soon , Eunice and Gabby were the best !

1. They dont fix anything 2. Most of the workers there are really lazy 3. A thousand roaches (not being sarcastic) in the kitchen after we come from church 4. Bathroom sinks always getting clogged up 5. There are holes everywhere in the kitchen where the roaches come from 6. We suspect someone stole something from us 7. Locks are not locked when we get home 👎👎 dont even deserve 0 stars

I wouldnt even give this place a one star , crack heads walking around everywhere so i cant even have my kid go outside , oh did i mention that everytime you walk outside its always smelling like weed , and yet no one does anything about this, whenever they repaint a apartment near you you go to bed smelling paint and no one does anything to fix the problem, oh and after 1pm dont even bother calling the office because NO one will answer because there to busy renting apartments to crackheads now , a month ago a pipe busted from bathroom from upstairs so all my stuff in the restroom got wet , they did fix it the next day but did they ask if anything got damaged?? Of course not because they didnt even no that a pipe busted only maintence knew smh .. well i could go on and on cant wait to get out of here let me mention the best part you wont be the only one living in your apartment you will have rats running around i keep my apt g clean but yet i have to put mouse traps beacuse rats made a hole in wall to get thru but dont worry the office will provide mouse traps lol i couldnt believe it either anyways so yea think about it twice to rent here ..

Do not move in these ragety apt everythings is falling apart new trucks are getting stolen from the back parking looks like Matamoros mexico .no cameras no security absolute mess these people need to knock down that complex its rat n roach infested

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT AND THE OFFICE STAFF DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. NOTHING WORKS, I HAVE HAD THE SAME WATER LEAKS ALL OVER OUR APARTMENT. OUR AC WENT OUT A FEW WEEKS AGO IT TOOK THEM A WEEK AND 3 DIFFERENT LIES AND STORIES BEFORE IT WAS FIXED. THEY TOW RESIDENTS VEHICLES AND DONT CARE WHO IT AFFECTS. THEY RENT TO DRUG DEALERS CRIMINAL AND ADDICTS.

I do not recommend them at all and even less with the staff they have in the office...it was much better before now they are simply useless...the office lady is always eating or on her phone talking...they charge you the same for renovated apartments without renovating and not to mention how badly they treat people who couldnt pay their rent, they take them out without caring about anything and they dont even open the door to get their things...thats why my husband and I only lasted a very short time. And besides, they scrub you with your deposit...what a shame that the owners have staff like that and Im sure they cant even imagine it...
