Willow Springs Apartments

Place is littered with dog poop 500$ fine my ass, no consequences. It is a huge health hazard, somebody’s dog recently passed due to the amount of poo that is left around EVERYWHERE. Roaches no matter what you do, When it is even slightly warm outside you can not walk around without seeing hoards of gnats flying around everywhere, they even get into the apartments not a little a lot. The people here(some) leave trash everywhere. Maintenance people walk past it multiple times without picking it up( there are multiple garbage cans) And the area does NOT look like the online gallery there is about one area with that many trees i will insert a photo of what our view looks like it is a horrible view.Interior at least where we live is not updated what so ever we had to buy our own shelf to put food on, no pantry. The paint job is horrendous they just paint over everything without cleaning it there are literal hairs and some kind of wood chipping’s painted into our cabinets and counter in the kitchen.The maintenance at least is nice when they help!

I have never in my existence dealt with a more unprofessional staff. I am a Marine Veteran and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. This place is infested with roaches. I have lost thousands of dollars in items due to the infestation. If there was a way to make the staffs life harder I would try and do this every day I have not only been harassed by the staff but treated like a second class citizen since my arrival. My total of last items is in the thousands and they have the audacity to try and ask me for more money.So what I’m assuming is they are targeting the tenants that they don’t like. And putting these roach infested appliances in their apartments. Also the maintenance personal just one seemed to be under the influence of an elicit substance. I would like willow springs to drug test all of the employees and refund our money for the amount of items lost due to their infestation.

I have lived here for over two years, my overall experience is okay. Staff is friendly, the apartment is nice when you’re not fighting off rodents. My only negative comment is that they have a mice problem. I recently renewed my lease and sadly caught 3 mice in one night, 5 within a week. Pest control lays sticky traps then leaves, I have tried to fix this problem myself but nothing is working. I hate this for my family, my son is terrified to come outside of his room. This luxury apartment is infested.

Stayed here for a whole year. Never had issues with any of my neighbors. Leasing Agent Marissa always went above & beyond with what was needed. We always enjoyed running into her. Maintenance Technician Jose always did our orders promptly. He was so respectful & extremely courteous whenever he’d take care of our maintenance orders. Overall, the whole year living here was so pleasant I’d recommend living here.

I have lived here for 24 years.The office staff and maintenance have always been so sweet and really take care of you and listen to you.They keep the property looking beautiful and I recommend this place highly.

I just moved in on Saturday the 23rd and the experience have been good. Marissa the agent was very nice throughout the process, but the only downside to the unit is these big sized roaches, that is coming in my apartment. I have killed over 20 roaches so far, and I have to wait until Friday for an exterminator to come out that is not fair. I should get that taken care of asap not until Friday. I have to sleep with a light on, and uncomfortable until than.. the other thing it hhhhis no pantry space for anything in the kitchen and or bathroom. But besides those two thing love the apartment and area.. I need the roach problem fixed before friday 🙏

Dont live here horrible place. The community is not bad. The infistation of bugs are crazy. Can’t do anything about it . Spent my own money on this issue and still they cannot resolve it. Picking gnats out of your food isn’t great. Would leave if there wasn’t a lease agreement I signed. Don’t spend your money or time here. Rude management. Management is abusing power when they want to. And not accurate when taking there workers side of things. Don’t care about your issues or living in this apartments. Will do what they can to try to get you out if they don’t agree with an issue. Never been late on a payment or anything. Can’t control their emotions and act like they are the law.

The office staff is very friendly, if you have an issue they get on it right away. Great place to live!!! You can walk around at night and not hear no loud music rarely see anyone out at night.

Do not recommend! I wanted to move in on May 23rd and they told me if I could push it back to the 3rd of June and I made adjustments and agreed with it and on the 3rd I show up ready to move in and the apartment wasn’t ready. So I had to renew my storage unit and had to pay my movers even though they didn’t move anything and I had to wait another 2 days for them to finish getting it ready because they couldn’t hold their end of the deal .Then she told me about a commission towards a months rent and I thought it was reasonable but after 3 months of rent I haven’t gotten it and they will never get back to me when the topic is brought up.

Everything has been so smooth since I moved into Willow Springs Apartments. The staff is super friendly and have always been sweethearts to me. The manager makes sure that I am constantly great and enjoying my stay here. She always is on top of her job with any request that I have made. The manager, her assistants, and maintenance men are so friendly and they truly care for you here. The staff are really great about being on top of maintenance requests that is needed around the community. I recommend for anyone checking out this place. It has a great location that is pretty quiet. This place is always neat and clean. They are always renovating with great ideas. The place is recently repainted and looks great. Other great ideas they have right now is the fence that they are building around the property and the new work out center that is recently completed for use. This place is a home away from home. My mom (Patrecia) and I lived in Willow Springs for 5 or 6 years. Did not move until April 2022. The stay was very pleasant. My mom and I never had an issue. Staff was always friendly, even when new management took over which was more than twice. We had beautiful neighbors and the Staff treated us like family. Willow Springs is a great place to live. Our dog loved the Doggie-Park. Maintenance always responded in a timely manner when something needed to be fixed. We never had a pest issue. Never!

We have truly enjoyed being a resident, and part of the Willow Springs Community these past 4 years.We hope to continue our residency here for many more years. We do not want to leave.For the most part, management is quick to address issues, (although I think management communicating with one another, and the community could improve). The Gold Star care of the maintenance crew, the peace & tranquility of the community, and we are in full support of how violators of this peace & tranquility are not tolerated.

The management at Willow Springs is by far the best team I have met at a living complex. They are very welcoming and above-and-beyond helpful. The property itself has very cozy floor plans, an impressive gym as well as an impressive package pick up system. Your online orders will be safe and accessible. Last but not least the patios are unlike any other, check it out for yourself!

My wife stayed there for a year, helped her throughout the moving process, I made sure everything was clean, then they charged her for stains in the carpet, nail holes in the wall, plus an additional $120 for cleaning. I wish I took pictures before we left. This is theft!!!

From day one of touring Willow Springs, the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere made it easy for me to make this property my home. The office staff (Marissa) and maintenance personnel (Nick) are amazing you can feel the pride they have for the community and its residents. The layout of the apartments make them feel like a home and not just a rental.

I love living here! I’ve only been here for a little over a month and I love how quiet and calm the community is. I’m a student so I really need peace and quiet, which is why it’s perfect for me! office staff is very attentive and kind. Priscilla is amazing! The grounds are always kept up which is awesome. I wish the gates were up & running already!

Recently applied here for my new apartment and still waiting to hear back after some issues appeared on my credit report but the staff here has gone above and beyond to help resolve them. Even though they really don’t have to assist and just push my application to the side they have treated it with the utmost care and as priority. I sincerely pray that the problems can be fixed but even if not I am pleased with their customer service.Also, the property is well kept and clean. Pools are crystal clear, which makes a difference to me and even the parking lot is clean and there aren’t a bunch of potholes. Beautiful community.

The management staff at Willow Springs makes finding an apartment and moving in very easy. This has to be one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen. The office staff is very quick on anything you need and then make your concerns top priority. I am really glad we made the decision to make our home here.

Priscilla went above and beyond to help me find my new home. Approval process was easy, and everything went smooth. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to move due to a job relocation but nevertheless, the place was absolutely spotless. Home was in good shape! The amenities of the unit + complex definitely set this place apart from the competition. Good job on your staff, and keeping up with the place. Would’ve loved to live here!

My son lived here and I always felt they had horrible pics online, so Im adding these.

I moved into these apartments in 2020. I had no problems until my dryer went out in 2021 and it took 8 weeks to replace. I had to haul my laundry in the coldest months of the year to a washateria and pay about 50$ a week to was that I was not reimbursed for. Fast forward to 2022 I advised Willow Springs early that I wanted to upgrade from my 1 bedroom ($1070 per month) to a two bed one bath ($1250 per month) I toured a very nice clean unit and was told the transfer fee was $300. I was told to go to the website and pay the transfer fee. When I logged in there was not an option to pay the transfer fee. I called the front office and was told sorry they rented that unit to another person??? I was very upset and began looking for another apartment. About a week later I was called that a unit would be available in building 5. I was given the opportunity to first look at the unit 06/02/22 and my move in date was 06/03/22. There was an immediate foul odor from the neighbor I share a stair landing with. Overwhelming smell of puppy pads. All the tenants of building 5 own dogs, I do not own one pet. The trash cans are constantly over flowing with puppy trash and fleas. I thought I had bed bugs originally and was VERY UPSET! However upon speaking to several employees I was told they were aware building 5 had a massive flea infestation on the interior and exterior of the building??? This was not disclosed to me and because they had already rented my 1 bedroom apartment and they needed me to move asap. My new apartment, my new furniture, all my clothes are covered in fleas. I have been constantly washing in hot water all my linens however every time we walk in and out of the apartment we bring in new fleas. My 8 year old daughter has over 30 bites on her body including in private areas. Yesterday I was told pest control was scheduled to come to treat the inside of my apartment and they never showed up. I have spent 60$ of my own money on toxic flea chemicals trying to have some peace. The only thing management told me was I could be released from my lease???? I paid a $1200 deposit when I moved in originally in 2020 and was only credited $700 on this months rent (my previous apartment was flipped for rent in one day that’s how good of condition I left it so not sure what warrants $500) now I don’t have a deposit to move. I spent 300$ on movers as I am a single mom and that money is wasted now too. The exterior is scheduled for treatment supposedly at a later date.Do not move here they do not care about their long term tenants!!!

Worse apartments to live in no maintenance when you need them the manager is never in the office never return calls my carpet has been soaking wet for 2 weeks now going on 3 weeks and you have to catch the maintance walking outside somewhere to let them know then they keep saying theyre coming to fix it they never show up . They have let these apartments go down . Wheres the old managers that use to keep up with these apartments and everything use to be perfect . but they sure do want the rent on time!!! I recommend you not to live here!

UPDATE:NEW MANAGEMENT BLOWS! Place is going downhill and fast. The people they allowed in around us, we started having mice. Pool was never clean. And they keep raising the rent waaaay too much for a renewal. Cheaper getting a 3 bedroom house!I really do enjoy living here. The apartments are very well maintained, Ive only seen 2 of the large roaches in like the 5 years Ive been here and thats amazing to me. All repair issues have been fixed timely. The community has a very open and friendly feel to it The pools are never over crowded. And the office staff is always very helpful with any of my questions! I have transferred from a 2 bedroom to a 3, and now fixing to transfer down to a 2 again. It might be a little higher than other apartments in the area but it is worth it.

Management is super nice, I love that we pay rent online, and the place is unique and well maintained. Im often amazed I cant hear the neighbors through the walls unless Im in the bathroom. This has made for a really relaxing home. My only gripe is that the building is showing some signs of aging, we had a toilet issue, and the AC is needing to be serviced but still works great. Any service request we have put in was dealt with very quickly! Also, roaches are an issue, but we get spraying done whenever we ask for it, so its not that much of a problem.Honestly, its a friendly community, I actually know my neighbors names, and the pool has been clean as long as Ive lived here, so at least they listen to peoples complaints, and the front office is an actual pleasure to deal with. I recommend living here.

I love it here! My lease is almost up and i plan on renewing my lease! Very quiet apartment complex, pools always open, they keep you up to date on EVERYTHING that is going on in the apartment. I wish it was gates in, but everything is great here! I love pricilla and lily, they help me with whatever i need!

I love the peaceful surrounds here at Willow Springs Apts. The application process is grueling, but it helps you see, they arent accepting just anyone, which adds to the beautiful surrounds. They are very pet friendly, and overall they are simply amazing HOWEVER what isnt amazibg is the current staff, they make it feel like they don’t wanna be bothered. They really slow andact like you’re a burden like you’re a burden when you go to the office, the last few office staff were always walk in your property so they were quickly able to handle situation. that part has been very frustrating that along with the excessively large rise in the rent is why I won’t be here Next year. Maintenance is excellent. Maintenance is excellent. The former office staff I would’ve rated 5 this office staff -0

I have been here for over 2 years. I have never had issues until the new management took over. My apartment is now infested with roaches even though I have had pest control out numerous times. Theyll spray my unit but not all the units connected to mine and the surround perimeter to ensure the death of the pests. I now how a raging loud abusive alcoholic neighbor that is always puking all over the stairs and constantly yelling and screaming at his wife because shell lock him out. My garbage disposal went out and took two months to fix. Ive made numerous complaints on the downstairs neighbor due to obsessive amounts of loud music making my floors shake and yet it continues, mind you this person has only been here two weeks! They play nice every time I call and say theyll take care of it but nothing gets taken care of. They put in my lease term wrong and took 6 months and numerous calls and emails for them to fix it. And now my lease term is coming up so I turned in my notice and they had the audacity to ask me why Im leaving the complex. Queue in an eye roll. I used to suggest these apartments to anyone looking to move to this area, but nope, not anymore. Stay away, stay far away!

I was skeptical about apartment living again but I highly recommend Willow Springs. If there are any issues or concerns they address them immediately. It’s a quiet friendly community and clean. I feel comfortable and safe here and my kitty is loved by everyone. They keep adding amenities that are great, a gym, package pickup, family events.. the staff is friendly and top notch.

Been eyeing this complex for a few years now and have finally been able to move in! Lucy was so helpful with the entire leasing process. I appreciate her so much and the rest of the staff has been so kind!!

Ive been waiting to give this review until we received our deposit back. The many positive reviews are from before the apartments were sold last spring. There is new management and maintenance. We discussed our situation before that my husband would not have any recent pay stubs, since he accepted his job several months prior to this he was not allowed to work until we moved into the city after graduating. The apartments understood and were okay with this because it is not uncommon with med school graduates. An offer letter is sufficient. It wasnt until about a week before we were supposed to move to Houston that they told us they were running into a problem even though I had been assured that everything would be okay, things were just slow-- they were a new management, blah blah blah. Willow Springs should have known this snag on the very first day when I gave them a copy of my husbands job offer, but they didnt. After providing them with tons of documentation that they likely did not need, they told us that they could not give us the apartment due to a clause in the job offer that stated the job was contingent upon him passing a drug test. By the way, he graduated pharmacy school, so this would have been hilarious had I not been furious. So they essentially were leaving us homeless. Out of desperation, we offer to pay the whole contract up front. Problem resolved, right? Nope. They said they had to get that approved or something which took another few days. Finally, the night before we were moving, they said we were approved. They were lucky because I was about to fax over a doc to another complex that was able to approve us within 2 days. I guess i should have, hind sight is 20-20. But i didnt want to lose the application and hold money.I think what was really going on was the girl who showed us the apartment, gave us the wrong price. I believe she gave us the 12 month contract price rather than the six-month contract price, usually those are more expensive. So they wanted out of the contract so that they wouldnt have to give us the better pricing.Now, as for actually living in the apartments, the apartment itself was good. Trying to get maintenance to come over was a huge huge hassle. The maintenance guys themselves are friendly. I submitted a maintenance request on the website but after a week I started going into the office. Daily. After another week I said they absolutely had to come that day. The patios are screened in which is really nice, however, there were wasp nests overhanging our front door and in the paneling outside our patio. So wasps would get trapped inside our patio and therefore we cannot go out there and my children could not go out on the patio to play. We eventually had to tell them that our daughter was allergic to bees and that is how we got them out there on that day. As a side note, there were actually two different instances of us trying to get them out there to take care of the wasps.Otherwise, I think things were pretty chill, largely because we paid our whole contract up front so thankfully we did not have to deal with them on a regular basis. We are pretty laid back renters, so for us to have a lot of problems and a negative perception of this apartment complex should tell you something.Also, when we got our deposit back there was a charge for a $100 pet cleaning fee. We do not have pets, we do have children but you cant charge for those, LOL. We left the place in great condition, but it so I could contest it is too much of a headache to do so.One thing that was nice was the girl in the front office who greeted everyone as they came in, I cant remember her name but she is Hispanic. My little girl liked to go on a walk everyday around the apartment complex and we would often stop in and get one of their little treats that they had on the side table. It was the highlight of my little girls day and they really loved her too. I I was glad and relieved that they seemed to like her coming in rather than be annoyed that my little girl daily took from their treat stock.

Ive lived here for three years and loved it when it was run by venterra, the new management company has been awful. Someone spray painted a certain male appendage by our apartment, and they power washed it off but you can still see it. I have asked at least 6 times for them to paint it and they give me a different excuse every time. Not to mention the tacky looking black drainage pipes that are all over the apartments now that they have done nothing with. Also this summer the front pool has been closed all summer and now the back pool is dark green, this new management cant keep up with simple maintenance and is completely unacceptable for the prices we pay to live here. I cant wait until my lease expires so I can live somewhere that actually cares about their residents.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! All this place cares about is how much money they can get out of you. The maintenance is horrible. I have lived here many years and am glad to be finally moving to somewhere much better for what I pay. Paying $1,000+ for rent and having to live with mold is unacceptable in my eyes. Maintenance issues get completed in the system, however they are NEVER truly completed. The apartment manage is very rude and unfriendly. You are much better off renting somewhere where the residents actually matter.

Lived here for a year. The only issue I even had was the ac went out once, but it got fixed that same day. other than that the staff and maintenance were great! When we moved out March 2016 they were transferring owners so many things began to change not saying it wasnt good change since we didnt stick around to witness it but I know for sure they didnt have the online payment up and running and that was one of the main reasons we chose these apartments.

New review. My last one was not so great. I guess something in management and staff has changed because everyone here is great now. All of my calls are either answered or returned in a timely fashion. I love the new trash pick up. Really takes a burden off me. Rent is reasonable and hasn’t gone up since I moved here 2 years ago. I will definitely stay

Every thing has been amazing especially the staff ! I love taking my puppy out for walks and seeing all the lovely neighbors with their little pets it’s so peaceful outside too!

I have lived here over 4 years. From a one bedroom to a three bedroom!!! It was a GREAT experience UNTIL the new management has taken over this year. I have a 9 year old who loves to swim and the front, big pool was closed almost all summer for various reasons. The second pool was green and not available half the summer as well. At one point the maintenance man told us the pool was closed due to signs not being up from the fire marshall and that he was told by management to hand write the safety signs, SMH!!! I had a big maintenance issue and actually requested it on the website and after two days of hearing nothing, called in the office and complained again. After two more days of the issue not being resolved I called a THIRD time to complain and was just given not sure what happened excuse. Requested pest control that I pay for every month, and somehow the exterminator walked off the job and my apt. was never sprayed. I was not notified of this. I HAD TO CALL and ask what happened and had to wait an entire week to get it resolved, to still have a roach problem 5 days later after the pest control came. I am not one to complain but it has been one thing after another and its not getting better. They dont try and work with you and all you get are I am not sure what is going on answers. Sad to say I will not be renewing my lease and I would NOT live here if looking for apartment in this area!!!

It’s very quiet and nice. I usually move every year but I like so much that I’ll be staying a few years before moving again. The buildings are pretty old and some stuff break but maintenance is pretty good with fixing things.

So far we very much enjoy living at Willow Springs. The community is nice and quiet and the neighbors we have met have really been great!!Were looking forward to a Wonderful year being residents here at Willow Springs

Do not move here!!! Theyll sell you an over priced apartment that they know the AC does not work. Ive asked them twice in the last 2 months about fixing it and they send someone out to check it knowing that it doesnt cool properly. Ive spoken with my neighbors and they said theyve had the same problem for 2 years and nothing has been done.. its 100 degrees outside right now and the ac doesnt cool the apartment off at all.. I will not be living here much longer..

We had a devestating house fire and lost everything in the fire. We had to find a place and Willow Springs Apartments accepted us to move in immediately with no hesitation. Anything that weve needed as far as maintenance, they immediately are at our apartment and have been there just to lend an ear. Their kindness far exceeds any other rental obligation and we thank the staff so much. Everyone is wonderful and we will always be grateful and recommend this apartment !! Its been a wonderful place for my little family. We feel safe and cared for here. Everyone in the office is competent and respectful. They get the job done, but also truly care about their residents.

I am a single young lady who worked long hours. Sometimes i would come home after 9 pm and leave again at 3am. My first 6 months Ive been inquiring about a parking spot since i had to park 3 buildings down sometimes. I didnt feel safe walking that far so early in the am. They kept telling me they are auditing... Youre auditing for a whole 6 months??? There were countless times when they messed up with my rent and i had to pay late fees. Staff is horrible and are not doing their job. Asked for coorporate number and they told me they werent allowed to give out that information. Contacted houston BBB and they couldnt help me because coorporate isnt in houston. So they found one place in wyoming i think wrote to them and it wasnt right. I couldnt wait to move out of there! Bad experience for my first apt.

So far I havent had an issues leaving here. The only thing that bothers me is i have received so many letters that their is something going on and the maintenance have to enter my apt. I understand that theres alot going on with renovations etc. But its bothersome having people in and out of your home! Other than that its pretty quite place!

Office staff is readily available, even on short notice, to handle resident questions and/or problems. Very prompt response time to messages that are sent through the resident portal as well. Ive been a resident for more than 6 years, planning on staying a while longer.

This place is a great place to start if your planning on moving out soon. The rent is affordable it has a great staff they get things done on time and has secure packaging, 2 pools and a indoor gym I would recommend highly

Quiet community , friendly neighbors with convenient trash Valet Service and nice sized porches . Beautiful pools , workout room and secure package lockers .

This is a great place! Everything gets fixed within a day, I hardly ever see cockroaches which is great. It is quiet, the people are friendly yet mind their own business. It is a bit expensive but its well worth it.

The leasing staff is great. They were very patient to answer all of my questions. Very friendly and knowledgable. They didnt sit on anything. They got right to work getting me approved for an apartment.

I love living here. Everyone is nice and so is the staff. It’s super pet friendly. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful as well. Would recommend this community to friends and family.

Absolutely lovely property and wonderfully nice office staff! The apartments are well taken care of and everyone is so helpful. There are many property upgrades going on which is exciting!

Not only was our room full of defects like stained carpets and a host of other problems. There was also a murder here and when we left our appartment we were charged with fees to the deficencies that we marked down when we moved in and they refused to not charge us for them. Very dirty and smelly apartment.

Needs code or lock on both pools. There are a lot of visitors who take up the whole pool that do not live there and leave trash on the residents hallways. Not a safe place to live and office staff are unpredictable and very difficult to get answers from.

This apartments is no good they take your application fee and tells you everything is all set just need to pay the deposit and other fee then at the last moment they will discriminate you for having a misdemeanor record on your background that has been taken care of and they act like there trying to help you but they really aren’t. Don’t go to this place management sucks.

My sister just moved there I recently went over to help her out with a dresser we pulled in gate was out if your gonna have carpet floors make sure you change it for your new tenant just nasty dont get it steamed cleaned Idc if you get a certified technician to come in and sanitize the carpet thats just nasty all them other tenants before me ugh just thinking about it makes me wanna throw up as I was Putting this dresser together on the floor with my shoes off on my knees I lean down to the bottom of the dresser to the drawer in I inhale the nastiest smell from the carpet mind you I can smell the some type of cleaner but the odor was to strong for the cleaner then I get home and she calls me and ask me what do termites look like well she has a infestation bad sign is when you have flying termites to late they are already breeding and they dont die they multiply hope they take care of my sister

Very welcoming experience, loved the tour and the rates are very affordable for a great hideaway location close to work. Will update as the year goes on.

Considering the area I would say this is one of the better apartment complexes. Not to say that arent any that are a little bit nicer there certainly are many that would fall below the standards of this location.

Been here for a year now, and management is first class. Any issues are responded to promptly day or night. The complex is well maintained. and kept extremely clean.

Ever since management has changed, things haven’t been getting handled like they used to. There have been changes without any prior notices, the gate has been broken multiple times, and this last time was over a week and they didn’t even know about it, made complaints and no further action was taken.

We absolutely love our apartment; we love everything about it! We love the community and how nice everyone is! We are blessed to be here! All I can say is WE LOVE IT!

Quietest apartment I’ve ever lived in! Great office staff and maintenance! Kids love the pools and playground.

My gate code quit working its happened before and was fixed I stop in the office today to see what is wrong with my code and was informed that they never gave out codes so what Ive been using for months what they fixed in the past never existed never mind that I have call logs of the gate calling my phone im told that I need to use the vendors code to gain access to my apartment complex do not lie to me tell me the truth the gates are broken the back gate is stuck half open and will not move I used to like living here now I cant wait to get out of here

I moved out of willow springs apartments about 3 months ago but wish my stay was longer :( these apartments were absolutely the best ive ever been given. homey, with amazing covered fenced in patios and beautiful scenery for mini strolls around the complex. we moved in, im assuming when the property was given new management, and although the head chief wasnt as social, her assistants were amazing and did the job very well when we needed anything done. i lived there for half a year and had to break my lease due to family emergency with health issues, and although i had to leave early, the assistant Kristen was SO HELPFUL, we are thankful for her service at willow springs. She helped any way that she could and i would definitely recommend these apartment to anyone. ps. LOVED THE PARKING. i could get to my apartment from any parking lot and not to mention, was close to markets and convenience stores which was very nice! movies and popcorn with candy was provided through the front office too!

The management is very kind and professional. Pools stay clean and open. Grounds are kept up at all times. Prompt completion of service requests.

Do not recommend anyone moving here especially if you have kids seeing that they have mold in multiple spots in my two bedroom I live down stairs and my apartments has flooded twice from upstairs and all the do is put a fan under carpet to dry it out so all cabinets in kitchen that are on floor level are all water logged and falling apart and if u put in a work order in they come I know because they left a note saying the finished witch was a lie because nothing was fixed ceiling looks like it is going to fall in bathroom and 900$ for a one bedroom that has old carpet cheap vynal tile out dated features is a little ridiculous so beware and dont believe the apartment they show u Cuz the one u get is not gonna be the same!!

The office staff is very courteous. Priscilla Rivera has always helped with any issues or concerns I have had in my time staying here. Thanks again

I lived here as a kid Im still in love with the apartment I lived in growing up great place my mother and I had a two bedroom lots of space and friendly office people still to this day

I love living here everybody is nice the office ladies are awesome and maintenance is quick to come fix the what needs 2 be fix

I like how everybody is so nice an i like that they go by your door to pick up your trash. The swimming pool is always open an its always so clean.

We have been here a few months, and it has been so wonderful. Whenever something goes wrong everyone in the office is on top of it!

It has been really awesome to live here. It is very quiet and I feel safe at night.

It’s a 50/50 for me there are some plus and minus but ms marissa was a major factor for me looking here.

Its a nice apartment and the managers are very friendly and helpful.

Staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. They will help you out as far as they can go and even then some.

They dont answer phone, they dont fix thing properly, where they have to come back and they also charge outrages prices.

Friendly office staff and maintenance is done in a timely manner.

I went there a couple years ago and the lady that was extremely rude so my wife and I left

People are never in office, and their computer bay hasnt been working for the past month
