If your looking enroll in for instrument Tech classes I recommend DTR, they have teachers that have actual field experience and will help you every step of the way into getting NCCER certified, I have learned a lot from this guys, and they are willing to help with every doubt that you have about the field!

Literally waste of time & money. I see very good reviews so maybe it was just our instructors but one instructor would just read off the book, give us the answers and passed our all hands on, the other one literally just talked so much over irreverent stuff he would just confuse the class. On week 12 one of the main instructors came in and asked us a question , none of us knew it. He even said “you guys are on week 12 and you guys dont know this? You guys are scaring me” & that same day we learned more than what we have learned all 3 months .. literally a waste of time and money. But hey if you want to pass without learning anything go ahead. I didnt know any of the hands on and i got passed. Oh and by the way i didnt even receive a certificate, they literally told me “the HR lady ran out of paper so we are not printing one”. The day of graduation we didnt even receive a Certificate. I will be reporting the school to the state if I dont receive a refund. I even have evidence/Videos on how on our “Hands on Final Test” We didnt even do it. A sheet that Had the answers to how “we calibrated each different valve “ was passed around, and we turned it in to the professor and he signed it and “that is us passing because we prove that we know how to do our hands on”, which we didnt. And our “quizzes” that we took, we also got the answers for them. Because the answer sheet would just be lying around.

Great source of knowledge. And instructors really help explaining theory and hands on with all instruments, class is very detail and any questions are always welcome.Thank you for this pleasant transition from Industrial electrician to Instrument Tech.100% recommend this class...

The hands on is my favorite part, I get to use a TREX, a Fluke, and crystal to learn shooting loops. The knowledge based teaching gets in depth but easy enough to understand.

I recommend 100% This training school DTR on my personal experience they take a time to tech you and answer any questions about the class I am very satisfied with the results.

Found that being able to do hands on really helped me grasp the material we have learned this far. Hope that by continuing this course I will be able to pass my NCCER with no problem!
