Not just this branch but my experience as a whole has frustrating. No compassion. No understanding for hardships just business as usual. My account is completely screwed and I’m seriously contemplating going elsewhere
Bankers are inattentive are more focused on there phones and personal life then rather doing there jobs. Been sitting here waiting and i see all bankers just passing by and did not even get greeted or nothing. Close this bank down

Just over TDECU at this point. Today was the last straw. Ive literally never (not a single time) had a positive experience with this bank. From the moment I opened the accounts at the Angleton branch to trying to make a deposit today at this TDECU branch on Preston in Pasadena. I arrived before the two other cars that were serviced before me. The male teller told me my deposit will be out shortly... twice, and I still waited forever. From ATM machines that dont work, to the lack of nearby locations in the Houston area, to their outdated phone app, I plan on taking my money elsewhere. I stuck it out for awhile and just dont like the customer service here. I do not recommend TDECU.
Ive had nothing but good experiences at this location. The staff always professional and easy to approach. I use it for personal banking and financing for my car and motorcycle. My only complaint is the ATM which part of the time doesnt accept my cash deposit or not working is why I prefer to go through the drive-thru or inside with a teller. Currently its removed due to vandalism. Been banking with them for just over 3 years.
Signed in at front desk but been here for 30mins also with 2 other people. Either I leave and come back or take a long lunch. Sucks the people here arent helping I have seen 6 workers at computers with no customer and
Banked here for 4 years. The customer service that I’ve experienced has been great, however their app and website are absolutely infuriating. It’s always something. Not being able to deposit checks, transfer money from my account, or having to wait 1-2 weeks for my check to even hit my account. It’s frustrating and I will be moving to a different bank ASAP.
They made a costly mistake on my account. Didnt bother to pull camera and I was forced to pay in order to keep a very important account open. They assumed their cashier could not make a mistake which camera would of proved and I was treated like I was trying to fast change the teller. I have banked here for 20 years and after Gaye & Ellie retired, customer service service has gone to pot. I now use the Center St. location except when I take my change to use coin machine. I have never felt so disrespected. Mr. Albert was indifferent & lets face it, he treated me judged in my preferred mode of transportation and dress. I hope all Harley motorcycle enthusiasts BOYCOTT this location. Its RACISM ON ANOTHER LEVEL. Broke my heart to be treated like a crook. They keep locking my account down for no reason. I was all over north Texas last week and they did not question one charge; but I come home and my first tank of gas in Houston area and I am being locked out. I get it unlocked for fraud to lock my account again the day after and make me go over 20 questions not once but twice and the automatic system tells me that the number I have on file (that they called me on) is not on file. This gas situation left me in very bad dangerous place with me unable to use my account; life endanger and all they say is “I sorry for the inconvenience “ and take their sweet time help me. As soon as all checks clear I will be moving my money to a safer place. Normal activity they tag as fraud....fraud activity they tag as normal. Beware who you let take care of your money,
Great credit union! Ive been a member for over 3 decades. My only complaint is that you cannot call a specific branch to discuss issues/services specific to that location. Not every branch provides the same services, and they do not have many locations convenient to me. It is more annoying now that they will only see you via appointment. I have had to schedule an appointment on my only day off to travel to a branch that was unable to help me only to return home and reschedule an new appointment at a different location.
I havent really gone inside this branch in a while. The only time I whent inside everyone was very polite and helpful. The only reason I always use this branch is because it has an atm that excepts deposits. Ive been to a couple of other branches and none of their atms have had that feature. The only thing I dont like is how far away from home it is.
Stay away. Terrible customer service. Interest rates are higher than other banks, customer service is awful. They falsely report payments late, lower your credit score. and raise the interest rate. They need to be investigated by the Feds for fraud!

Never had a problem with this place in the last 2 years. Tellers are very polite and they give me free coffee. Dont know why others have such bad expirences. Must be because they buy things when theyre broke and use their credit cards then get mad when they gotta pay back that APR.
This is the most ghetto and unprofessional bank i have ever been too. They have a gay employer that got into my husbands account just to get his number to text him asking him if he was single and harassing him. We reported him but the supervisor and manager covered up for him and said it was a girl that did it when i have messages from the girl basically saying she was doing a her gay friend a favor which is the same rude girl with curly hair. They lied to us and said they took disciplinary action when the girl had already quit. So the gay guy is still working there and got away with it. I spoke to the unprofessional supervisor Chantal Cantu then spoke to the branch manager Gay Knight who was very rude and unprofessional then i spoke to someone higher than her Anthony Holmes and still nothing has been done. This bank is a joke. Please do not bank here especially the one off of preston in pasadena tx, is the most unprofessional bank i have ever been to.

They have no atm that is working. I had to go way out of my way to find another locationAs for your response that there was a walk up atm, that is incorrect. Your tellers told me I had to go to Kroger or somewhere like that.
Id give 0 stars of possible. Ellie Garcia is a loan shark. She has committed fraud alongside a few customers. Inside trading. Allows Notary Services under her terms, when she has not been awarded. She cannot do those things legally. All of my money is on hold right now. So is my Grandmothers after her death. She placed POD on all accounts knowing she could get to it with inside trading. CREDIT UNIONS do not belong in the Civil State of Texas.

Mostly satisfied until it was time to send a wire and none of the branches have a main line. you have to call the 800 number and keep getting hung up on.

Very unprofessional I been there for 10 years never had a problem but the people there now don’t try to help you, it’s just easier to say they can’t help you. I’m gladly taking my business elsewhere.
This location has slowly declined in customer service and basic operations. TDECU needs to abandon this location or replace leadership.
Staff is nice, and theyre great and never so busy that they cant handle all the customers. Not long waits, ever.

This bank needs to have a local direct contact number. Calling an 1-800 outside service number is very inconvenient.
