The customer service is outstanding! I will not argue that. However, I have currently lost my bank card and I was first told it should arrive 3-5 business days. I believed that because Its not like its being mailed from Delaware or somewhere outside of Texas. It is now day 6 and I have yet to receive it. I find this current situation and it is my fault for losing the card in the first place, I just didnt think it would take this long to have it mailed out to me.The hours of the bank are not that convenient as well. Thank goodness for their mobile app, but then again, if you need to speak someone after work or something, that would not work. Out of all the banks I have experienced with, TD Bank has been the ultimate best! Living in the northeast, that bank had long hours, open on the weekends, and if you lost or had your bank card stolen, they replaced it immediately. You simply walked in, and received a replacement. I feel with these small, independent banks could use something like that.Furthermore, I am still waiting on this card to come. I am very, very unpleased.
