The ladies in there were a great help, especially Norma! I went in for a deposit and left with information on how to best utilize my membership with Wellby. They have many incentives and programs with great perks for their customers. I had an amazing experience!

Ive had nothing but positive experiences here. They make your financial decisions pleasant and personable. Advice and resources of a big business with the comfort of small town friendliness. I highly recommend using the Pasadena location. My favorite location for my investments. I found Wellby Financial by accident and return on purpose for my financial goals. 5/5 stars.

Ive been to this location many times to transact my banking needs and Ive been very pleased with the experience. Ive always been met with friendly, cordial representatives who assisted me with all my needs. Norma was professional and helpful in assisting me with services required. I was informed of additional information about benefits other than normal services. The place was always clean and inviting. Also,I was greeted promptly with a friendly smile and professional attitude. Most of all, I was always provided solutions to the services I was seeking.

I simply LOVE the Pasadena Branch the staff are AMAZING!!! Miss Delia, Miss Norma, Miss Julie, Miss Dora, Miss Luipta and Miss Tracey are so SUPER sweet and knowledgeable!!!!!Love that no long wait and get treated with respect a big plus!!!!

Great Credit Union. Service is always friendly. 7.90% credit card, the lowest rate Ive ever seen. Rates havent increased since the Federal Reserve increased rates. Free cash advance or transfer to checking.

I went to this Wellby Location 6/21/24 and the lady by the last name of Saucedo was great. Mrs Saucedo helped to get a loan and she was really patient with me and informative. Mrs Saucedo went out of her way to keep me informed about the loan process and procedures. I am 100 percent plus happy with her level of professionalism. Its good to know that there is still people in this world who care about others. I paid off one lone and got approved for another one hassle-free. My lunch break is only 1 hour and Mrs. Saucedo made sure to explain the loan process and another option available to me for savings purposes. Im happy I chose that branch to go visit that day, because of recent health issues, I wasnt sure if I could. I recommend Mrs. Saucedo for a peace of mind and quality service with a smile.

This branch is amazing! Been banking with JSC/Wellby for almost 10 years and I’ve never had an issue. When I go inside, the bankers Norma & Lydia are great! Always greet you with a smile and both have fantastic customer service. The drive thru is always quick and convenient.

Mrs Julie Gracia is so awesome. She help me with everything that I needed to take care of. She also help me with doing my beneficiary.

The Pasadena North Location has given me the best experience at Wellby so far. Not only did their music keep me on my toes but they alleviated me of so much stress. It was for sure a life changing experience. Getting help from many of their associates like Norma and Lydia. I have been banking with Wellby (JSC) for more than 10-years. Through their changes, they just continue to get better as a credit union. I have never seen better rates on auto loans and the process has always been simple on the 4 vehicles I have financed. Elizabeth and Ashley have been some of the gems on the loan side.

Been banking with jsc for years and due to my birthday being august 31 my ID was expired and I needed to pull my rent money out of my account ESPECIALLY AFTER HURRICANE HARVEY made me late on rent as it is!The manager refused to give me my requested amount of my own money!Even though my ID is expired u can clearly see that I am the person on the ID also could check that Ive banked there for years!THESE PPL AT THIS LOCATION DO NOT CARE ABOUT HELPING THEYRE CUSTOMERS AT ALL I WILL CALL CORPORATE AND GIVE THEM A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WHAT HAPPENED!

Lack of communication, unfriendly, and unorganized. Completed a checklist and my loan processor couldn’t obtain a phone number from the document nor scroll down for a title that was sent. Kept being pushed around over and over. I do not recommend this location. Not helpful at all!
