The worst customer service ever , they do not know how to talk to their tenants . The property manager Brittney is a bigot including Aaron. They are money hungry , after a few days of a late payment; they will evict you just so you can have a hard time in life . On top of that the property on Clarewood is infested with rats 🐀 , because of the holes on the outside of the property and they told me I had to take care of it myself ..This comment is true and facts I used my kid email before by accident , but do business somewhere else …

They have a house in Jutlnad, and nobody answers that phone. It talks about a bad customer experience with all of them.

Wretched, rude staff, unreliable and borderline illegal accounting practices, non existent maintenance, substandard move in conditions. No fire extinguisher, no regard for dangerous electrical problems, they simply want more money than what is actually owed. I wouldnt recommend them to someone I dont even like, now thats bad.

After providing earnest money for our first home, we did not receive a response from the sellers realtor, Francisco Torres, for days. We called him countless times. Additionally, we called the Prime Realty Group office. To our surprise, the property we agreed to purchase decreased (tremendously). With that, we made nonstop calls over the weekend to figure out what was going on... Today, is Monday... now the property we believed to be our first home is under contract. This comes after we already were approved by the bank to make the purchase. Francisco Torres (in my opinion) was extremely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of adequate communication.Communication is essential in business, especially with large transactions like the purchase of a new home. Isnt there a strict code of ethics in real estate? I will be reaching out soon to speak with a principal broker in the firm before moving forward with a formal complaint.

If your considering using this company to secure your residence... Stay away. First of all the staff walks around bear foot and is beyond unprofessional. As a tenant myself I can honestly say they have never visited my property to ensure everything is ok or have done any types of outside checks. If there is a maintenance issue they are quick to respond, but if you have your own warranty the will drop the ball. I basically handeled most of the issues On my own as a tenant. You are better off saving your money and managing the property on your own. The office does not take messages or return calls to tenants regarding important issues.

Landlords please be advised by this review if your looking for someone to manage your property this is not the company to do business with please read or take your contract to a lawyer before signing it these ppl (Aaron/Britney) are not professional at all they are never in the office and they forget that they work for the landlord so if the landlord says work with the tenant they wont cause they want there money (late fees) that they pocket they rather make the landlord wait for there money cause of there late fees they have taken advantage of so many people that dont know there rights they forget that people go through hard times not everyone was born into money or with a silver spoon in there mouth starting a campaign so they can be shut down

This Company is such a joke. The business is so unbelievably bad it almost feels like a scam. Big Waste of time, do yourself a favor avoid this company at all cost. Run around after run around just to be lied to and lied to. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Mannn lady took forever and was just ignoring me , then told me they want 3k a month for a house for rent even though it says for sale that’s just crazy
