I moved to Pinnacle Pointe in December and all the staff are wonderful. I really appreciate Ms. Tammy the most. She was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole moving process. She answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. These apartments are wonderful and great with children as well. The YMCA program is great. There is always activities going on in the front office and everyone is involved and included. The residents here are great as well and extremely welcoming. Overall I am extremely pleased and happy with my move.
I have never lived in an apartment complex ,where as hard as things can get they solve them as a team.miss Tammy always trying to do something special for the tenants and their children, holidays, extra ... activities to bring tenants together, with of course miss Bobbie guideding her . Maintenance working crazy hrs as hard as they can.
Great apartment complex with very spacious rooms! And as an added bonus to the many amenities they have, they do offer family & kid activities to enjoy and we get to meet neighbors :)
Pinnacle Pointe is a very clean and quiet complex with Leasing Assistant Manager Tammy in the front office who is the sweetest and so helpful when hit with any questions someone may have!
Great place! Everyone keeps to themselves.I have been here going on 12 years. And Mrs. Bobbie , the manager, is AWESOME! She does her very best to get things done as fast as she can with maintenance or any other concerns you may have. The office in general makes you feel at home!
I can’t say enough about Jesse, he’s amazing so polite and courteous. He came over Friday night Easter weekend to unclog my kitchen drain. He ended up getting A Roto-Rooter to unclog it, and it slowed the clogI called back Saturday night and he came out again with no complaints. He was able to get through the entire clog. Happy Easter to Jesse and his family.
Great property, Well maintained, The management team (Bobbie and Leigh) really go out of their way to make this place feel like a community, and have succeeded. We have been apartment dwellers for 25 years and this is the nicest complex and finest management team we have ever experienced. The maintenance response time is superior to any place we have lived. The staff actually care about the people who live here, and we are very grateful.Update 2020This is a very difficult time for many, many people but the management here, at Pinnacle Pointe Apts. have generously opened a food bank FOR THE RESIDENTS. It is a wonderful help to all of us and we are very grateful. Thank you Bobbie and Leigh.
I lived here from May 2015 until the end of April 2017. Nice apartment, office staff is very friendly (one of them is new and a bit flighty, but very nice). The grounds are kept up nicely, and the maintenance staff is super friendly and mostly prompt. It was very quiet at the beginning, but in the last 6-8 months I was there, some new tenants moved in and let their loud, unruly kids run around all the time. I did not like being on the first floor because it was noisy and felt like I had no privacy. All that being said, had I not pursued a job opportunity elsewhere, I would have stayed for sure. My son and I were happy there. They also offer a free after school program at the apartment complex for residents if you can get in. We loved it.Do take note: It is a tax credit property. There are income restrictions, and I feel like the rent is too high for the threshold you have to fall below to qualify. Thats nothing against these apartments, though. Its not their fault. To sum it up: Nice property managers. Friendly service. Clean grounds. Very safe for not being gated. Kid friendly. A bit noisy but for the most part quiet at night.
Ms.Bobbi (Property Manager) is so caring and understanding!
Dont even fill out an application, they are dishonest and will take your money. My fiance and I along with our toddler filled out an application here and the lady miscalculated his income twice, putting it higher than it really is, and added the child support that HE PAYS ME, due to our child being on medicaid, to our household income on top of his monthly income. She told us that we qualified to only pay $675 for a 2/2 but there was a year waiting list for those. So she quoted us at $775 for a 2/2, took the $80 application fee, said we were approved and asked for the $300 deposit to hold the apartment and said that we were going to move in at the end of the month. She submitted our background check, which is clean for us as we have never been in trouble with the law. Then 3 weeks later, when we call her about the exact move in date, she tells us that shes sorry, we make too much money for the apartment. WHAT?!?! So after LYING to us about being able to be at the income level of paying $675 but not having any available and then taking our $80 for the application and then the $300 deposit she said that the Pell grant that I get for going part time at college she counted as income, when SHE told us that we shouldnt put it down because they dont count school as income. Then guess what? Im looking on Craigslist for another apartment after shes told us that weve been denied, and I see that shes posted a 2/2 apartment for $675 that she had told us she had a year waiting list for. Luckily, we have managed to get the $300 back after the three weeks but not the $80 application fee. My advice, dont even waste your time.
Absolute waste of time. My husband I spend TWO WEEKS with Leigh gathering a ton of info, printing check stubs, doing math over and over, filling out applications, had our credit checked and backgrounds run and then after we had ALL of the paperwork done Leigh decided to check AGAIN if we qualify to live there and lo and behold she says we dont all of a sudden. So TWO WEEKS were wasted with this woman giving us the run around and apparently incapable of math, telling us we qualify then having us provide everything short of the blood of a virgin, and telling us 12 days before were to begin moving that we suddenly dont qualify. Dont waste your time here, they have NO IDEA how to do their jobs.
Beautiful exterior....Management nice when applying/moving in and then BAM!! Switch up on you once youre in. These have to be the TWO GROUCHIEST OLD LADIES in all of Victoria!! They are starting to treat this place like Senior Living. They are rude, nosey, borderline STALKISH, always making accusations abt shyt and be as WRONG AS A DONKEY WITH 2 LEFT FEET!!! They need to get rid of these ladies and bring in some fresh faces on some serious. Theyre old and cranky!! And Im starting to think a little cenile...they forget shyt, charge you for shyt you didnt have, knitpick and make up shyt that didnt happen!! (I dont smoke and they had the nerve to say the cigarette butts on the ground comes from my household, TF!!!!!!!) Ive only seen ONE maintenance man sooooooo dont look for anything get fixed....I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone until they get under NEW MANAGEMENT!! These two old yamps have worked my nerves!! Its ridiculous when you dont feel comfortable in your own home cuz they all out the damn windows in the office instead fixing folks stuff. Think Ill call corporate. Yeahhhh....Ill do just that. They gotta go!!!
Stayed here for couple of years. No real complaints. The staff are honest, do their best to assist and work with you. Enjoyed my stay here.
Great office staff and maintenance. We love it here and couldn’t have asked for a Better property.

Had a great experience with Ms Tammy at Pinnacle Point. She made a great experience and was very helpful and informative . It’s already frustrating when someone is trying to find a new home for yourself and family but I must say it was painless with the help of Ms Tammy because she made me feel at home as soon as I walked in the office. Thank you Pinnacle Point for such a great visit to your location.
