SLUM LORD.....Air conditioning and heat doesnt work and it has been like that for years. The building is literally falling apart. The roof leaks. It takes them forever to fix stuff. Also, make sure you constantly save your work because the breakers constantly trip. This includes getting stuck in the elevator. Im glad I no longer work in that building. If you are a potential tenant, take the time to walk around the entire building. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

You can getbus passes and it is so clean the people are nice and friendly
