Claudia and Adreed have been so helpful. From questions about viewing and tours, to finalizing and moving in, to urgent situations right before closing. Claudia has saved us so many times and Adreed is coming in a close second. They’re always super sweet and do everything in their power to help and it makes me feel like I made the right choice moving here. 100% recommend moving here, great facilities, low crime, no noise complaints, amazing staff, and more than that the units are amazing. Plus if there’s an issue just place a maintenance call and they’re there to fix it in less than a week (unless it’s holiday season)
I’ve been living here for a few years now and it’s been a good experience compared to some other places I live at. The ladies in the office are very professional and helpful with their work. I give my upmost respect to Ms. Claudia and her team. She is a great manager and is always there to help people in their time of need. Keep doing a great job ladies.
I’ve lived here since 2021. I appreciate the sun room since I work from home. My nightmare started a year ago when all of a sudden my neighbors started smoking weed at least 4 times a week at all hours of the night waking me up from a deep sleep. About 20 emails later and a supposedly “inspection” management had ordered during the day - these smokers are doing it every day now! So if you smoke your good. I have serious heath issues and couldn’t move fast but this will be my last term - not even the courtesy cop that lives here investigates, sheriffs office won’t show up.. This is a nightmare when your home smells like cannabis and oils & incense are affecting my my cat & my health.. this is turning into a dump and I pay full rent - it’s no longer worth it! To be continued because there is more .. 😡 whatever the office says is just to cover their bad reviews .. I don’t want to hear it! —— ☝🏼 In response to offices In comments below- That extra patrol comment is deceiving !!!! Inspecting my apartment - that’s a lie! The 5 min “maintenance inspection” in the apartments - well they don’t smoke during day !!! The only patrol I’ve seen here is the police car that is parked in front of leasing office with no police patrolling ! I have called the community patrol and all they did was leave my message at the office. I had no choice but to renew one last term to search for another place. This experience was a good lesson. Not even the non-emergency police came out here when I called 2 times!!! So for people who are interested- if you are a smoker - no worries !There a few other annoyances, that I’ve been dealing with -I’m not going to mention because im not wasting my energy with this management - my goal is be out by end of term!
This place is DISGUSTING! My friend has been in and out of the hospital from the MOLD in this place! They moved her to another unit and that one had mold too! Every time I come to visit her, the outside REEKS OF TRASH!.. oh let me not get started on the parking! Last time I came to visit my car was TOWED after being registered! Let this lady out her lease this is CRAZY! 0/10 would not recommend!
Ive been here since October 2024 and I absolutely loved my new place. My children love it also. Upon moving in, there were several amenities and services I specifically looked for to help narrow down my decision in moving. Advenir offered them all. Just to give a clearer picture; valet trash service, flex payments for rent, sunroof for my plants, and several other things... now, it seem as if new management has come to the property and they are changing things up that inconviently impacts not only me but Im certain many other tenants. Taking the flex payment system away is a scary and unsettling thing. Many of us are still trying to navigate through this horrible inflation where food cost about twice of what it use to be. Electricity has skyrocketed and many other obligations. With flex we were able to have a little wiggle room and pay our rent comfortably and still make due to provide for our families... management is now revising that option and we will now have to worry about late fees and evictions. Honestly, if I had known new management would be taking over and doing away with this convenient service, I would have never moved here. Ontop of that, I still have to smell weed smoke in my master bedroom often from one of the neighbors smoking. Im very unpleased and upset about this.
Ive really had a terrible experience in these apartments over the last few months. I do not recommend moving here. Yesterday, on 09/29/2024, my car’s tire was stolen in broad daylight. We arrived around 3 pm, and by 6 pm, I noticed the tire was gone. This is unbelievable. I filed a report with the police, called the office and left a message, reported it on the apartment website, and still have not been contacted. Also have more complaints: 1.They don’t pick up the trash on Sundays, and if you leave more than one bag, they complain right away. 2.A few months ago, a package was stolen from my apartment door. The security in these apartments is getting worse and worse, and they don’t seem to be doing anything to improve it, like installing cameras or hiring private security to patrol the area. For those considering moving here, I suggest thinking twice. On top of that, 3.when you submit a maintenance request, it takes days or even weeks for them to address it.
Due to the fact that I work during valet trash hours I get charged an extra$25 on top of paying extra on rent for valet trash. To the office that responded. Dont front like we talked a good talk. Yall told me its not yall problem. Yall have people thats working on the roof staying in the vacant apartments. The real reason Im moving is because my package got stolen when they moved across from me. Trash stay outside by the vacant door. I wonder if they getting charged $25 a day? One of my cars got broken into as well. No laws came out nothing. I gave my reply to not renew my lease 40 days out the lease, and the manager gonna tell me, not ask or talk about a solution. But instead gonna tell me Im forced to stay there for another month. I told her I cant do it and they tell me well you can move wherever but you still gonna pay whatever. I guess thats why I never gotten a eviction paperwork after almost two months. The gate stay broken, they never answer the phone, and they barely in the office. Its a lot of crooked things going on at this apartment. Btw I still havent gotten no notice and Im not there but come by to see if they put it on the door. Thru my investigation that Im doing, I see that yall trying to go to court about it on January 14, but I havent got any paperwork about it.. well see yall there.
I honestly wouldnt give this place any stars. To be the apartments are hug but the up keep is horrible. No one is never really in the office and they never answer the phone. I left after the first year because I was too embarrassed to even have family over. The appliance are old and dirty. Go look for yourself!!! Dont waste time or money here. They over charge for everything.Look else where!
We moved here in september i love the big spacious rooms. they are family friendly with a playground for the children, and the ladies in the office have been so very nice to work with. we also won a raffle for a 65 inch smart tv! that was a blessing. we love it here.
WARNING: I’ve been here a little over a year and I have had the WORST experience in life!- Toxic mold in unit- Neighbor apartment raiding TWICE!- Appliances not working- No light fixtures in 2nd bedroom- Only ONE courtesy parking spot, additional 50$ for second one (TOWING ENFORCED)- Gates always broken- Unclean property- Courtesy officer never available- 25$ fee for trash if left out before 6pm and after 9pm- Trash vallet hardly ever consistent- Unruly neighbors- Low water pressure- Poor response from office staff- Poor response from maintenance staff- Broken mail boxThe list goes on and on! A traumatic experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone!!! SO FED UP!
I honestly loved the interaction I had with the community Manager Ms. Liz, she’s an absolute pleasure to work with. Although I didn’t lease there she gave me plenty of options and locations within the area to check out! Thank you so much Liz!
Towing is RIDICULOUS. I dropped something off to my friend and was in there less than 30 min and my car was gone. I talked to some of my friends neighbors and they felt the same way. The front office doesn’t care and is inconsiderate. You think they would have visitor parking for the situation but apparently not.
Edit 2: Ranked 1 star prior, but updated to 3 star due to seeing some improvement (added patrol, added camera at entrance, etc), especially under the new manager who has been more responsive to complaints and questions and has done stuff to help unlike the past manager.Edit 1: Huge problem with weed smokers as well and management does nothing about it if you report it their smoke is seeping into your apartment. If you smoke it and/or sell it, they dont care.Car break-ins are at all time high. It seems at minimum I see a post or two each week of someones car having been broken into lately on Neighbors feed in Ring app. Also theres lots of pot heads so it reeks often of weed in most of the complex. People leave trash out not using the bins as others have said and valet trash is wildly inconsistent when they come to pick up trash on the days they do come, sometimes 8pm, sometimes 12am, 3am, 7am, or sometimes just not at all, even on days theyre supposed to. Also notice how pretty much all the 1 and 2 star reviews have lots of helpful likes...The only thing thats going for these apartments is its location and the floor plans with extra indoor area (sunroom) but thats it. They really need to put a vehicle/license plate scanner like some of the other surrounding apartments have done to curb the amount of car break-ins. And video camera by gates to help with identifying the criminals who regularly do this because it does seem its the same crooks that break in for it to happen so often. And the complex should ask the county/precinct to do more patrols through the complex to be honest. Just extremely disappointed and sad.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the amenities are well-maintained. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I’m giving 5 stars because this pace is ran by a lovely manager name Claudia that helped me resolve any issue I needed resolved, it’s been a solid place to call home.
I’ve only been here since end of March and this has been one of the WORST experiences I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. This area is full of crime. Day 2 of moving here, there were car break ins. I tried brushing it off and giving it a chance. Couple months later, more car break ins. Kids walk around behind the Amazon delivery truck stealing packages as they’re placed. My package was stolen from my door despite me having a camera. Upstairs neighbors have kids running around all day everyday up to 3-4am sounding like they’re body slamming grown men. Nothing is done about it.Topping it all off, my truck was STOLEN 2 DAYS AGO with my one year old baby girl in the backseat as I was going back and forth from my unit taking groceries in! The keys weren’t in the car and I left it running because there was no parking spots near the unit, so I parked directly in front of my hall. I was going back and forth with my two oldest sons and wasn’t even in my apartment when two men hopped in and drove off! This has been tremendously traumatizing for me! Some woman calls me about having my trash sitting outside the door this morning when it was supposed to be picked up YESTERDAY. Valet picks and choose when they want to do pickups but I’m told they didn’t pick it up because it wasn’t left in a trash can.. looking around, NO ONE puts their trash outside in a trash can but I’m targeted because I live by the “model unit” I’ve never had a problem with my trash not being picked up (whenever they did come) outside of the trashcan. She told me with an attitude that I’d be getting charged $25 per bag and there were two there, so I told the woman about the vehicle theft that happened 2 days ago and all I get is “Well did you report it to police?” & I’ll let my manager know” I told her they were all over the complex! Why tf wouldn’t I call the police? No apology nor sympathy but you’re more worried about a trash bag sitting outside which isn’t even my problem when my child and vehicle was just taken. Still haven’t heard back about my truck but my daughter is back and safe. Don’t move here, period! Can’t wait to get far away from here!
Cant say much about the office employees but the maintenance crew is amazing! Theyre very approachable if I have questions and I stop them in the parking lot and definitely get things done in a timely manner. Very appreciative of Alex especially he has been a life saver since I moved in. I do give the maintenance crew ONLY 5 stars as they really try to do everything they can to get things done in a timely manner.
I’ll begin by saying that Maysie was wonderfully Pleasant, Professional and Informative. I made an appointment, about a week prior, for a tour, but was not able to physically see an apartment that day. That was somewhat a Red Flag. I rescheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, after reading the reviews, I’ll just have to see for myself. Nevertheless, 5 Stars for Maysie!

I just moved into these apartments over the Labor Day weekend. Before I moved in I was told they needed more time to get the apartment ready and if I would change my move in date which I was able to work around it. The day I moved in one of the office employees told me that she had seen a few roaches and that pest control would be coming Friday. A few roaches were ok. I can handle a few roaches. But there is an entire roach infestation in that apartment. Roaches in every room from ceiling to floor. I had to take two trips in order to move my stuff. By time I came back from the first trip there were roaches on all of my things, food included which I’ve had to throw away. I had to send my two children to stay with someone else until it is safe for them. I’ve spent money out of my own pocket trying to kill them. I was gaslit and it was downplayed about the “few” roaches and was told well it’s too late because I already paid rent and signed the lease. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve experienced and unlivable conditions. The photos I’ve posted doesn’t even begin to show what I’ve seen or had to kill since being there.
Was a visitor of a tenant and everyone I went over I got sick. Eventually the tenant found mold all throughout her apartment and was only relocated to another unit which also has mold. Not acceptable for their tenants or their visitors!
I have been a resident here for 3 years and honestly it has not been all that pleasant. I am currently typing this review at 1:30am while our smoke detector alarms blast nonstop throughout the night into the morning. We’ve tried everything so we know that it is a maintenance matter, I believe an electrical issue .This is the 2nd time we’ve experienced this, and the first time we dealt with the faulty alarms for 3 days before maintenance came to (temporarily) fix the problem as we were told it was not an emergency. This way disappointing considering I do have a young daughter who can’t sleep. But I have yet to mention the number of things that have fallen apart in this complex since I’ve lived here like our window that leaks water every time it rains despite being told by maintenance that it was fixed or the huge hole in the roof outside that things always fall out of. Although the staff has always been friendly, unfortunately the quality of the apartments leave little to be desired. I would have left sooner if moving wasn’t an inconvenience, but this will definitely be our last renewal.
Absolutely amazing experience with Christian! She has been so understanding, and has answered all of my questions. Since the tour she has been with me every step of the way! Today I signed my lease and I have never felt so comfortable. I am currently going through a very difficult situation and she made everything so smooth, and easy for me. I am beyond excited to what this year at Advenir brings to my life! The location of the complex if perfect, shops everywhere. Pricing was reasonable. Apartment complex all around was nice. The unit itself is spacious, and rooms are a decent size!
The office is unorganized it has gone down since management has changed ! They constantly tow cars over there . In addition they have all these restrictions when it comes paying your rent ! I wish the staff would be more action oriented instead of parlaying missing in action when the residents need assistance. The cherry on top is they don’t have visitors parking ! Car could be gone in matter of 5-10 they should keep that in mind for grocery , food delivery , and Amazon ! These people use regular cars to work .sad place to live i would never recommend to even a homeless person . Oh they don’t take money orders or any type renters assistance.

The only reason I gave this place a star is to write a review. The leasing staff is irresponsible and unprofessional they make statements that they claim to document and do not, giving false information, I would record every time you go speak to one of them and make sure they state their names because they seem to forget who they are and what they’ve said. I’ve had my car towed from here 12 months after I moved in after specifically asking how to add another vehicle to my account and I’ve had my wifi box thrown in the trash they claim after asking to return to picking it up and given the option to store it for someone else to pick up at a later date of returning keys having to leave suddenly due to military purposes! Which you know att charges you for not returning merchandise after canceling. The manager smiled and stated you’re just going to have to take that lick and that they never made a document stating to store it.
Unfortunately had to break lease due to vehicle property damage. New to the area and wanted somewhere more secure to adjust to our new jobs and environment. Office staff were very compassionate and maintenance team very quick to handle any of our concerns! Also loved their rewards program supporting community engagement, with easy-to-earn gift cards to popular stores and restaurants.
My move in day was a few days ago and now I don’t want to move in and I’m staying with family. There have been a lot of roaches and the place reeks of pot and there are beer cans and tops all over the stairs. Ok, I can make it here a year,But wait, then I received an email stating that the gym closes at 10 and no guest or anyone under 18 can enter. What about my daughter, or bestie. Nope, I have to get a sitter because “we can’t let some members have special privileges.” Also, when she told me it was 24 hrs, “that was just a courtesy that others abused”, but now that I’ve signed the lease, before I have used any amenities, it’s no longer allowed.Oh, and when I washed my first load of laundry, there was water, mold, and rust in the dryer. The lent collector was wet, completely rusted, and moldy, the door and inside of the dryer is wet and rusted, and I turned it on, to see how much water was in the dryer, between the drum, water started pouring out of the sides. I called and asked for a new dryer but they said they would clean this one.I asked, “how are you going to clean the mold out of the inside?” She stated, “there is no proof there is mold on the inside.”She also stated that maintenance was backed up and it’s not a priority for them to get to it because it probably still works.This is flood damage and dangerous. I don’t feel comfortable putting my kids in there. It does have mold, it could catch fire from the electrical soaking in water. You can also see water stains on the floor in the pictures. 😬Stay away!!!
Just moved in. Apartment is very spacious. Could have been a great experience had my apartment not been dirty. Nobody did a walk through with me. Was told cleaners would come “back out”.. all they did was pick up the hanger on the floor. Still splatters on the blinds. Still debri in the closets and corners. Stove still dirty. Great way to welcome me to town. Thank you so much.

I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath with sun room and it is very nice. Love the counter tops and crown molding. Having a bathroom in each room is a great deal. The actual complex is quiet at night. Would definitely refer someone here if that conversation ever came up. Office staff is super nice and takes care of everything great energy great vibes. Great place to live
If I have to hear this insanely loud fire alarm one more time, Im going to lose it. This can permanently damage someones hearing, let alone a pets!
Live with my boyfriend and they steal and break into cars over here, if you don’t have insurance or your can isn’t anti theft please BEWARE. I should’ve know from the first day he moved over where it was a car on BRICKS then a couple weeks after that my BF truck was broken into and then a car was broken into right in the side of my car and then 2 months later (yesterday morning) my car was STOLEN. They do NOTHING but sweep up the glass and go on about they life. The onsite officer does NOTHING but park her car in the front of the building. Think twice before signing that lease because theft is at an all time high especially where buildings 7 and so on is at.
Cant speak to the actual complex but Maysie was so thorough, efficient and just great overall during the tour! I would absolutely recommend coming in and speaking with her, if interested. She was wonderful!

I just recently toured this apartment complex and was assisted by Alba. She was so courteous and very knowledgeable. She gave me very detailed information about the unit I toured and informed me about the great amenities. Alba was a pleasure to speak with and has a great personality.Update to my review:Ive only lived here for a short while and Im very impressed with the staff and the maintenance here. The process of touring different units from signing the leasing contract and moving was very smooth for me. The staff in the leasing office are very welcoming and non-judgemental. The staff will also address issues you may have while still being courteous. As of recently I had a maintenance issue which was promptly addressed and fixed within 24 hours. I wasnt expecting such a quick response but nonetheless it was fixed and Im very content now.
Where do I start? I’ve been here a year. The turnover rate with the office and maintenance is horrible. Nobody ever on the same page.The manager lies and says she going to get things taken care of when she is barely there.The towed my car and lost it for a week. Manager said there is nothing she can do about it. Also contact regional manager and nothing. Can’t get to work to pay bills but they will be quick to put an eviction on door. Every month it’s something. Wish I could get a hold of the owner. Car break ins, gate stays open, no patrol on property. I might as well go to greenspoint smh

Terrible services never answer the phone they have the schedule on google maps for the lease office go over multiple times and it’s always closed. I need to talk to one of your representatives asap, charging fees to my wife even when she moved out of this more than 8 months ago. And it’s really affecting her finances. We may need to use our lawyer in this situation
My husband and I are in need of a new apartment and found this property. We had such a great experience and the person who toured us…her name was Christian I believe. She was amazing and professional. The property is nice and the 2BR was very spacious. I’m hopeful we’ll get a chance to live here.
Mixed reviews. I appreciate the maintenance request completions. However, it would be great to have a planned day/time (window) for repairs, etc. Biggest ?? is that this complex has only 1 dumpster & its at the end of the property. Valet trash doesnt always get picked up, then no pickup on Friday or Saturday. Power goes out at the site of rain in Bldg 9 and sometimes Bldg 8. It may not be the fault of property mgmt, but it happens more often than not. Frustrating when you have school & work from home. I know it could be worst anywhere else, but upon deciding on a residential location I would totally choose a different place. I pray this information is taken as constructive criticism and gets better. This complex IS in a great location. Close to a lot of retail and restaurants

The application process was okay, but that’s not where I have the problem. I was not able to do a walk through because I was told they were too busy. Well then here comes move in day (02/01/2023), many things were broken and I was greeted with roaches. I mentioned to the MANAGER and she told me that it was livable conditions, in other words deal with it. Now lets fast forward to today (this week), anytime I call they do NOT answer the phone nor return calls. I called Tuesday (02/21/2023) with a request about the washer leaking, the dryer taking 2 days to dry clothes and how my window screens are full of holes. Here it is Friday, nobody has called or anything. So at this point I have been unable to wash clothes.Update 08/01/2023Dryer still not replaced, screens still not replaced. Requested pest control two months ago, still haven’t been seen. Sink fell through the cabinet, called the office manager and she had an attitude like someone did something to her. I really wish I could be released from my lease.
This is my third year living at Advenir at Eagle Creek . This is just not another community, the people in the office and the residents are like family. The property manager is very professional. Any issue you has she resolves it quickly. Everyone down to the maintenance crew always have a positive attitude . They love getting to know the resident. I would definitely referred this property as a great place to live.
My family and I choose this community based off the reviews. We didnt visit in person due to living in another state. We moved in yesterday and it was not what we expected. The garage was not cleaned at all despite oil spots.Next the actual unit. We have spotted at least 4 roaches, there isnt a light nor ceilng fan in the 2nd room and the washer and dryer is very old (rusted and doesnt work properly). I have already put in a work order which was completed today and it still doesnt work, therefore I had to out another work in.It hasnt been pleasant so far.
Husband just saw thieves brazenly walking around the parking lot in SKI MASKS from our window . I know multiple residents have voiced concerns over safety here lately and wondering why the property , as large as it is, doesn’t have night security. I have called HPD and just emailed management about the incident as well . I know other residents called as well as the constable had already arrived while we were on the phone. We just moved in and were drawn to this property because of the good reviews but sadly don’t feel safe here. Every night we are in fear for our safety and this is not the way to live.

I met with Cara, who is a leasing specialist and she is super informative about the community. Fortunately for me, they had slashed the rent amounts when I moved in! Main criteria for my move in were: Proximity to stores, rent amounts, community size; Advenir met all the three criteria. I’m so disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I have not been here long and already I’m thinking about moving. I addressed my concerns to the front office on Saturday and nothing was done about them. I even called and left a message for the office manager and got no call back. It may have been a five star in the past, but I’m speaking on now and in my opinion I wish I would have looked further. There has multiple car burglaries and management failed to notify the tenants, the buildings are in dire need of a pressure washing, there is trash constantly being left on porches for days which causes an odor and flies, the parking is horrible, and etc. I know for a fact I want be renewing my lease if I even make it that far.
Being here for almost a year, I can say that although the apartment complex can be nice from within, they do nothing to keep it nice outside. Multiple car break ins, cars being stolen…all while an “officer” is sitting at the front of the apartment complex probably asleep. The fact that the email simply just states that its our responsibility, lock our doors and hide stuff from plain view so thieves wont break into our cars, like yeah, sure that will definitely deter crime. Listen, as someone who is a police officer within these apartments, its not worth it. Not worth having to peak out the window to see if your car is being broken into, or being stolen. Maybe the apartment should hire security guards to ride around in the golf carts, or an officer who actually drives around and works. I deal with enough things at work, I would like to be able to come home and relax and not feel like Im at work again, clearly this apartment complex does not care enough to listen to their customers.

He was very professional and explained any possible preventative measures I could do. I would recommend him to complete my service requests anytime!!!*updated* 10/21/22I will continue to shout-out the quick response of the maintenance team. Fernando came promptly and fixed my ac issues quickly! Very efficient and reliable!
Christian was very professional and provided all the information I needed for smooth transition. Lorena, the manager, also assisted in expediting the process. Overall, becoming the latest member of the community was a very pleasant experience.

This Place has been good vibes so far . Came into the office today and it was short staffed. Nonetheless Christian still got me in and out within minutes with an office full of potential residents . I have been living at Advenir at Eagle Creek for almost 3 years. I love it here! The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The maintenance is excellent and quick to fix things. The property is kept up well and quiet. Parking is good for the most part except late at night on the weekends. The parking lot and community is well lit at night.I certainly recommend staying here.
The apartments are very spacious. The move in process was pretty easy and management made it hassle free. The manager was responsive and understanding to our needs through out the whole process.
Alex. S did an amazing job helping us. He was very thorough with finding the problem, after other maintenance rushed and skipped over it. we truly appreciate him so much and are happy to have him on site.

These apartment are the worst to live in DO NOT MOVE IN. Had to break my lease early, crime here all the time, broken windows and stoles wheels and tires and NOBODY CARES. There’s a new person there every week and there’s trash everywhere and no organization and everyone always smoking weedDO NOT MOVE IN
Every since I have moved into the apartment complex, I have always loved the property but not the management staff. BUT since Lorena and the new office staff have taken over they have done a amazing job. I love their attention to detail and their constant awareness of things going on in the community. Whoever hired these young ladies deserve a high five. I will be renewing my lease because of those 3 individuals and the maintenance staff.Thank you sooooooooooooooo much Lorena for the lighting, gates and constant beautiful additions to our community .

Okay, I’m deleting my old review (which was in favor of Advenir) in order to give a new review!So I’m giving this place 5 stars! (Previously 4)My lease is coming up for renewal and I’m SAD to say I won’t be renewing, but NOT because something is wrong BUT because I purchased a House!Let me start of by saying this, the staff...guys the staff are really nice and helpful! They just make you feel welcome and you never feel rushed or under valued.The units are very nice looking, I love their setup. Maintenance is fast if you ever have issues. Overall my stay here has been a pleasing experience. I’m sure my departing process will be just as pleasant and smooth.I 100% recommend this community as your next home! You won’t regret it 👍🏻

Ive been at Advenir for over two years now. And the staff is polite and helpful to the living accomodations as well as any insight needed about the up and coming changes of the complex. Im appreciative of management and I look forward to whatever upgrades that Advenir At Eagle Creek will implement in the future. Thank you.
I Honestly don’t see how this place has all these good reviews, yes the front office girls are sweet and do what they can but this place grounds are horrible. Come ride and see for yourself.. Trash all over the community especially around the 700 building!!! Trash compactor been brokers for almost a year so they just have a big dumpster by the back gate and the road way where we supposed to exit and where kids with for the bus!!! please take my advice and move elsewhere this place is the worst I stayed at along the Beltway!!!
II just want to say by far this is one of the best apartment complex I have ever lived in the managers Mrs. Lorena and Elma are so sweet very patient and very thoughtful this is a wonderful apartment complex to live in very clean . love living here, the Management crew is very compassionate and understanding. Looking for a new apartment at Advenir was a breeze. The lady who helped me find my new apartment home was Chloe. She was very help, polite and generous. The application process was extremely fast and I was approved within 30 minutes. Chloe helped me through my application process with many questions and answers. Ive never had this type of experience before when it came to apply for an apartment. Her generosity was relentless and I look forward to a great living at the Advenir.
I scheduled a tour for today at 9:00 a.m. and received multiple email reminders about the appointment. I get to the leasing office door (on time, might I add) and it was locked..I rang the doorbell and no one came.I finally called the number on the website and some person who is not even on the property (apartment management is now outsourcing customer service?), tells me that she would have to contact another number to see why no one was there. The person then says, Well I see that you did schedule an appointment for 9 a.m. this morning... and I informed her that I knew what I scheduled-I wouldnt lie about having an appointment, especially one that I left so early in the morning to attend.I told the person that I was spoke to, to let whomever she spoke with at Advenir know that I would not be back and that it was very poor customer service to not even call or have a note on the door if they were going to be late. The person appeared to want to keep me in the phone, as though I was going to change my mind. I interrupted her and told her that I was leaving and to let whomever she spoke with at Advenir know that I was actually on time.With gas & apartment rates being so high, and what appears to be price gouging going on, you would think that this leading office would have top notch customer service.
I just moved in a week ago, the apartments are very nice and quiet. The front office Alba and Lorena was very helpful and professional. Alba was there with me through the whole process. I had an issue and it was resolved quickly.
The worst place I’ve ever lived by far. The first week in my kitchen sink fell in also my bathroom sink was leaking water under it. The house was not tho cleaned and as the days pass I noticed that the carpet had pet hair all in it! Disgusting af! I can put a clean pair of black leggings down on the carpet and when I pick them up long strands of pet hair are in my clothing. The screen door has been broken for over a month (no point in letting them know) now it’s 6weeks later and my toilet is broken and shower is not draining. I put in a request thinking it would be considered “urgent” nope still I come home and can’t even flush my toilet without filling the back part up with water. The assistant manager has been very helpful I swear she should work at a better property! I have a hard time receiving mail. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have NEVER moved here. So think twice before moving in. The office is really nice and clean! I think because these apartments are so old they have issues but that’s no excuse! I had to change my review because 1. Leasing consultant said I could receive a spare mailbox and gate key (mailbox key didn’t even work) and 2. My first experience wasn’t so bad but upon actually moving in and living here within the first two weeks proven otherwise. Yet I can still say the staff is very friendly.
I just moved into Advenir and Alex & Antonio have been great help to fix things in my apartment. They look into everything I have brought up to them. Thanks a bunch guys!
Been here only a few weeks and have nothing but amazing things to say. The end of the first week I was here while walking to check the mail, my cat fell into the pool while following me. Unfortunately I dont know how to swim but thankfully the AMAZING receptionist Chloe did. She without hesitation came out to the pool and jumped right in to get Skittles. Despite Skittles being shook up from the water he made it thanks to Chloe. This place is outstanding and has a great life saving staff.
The staff is very welcoming and lovely, they helped me with choosing one of the apartments that fit my preferences, very responsive to all my questions. Everything just went so smoothly, a great experience overall.
Melanie signed us up and did a great job. We were her first clients. We had an issue with our door and Albert came right out and fixed it very quickly and gave us new keys for the new lock.

Honestly, I cant image anyone giving this place more than 2-stars, unless they live right next to the management office. The other buildings are generally dirty, trash pickup is regularly missed, the back exit is always full of trash, the odor from the landfill is terrible on foggy or certain windy days, music is often loud, I had a very rude and vulgar neighbor that was never properly dealt with, the sink fell from the counter and didnt get fixed for 2 weeks, the ac stopped working and didnt get fixed for 5 days, the bedroom fan was replaced because it didnt work with probably the cheapest model in the market, the gates are regularly not working, the highway traffic noise is constant (on the 3rd floor) and the assistant manager has a mean attitude. Positives... complex manager is always there to listen and try to help, cost is generally cheaper than other places.
Ive had a great experience with the office staff during my move-in process. Theyve addressed any issues I had and resolved them within a timely manner.
It is with a genuine approach and objective review that I must say the new management that is being coordinated by Lorena is extraordinary compare and contrast of the past employees. The level of attentiveness and attention the office that provides is not artificial nor abbreviated is sincere and what they welcome ear. They are open approachable and make themselves part of the community and I think that is the biggest contribution and change to this complex. Elma is excellent. The office staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. We were given a thorough tour of the property. The 2br. 2 bath floor plan is the best. Its spacious and the sun room is an added bonus. Great use of space. Although, its a little pricier than surrounding properties with similar square footage and amenities. What can I say about this place? IT IS AWESOME, IT IS WORTH YOUR MONEY! The staff and management are so nice and professional. The space of the rooms are great! Me and my husband are so happy to live here. Definitely one of the best apartments I have ever lived.
I have lived here for two years. It is a relatively nice community that is quiet. The staff have always been friendly. However, the rent is very pricey for the apartment that you get. It may be the area, but 1400 for a two bedroom is very expensive. They have claimed they are upgrading the apartments for six months and nothing has been updated. They will also put fees in that you will not be made aware of. A month to month rent option has a $200 fee attached to it, but they will not tell you that on your offer letter. I now have to pay them money because they did not inform me of that fee. It is very unprofessional.Overall, the apartments are nice and the community is safe, but you will be paying a lot for those ammenities.
Really nice place and was looking forward to moving here but Im highly upset that my deposit was equal to first months rent when I have no broken leases or evictions. I explained to them that I lost my car due to Hurricane Harvey which caused me to get behind on my credit card and they still would not help. Nice complex but upset I wasted my money thinking the deposit was 300 and they refused to give me s chance and work with me when I have good rental history. Wanted to add the ladies in the office are extremely nice especially Meloney.
Advenir at Eagle Creek are some really nice apartment to live in everything is safe and well maintain and the staff here is great.One of the thing I love the most about them is that they are very informative when thing are going on around the complex weather is new fixture or what have you . They always email you to keep you in the loop and Elissa one of the leasing coordinator is very awesome every time theirs a need for maintain in my apt she make sure to send out my requested to get the job done. I moved from Apartment 523 to 224 due to the convincing information given. I had already turned in my letter of intent to move out 2 months ago, however, I was convinced to remain at the apartment complex due to a special that was available for clients who lived in the complex. I was unable to see the apartment due to another customer was in the apartment, so I was shown the unit show room of how the apartment I would move in. The Ice Maker was broken in the refrigerator was broken, the laundry room light fixture did not work, the dryer in the unit was broken. The Ice Maker was broken in the freezer was broken, the laundry room light fixture did not work, the dryer in the unit was broken. The garbage disposal was broken, a smoke alarm was left on the kitchen counter. Should I say more, my goodness. I almost feel like this was purposely done because they all were aware and no attempt was made to fix this issue, even though there were broken promises.Update on 05/26/2020I tried to cook something on the stove, and it caught on fire this morning. So, I have no way cooking or drying my clothes. My washer/dryer and ceiling fan are still at the other location. Are they trying to keep my appliances? I was told that the microwave would be installed, the stove would replace, my personal washer and dryer would be transferred to this new unit, and my personal shower head. Of course, not even one issue was done. I am shocked and disappointed that this would occur after I have been very respectful to all of them especially when there are issues in my apartment my old apartment. This need to be safe and comfortable place to call home when paying over $1500 a month.Update 05/27/20Well I did receive a new microwave, however, the stove and black ash from the fire that occurred on yesterday was not replaced. The dryer was still broken and the garbage disorder does not work at all. They replaced my shower head and most of the light fixtures. I think they may have left one in my master bathroom. I do not want them leaving my washer/dryer and ceiling fans out of my cost. But they still need to replace the stove and fix the front lock. I have to place a book case in front every night so I can feel safe. The front door knob needs repairing and there is still a hole in my socket. So, I cant cook or dry my clothes. Washeteria: Here I come!Let me recap on my previous statement made on 05/01/2018. This complex finally fixed the AC unit by replacing with a new unit. I am now a happy customer. The maintenance man is no longer employed with this company, which is a plus for this company. They hired a new maintenance person, who appears to be on his job. Request for maintenance issues are being fulfilled in a timely manner, which is awesome. Everything is back to normal as the most fabulous place to live. Every apartment has rough edges however they are willing to fix their errors to make their customers as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much and Kudos to the manager and assistant manager of this property. Now if they can just work on a solution for the cost of living, Additionally, they need to figure out another resource for the extended gate that is broken every three days after it is fixed.July 1, 2018I went by the office to pay my rent and met the most friendliest agent Elisa. I was waiting on a few packages as well. The office had a very pleasant aroma from this automated machine. I asked about the broken gate and she assured this would be fixed with a possible camera, which seem like a great idea to at catch the person who are continuing to break the gate. Anyway, this property is living up to their name of being the best apartments to live. What would have made this a better home was to include attached garages then you may have a low turn-over of clients. My apartment has a sun room, which has made an awesome office with plenty of sunlight and space. The arcs and wood floors are very nice. I wish I was able to afford a three-bedroom for my guests. Hiring a new Porter will make a big difference for small details. Kudos!
I love being in this beautiful place; I have a spectacular view of the pool. The work team is very friendly and efficient, the service tech Anibal on several occasions has given me a solution to the maintenance situations in my apartment; great job from everyone I recommend it.
Looking for a new home is stressful but thanks to the tour that Chloe took me on it she made it painless. Chloe is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I would totally recommend coming to see Chloe if you are interested in someone being friendly and knowledgeable.
My name is andrew A. Gerard. I am a resident at this complex. I have lived here since 2012. First in apt. 321 and now apt. 324. In the 5 years I have been here there have been good managers and great ones. But none have come close to the excellent manager who is here now. Ms. Lorena Magana is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. She shows compassion and has a gentle ear. As manager she has tackled major and minor problems with expertise and resolve. It is understandable that sometimes things take time. Her office staff are also great. It seems that Viviana and Elma were hand picked and they make a fantastic team at this complex. Advenir At Eagle Creek has come up with a winning team at this complex. Please keep up the good work !!!!!!!
Won’t be coming back! By far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived. The gates are always broken and stuck open. There is always a full trash compactor with trash all over the place. Not to mention the trash service will sometimes not get your trash, because a raccoon issue we have been battling with for months now tear into the trash, and then the apartments will charge you for having trash all over the place. None of the amenities the offer work. The gym is falling apart and is nasty. The pool has ripped out lights in the water and is always dirty. I got some sticky stuff sprayed all over my truck and the apartment seers nothing was sprayed the day before but it was so caked up on my front windshield I couldn’t see out of it so proof I didn’t drive it home. The apartment wouldn’t do anything, so went to the car wash amenity, and with out fail, it doesn’t work and there is trash crammed into the drain. Need me to go on? My kitchen sink is being held up by 2 pieces of wood. My dryer never dries and gets moister built up inside of it somehow. The only nice thing about the apartment is the front office. DO NOT RENT HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
2 stars just because the apartments are aesthetically pleasing, but other than that, Ive been very upset the past 2 months Ive lived here. Ive put in multiple maintence requests and no one has come by to fix my broken fire alarm. The water sometimes stinks. My shower pressure sucks. No one ever takes the trash out of the doggy stations or refills the bags. Theres also a wasp nest (Ive tried calling but no one ever answers the office phone) in the doggy station thats closest to my building. I found that out because I got stung twice. Im paying for pest control so that shouldnt be an issue. Parking is also ridiculous. After working all day, the last thing I wanna do it park 3 buildings away from where I live because people that arent even residents took all the parking. If Im pay over $1000 a month for a 1 bedroom, I shouldnt be having the problems that Im dealing with.

This team is amazing! The improvements the right person can make in such short time are incredible and the manager Lorena has proven to be the missing piece to the puzzle. Her leadership has made all the difference in the property and the proof is in the people who live here now.
Dominic freeman is hands down one of the best representatives that Advenir has to offer , she made me feel comfortable asking questions helping me with all my issues I had concerns about felt very satisfied with the professionalism. I recommend her she will answer all your questions with a polite welcoming smile.
Rented for a whole year. I moved into the third floor and down stairs neighbor would complain about us walking!! Even wrote us a bad letter like if they paid our bills or something. A/c broke on us twice!! The first I was at work all day so I didn’t see the time they fixed it the second time they told me he would be here at 4pm but he wasn’t here until 8pm!!!! While my apartment was at 84• I called them and they said they had no maintenance on the property but a broke a/c is an emergency! I have a baby and he was all sweaty all day!! Parking is not available around 400’s I have to park sometimes alllll the way to the guest gate! Lease is almost done and I’m excited to leave.
I’m not looking to move until the next year but I came to Advenir to tour just to see if it was something I’d be interested in and Chloe was my leasing professional. Chloe was so enthusiastic about the property and made sure to answer all of the questions I had. Whenever I’m ready to move I’m definitely coming back to her.

This place is not safe at all less than 3 months ago about 10 to 15 cars got broken into including my car and my husband’s work truck. Took a lot of valuables what did they do NOTHING!!! Again less than 3 weeks ago my husbands truck got broken into again stole more stuff now Saturday 10/24/2020 the garage that we pay extra for got broken into and yet again took more tools and those tools my husband used to provide for his family. What’s next they break into my apartment while my kid are in there? I’m still waiting on them to come fix the bottom of my sink that has mold for the past 6 months. Rent is too high to not feel safe and get broken into once a week
I’ve recently moved in these apartments with my boyfriend and they are absolutely amazing. The people at the front office are very professional and polite. They have a courtesy officer on duty who walks around the property and responds to calls in a timely manor. I haven’t had any issues since I’ve lived here and I highly recommend these apartments.
As a tenant living her for the last year, I would have to say things get done appropriately! Yea the gates break but the maintenance guys are always on it as soon as they get here and start working. It’s not the complex’s fault that the gates break, it’s the people who are inconsiderate and try to sneak in behind residents. But since Lorena became manager, and Elma and Viviana joined the team everything seems more fast paced and caring. The parking is becoming easier since they’ve taken over. Any issue you have will be addressed or fixed within a timely manner.
I came for a tour the two bedroom floor plan and was toured by Chloe! She was amazing and very informative during our tour. I’m in the process of apartment hunting and let me tell you, customer service has A LOT to do with my decision on where I decide to live.

Just moved into this apartments and they already broke into my truck this apartments are bad even my neighbor told me they broke into his vehicle. They claim to have a security officer but I have never seen one. The Maintence people have a bad attitude when they go to work on anything. The Apartment Manager never returns calls this Apartment complex is a mess would not recommend it to no one.
I have nothing but rave reviews about this place!!!! If you are ever looking to move here please ask for Miriah she is amazing... she made what should have been the most complicated part of the move into the easiest.. she was polite, professional, efficient... from the application to the lease signing it only took 2 hours Id like to personally thank her for for making this so easy and would refer her anyday 🤗🤗

Notified them weeks ago someone had something explode or threw something all over the walls outside my apartment. It started to grow mold. They said it would be weeks before they could pressure wash it. They inconvenience you all the time. Was told they were coming into my apartment to do a fire inspection. Then 2 days later they were coming to inspect for leaks and change air filters. Never replaced my dirty air filter. 3 days later my dryer broke and wouldnt turn on. Said they would be here after lunch, 2-2:30pm. Went to the office at 5:30 after work and they said 1st thing tomorrow. When I said thats unacceptable, they said they would do it before they left tonight. As I write this at 7:45pm it is still broken. After living here 3 years I will give my notice to vacate tomorrow. Unacceptable living conditions.Edit:4 weeks later, walls outside my door growing mold is still not clean.They fixed the fact that the dryer wouldnt turn on the next day BUT the timer to the dryer was broken and it wont turn off unless manually turned off. My clothes dried for 7 hrs one night. Work order placed over a week ago and still not fixed.I asked for the letter for my 60 day notice 2 weeks ago (apparently they have a form for you to fill out) it was never sent. I went into the office today 5/8 and reminded them, said it would be sent in the next 20 minutes. It was never sent.
HORRIBLE! management here completely sucks but i can Lorena does get things moving. not as fast as most properties but it eventually gets done. rarely see the courtesy officer that was bragged upon when moving here. no rules are being followed! gates into & out of the property are always broken. paying over 1,000 dollars and these apartments aren’t worth the penny. had a few neighbors who was severely damaged by hurricane harvey and received eviction notices. even when all car garages flooded out ! personal items were LOST and can you believe they have just started on the work?! we are still being charged for garages and storage units that we cannot use! so why are we paying for it if all belongings were moved of August 31, when the storm moved out everyone began to clean. management did not acknowledge our damages until the 2nd to 3rd week in October. not to mention this was after notices were put into each door of balances and charges that was INCORRECT! not even a email was sent to see if we were ok. every car was js about flooded and received water damage and the community pretty much try to work amongst each other because you can call the front office everyday and leaves messages and you won’t receive one back. putting in any kind of maintenance request is not worth the time. my filter doesn’t get changed unless i ask for one and change it myself. many toilets have been broken since the Hurricane and were still waiting for some time of repair! please believe when my lease is up i will not be staying here again.
This has been a terrible place to call home. The rental staff incompetent, constantly telling them about the same horrible conditions.✔️A/C constantly not working-blowing hot air. Manager stated it’s not 80 degrees outside therefore I should be okay!(I moved in with the promise of A/C working (period) not the promise if it’s under 80 degrees outside-I should be okay! (tell me what’s a comfortable temperature for me-WOW)✔️ We pay for valet trash p/u—yet the dumpster overflow and 3 days out the week we have to put our own trash out✔️heavy trashed dumped at dumpster- management act as if they haven’t noticed and it’s been there over a month- matters on the lawn, by the back gate✔️ pet trash can- overflow-never changed✔️ trash over the complex-dirty appearancefor the amount of rent -this complex should remain immaculate✔️present 🚫
I viewed the property today and was uncertain of leasing … my sister and I needed a place really soon and Dominic was so helpful in assisting! It’s hard to find genuine people who actually care and listen to you when finances are involved! I would give her 10 stars if I could!
Been living here for 4 years and I love it maintenance is very helpful office staff is excellent, Vivian is always very helpfull. I was thinking about leaving but Elma & Lorena convince me to stay I am glad I listen to them. Totally recommend this place customer service is the best in here.
This place for me has gone downhill....I first moved in August and maintenance takes forever to come. My AC is always doing double work Ill have it set at 74 and my apartment with be 79 inside. The dumpster is always overflowed and there is only ONE for the whole complex. Parking is so bad by my building I will have to park close to building 2 and I live at 8. Then they went up on their rent and to be honest I dont think its worth it. They never call you back. The valet trash is cool but, at first it never got picked up either so, your paying almost 40 dollars and you end up having to take it yourself. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
I love these apartments especially the great service from Dominic Freeman. She made sure my questions were answered and I had all the possible information about the apartments. I recommend asking for her when you need help or for even a tour 👌

My niece ANelson leased here. Beware of the ant infestation, dirty halls and stairs. Talked with other residents that moved out and just like her she was not given correct deposit back and had to fight for that. She only had $30 carpet cleaning fee & $40 water, they kept an additional $280 for late fees, but prorated amt was not is system until the 6th of the month she moved out. Agent told her dobt worry about late fees she would fix it. Bad communication between staff. Trust me do not do it!

The apartment I live in is beautiful. I gave a low rating however because of the lazy staff in the office who run this place. A friend of mine sent one of those Blue Apron things to me as a surprise. But the office never informed me I had received a package. By the time I learned this and picked it up, everything had spoiled and I had to throw the whole thing out. The office lady asked me, Well were you tracking it? No, I wasnt tracking it because I didnt even know it was coming. It is a simple task to alert your tenants whenever a package arrives for them (my old complex didnt seem to have trouble with that). However these people are horrible at communicating with us either way. Every time Ive called the office and left a message or sent an email, they never answer. This review youre reading? I sent an email to them saying they have 48 hours to respond to my most recent message about the spoiled food and shifty pricing (see below) or else Id post a negative review on line about them. Guess what they did? Nothing. What I mean by shifty pricing is 1) they keep leaving notes in my door saying I owe them $9.50 but never why and I keep telling them Im not paying it until they tell me what it is for, 2) when I renewed my contract, they had two charges for Trash Income Charge both $5, why are they charging me for that twice? and 3) theres never an explanation about the difference between Admin Service Charge and Admin Service Fee. I get the feeling this company is one of those companies that tacks on made up charges and fees just to squeeze out more money, but the ladies at the office got so lazy they didnt even bother to change the names of the made up ones.Also their printer never works and the gym has so many pieces missing from the exercise machines that a lot of them arent useable.
I am frustrated with the front office. I have put in maintenance requests and it takes forever for someone to fix what is wrong. When I call the front office, they are always saying they are checking with maintenance and will get back to me, but that never happens. My dryer currently not working. Tenants pay too much for maintenance to be this bad. I dont need anymore apologies and excuses, I just need maintenance to be better.
I stop by here to check out the rooms, I been looking for a decent, affordable and comfortable place. I must say this place meets all my expectations I was super excited to get started on the lease, especially this young lady named Elma she was so caring and very helpful in providing me everything I have requested. She’s wonderful if you looking for a place this is where you want to live.
My child’s mother is a resident and though it is a beautiful complex and parking seems to not be an issue, the staff is either lazy or incompetent. The air conditioning is always going out and the poor technician has to drive from far away to fix it and knowing it will go out again. The car wash never works and the trash compactor has been under construction for god knows how long. On top of that, almost every other visit when I’m picking up our daughter, the call box isn’t working at all. Kind of inconvenient when it’s raining and someone has to walk all the way to the front just to let a guest in. It’s been out for three days now, you would think that somebody would check that on a regular basis given that it’s a known issue. Add to that that the staff is kind of here from 10 to 6 and basically what you have is a place that’s all fluff. I expect more from a place as expensive as this!
I regret moving here. Do not let the high rating of these apartments fool you. The day we moved in the carpets were soaking wet. After 3 days still soaking wet. Then the sour smell began to set in. We were slipping all over the floors when walking from carpet to tile and we have a 1 year old who could have gotten seriously hurt. Got lied to and sent on the run around about them reshampooing the carpet. Had already moved in and had to remove all our stuff back out of the rooms. There are roaches, mosquitoes and spiders in the apartment even though we’re ALWAYS cleaning. Seem the guy walking around lazily outside spraying one time but they do not come inside the apartment unless you call and ask ??? The valet trash service is horrible trash just piles up in the hallways and it gets filthy by everyone’s door because of it. They don’t power wash the walkways. The girls in the office are very rude and don’t care about anyone else’s time. One of our vehicles was recently broken into and the gates are always broken. I cannot WAIT until our lease is up!!! Save yourself the time and headache
Viviana is the most awesome upbeat person. When she gave us the tour she was so excited about the complex and all it had to offer that it made us excited. Very down to earth, and enjoys her job. Thank you so much Viviana. & the complex itself was beautiful.
As a single mother of 4 I dont have much time, so I appreciate all the amenities here for my little munchkins. There is a fun play ground for little Billy, a splashy pool for little Tessa, a game room for little Frank and a work out room for my high schooler to get his gains on. Security is very important to me, and in my several years here Ive never had any issues. They recently added gates, cameras, and lights for more security. Its not easy being a single mom but Advenir makes it easier.
Been here for a little over a month and must say it has exceeded our expectations!! The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is fast! They have resolved any issue weve had without hesitation. Its also very quiet and the neighbors are also friendly!!
DONT MOVE HERE!!!! There is always issues with the gate being broken. The trash compactor is always full for days at a time. Sometimes the trash collectors doesnt pick up your trash leaving you with a violation that could charge you for repeating offenses. People dont take after their pets leaving smelly poop in the middle of the walkway. But worst of all, if your planning on keeping your deposit, kiss it goodbye. They litterally try to nickle and dime you for everything. They will charge you 80 dollars for a bath tub cleaning fee that i scrubbed, disinfected, and sanitized. Also the rent here is too expensive for the subpar lifestyle. You can find better apartments.
Rene is THE BEST service manager around! Whenever i’m in need of something getting fixed I can always rely on him! Rene is fast, efficient and kind when it comes to getting the job done! Thank you Rene for being the best service manager ever!

After 7 years in my previous complex I have been pleasently surprised by the quick reponse time from the office team espeacily Elissa. Although they can’t control the tennats, they can advise and set out an action plan for corrective measures. Elissa has been awesome with this.The complex is very well kept and as a dog parent, I appreciate the Bark Park, for my dual vehicles I enjoy the garage option to house my extra car along with the extra storage spaces they have to store extra what have you’s.If you’re considering a new complex, the pool area is very nice, the complex is nicely laid out and doesn’t seem cramped, close to nice restaurants and movie complex and just minutes away from 59 via the Beltway.Tony

Advenir at eagle creek is a great place to call home. The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.

I was very pleased with the staff at Advenir at Eagle Creek they were kind, resourceful and courteous. As soon as I walked in the office employees greeted me and listened to what I was looking for. The move in was easy and no problem. Dom, alba and Lorena are very nice and helpful. Lorena had all my move in with keys ready to go. I love it.
The parking sucks big time. I literally walk from a minimum of 3 buildings away because any and everybody can park wherever they want. It doesnt make senclse to pay for a spot because Id be walking from even farther away. Also they only enforce rules for things like trash amd dogs for certain residents which is crazy because NOBODY follows the rules. Theres also a lack of communication. Nobody can give a straight answer about anything. Im still waiting on a reply to my email and its been weeks.
Advenir at Eagle creek is the right place to live. The office staff Lorena, Elma & Viviana are awesome they are very friendly and extremely helpful...maintenance staff gets to service request very fast two thumbs up for the arm on the gate, it just keeps getting better and better. Thank you!

I just want to comment that the maintenances guys are great since I live here I see that Hector, Fernando and Alex are very helpful and friendly. They keep the complex very clean and safety and I’m very thankful for that.

I was interested to take a tour, I did and I just totally felt in love. The property is nice and very clean, it very well maintained and the staff was so professional and helpful I am highly considering this place as my next home.
A friend moved in a few months ago, she is a single mother. Agents never answer the calls and rarely reply to voice mails. It is impossible to get anything repaired. Parking is horrible, even though parking stickers are required half of the cars arent posting stickers and management wont do anything about it.
Special thanks to Mr. Rene the service technician my, family and I apreciate him very much. He is a respectfull and a profesional at the things he do for us residents. I would highly recomend poeple to rent here.

I only click one star because I need to review, this property is the worst ever,my AC is not cooling since on 07/08/2022 up till now my self and four kids are in extreme humid, this is more than hell, And is the worst ever.

The front office never answers the phone... maintenance isn’t the best... when I moved into my apartment i was very disappointed because of how dirty is was.. they said they cleaned it but it was not true.. carpet was dirty as well when I asked if they can come wash the carpet they told me they don’t do that...
