Stoneleigh on Kenswick Apartments

Ive lived at Stoneleigh for a couple of years now and I can say overall its been a pleasant experience. They keep the property nice. The lakes are beautiful. And if there are any issues with anything the front office is ready to assist. Dianna is one of my favorites to assist...as well as the property manager Kimberly.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Stoneleigh on Kenswick. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style. The property’s amenities, including the pool and fitness center, are top-notch and add to the overall appeal.A standout feature, however, is the exceptional service provided by the management team. Property Manager Kimberly is incredibly attentive and responsive, always ensuring that residents’ needs are met with care. Leasing Agent Connie is equally outstanding, providing seamless support and always going the extra mile to make the leasing process easy and stress-free.

Living at Stoneleigh apartments has been by far my best apartment experience. The office staff and leasing agent Connie is always super nice, helpful and very professional. The maintenance team is very quick to respond and fix any issues. They keep the property very clean which makes my morning walks even more enjoyable. I love the variety of workout machines they have at the gym and the beautiful view over the pool from the gym.I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great place to live for an affordable price!

This place is great whether you’re starting a family/have one or you are just trying to live your best life solo. But, really makes the place isn’t the amenities or the quality of the places; which are outstanding by the way, but the staff. The staff is so friendly and courteous you feel like you are amongst family and welcomed home before you even get your keys. By far one of the most courteous and comforting staff members even though she was uber pregnant is Dianna. She took the time to answer all of my questions and just had a gentle nature about her. She is definitely the selling point of Kenswick Apartments. Thank Dianna for everything!

I have lived at Stoneleigh for over two years and my experience overall is positive. The apartment is well maintained and has a welcoming experience that makes it a great place to call home. Connie is always helpful with any questions I have!

We have been living here since 2020 and have seen total staff changes over and over. The current manager and leasing agent Connie are amazing. We are happy here. I just wish they wouldnt raise our rent every year.

My experience at Stoneleigh Apartments while there was great! Connie, she was so amazing, and always willing at helping and answering any questions I had and very professional. The area was maintained and had no complaints.

I would definitely consider recent posts from residents who have renewed their contract at least once. Dianna is nice and friendly, but after you move in, she becomes clueless about everything. She doesnt know the answer to any questions you have. She says shell find out and get back to you, but never does. I ran into someone who said she complained to the office about a leak. Nothing was ever done. She came home one day, and her apartment was flooded. When it rains, the electricity goes out for at least half of the day. The hot water had been out multiple times, and that rarely lasts less than half a day. The only perk is the location of the apartments and low - no crime.

I’ve been living here for about 7 months now. From the very first contact, everyone’s been nothing but nice and welcoming to me. The self-guided tour was a very convenient option when I initially looked at the community. The staff (Kimberely, Connie, and Dianna) is very friendly, professional, courteous, and responsive. The maintenance staff (Jose and Miguel) are also very responsive. They resolve most requests for service on the same day. There’s a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, secure parcel lockers, valet trash service, and monthly social events to attend.There are a lot of complaints about the electricity constantly going out. While there may be some truth to that, it’s not the whole story. I’ve lived in this area for almost 20 years, and this has been an issue for as long as I can remember. Blaming the community for this is unfair. They happen to be connected to a grid that’s had its challenges. If we’re pointing fingers, Centerpoint Energy would be a great place to start.Overall, it’s a nice and quiet community to live in. It’s close the major roads/highways, shopping, grocery stores, and things to do. I would recommend the community to anyone who’s considering moving here.

Everything went well on my move in experience, from the time my application was processing, I would call to get updates etc.... Ms Connie was helpful and polite. When application was completed, Ms Kimberly called, to let me know I was approved, and gave me all the details about what I had to do etc. Both Ms Connie and Ms Kimberly, were very polite and kind.

This apartment complex is well maintained, and has a great atmosphere for families! Feels super safe, and we felt so welcomed by Dianna and the team! :)

GET NEW BOILERS! I’m so sick of not having hot water. We pay too much money to have to deal with that. Every single month there’s a brief period where we have to deal with no hot water sometimes for days. I don’t want another email on repairs being made to the same 2 boilers just for more issues to come later. What a joke.

Stoneleigh on kenswick has housed me my wife and beautiful daughter for many years now and it has been a delightful experience. Diana is one of the kindest and sweetest workers in the conplex I recommend going to her.

So far very quite and well maintained. The leasing agent Connie helped me throughout the entire process. Super sweet lady!

Diana was the sweetest , and so welcoming when I went in to tour the apartment units .She was very friendly and helpful with everything.

I had such a great tour today! Dianna was amazing and kindhearted. I am glad I got to tour with her. I inquired a few weeks ago but couldn’t because I was not back in town in time but the property remained consistent in reaching out to me which is highly appreciated and respected.

These apartments look nice (and they are to an extent) but they’ve declined in value and I won’t be renewing my lease. While the landscaping and overall vibe of this place is lovely it can’t compensate for the lack of everything else. Never any electricity anytime the wind blows, always an ongoing issue with the water tanks causing us to lose hot water, pool was closed for the entire summer and still continues to be, the office lacks in communication about mostly anything until basically after the fact? It was a lovely experience initially but ever since the change of management I’ve noticed a gradual decline… and so it goes.I’ve noticed a lot of reviews of newer people excited by the showing of this place, but I think the reality is different once you’re living. I’d advise somewhere else worth your money and consistent satisfaction!

This is the worst place i have been at first is all good but when you want to leave from there because a personal emergency they want to do scam and want to charge more a month even if you notice them and theybhave other leaving there but they still want to charge and they report you to credit report so it will affect your credit

For my first apartment!!!. The Mirror fell down on me, dishwasher flooded the kitchen multiple times, bathroom tub have stains (uncomfortable to take a bath) .... This apartment is money hungry/ rent is too high!!! Dog park is fleas like crazy, the gate keeps breaking. My dog was found outside of my apartment when theyd made a visit while I wasnt home.

I have lived here since 2017. Great place to live staff is very nice and friendly. Outside is kept clean.The property is semi-quiet depends, on who is your upstairs neighbor. The maintenance crew is, Excellent, very courteous, and mindful.We like taking walks in the evening, everybody is pleasant and courteous.They impose trash valet and security and the mail room...The management is always been prompt and helpful with all requests.It is a beautiful property and I do enjoy living here.Don’t hesitate to rent an apartment.

Connie and Kimberly and Dianna were amazing with the leasing process. I came in looking for a 1 bedroom and ended up with a 2 bedroom at a fraction of the cost. They really worked with me and were patient and attentive. Their attitudes were professional and considerate. They responded quickly to my emails and represent the property quite well. I feel confident in the staff based on my experiences with them.

I really want to thank Kimberly, Diana, Chelsea and the other sweet lady in the front office. I lived in this apartment for almost two years and three months. I had a great time, It was convenient to work and we called it home. I really wanted to stay seriously but, my unit AC… and the aircraft noise.There was no other options available and we had to move. Diana thanks for going extra mile.My unit was clean when I moved in and I decided to leave it that way on my way out. The apartment community was safe and is a great place to call home.Thank you 🙏.

Be ready to not have hot water at least once a month, be ready to be the first one without power and the last to get it restored. Never once offered compensation for the days without water, or the weeks without power. They say the rent price fluctuates, this is a lie I’ve been stuck here for a while now (just under seven years) never once has the rent gone down, currently paying 1650 for a 2 bedroom. If you don’t believe me just drive through the complex and ask somebody.

I love living here! Me and my boyfriend were lucky enough to talk to Kimberly when we looked at the apartment and now that we’ve been here a few months, I can say it’s just as nice as we thought it would be.

I have lived at this apartment for a year, and I wish I could say the entire experience was pleasant; however, it was not. The primary issue occurred when a resident two floors above my unit triggered the sprinkler system in her apartment, resulting in water entering my apartment through the ceiling. This incident forced me to move into a hotel for several weeks. As a new month began, I still had not been able to return to my apartment. I logically expected my rent to be prorated or held until I could move back in. However, the complex demanded that I pay my rent in full, despite the unit being uninhabitable.Another issue arose when I received my energy bill. The complex had brought in several fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the apartment due to the water damage. These fans were left on for multiple days, doubling my energy bill. When I expressed this concern to the property manager, I was told they did not feel responsible for this bill, despite the equipment being theirs.This is just the most significant incident, but other issues have occurred during my stay at the complex. This experience has been extremely frustrating and should have been handled much better by the management. I plan to seek the necessary parties and reach out to those who can either help me share this story or take action to find a suitable solution.To those considering moving here, please be cautious and do as much research as you can before making a decision.*Updated*Truly appreciate the response Kimberly. The insurance we pay for which covers our personal property has nothing to do with the issues which arose on your end. It is not our insurance’s responsibility to cover the rent you demanded or the energy bill which you all caused to increase. As you have stated we did not stay in the unit or move to another unit, yet you all still expected us to pay rent in full. As I have said before we will be in touch with you and the necessary parties to take this order to court.

I loved the property tour today, and now I’m even more excited to move in. Dianna was so helpful and explained the details of the move in process to perfection. Looking forward to being a future tenant!

I have not rented yet, but I have been looking for about 2 months.. and when I tell you there are so many nice looking places with horrible staff and even more horrible written reviews!! Of course everyone is going to have a little negative feedback .. but some places are just OUT OF CONTROL! this property is not only nice looking and well kept.. they have the perfect price .. and every amenity Im looking for in a home!! Im super excited to start my application and hopefully be able to move in by AUGUST!! I have never left a review before going in person .. Im that confident . But Ill be updating.. for now its 5 stars!!

I’m moving across the country, and without the help of Diana in the office I probably wouldn’t have had such a streamlined and efficient process in applying and getting all the information on the apartments! I’ve had a great experience with the staff, although they can be hard to reach on busy days I had no problem getting all the right tools to take care of my problems! 10/10 would recommend!!

Cars get broken into here. They have a security guard but the security guard never catches anyone doing anything. They have security cameras but the cameras never catch the criminals. If you value your car dont move here. I wish zero stars was available. This complex at the most random times has boiler issues resulting in a frequent lack of hot water. Its very irritating, it seems like they are unwilling to come up with a permanent solution to the problem with the boiler and rather just patch things up temporarily.

The service was phenomenal✨✨The guy who gave me and my mom the tour on the apartments made us feel right at home. He talked to us and made sure that we were comfortable and offered us water to make sure we were okay from it being so hot outside. We will definitely consider moving here.UPDATE.We have been living here for 9 months and its been great. Aside from the hell we went through with our upstairs neighbors, its been great.

I stopped in to get information about leasing an apartment and Diana was extremely helpful. I had a lot of questions as I am new to this area and she went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate how patient she was and how detailed she was in her responses. The best thing about this apartment has got to be our maintenance man Jose , he always makes sure that we are taken care of , I wish we were on a better place on the grid because we do lose power a lot , would say price is not worth the spot but at least the neighbors are friendly

Dianna is an amazing person. I observed her helping a prospect who was blind while I was in the office. She took her time and was so helpful to this young lady. It was a TRUE JOY to watch. The manager Kimberly is always a great help as well. #BGRV

Ive been living at Stoneleigh for over 2 years now and appreciate the help of the leasing staff for everything. I enjoy that it is clean and the green space. Connie, Kim and Dianna are doing great work.

Jose and Elizar are men of their word. Whenever I have called for Maintenance, they have responded within 24 hours either their email or verbally. And when they say they’re going to come on a certain day and time that’s exactly what they do. They are always respectful of my home and my space, and very polite. They work is always thorough and they work until it is completed.

It’s a great place to live.The only downside is I can rarely park near my apartment because the covered parking areas take up so much space. 75% of those spots are unclaimed yet if you park there you’ll be towed.

The process of getting approval was so professional! I love my new home. It’s very quiet and clean. The leasing office staff was so friendly and nice. Chelsea helped me every step of the way to make my moving process easier!

Horrible!I was not gonna leave any kind of review but after they charged us $250 for “paint and cleaning” after we moved out I had to.My husband got his 4 tires stolen from the parking after only a month of moving in and they only said “sorry” and we had to get a garage to have some peace. The gate is always broken, they fix it in the morning and by the evening is broken again. Our AC unit broke down in the middle of summer and they just came and said it was this little thing and “fix it” but only for the rest of the day, by the next day it was 85F inside the apartment again and they didn’t do much for about a month and finally decided to change the ac unit. We moved apartments after that and a couple of months after we decided to move out. I witness how some guys broke into our downstairs neighbors’ apartment (literally broke the window). We got stolen some things in our garage too. I made sure the apartment was left clean and neat, even better than what they gave to us because when we got it- it was a mess and now they are charging us 🙄

Dianna had a very inviting personality made the tour very enjoyable. She was very helpful with all the questions I had. Definitely will be moving in here in June.

His assistance was definitely a determining factor in me going with Stoneleigh on Kenswick as my first choice in my apartment search! I have been a resident here for about 2 years. What I enjoy the most about the complex is the view of the lake. The lake is beautiful, and even more stunning when it lights up at night. Not only is the apartment complex gorgeous, but the staff is amazing as well, and that’s hard to come by. Beau, one of the staff members here, defines customer service, he is great with communicating, honest, and strives to please the residents here. I love how he is attentive, and always has a welcoming presence when you walk in the office. Reena the Community Manager, has only been here a short amount of time, and within that time she has surrounded the complex with security cameras and remodeling the entire apartment complex. I have enjoyed staying here, nothing like coming home to a safe, friendly, and gorgeous apartment complex. Your home is suppose to be your happy place and I can say STONELEIGH is that for me!

Beautiful property and excellent service! I personally recommend Dianna if you are seeking a new home. She’s very sweet, very knowledgeable, and a Virgo (which is very important, lol)! Definitely makes you feel like you’re at home 😌

Everyone in the office was very nice, very patient, and informative. I have a 2bd 2bath and I love my new home. The move in was smooth and Connie was very helpful anything I needed she took care of. I’m very grateful I love it.

The apartment is very nice! It has a good community and its very near to the freeway. But the best thing about Stoneleigh is Connie. Shes been very helpful to us from the very beginning. She even go out of her way to help us especially us being a new immigrants here in the US specifically in Houston.

I came in today for a tour and Dianna made me feel as if I was already home, super nice person, environment was clean and she answered every question I had and was very honest about concerns I had. Looking forward to moving here!

Been staying here for more than a year now and so far so good. The staff are great especially Connie Martinez who’s always available to answer questions and assist with queries regarding the apartment units.

CLARIFICATION THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. None of the amenities work there was no pool access all summer and the trash stays dirty outside. My appliances in my apartment stop working or damage and used. My washer stop working and my microwave and my stove the carpet is horrible and coming up. They let anybody move in and people walk around with dog poop on ground and don’t pick up and no leash on dog. Don’t rent here you will regret it!!!!! To much money for these apartments to be so unprofessional and inattentive to tenants. ZERO STARS

I had the opportunity to meet Beau, the Leasing Super Star at Stoneleigh.It was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. His ability to explain the step by step process of applying online made the process seemless. He is very knowledgeable and he exhibits a high level of professionalism. His employer has made an awesome investment in him. I see why he has earned that title of Super Star ⭐. I recommend others to this property. He is patience, thoughtful and has a great desire to welcome residents to a place they can call HOME.

I lived here for 3 years and I was very pleased with my experience. The property is very well kept with very nice amenities. Maintenance responds super fast! The office staff was great! Beau, Dee Dee and Lilliana have been the office staff since I moved in and that really says a lot. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would have to say they all really do go above and beyond the expectations of your typical office staff!

Great apartment complex and customer service!!! We’re currently in search for my son’s first apartment, and fell in love with what we saw! Beau Henderson did an amazing job at showing us all the amenities and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole showing. Beautiful pool, great views, and so close to everything he needs.

I lived here when I first moved to the Houston area. Affordable and enjoyable apartments. Plenty of parking, close proximity to the town center and entertainment and generally quiet.The pool is family friendly but I was still able to enjoy quiet time there as well.

I have lived at Stoneleigh at Kenswick in Humble for 2 years. The property is quiet-no noise, clean, very well kept and groomed, gated and very safe. The management, especially Liliana Carpio, assistant community manager has always been prompt and helpful with all request. They have always been excellent in communicating days before or day of any activity on the property that might pertain to our apartment. The maintenance crew is super, very courteous, and helpful. They provide trash valet and security. It is a beautiful property and I do enjoy living here.

My son have been living in the property since August and let me tell you I couldn’t be more happy we chose this apartment complex for him! The staff is amazing and maintenance personnel the best! You put a work order in and they are very quickly to get the situation rectified! Best place to live!!

Been living here for 3 years and love it. I mostly deal with Lily and she is awesome! She and the Property Manager Dee make living there so convenient and I’m happy! This is a great place to live. I have lived here going on 5 yrs now. The staff is great and the maintenance de partment is always ready to do what you need and in a fast and efficient timing. I feel safe here and would recommend living here. The grounds are kept very nice and clean. Look into renting here if you want to feel safe and like family.

Thank you for your support us.I would like to mention the Maintence team too. Ociel, maintenance supervisor, always helps me with agility and politeness when we need a repair. He does everthing as fast as he can.I do enjoy to have a green area as a view from my window. Gym is good too!

Great place to live at Stoneleigh at Kenswick is very quiet, safe and very nice. The staff is awesome. I put a work order because my A/C was not working, they came in to fix it that in minutes. Ociel is an excellent person. Friendly and respectful. I love my new home. The gym is great and I love the fact that you have your own washer and dryer in your apartment. I totally recommend this apartments. They are even close to airport, shopping centers, hospitals and restaurants.

I moved in about a month ago, and my experience has been phenomenal! Sylvia, DeeDee, and Beau have been AMAZING! They have all been super nice and loving when handling any questions I have had. I can really tell they love what they do. They make you feel good about living here. I’m hoping to stay here for a very long time!

Ive lived here for almost 2 years and this place is well managed. The front office staff & the maintenance crew have takes excellent care of all the units & me as a tenant. I have had very few issues minor but the staff here at Stoneleigh have ALWAYS promptly addressed them. The apartment homes, the grounds are well kept. The security guards are courteous and helpful. I love this place and have recommended this place many times to friends here in the greater Houston area. Thank you staff here at Stoneleigh for making this place great for us!

Stoneleigh on Kenswick is a great lovely place. Connie and Dianna are very great helpful. I found exactly what I’ve been looking for in a home. Dianna or Connie will help with all your needs.

Hi! I have been living in this place since 2008! It has a wonderful experience since my first contact with the manager until this day! They are always ready to help us! Staff is awesome! If you look at the pictures online you wont be surprised, because it looks just like that! It s like a vacation resort! Its so clean and quiet! Nonetheless its near major mall and stores, and in addition, very close to the Jesse Jones Nature Center a beautiful park where I always go for a walk by the river Jacinto. I highly recommend it!

Been here a year now. Apartments are comfortable, seems pretty new. Upgraded the thermostat and gave us new locks+ shower speakers for renewing the lease.Parking is easy; there are always spots close to my unit. Neighbours have been nice and overall I feel pretty safe living in the community.Beau at the front office is also super helpful if you have questions from lease agreements to maintenance issues or if you need to pick up mail.

I love the presentation and the warm friendly atmosphere. Mr. Henderson was very nice and professional. It was the smile and kindness ☺️ for me. I cant wait 🥰 to move in!!! Im overly excited 😆

Hello, my sister and I have been living at Stoneleigh on Kenswick for 2 years now, and for the past few months, management has been going downhill. We have been trying to end our lease due to excessive mold growing on the ceiling, water intrusion, and malfunctioning smoke detectors. This has been going on since April 5th, it is now May 21st. The mold has gotten so bad that I am having extreme allergies when in my room. We have tried contacting the manager, but she is on vacation. We then tried calling the regional manager multiple times for the past week, but he hasnt returned any of our calls. Since the manager is on vacation, and the regional is not returning our calls, we cant contact anyone regarding our lease agreement. Maintenance has been marking our requests as complete but nothing is actually being repaired. At this point, even if they do fix everything soon, we still want to end our lease because management is awful and ignores issues until it becomes an even bigger problem.

Super convenient location; clean and well-maintained grounds. Pool and gym are lovely. Mail and deliveries are safe and easily accessible. Pet friendly and a safe community. The office manager is efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. A great place to live.

Weve lived here for a few years now and havent had any problems until recently. We have a leak coming in through one of our smoke detectors from the roof that hasnt been fixed. The initial leak happened on January 24th 2023, and then again on April 5th 2023. On April 5th the leak damaged the smoke detector and was completely filled with water, and all of the detectors in our unit were alarming until we removed them all from the ceiling. Weve been in contact with the office to try and get the leak repaired and the alarms fixed since April 5th (currently its May 4th) and every time we call, the office seems surprised it hasnt been fixed and they would send someone out for repairs but every time it rains it leaks again. Its taken so long to even get maintenance to come out that now there is water damage and mold on the ceiling. Ive repeatedly told the office that its getting worse and we have mold growing but still nothing has been resolved. Weve really enjoyed living here until recently. Usually maintenance is really quick to resolve issues so im not sure why this issue hasnt been fixed yet when its something as serious as mold and leaks. Especially since we havent had smoke detectors for an entire month.

My experience at Stoneleigh apartment complex was awesome, customer service was splendid the apartment offices were cleaned and organized if you needed coffee or cocoa it was out for you to enjoy your wait, when I tell you my experience of or touring an apartment complex was extraordinary every manager was very polite very attentive... Especially the Mrs. Chelsea... she explained every detail of the apartment complex all of the amenities! Customer service at any workplace is very important it tells a lot about the company as well as the people youre socializing with, having people skills is a must thats how you draw your consumers in thats how you draw people in and keep them coming back, kindness will take you along ways... When greeting your customer its always great when acknowledging them or addressing them by their name... Again customer service is important and this apartment complex has demonstrated it very well...

Best apartment ever! Lived here for 2yrs and we had no complaints! Maintenance is top notch and very timely. Within minutes sometimes.Environment beautiful, peaceful. The best office staff. Ms Dee, Lilly, and my main man Beau! Always welcoming each time we went to the apartment office/lounge, sadly covid ended our visits there...We had fun parties there for the holidays esp Christmas. Santa was there to give the kids goodies! Lol..Very friendly and kind neighbours, kid friendly apartment.Sadly we had to leave cos of job switch.You will not regret your time here I assure you!

Its OK. The style of units is old and needs to be updated. The color scheme of that kitchen and bathroom is horrible. Those light colored cabinets, white appliances, and counter top color do not work together at all.Another thing thats going to drive you crazy is not being able to get in touch with management/ leasing office. Those people never answer the phone or email, and they hide if you try to go down and talk to someone in person. Ive been trying to get a covered parking spot and talk to someone about my mailbox number for forever. Also, the trash does not get picked up when it should. On the plus side, all of my service requests have been answered pretty quickly.Not the worst place to live, but not the best.Update: Changed from 3 stars to 1. It still sucks.

Great place, I have been living here for 11 years! No complaints! The staff has always been professional and caring. Highly recommend!In addition to so many great things about this place I have to add the great staff that helps to keep this place wonderful as I said, my great regards to Mr. Ociel who is always very professional and friendly. It makes a big difference when we come home from work tired, and the first thing we see is a big smile and friendly, How are you!

I really liked living in this apartment complex. It has a lovely property and the staff are really great.Favorites:1) they have a package room for deliveries that is available 24/7 and you get an email when it arrives.2) they are very easy to work with and the staff are great!3) They use a work order app for service calls. I used it when needed and I was very pleased that they were prompt in responding to the request and the only time that it too them a bit longer than a day to finish was during Imelda.4) The property flooded during Imelda, but the building did not. That beautiful pond that they have on their property is there for a reason. The water came up over the course of the day, but once it stopped raining, the water receded by 5pm.The only thing I disliked about living here, was that it was too far away from my work.

The Stoneleigh team is doing a great job. My wife and I have been living here for 2 years. They have gone through new management in the last year. The management team of Dee Dee and Nelly and team have been great and professional. They have constantly had community events and gatherings that have helped other neighbors get to know each other. When it comes to work orders ,they are received in a timely manner. Both maintenance workers are very friendly both wave when they see myself or my wife walking our dogs.

Dianna made my touring experience very pleasant. I’m looking forward to becoming apart of Stoneleigh community.

Something always going on with the water, I cant even take a good shower for work its no Hot water. And was told they have no idea when the people will be out to fix it. This is horrible. Maintenance is Horrible, I been out of A.C since before Christmas today is January 13th they put a brand new AC unit in down there and the AC still isnt working properly so since its the weekend I have to go the whole weekend until Tuesday because Monday a holiday without AC its been almost a whole month without AC.

Ive lived here for 2 years and its pretty cool. Nice and quiet area, pretty safe, night patrol, parcel lockers, the staff is nice. Parking is a little tough. I had to knock off a star because I live under a stampede of wild elephants and apparently there is nothing staff can do about that but to transfer us. There is this annoying knocking noise that randomly happens throughout the day and well into the night. As well as the fact that when I moved in there was mold in the bathroom, which they fixed very quickly because maintenance is great . It began to grow back and since Im all of 5 feet tall, I have a hard time reaching it. I reached out to them for help and was basically told to handle it myself. Regardless, this is a pretty nice place to live.

Great place to live staff is very nice and friendly. Beau is awesome will take care of all your needs. By the Bush airport and right off of 1960 which is by most of the local shops you will need grocery stores, food places ,etc. Maintenance team is great and work orders are completed quickly. Property is kept up nicely love the pond.

José is great, he is always on top of any maintenance related issue for our apartment and always gives the extra mile :)

Since I moved in I have not experienced anything bad. I think the apartments are nice and clean. Office personnel is very professional and attentive. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost right away. Great location and so far very calm area. It is a smaller unit than expected but overall me and my family are very pleased and satisfied with our move.

The service maintenance staff is very courteous, friendly and most importantly trustworthy and they go above and beyond to please residents. Rents are fair and the units are generously spacious. The facilities are very accommodating and the location is convenient for any work commute. Its the best apartment complex Ive lived in in all my experience renting on my own.

I’ve been a resident now two years. I have loved living here. The entire staff from management to leasing agents to maintenance have been amazing! Residents are made to feel more like family than just a community of neighbors. Never any major or serious issues. Any repair or general inquiry always addressed immediately. I couldn’t recommend a better place to live!

I’ve lived here for over 4 years, this is an amazing, safe, clean and quiet place to live. The staff is fantastic the maintenance men are wonderful and all requests are completed fast and efficiently. I have a young daughter and before covid the office ALWAYS had great parties for the children and residents with giveaways, Djs and catered food. I know you can’t please everyone, but they have exceed my expectations for comfortable living. Dee, Beau, Lilly and Oicel are the reason why I sign a new lease every year. I have been living here for almost a year and we love it. Maintenance is always quick, even when it is something as small as changing the air filter. There are doggie stations for poop bags all around the apartments and a cute doggie park. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend living here.

Overall I really enjoyed living here. The apartments are of decent quality, and the staff is pleasurable to deal with. Lots of families living here despite the biggest unit they offer is 2 bedroom. The best apartment Ive found in the Humble area.

Since I moved in I have not experienced anything bad. I think the apartments are nice and clean. If they are dirty it would be because of the renters who are not clean and dont pick up after them selfs.From what I heard there is new management and are cleaning up the place from the managment before.On thing they could keep in mind is the Gates. I dont feel safe when the gates are wide open and anyone can come in. They seem to be always open. When I did call about the gates the next day they were fixed.Overall good customer service. Would recommend to family and friends!

A mixed bag, to be sure. Very nice staff, but not terribly helpful with the challenges. Direct flyover route from the airport--if theres ever a crash on landing here, these apartments will be Ground Zero. Price was nice when I was there.

I currently live here and will be moving , the maintenance team is very nice and professional and Beau in the office is a professional and nice man, but recently its the roaches that helped me to make a final decision to not renew my lease and because I anticipate a job transfer. Ill still need a place to stay but am so tired of dealing with the roaches, Ill do a hotel or rent a room with a friend. The apartment is great, the rent is ok as well, and as another review stated , the pest control must be fertility drugs for pest, because I have more since having my unit sprayed then before. Im a clean person, never leave food out because I travel for work and am gone sometimes 6-7 days straight and to come back and have deal with roaches have me at my breaking point. I give up on a solution and now look forward to moving. Another thing is the valet trash service , the trash is not picked up on the weekends but people have had their trash sitting out in front of their units since Friday, Im sure that plays a large part in the roach caper. But the units are nice and the grounds seem nice.

You better think about it before moving in here, specially with this pandemic;I requested a reduce amount in the rent because amenities were closed before houston lockdown. Not luck with that.The gate door always broke !!!!!!!And now we don’t have a security guy to walk around the complex.The hot water been broke since last week!And the rent still high, and all we get is an email that they fixing the water issue.So if you are trying to sign to live here think about it, they are cheaper places around humble with better service.

Its been almost a year Ive been here and I must say, overall, everything has worked out for me. If I had to say something, it would be parking at night. Sometimes I have to park way on other side of my apartment. Other than that, I love to call this home. Hopefully Ill get to renew my lease and not jump up on the price.

Beau was great! Very informative about the options for available floorplans, amazing tour and had a list of extra charges printed out that answered questions about covered parking, pet fees, ect.

12/2 -Call today spoke to Didi manager very rude like always!! Need to vote her out !She even hang up the phone ! Worst Manager ! Trying to call BH Managementtrying to talk to her about ending lease also trying to reach 3 times to frank branch manager also no replies either they don’t care either!!This place is not like it just to be a year ago! Resident was important! Back them.Now there rude !!!

Chelsea was fantastic! She was very thorough and patient with the many questions we had about renting our first time in Texas.

I placed a service request on the Resident App regarding a plumbing problem and Ociel was at my door within minutes and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently and cleaned everything up for me. Ociel is always very professional and takes care of service requests in a timely manner. Thank you, Ociel!

LOOOOOOTS of roaches + The moveout was hell.

March cant get here fast enough. Idk about anyone else but my apartment has an infestation of roaches to where they get in the fridge and freezer, no matter how clean I keep the kitchen they still swarm it and the bathroom. They dont understand that they are embedded in the wood. Dont get me wrong the apartments are nice but I shouldnt have to pay a house note to be living with roaches and cleaning behind them if theyre not on my lease. As Ive told them before, they forgot to evict their previous tenants roaches before leasing to me!
