The process was complicated only by the buyer’s lender not getting things done in a timely manner for our original closing date. Due to the delay, we had to change our closing date. Im pretty speechless with the EXTRAORDINARY white glove service and treatment that Ive received from the Imperato Fazzino group. My father had recently passed away and I needed to repair and sell his home in a timely manner while living in a completely different region of the country.Not only did they advise on what needed to be done to the house, they arranged quotes and scheduled the work on my behalf for drywall repair, painters, landscapers, HVAC, and home detailing.The pricing for the house was perfect and there were multiple full price offers within 5 days. All the offers were very similar and their experience was evident as they explained to me the pros and cons of each, ultimately recommending the one they thought would bring me the most value (ie. least amount of headaches) since the offers were all the same price. They didnt stop there either, they made sure the buyer stayed on point and ultimately drove the deal to the very end.There is a lot of nonsense to sift through in the real estate world. I can’t say enough good things about Kim and Jen. They are absolute rockstars. We did almost everything they asked in order to get our house ready for photos and showings and it paid off big time.
