If I had a question she would answer me the best she could and never left us unanswered questions. I really appreciate all they have done for us especially Angelique.

Recently had a move in aided by Adriana Lopez and Angelique Davila in one of their San Antonio properties. Both me and my mom have received friendly and fast service from them each encounter.Most impressed also by Cesar Diaz, our maintenance contact. We had some concerns with pests and they have been quick to get companies out. We rented a condo that WPS managed for 2 years. From the first day of our lease to the end when we were ready to vacate, WPS was attentive and answered all concerns when it came to maintenance requests, questions about our lease, as well as prompt answers when we put in our request to vacate. Throughout the 2 years, Angelique D, admin assistant was our point of contact and she was always so prompt with her replies to our concerns and questions. I am truly saddened by the experience I had with Property Wright Services. horrible experiences while living there. The staff is very rude. one of my experiences I had is they hired one of the vendors to fumigate the units. He was so rushed and wanted to get into my unit while my wife and kids were home. They did not leave a notice and as I told the office they just came up with excuses and were sorry they didnt leave a notification. I left and had an agreement with the owner, and wright property services sucked out as much money as they could and ruined my credit! DO NOT RENT OR BUY WITH THEM.

Best experience I’ve ever had living at a complex. The community is quiet and peaceful, neighbors are friendly and considerate and the property is excellent. All the maintenance requests are promptly taken care of and Angelique has always been available to answer any of my questions.

Looking for a house has its own ups and downs here they help and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Rose and Betsy are a good team together I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for help with looking for a new house. Rose was able to answer all questions I have and was super helpful. Betsy is well informed with the houses she showed us.

Adriana is such a great person to work with. She is extremely courteous, professional and goes above and beyond providing excellent customer service. Definitely looking forward to continue working with her and the firm.

I am truly saddened by the experience I had with Wright Property. Very horrible experience while applying. The staff doesn’t care if they have 5 applicants at a time. They will charge each one $55 without notice to the next applicant. While our application was approved, the unit the sales agent promised us was “supposedly Already rented out and no longer available”This was a terrible experience I had and I was so upset because Within those 48 hours of waiting for an approval on my application. I could’ve applied elsewhere.They are RIPPING PPL OFF and stealing from prospective tenants. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON’T RENT OR BUY WITH THEM.WORST MANAGEMENT PROPERTY EVER. If I could I would give NO STARS. DONT GET SCAMMED. Apply with Laredo Horizon instead. They are very attentive and please their customers.

I must say, I’ve lived in apartments for many years and never had i experienced this much trouble.. according to staff, if anything breaks down or stops working, the owner tries to cheap his way out of fixing anything. When I first moved here, two tenants came up to me and warned me not to sign a contract with these apartments. They said it was very hard for them to get anything fixed, I decided to give them a chance and God do I regret it.. I’ve been here but a few months and I so regret this place and its staff. They have zero accountability and they’ll do cheap fixes, just enough to patch what’s wrong. I’m so disappointed with this place… once you sign the contract, you won’t here from the ladies that did the presentation.. they’ll tell you, call me if you need anything or if there’s anything won’t. Well, I’ve called and texted them and no answer. Stay away from this place.. they really don’t make a full inspection of the apartments before they are leased…

So grateful for how quickly they respond to our requests and that they have always handled our maintenance needs and other things quickly and with great care and generosity! Thank you all so much! I talked to Mr. Wright before putting my house up for rent, during the initial inspection he pointed out several things were needed in a rent house that I didn’t already have. I really appreciate that. He and his staff was able to get me some quality vendors at fair prices that worked quickly. His staff helped coordinate everything. They always response to my questions or concerns promptly. Before the house rented he also made some suggestions about how on what to do to make the house more attractive without spending a lot of money. He just leased out the house and it looks like the tenants will be great. I would recommend him and his staff to my friends.

My family made a long move to Laredo, Andy Alford was excellent to work with. He made the process easy and provided helpful information prior and during the move. The residence we rented had a few minor issues, no fault to wright properties or Andy. When I sent in the work order they were addressed faster than expected, as I haven’t rented in a long time. So far no issues to complain about.

Most of the office clerks are rude and the manager doesn’t do anything about it.When you request for maintenance they take their time but, to charge they keep bugging.They make sure you don’t get your deposit back. If there is a tiny damage they charge the triple or more when it’s workers that do a cheap job.Stay away from renting with them.

I don’t recommend anyone with this money hungry company. Who only care about money and less about the tenants. We lived in a property “managed” by this company for 2 years and through out this time it was the worst. There was a robbery, our apartment flooded due to an old pipe that burst and flooded the apartment. Resulting in making a huge hole at the ceiling in our closet. They took over a year to have that hole covered and when they did they didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know so that I could move our clothing out of the way. They ended up working on top of all our clothing. Now not only did we have damaged furniture due to the water flood now we had damaged clothing with paint and materials used to cover the hole. We never fell behind a single month always paid on time. When we left we paid what we owed for the month we lived there and in addition they kept our deposit (whatever we didn’t care) now they’re stating that we still owe them $$$. This is not the company to go with. Save your self the time and money.

I had a really good experience my realtor Amanda Lopez helped me and my partner get our first apartment and helped us every step of the way.

They rent old, outdated buildings, and once you move out, they blame everything on you. The next thing you know, you owe thousands for damages you didnt commit. Even if you wrote them down, took pictures, reported the damages (and never fixed it), they just want every penny sucked out of your pocket.

They take your deposit no matter what and when you try to dispute charges they send you to collections don’t even rent with them and getting out is ridiculous the price for the type of cleaning they want is basically your deposit don’t waste your time here

Angelique was super helpful and very prompt with information. If youre ever looking for a place to rent, give Wright a call and see what theyve got.

Update: they took over a month to fix what was wrong but they haven’t given me the money for the filters which they are charging every month yet I am receiving the filter every two months and on the contract it doesn’t say anything about them charging monthly yet only giving me a filter every two months. Becareful guys with this companyThey screw people over since peopledon’t know much about laws, maintenance takes forever to comeThrough you have to be calling and emailing them, they are charging meFor filters every month and I receive themEvery two months that is theft.
