Be very careful with this realtor Vicky Pineda from Laredo TX, I bought a house that she had for sale, we only asked for a repair on the house and they sent us a fake photo that had been repaired, then at first she tried to help solve the problem In the end she left us alone, she worked very well to help her client (seller) scam us, but at the expense of us (buyer), do not trust her, ask for everything in writing. Be very careful with this realtor, I bought a house that she had for sale (Vicky Pineda, Laredo TX), we only asked for one repair in the house (pool light) and she sent us a false photo that had been repaired, it wasnt, then at first she apparently tried to help, to solve the problem but at the end she left us alone, she worked very well to protect their client (seller) but at the expense of us (buyer), we lost $1000 in that repair, do not trust her, ask for everything by writing.
