I have read previous comments.So far.... no roaches.The place is asking for a $200 deposit now. Kinda sucks. Would have been 5 stars.But this is what the room looks like. Tv fridge and microwave. Desk. Chairs. Bed. Etc etc.I was really impressed with the bathroom.Next to stripes gas station. Can get a quock bite to eat.I will be coming here again. (If i get my deposit back) lol

Its an option if you need a room with three queen beds. They can improve the maintenance and the cleaning. In general the rooms are fine but with details lack of maintenance. In the front desk theres a lady very impolite and so rude, nothing nice with the guest. The personal in charge of towels, soap or supplies in general are really nice and polite. Its a building of two floor, with a parking lot with a fence and the rooms have the door to the parking lot. Theres no breakfast or coffee. In the room you have a frigobar and microwave but the microwave in my room #237 didnt have a cristal dish and the hairdryer didnt work. I informed front desk but nothing changed....they didnt fix it.

They turn off the ac when you are not in the room even if you have the do not disturb sign in it, they will still go into the room and the water in the shower, is hot even when you put it on cold. WiFi is slow and I would not trust the connection use a vpn if possible.

Good place to get some overnight sleep. However, now the time with renovations with the place. So, it is very noisy during the day and the construction noise continues till around 9pm because of renovations on the hotel. The place is out of the way...for me.

I booked a room for today September 12 for a great price of 39.00 dollars at the time of my check in they had modified my rate to 32.00 dollars. Great rate. The front desk staff is very friendly they make me feel at home. The rooms a very well kept nice and clean. Parking in front of my room they also offer free continental breakfast. This hotel is definitely the best one I have stayed in. The price is affordable, the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. They also told me they have free shuttle service.

Roach ingested! Never again.... I have a 6 night stay here... so I notified the front desk to let them know about the issue. No room to switch us to and they have no roach medicine on hand. Youd figure after telling them twice they would go buy some and come spray our room they have done absolutely nothing to take care of the problem. Poor customer service!

This location was requesting an additional $100 deposit cash which is refundable at check out.Was a last minute choice do to all other hotels In area sold out due to carnival nearby.This room was horrible they didn’t have a microwave, refrigerator, no ironing board, lamp cover missing.It definitely were spaces that they should’ve be there. It didn’t even have an alarm clock!!The front door in the inside of the room looks like someone tried to break in.I’m a truck driver and this was a bad experience. I won’t be coming back to this motel.

Booked a room for a great price of $39.00 at the time of my check in they had lowered my rate to $32.00. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are very clean, they offer free continental breakfast and free shuttle service. I will definitely be back to this hotel. I will also recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Roaches everywhere, it’s nice on the outside but as soon as you turn off the lights, all the roaches appear then scatter. Not today batman I’ll sleep in my truck.

The rooms were better than I expected, the bathtub was a little bit old and I didnt trust it enough to take a shower. Breakfast was OK but when we checked in at night we had to do it from outside the building and since it was cold it wasnt a great experience. For the price, though it was acceptable.

I went here at this motel with my friends to stay for a week and their had one of the best services. Their location is the best as well as their rooms are really clean and big, very comfortable. They are close to the restaurants and also provide shuttle . The area is really safe. Had fast internet so we had nothing to worry about as they took really good care of us and made sure we were happy all the days we stayed there.I would always go stay at this motel whenever I make any plans.

I originally wrote a review saying this hotel was decent for the price, despite a sketchy looking location, I take it all back, there are bugs crawling all over my hotel room, I didn’t notice anything at first but I went in the restroom and noticed bugs all in the bath tub, walls and sink area. I started looking around the room and finding em here and there, was getting ready for bed and started pulling covers around and found some bugs in the sheets, this place is disgusting I’m getting out of here

You literally get what you pay for!! I should of read the reviews 😭😭 before booking it! the lobby is nice and smells clean,,,the outside looks nice as well,,, when I got to the room couldnt get in even though the key worked it was locked from the inside!!! the guy opened the window and unlocked it. the carpet looks absolutely nasty. if you dont clean it put atleast faux wood tiles or whatever.. the restroom looks like theres been water damage and I didnt even want to shower, more like I didnt shower..even a motel 6 is better than this place. if you your a guy and working its a cheap stay ... but if you have kids do your self a favor and dont stay here....

Bad services staffs don’t even know who the manager is they got all nervous when I asked for the manager. I paid $192 for the day 2/3/21 - 2/7/21 the second day of staying I went to the restroom and I was about to lay down when I saw the toilet restroom all the floor. I went to ask if they can clean it up or switch rooms they said they can’t do nothing I ask for a refund and they said they aren’t sure about refunding us back of the money. This motel I don’t really recommend if you all know you have a hotel room with a toilet not working well just the letting the water run why even rented to guest you all should not rented at all bad services I’m so dissatisfied of this motel waste of money only.

Very rude staff, while I was waiting to check in they were complaing about people renting rooms cheap and how they needed to give them their worst rooms.The room I stayed in had stains all over the carpets and the bathroom floor was wet. And to top it all off something in the bed but my leg!! I dont know what it was but maybe bed bugs😳.I wouldnt recommend anyone stay here ever!!!!

This place is a dump and the staff sucks. Stayed for 4 days after being in a terrible accident. On check out day Im waiting on my ride because I can barely walk as it and I have every tool known to man plus 5 bags I cant manage and they wouldnt give me a late check out and ran me out of my room and off property instead of being decent human beings and letting me wait for my ride.

And they dont even offer shampoo for a shower!!!! Plus my door lock didnt close at all!! Placed a complain but they never fixed it!No manager on duty!! Just a bad bad experience!! Although it looks renovated outside. The rooms had a horrible smell. Like mold or something.. Tile in the restroom around the drain on the floor is cracked. I cut my foot. Looks beautiful on the outside but inside, cover your nose smells moldy

Reserved on Expedia to arrive at 1AM after a long drive to find out that they wanted a $100 CASH deposit. No credit or debit accepted. No where online does it say this anywhere. No where to get that cash in an unknown city at 1AM.

The hotel is ok if youre not very picky. Its not very clean and it is quite worn down. No wifi. Does have microwave and iron. Too expensive for what you get. I will probably never stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and loved our room it was very spacious, comfortable and very clean we enjoyed that it had a mini fridge and microwave. Front desk and manager were courteous and friendly we will definitely stay there again.

The gates were closed near my room. Had to park on the other side of motel and walk to my room after midnight by myself. 7 am woke up to a bunch a motorcycle people with their noisy bikes. Then a group of people talking real loud outside of my room real early planning their itinerary for the day. Didnt get a good rest. Tub had mold. But what do you expect for $50 bucks

This is a motel 6 style roadway inn.counter girl acted as if she was overworked and under appreciated. Room was as clean as and old room with heavy use could be, but didnt really make you feel like you wanted to touch anything. Pool is filled with cement. Yeah, it pretty much sucked and if I would have paid 20 bucks, it would be a 4 star review, but the amou,t paid made this one of the worst deals in town.THe name is nothing close to reality. Probably should change it to Freeway Dump to be more accurate.

The place looks nice from the outside but is disgusting from the inside, when I first walked into my room it was hot and it smelled really bad. Their a/c in the room doesn’t blow out any cold air, I was literally sweating all night couldn’t even sleep.

The lobby is not open, the attendant was rude, it was windy and cold and at the time I checked in, I had to stay outside because the lobby was closed, it was a little pass 8 pm, same at the check out, I had to wait outside in the cold because after you turn your key on, the attendant has to go check the room, they ask for 100 dollars cash as a deposit for I do not what. The room has no microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, not even a little bucket for ice, there’s no ice machine,I feel humiliated about all this conditions, not counting that the loo k in the room was falling apart, it was hard to get inThe area with trash everywhere,I decided to stay because I had pay in advance and there was no rooms available in the areaThe site says free breakfast, and they not even have coffee, again the lobby is lockedI would not recomen it at all and will never ever stay in that place again

I had been staying here every time I pass through Laredo when it was a Motel 8, but I will never stay there again. Last night I paid $65.99 for a room with two beds I was so tired that I was willing to oversee the bad smell. I went to grab a towel to dry myself off because it was raining outside and three bed bugs were on the towel. I looked at the walls in the restroom and they were all over the wall and crawling on the floor. I screamed to tell my brother to get off of the bed because there were bed bugs he them flipped the pillow over and there were about 4-5 crawling on the pillow. I went to the office guy and he wouldn’t return my money saying he already put it in the register!!! Well take it out!!! “DO NOT STAY THERE YOU WILL REGET IT, THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND ROOMS ARE FILTHY” the front office guy seamed nice until he refused to give me my money back he didn’t even care!!!!

This is not the best hotel Ive ever stayed at but for the price it is definitely worth it. The only thing my room don’t have a remote control for the TV and no breakfast or coffee Service great and the location is I strongly recommend it.

Worst hotel ever, I tried to canceled my trip; they claim that my trip was cancelled it, but the problem is that I didnt get my refund back and get worst, they overcharged me for another 2 nights, I tried to talked with the manager but never is there. Probably the absolute worst experience. Dirty EVERYTHING. No coffee pot. No ice bucket. No cups. Stained bed linens. Stained towels. And worst but not least. . . . The 1 (one mind you) washcloth. . . . Wasnt just stained. . . It was filthy. Carpet was nasty, microwave was dirty. As I said. Probably the absolute worst experience ever.

This hotel is terrible, the door did not even lock, it smell really bad, flat screen did not work, they had an old tv on top of it that did work, decor horrible, water marks on walls and ceiling, I was amazed that it is allowed to operate in USA.

This place shouldnt be open, it should be under renovation. The entrance door knob was broken, the bathroom and shower were very dirty, there were cockroaches in there, in general it was very bad. Such a bad experience.

Power went off multiple times during our stay. There wasnt hot water in the shower. Breakfast was lacking. Door didnt close.

This place is a joke from the false pictures of the room in a sky tower, the shower has mold all the way around the tub I found a piece of hair on a towel I took down to use the front desk staff is rude there is no continental breakfast run from this place and keep your$80 bucks there are no convient restaurants and the taco place next door closes early book ahead of time so you don’t have to result to staying some were below your standards.

We came for a funeral not fun trip very disappointed we been coming for ten years never had a problem like we had this time first one room smell bad was dirty then we came back from the viewing we had a flood in the room so they moved us to another room then woke up the water had gone to the other room all this time the Manger never even called to apologize then we woke up to go head home and saw my son some bite on his faces check the bed around and found a bed bug I was so mad I will never come back to this hotel am very angry

Well, for the price you cant ask for much, even their own site rates it 2 stars and Im giving it one more because spending a night sleeping in a bed instead of your car is very good. It has its details like a 2 star Motel, but if you are not very picky I think you can ignore it.Note. If you can, bring a quilt or blanket with you. They will thank me.

The room was very dirty, garbage on the floor and rat bugs. When it was time to unmake the bed, we also found rat bugs, in the same way I went to ask for a refund and they did not want to give it. The cleaning lady the next day was very indignant that it was not dirty according to her.

Terrible service, very bad organization. We made a reservation two months ago and struggled to get it valid. They gave us a key and told us “lets see if theres someone in the room.” It was totally worth their privacy and they even gave us a room that wasnt there.We had to cancel and look for another option, on the same street there are quite a few hotels that are more worth it.

The place is good to spend 1 or 2 nights, on my visit it cost $57 dollars for a 2-bed room. Regarding the room, I had a spacious and clean room on the ground floor, the heating worked very well but in terms of bathroom accessories they are very limited and the towels were quite worn.It includes self-service breakfast (coffee, bread, waffles, cereal and orange juice) in my opinion I recommend it since it fulfills the main function of being the lowest cost hotel in the area.

In the room they gave us there were bed bugs, we asked to change the room and in the new room the beds also had bed bugs, it is incredible how they have very little hygiene and carelessness.For a change, they did not want to give me a refund since they claim that they gave me the option of another room, but the 2 rooms they offered me had bedbugs.

The rooms are good, the rest of the receptionist was friendly. The sheets and pillows smell dirty. They offer free breakfast from 7 to 9 in the morning, but what they give for breakfast was finished before 9 and several guests were left without breakfast. The person in charge of this is very despotic and rude.

I stayed on April 29, 2018 and that day none of the 2 ice vending machines worked, the minibar didnt work either and the manager only told me that he couldnt do anything because I had reserved the room and there is no change in reservations. I recommend not booking there because if something goes wrong you will not be able to change rooms. The carpet in the room was dirty and had a bad smell. The next day we changed hotels.

If you are going to stay 1 day, maximum 2, it is perfect. It has wifi, hot water, paper and towel. Shampoo they only give you a couple of mini bags and the hand soap is horrible and leaves you with a terrible greasy feeling. The TV and climate work, the beds are very comfortable. The service is somewhat poor since there is practically 1 person taking care of everything.

This place is one of those where you stay because you couldnt find another hotel or the ones that remain are exorbitantly expensive.The room was not very clean (I saw small cockroaches around the oven) and the facilities are old.Personally I dont recommend it...ugly, expensive and old hotel.

I stayed a week ago and it improved from what it was 11 months ago, the pool no longer exists and the rooms had a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, currently they do not exist. Cleanliness improved a lot. I will continue staying there

Terrible!!! We asked for a ground floor and there wasnt any (we saw unoccupied rooms). The one they gave us didnt have a refrigerator, there were insects, the bedspread was burned, in short. Bad night!!! I will never book there again

If you go for one night and dont mind the place, it is perfect, however it is not comfortable to be in this place, the rooms are not totally clean, the bathroom has some damage and it feels unsafe.

They gave me a room and when I went to enter the bathroom it smelled like pure YERBA, when I smelled such a smell I went to the front desk and they told me that they could NOT change my room OR refund the money, how about it... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Terrible is not enough, it may be economical, but economical is not in conflict with the disgusting nature of the room, the bedspreads are super dirty, the carpet even has chewing gum stuck to it, the toilet was disgusting, what they offer for breakfast is honestly disgusting...!
