Do NOT get catfished by this website like we did. The website makes this place seem far nicer than it is!!! 0 stars!!!My husband and I moved here from out of state and were so disappointed when we got here. They are on their 4th property manager since February. The showers were “resurfaced” before we moved in (they painted them) and there are two big cracks in the shower floor of the master bathroom. 7 months later, we still don’t have a new shower. The toilet in the guest bathroom was leaking and that took 6 months to fix. The garbage disposal and dishwasher were changed out as they both either didn’t work or leaked though that took several months as well. When we moved in they had three maintenance men but were reduced to one about a month after being here and service has just gone downhill since. The one guy left is super nice but obviously has too much work for just him.We pay $1700 a month which is supposed to include pest control and in the 7 months we have been here, they have sprayed once (in March and not once since). The bugs are absolutely atrocious and I have to wash EVERYTHING before I’ll use it as they are so bad, even though we have sprayed with a ton of over the counter sprays that we have access to at our own cost of course. The video I will post is after I cut a cinnamon roll in half, turned around to pack a lunch bag and that fast there was a nasty roach in it! So awful!!!The kids have only been able to swim a handful of times as it’s rarely open or clean enough to swim in if open. Pic included as well-They can say they have “no work orders showing pending” but that’s most likely from the turnover in management as everything has been reported and checked on multiple times.This place is not what the website or price would suggest!!! Be warned!!!

I did a few jobs back in July for them was told would be paid in 30 working days or less after submitting invoice we’ll been since July and I haven’t even got a call back after beeing promised a call back they had a new manager she asked I re submitted the invoice and I did in aug. and still no call back or anything I called corporate or least the number the manger said was coprate the lady there told me over 5 times I would get a call back never did I tryed to avoid bothering or bugging but I did the job they rushed me to do the job and I just want what I worked hard for and earned and what’s mine so can i please get the money that’s mine for the materials I paid for the the workers I paid to get the job done ? Can i please get what’s mine ? I mean y’all kick ppl out of there house for being late on rent and y’all not paying what y’all owe on over 2 months I’m js that’s one sided be fair and do what’s right and stop making me work and beg for what u owe me update 12/17/24 even resubmitted the invoices mr mark told me to submit to the email [email protected] and never got a response till I mentioned a Lean then he wants me to bow down and tickle his feathers now just for me to hopefully get paid never said they will pay wats owed but that he wasn’t there when it happened but I have all copys and text that prove I was there and working along w pics of my work I’m just shocked this is how they do business he responded to make his self look good but is continuing to make me run in circles and jump threw loops to get wats owed but then again maybe that’s why they loss two property managers since July crazy

Units look horrible and dirty (previous tenants left writing and scribbling on walls dead AND ALIVE BUGS EVERYWHERE!) and the quality is far worse than I can even imagine. Doors falling off hinges, chunks of wood falling out from under the counter tops, and INFESTED with ROACHES!! Maintenance men will also never fix anything & they charge every month for extermination and NEVER spray. They WILL over charge you for months at a time and never make it right. If you have renters insurance prepare to pay double because they will change you regardless. That 923$ rent amount is a lie I pay about $1000 in rent (and random monthly fees) which would be fine if these units were actually livable. Will not be renewing my lease. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have lived here a few years and have seen different companies come and go along with the management. I can say I when this new company and management came, I was like, Here we go again, how long will this 1 last. But I can tell you this, Roxie is an amazing apt manager. She goes above and beyond to do her job and to make sure you feel welcomed. She is always there with an open ear and no judgement about anything. She is the reason why I have stayed at this complex. When I first moved here it was horrible. Then when she came, she did what she had to do to start making this place a home I actually like. I have seen a lot of changes since she has become the community manager. I appreciate the effort she puts in and I hope she knows that her efforts and the amazing job she does doesnt go unnoticed.

The staff is extremely caring and always willing to go out of their way to help get you into an apartment. Extremely sincere and devoted staff. They have done so much for me it will take my lifetime to repay their kindness. The apartment is beautiful and they made it extra safe for me as well. There are no words to describe how truly amazing this staff and complex is. I recommend them to any and everyone wanting a beautiful place to live with an awesome office team.

Temo is a awesome he came on his day off and fixed our dishwasher right away it didnt take no time at all to fix

We have lived in this apartment for 3 months and have not been able to wash clothes due to issues with the plumbing and have had multiple flooding episodes in our kitchen and living room. It is like pulling teeth to get someone to call you back or even answer a text message. I was told I would be updated on the progress with getting our water issue fixed and I haven’t heard from anyone in over a week. I was also told we would be compensated for having to go to the washateria instead of being able to do laundry at home and have yet to see anything come of that. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and will be moving out as soon as humanly possible. They also did not warn us about when they were going to be painting the apartment above us in the middle of the night and the fumes were so bad I had to drive my son to my moms 30 minutes away for fear the fumes would make him sick. It was so bad it was causing my husband and I to get a headache and make our eyes water. I feel we should have been notified in advance so we could plan for him and us not being there. And today our garbage disposal stopped working, I will be putting a work order in but I’m not holding out much hope for a quick resolution. The only nice thing I can say is that when I do actually get to speak to the property manager, she is always polite. The reason we chose this apartment was because we could bring our washer and dryer. I have a potty training toddler that still has lots of accidents and no way to wash underwear and bedding because of this.

Roxy is a great manager and all the staff has been super helpful! All of our needs get addressed in a timely manner. Definitely love living here!!! :)))

I had been looking for an apartment and I finally I went to the Estrella. Nicole was very kind to show me an apartment that just became available. She was very helpful and did everything she could to get me n my family into the apartment. I had looked at other apartment complexes and Nicole was the kindness person. She was the only one who was willing to stay and wait for me to get off work to look at the apartment. For that I am very thankful. Now my family and I have a great apartment. Im looking forward to a long stay with Estrella Park Apt.

Nicole is awesome! She did the walk through with me and helped us every step of the way. Repairs, move in prep, and dates. We couldnt have asked for a nicer lady! She is so sweet!

Nice apartments but rent is high to just have a view of a pool cause its was barley open all summer and now its already winter..🙄

Just getting settled in but the process of renting at this lovely community has been by far the fastest and most pleasant! Nicole is awesome and just the sweetest thing! She kept in touch throughout the entire process and was willing to assist at all times! I just know I’m going to love it here!

And just like that this place has gone downhill. Pool is disgusting. Not to mention can’t get a straight answer when pest control will be by and I pay a fee for it each month. Oh and management has been out to lunch since yesterday at 12. Guess another one bites the dust!

The new Landlords fixed my account an Im so thankful for that. Maintenance came in an fixed things that should have been fixed when I first moved in. But Im very happy with all the New staff an the fact that they are working with me on my account so greatful. This is a great place to stay first place Ive lived an my kids an I fill very safe. Thank yall very much 🙏❤️

Moving here was probably the greatest experience that I have had. I was homeless with my child for 3 months and the ladies in the office did not stop until I was approved and moved in. My son loves it here. I love it here. It’s quiet and everyone is friendly and the staff is amazing! 🤎

Not horrible. people who work here are nice. the pool is still closed and it’s really hot so that’s a bummer. hopefully they add chairs and tables too. also, i wasn’t made aware that i would be responsible for water so that was a surprise that was not welcome but too late to do anything about it now.

I am just happy that I have got Estrella park apartment for living as a new resident. Their management and handling of customers are just appreciating and also the apartment I saw in google I got as like as the photos and videos they have shared.Pretty spacious. Good job and keep up your good effort to make the apparttment environment the best 😊😊

Estrella Park is affordable, close to the colleges, and the staff are absolutely wonderful people to work with. It is a great option for UHV and VC students.The Estrella Park staff have done more in the past couple months than the Stratford staff did in 8 months. They patched up the parking lots, replaced exterior lights for visibility/safety, and have been remodeling rooms/exterior.The only reason I did not renew is because my wife and I purchased a house.

Great place to rent from. They are willing to Work with you and are very understanding. Since new management has taken over there have been several improvements. 10 out of 10 would recommend

We were very impressed when we took a tour to see the complex! Amber was so patient and helpful answering our questions. We can tell the management truly cares about this place. We love the location and recommend anyone to check it out for themselves.

I had an issue with my a/c not cooling and they addressed the issue right away! The manager, Roxy, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank yall so much!!!

The Women In The Office Have Great Attitudes And Make You Feel Welcome, Maintenance Is Timely. It’s A Nice Place.

Doors where not painted and they did not measure the rite size for the closet there is still a huge gap between doors the globe for ceiling fan is not the correct size it was installed crooked customer service has not changed requested for A.C filters to be changed out and I still have the same dirty ones management still needs alot of work to actually leave a good comment for this

Going there my medical situation I was in hospital and called them to let them know my rent was going to be a day late and the next day I came home from hospital the office put an eviction notice on my door my apartment was flooded a few times carpet never got ripped out there is a big rat problem and roaches I finished not one but two leases with them and when I used them as a rental reference I got lied about saying I moved out and terminated my lease last march that was a lie I moved out two weeks ago so my experience with this apartment has not been pleasant.

My two recent work request orders were done quickly and in a courteous manner.

I have no other words to say that they are one of the best apartments in Victoria and the maintenance and office staff are excellent.

Awesome took the time to figure out the issue but everything is great
