Being a first time mover wasn’t easy, but Kim, Destiny, and Ashley were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. You can tell that they genuinely care about making their tenants feel comfortable and heard with any concerns they might have. Victoria Station Apartments is a great place to live. The staff are extremely friendly and are quick to respond to any issues. Kim, Ashley, and Destiny are very accommodating and always put tenants needs as top priority. Maintenance (Ryan) is always hard at work and is respectful when he comes to your apartment to change out equipment or do touch ups. The staff also like to throw small parties throughout the year which is great for getting to know your neighbors and staff.

I have lived at this apartment complex for two years and have had a wonderful experience here. The office team, Ashley, Kim and Destiny, have been an amazing help to any questions or concerns I have and have always been on top of any problem. The community here has always been peaceful and calm with minimal problems. The ladies have always worked with me on anything I needed. I greatly appreciate them and would always recommend this place to a friend.

Walked in and signed my lease in about 2 hours, which was very convenient for me. Apartment comes with great internet, and they help set you up with electric very easily. My apartment came with brand new carpet and flooring which I really appreciate. Destiny was especially helpful, Ashley and Kim were great as well.

These apartments are great. Very clean and super quiet. Love the open gym and can’t wait to use the pool this summer. Destiny is always so helpful and kind. Kim and Ashley are always there to help out as well.

After moving back to these apartment it’s been my best decision. Kim, Destiny, and Ashley ensure us residents are well taken care of. Moving to a new town can be overwhelming, especially if things do not go as planned, but living at Victoria Station has made it such an easy and wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived the front office staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They are professional, courteous, and have a passion for their tenants. They’re some of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met—they genuinely care about their tenants and always go above and beyond to help. These are the BEST landlords I’ve EVER had!The community here is quiet and peaceful, it truly feels like coming home after a long day of work. The amenities are always spotless and well-kept. The other tenants are respectful. They host monthly events and i’ve met some wonderful people! This is also a fantastic place for pets; I love seeing all the happy animals who live here.For anyone new to town, Victoria Station is the perfect place to be. The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything you might need, and the warm, friendly atmosphere makes it easy to feel at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live—it’s truly a gem in Victoria!

The apartments are older but fairly priced and over all in great condition. Any issues we have had in our apartment (haven’t been many) Kelby, Ashley, and Kim are always willing to help get things sorted in a timely manor. Over all the complex is nice and quiet and my neighbors have been extremely respectful. The dog park is a nice touch to the complex! Overall living at Victoria station has been a great experience!

Miss kim and miss ashley are the BEST! my fiancé and I had to move very last minute for work and they were nothing but helpful getting us into an apartment. when i finally met them in person they were so sweet and welcoming. the apartments themselves are so cozy and the grounds are well maintained. also, a big shout out to maintenance, we had a few things that needed fixing upon moving in and they responded quickly. so far we feel so grateful that we ended up here :)

I lived in this apartment complex back from 2013-2017, where I did move away for a bit, I came back this year and it is still the same lovely apartment community it was back then. Now we have a new amazing leasing/management crew, Kelby who made my move in smooth and painless, and helped me get the best deal on my apartment, and Ashley and Kim who are just absolutely wonderful managers. There are fun community events on property which allows us an opportunity to meet our neighbors. The property is a nice and safe place to live. If I have a maintenance issue, which is rare, Ryan, is there to fix it as soon as possible and It’s fixed quickly. He does an excellent job.

I have been a resident here for many years and I enjoy living here. Ashley and Kim at the front office are the kindest, nicest people to interact with. I have had very few maintenance issues throughout the years, but when I did, they were resolved promptly and most of the time on the same day. I DO wish the front gate entrance could be fixed or updated to cut back on traffic and increase security as well.

My boyfriend and I are first time renters. We looked around at a bunch of the complexes in Victoria and found Victoria station. We went in to the office to get information on the complex and Ms.Kelby was SUCH a great help for us! She took the time to explain everything to us and add up prices and totals and just made everything so much easier for us. Kelby answered all of our questions and then some and she just made us feel SO welcome! She gave us all the information we were looking for and even gave us recommendations for different things as well! Due to pouring rain we weren’t able to take a tour that day, but she went online and gave us a virtual tour and told us to come back the following Monday to take us on a tour in person. When we went back for the tour and I immediately fell in love with the place. The property is very nice and the apartment was so beautiful. I absolutely recommend!!

The process for moving in was seamless and painless. The same goes for transferring into a new apartment on the location. Prices have been amazing for what you get and the amenities are a plus. I have lived on property for about 5 years and have seen a few office ladies come and go, Kim, Ashley, and Kelby are by far the friendliest and most welcoming group Ive encountered. They really care about the residents here.

The staff at this apartment complex is the best I had seen in all of my years renting. They go above and beyond to accommodate their residents. As a mother I am particular thankful over the extra support they provide to my son during his first encounter of renting and learning about utilities and bills. They walked him through the leasing and helped him find a utility provider and taught him how to save money. Once the person lives at Victoria Station they will quickly notice the culture of care and the family atmosphere. The staff work extra hard to make every day at their apartment complex enjoyable!

We enjoyed living at Victoria Station for the most part. The staff is amazing, location is great, leasing rate was decent and we loved the pool. We did not care for the fact that is supposed to be a secured property- however all the gates are always left open. People speed through the parking lot as if it is a race way. People do NOT clean up after their pets as they are supposed to, so there is dog feces everywhere. Then we also had serval issues with hot water- often not having any- and often not having water at all.

I do contract maintenance for most apts in Victoria, including Victoria Station. I told my friend this is where you are supposed to station yourself if you want to stay in Victoria.I always look around for apts and ask tenants questions since I have friends looking for where to live.Victoria Station is one of the Apts I will surely recommend anyone to stay. I service other apts, but this is one of the cleanest, well managed with less complaints. It is well located near amenities, schools, banks, gyms, supermarket, restaurants, churches and near one of the major rd in Victoria.The management, Kim, Ashley and Kilby are the best. They will go the extra mile for you, they do have a heart for tenants.

My girlfriend and I have a very spacious room it’s a perfect fit for us and our fur babies. It’s quiet and everyone minds their own respectfully.Ashley updates us on parties in the office such as bingo, pizza, and other fun lil parties. She’s a wonderful person to talk to and communicates with not only my girlfriend and I but the community. I couldn’t have asked for a better assistant manager to help us.

Since moving into Victoria Station we have felt welcomed and safe. We have been living here for seven months and absolutely love it here. The office managers are always available and go above and beyond; they even check on you to make sure everything is ok.The environment feels like a little community. Before Christmas, they hosted a patio decorating contest for all the children. They also offered free gift wrapping services for all tenants.Any time there has been an issue big or small, it was handled in a timely manner. All three ladies are always willing to work with you. They are both very personable and make everyone happy.We feel so welcome here, this is a fantastic community.

Victoria station apartments are one of the best apartments I’ve lived at so far. Great staff who are the friendliest, and caring about their residents. Clean inside and out.. no bugs to have to worry about roaming in your apartment. Lastly very pet friendly community!

Victoria Station is the best ! Ashley was the one who helped me throughout the whole process and made it so much easy to help us get an apartment! I really recommend this place if your new to victoria or need an apartment to stay at . Good prices and such helpful people ! With a beautiful dog park to bring your dog !

I have lived here since June and I loved it! For medical reasons I had to move from the second to the first floor, the staff was amazing and worked options till we were able to get the right fit. I highly recommend this property because they really care about the well-being of their tenants.

Very friendly staff! Got me moved in quick! Clean apartments! Quiet place! Clean Pool! The only problem we have been having is with our Air conditioner for the past week! I let them know the first day I noticed! And still isn’t fixed.. gets up to 80 degrees during the day in here! I let them know multiple times. Still waiting.

I recently inquired about possibly renting an apartment here . I sat up a day to go look and spoke to the three sweetest girl in the office, Kim , Ashley and Kelby greeted me and made me feel so welcomed.

The tourist Kelby explained everything well and was readily ready to answer any and all questions...even questions you didnt think of! Covered all the basis of what you should generally know when getting an apartment

Great place to live. Nice and quiet and the choices you have for floor plans are neat. The rooms are so big that you can’t really tell that you’re in an apartment, you feel more like you’re in a home. The office staff are so friendly and they make you feel like family, which you can’t get anywhere else. Come check them out, you’re going to love them.

I have had an amazing experience Victoria Station. Office managers have been extremely kind and understanding! The apartments have been remodeled, and they are gorgeous! I truly feel at home here. Highly reccommend.

After 4 years of living at Victoria Station I am almost sorry to leave. The management has changed hands a few times during this time frame, but the management they have now, are truly amazing women! I amsuper grateful for everythign they have done and will miss them dearly. I am giving this community 5 stars because no matter the issue, they are doing everything in their power to rectify it as quickly as possible. Thank you ladies! Keep doing what youre doing.

By far one of the best apartments in town. The management makes you feel like family. Never asked more than once for assistance. Management and its crew are top notch. Would recommend this property 100%. Very safe and well managed!

My ceiling leaked water for three months in the bathroom before the apartment repaired the damage to the dry wall. The leak had to be “fixed” multiple times. By the time they came to repair the damage I had already packed all my things and was in the process of moving out. The water ruined tons of my personal property. Blue tooth speakers, hair tools. The management team refused to allow me to terminate my lease and sent me a bill for $4,000. I had to hire an attorney. The floors had what looked like mold under them and when I requested someone to come look at it they sent the maintenance guy who told me himself that he was not qualified to tell me weather it was mold or not. He also told me that pipes busting in this apartment building was a common occurrence. Also when I told the management I would not be leaving w good review upon moving out she called me “petty”. She later knocked on my door to apologize but it was very unprofessional and I wouldn’t suggest living here to anyone. Also the train across the street is very loud and comes by all hours of the night.

Hello my name is Robert Moreno and I just want to get on here today to let y’all know about Victoria Station Apartments .I have a been living here for about three years now and I would like to say it has been a great experience ,anytime that I need something it gets done immediately ! The staff is very understanding and nice ,so if y’all are thinking about Victoria Station let me be the one today to let you know say yes and give them a chance you won’t regret it.

Ive lived here for about 11 months now, and figured I would share my time here, which was also my first renting experience. Im going to list all of the pros and cons I can think of since everyone has different priorities when looking for an apartment. Also, for reference, Ive lived in building 16.Pros:Virtually no bugs in my unit. I recall a total of 2 roaches in my 11 months here and thats it.Newly renovated unit with brand new appliances.The complex is pretty quiet, especially my neighbors. Ive had very little issue with noise.Very convenient location. The complex is next to at least 2 banks and a post office, and pretty much anything else in Victoria is about a 5 minute drive in any direction.Ive never had a problem with the ladies at the office (Rachelle is the best).My unit is nice and spacious. I have the 1 bed with the study.The newly added dog park is much better than the tiny fenced in fields other places try to pass off, and is a nice addition.Aside from a few people who dont want to clean up after their dog, the grounds are kept up regularly and the complex is relatively clean.Cons:800+ rent is a little high for an apartment nearly 40 years old. Though, they are newly renovated and not falling apart like other apartments of similar age.The gate has not been operational the whole time Ive been here. Ive noticed a mild amount of suspicious activity and dumpster divers during my time here, and I feel a working gate could have prevented this.Parking sucks. You will rarely find a spot close to your unit. This is exacerbated by the renovations going on. The dog park also took some spots, which I feel was unnecessary. Its worse the further back in the complex you are, as theres only one way in and out. Your car may also be towed in a heartbeat if you park badly so be careful (my car has not been towed, but Ive heard complaints and seen it in action).There was constant construction during my first several months here. That was pretty annoying, though most of that around my unit has subsided.It seems like the water is shut off every couple of weeks for emergency repairs. I can recall times where this happened more than once a week. Its usually never off for more than a couple of hours, but its still annoying.Maintenance can be pretty slow unless theres an emergency repair. Luckily I had minimal issues with my unit.A/C isnt great. It has trouble cooling parts of my unit, particularly my bedroom. Its by no means unlivable, but I wish it was a little better sometimes.I wish the bathroom was renovated like the kitchen is. Its not bad but leaves a little to be desired. Wouldve been nice to get a new toilet to go with the new kitchen appliances.Limited kitchen space.Mandatory valet trash. Basically $25 bucks for someone to pick up your trash for you. Wish I could have opted out since I barely use it.I have not officially moved out yet, so I cant comment on having any issues with my security deposit, being charged for cleaning, etc.I think thats about it. While Ive listed a lot of cons, I feel they are more nuisances than major problems or deal breaker. Im also much better at pointing out problems than giving praise, so dont let the large number of cons make you think I disliked it here. Overall this has been a pleasant renting experience, and I would renew my lease if I were staying in Victoria. I am glad my first renting experience was not a pain like how Ive heard it can be. I can recommend Victoria Station based on my experience living here.

I have lived here almost 2 years now and i have to say like any other apartments it has its ups and downs but i think its one of the better ones. Since renovations the prices have gone up but for the size of the apartment and the renovations that are being done i think its reasonable if not a great deal. Sometimes work orders can be a bit of a wait but they have been starting to get better at it. Since the new ownership took over things have been getting done that ive needed done for a while. The managment is fair and reasonable. They will tell it like it is. And work with you the best they can with any situation. My only real complaint is since ive lived here the gates never really worked. However with all the other changes being made i like to believe thatll be fixed soon enough. Though an apartment is rarely a perminant place to stay im glad to call this my home.

Maintenance is terrible. they will charge for cleaning fees months, even a year later after move out! won’t even give us a notice, just straight to collections!! don’t live here!!

The apartment price was fair a couple years ago, but they were known to raise the prices. After our lease they said we’d have to pay $200 more a month to renew, so we moved. We lived in a townhouse that constantly had issues. Our a/c went out constantly before they replaced it. Our bath tub leaked to the downstairs. Maintenance was in our apartment almost every month for something. Three stars though because they fixed the problems even though there were some.

Absolutely beautiful and amazing prices! The staff were so friendly and thoughtful. Very happy with my decision in choosing to move here with my girlfriend and fur-babies!

They have very good management, the apartments are very nice inside, the maintenance keep the area clean grass cut! Just a nice neighborhood close to the bank & if you have kids that go to middle school & elementary school that area is perfect!

The units are clean and have many amenities. The community is quiet and unobtrusive, and the grounds, especially around the pool, mailboxes and leasing office are really nice.

Rats, mice, and roaches! If your up to hearing rat traps go off when you didn’t know they were there? This is your kind of place!! Have lots of pictures but can’t find a way to post them!Asked to change to different apartment but no. Evicted for calling multiple agencies before being a month late!Beware of ALL the ladies in the office and DO NOT allow them to put you in building 100, that’s rat central!!

Love the friendly workers here.. I feel safe not only with them but with the gated security.. the officer girls are sweet & knowledgeable about the community . maintenance is prompt courteous & respectable in my home.

The rent is being raised to basically the same rate as one of the new complexes which is ridiculous. The A/C does not properly cool the entire apartment and apparently is not fixable. They are providing a trash collection service that you can not opt out of and must pay an additional fee for. The water temperatures are not consistent and frequently are too hot. The back gate is not operational forcing all traffic to utilize the front gate. The first turn coming in from the front gate is poorly designed and too narrow. There are a variety of other things but you get the point.

Had friend that lived there whom I stayed overnight and got bit up by bedbugs in apt building 17 and building 1. Unfriendly staff. Put my friend through hell.

I wouldn’t recommend this place because every month you’re bill will rise and they never tell you this before you move in. I’ve been here 3 months and my bill has gone up almost 100.00 dollars. We have a right to know how much we will spend on rent each month. Please don’t believe the fake 5 stars reviews.
