Vista Del Sol Apartments

My experience with the corporate side of these apartments is not a good one. I have a special needs child that has recently needed more attention. My child needs medical attention that is not available in Texas. So for my child, I will of course do whats needed. Even ending a career. However. My request to break my lease was denied. So my child will go without the help thats needed. Right now my child is receiving the minimum of help that is required. Witch is almost nothing. This is very disturbing and disappointing.

We have lived here going on 2 years. The management staff is absolutely amazing. She’s very attentive if you have any needs. She’s just an absolute delight. Always has a smile on her face. If ANY maintenance issues arise, they’re immediately taken care of. Recently, our dishwasher went out. It was replaced within a couple of hours reporting on a Friday afternoon.I would suggest these to anyone that looking for a quiet apartment community. The upgrades they are continuously doing has really shown. Keep up the great work!

Maintenance is quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Management is kind and really cares about residents. Great first apartment experience! 😁

I spent two years at this apartment! Maintenance was attentive to all my needs!. Sulema and staff were friendly and helpful!

I loved being a resident here! This was my first apartment, the office manager is lovely . If we had a problem with anything they’d be happy to fix anything . Parking is grate , and during the summer it’s so nice be able to go swimming in our gated pool . Overall I’d recommend vista del soul to anyone looking for a home !

I have been here a year and I must say this is the best apt complex I have ever lived at highly recommended and outstanding service 👏 me and my family are safe and always taken care of Mrs. Vasquez and her staff always puts their tenants first. I never have to ask twice or have to wait for anything thats how wonderful Mrs. Vasquez takes care of us. Thank you to her and her staff and to corporate for always being there and so understanding. Management is great! They are quick and easy and , they are there to answer any questions property. Landscaping is very well maintain and very clean. Vista Del Sol has come a long way and looks great! very comfortable place to live.

Honestly , this is one of the best apartment ever. The staff are awesome. whenever you have any issue or any questions they will answer it and solve it immediately. I would recommend if you looking for a place to call home. Then this is your best option!!

A great apartment complex, very clean ! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, My experience was great I enjoy everything ! The manager is amazing she really made my experience come to life ! I recommend living here!

Living here is great. I feel secure and safe. The manager Sulema is really nice, always understanding and helpful! I would definitely recommend 10/10!

I had a great experience with management and maintenance. when I needed them they were always on point, and friendly , always greeted me with respect and kindness. This is a awesome place to live.

Lived here in 2014-2015. Great apartments. Maintenance checks in every month to make sure everything is working properly. Cameras everywhere make you feel safe. Nice & quiet environment. All around great place to live.

These apartments are like living in a prison. You are watched the moment you step out of the door. Full of mold thats only painted over not treated. My husband was maintenance here for 14 months and after then he was told his services were no longer needed and we had 30 days to vacate the property. Without any reason or explanation. Plus kids are not really welcome. Not the place to live if you have small children. Very very disappointed in the way thesenior manager conducted herself.

Where seriously debating if we either need to swap apartments or just find a new apartment complex in general. Besides the leaks, moldy windows, windows without even screens (second floor) and plumbing issues we ran into. The one thing that drives me bananas is the neighbors and how they think it’s ok to have a party tell 2am with loud enough music to rattle windows. Don’t they realize people are up at 5am for work? They also smoke pot so much my apartment reeks! I have 5 children, 3 with asthma, they can’t be around it. I’m just overall tired of the nonsense.

All these apartments in Victoria are a joke, Sulema was no help, theres a reason there were soo many vacancies here! This run down place really checks credit, apartments here in Victoria just want your application fees and pocket the money just to reject you! Dont come here!!!

Great apartments! The new owners and management are wonderful and attentive to resident needs! The community looks and feels great.

Its a nice and quite place to live. Ive moved here in 2017. Its under new ownership and so much has been updated. Glad to be a part of Vista Del Sol!

Got here in August 2021 fresh out the military. Very quite very nice place. Everyone here is friendly and staff is very prompt!!

Improvements are amazing, added a new grill and table outside the pool!

Sulema was very nice and helpful. This is the best place in Victoria.
