Central Park Apartments

I am currently in on of the updated apartment which is nice but looks a little rushed. I am a little annoyed at how the flood is slightly uneven but it only bothers me when I am putting up furniture and it is a little askew. The pool is basic but nice garden area. The area surrounding the apartment is not bad and I never feel uncomfortable when I am walking around. It is nice that they provide a huge discount to families at the YMCA.

I originally moved in right when they were being opened after Hurricane Harvey where after a year of staying in a one bedroom apartment was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. The apartments have been nicely remodeled and are very roomy. The apartment manager Sarah is very nice and accommodating to the tenants needs. I enjoy the benefit of having the YMCA membership as a perk because it is just right across the street so in walking distance.

I moved to Central Park apartments in July 2020 and having a great time since then. The administration is so helpful and friendly and they manage scheduled checks on the apartments for any maintenance issues. They are so prompt in replying to any concern. The residence is very close to UHV and Victoria college as well as to HEB and YMCA. I havent had any issues what so ever and the apartment is renewed in all aspects. I highly recommend this place for everyone seeking a calm neighborhood and hassle-free stay.

The apartments are super nice! They are totally remodeled and are super modern. Complex is small and quiet which I really like. I haven’t made it to the YMCA but it’s located literally across the street which is very convenient!! Really nice apartments!!!

Beautiful apartment complex with great management and maintenance staff. My maintenance request got taken care of immediately and correctly! I love living here! The apartments have been so nicely updated and well taken care of.

Celeste is one of the Best Office managers I know. Not only did she make moving in quick and easy but her customer service was a breath of fresh air. From the day I took a tour to the day I received my keys she kept a smile a file on her face and was happy to help!

The only positive thing about this complex is the prices. Our carpet was horribly disgusting and they refused to change it. The inside was musky from the old wear and tear. Very old styled kitchen and bathroom. Our toilet had a leak when we first moved in, and toward the end of our lease there was a huge roach problem. When I complained to management they swore pest control had come but I know In fact they did not. I was so happy to move out of there. Also its not in the best part of town.

The property manager was slow to attending to the roach and rat problem. The apartment was so infested that I refused to eat there, out of possible health issues. Upon viewing it was mentioned that the carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced as they were heavily stained. Once I moved in I saw it had not been done and my complaints went unanswered. My deposit was also held from me despite being told it would be returned. After several phone calls I was then told I would receive a check of 60; which then took another month to receive. Dont move here for the price of the rent compared to the conditions its over priced and disgusting.

The apartment is nice. It has a chimney and porch, but the conditions they handed me the keys with are not very decent. The toilet was cracked and caused a leak into one of the bedroom carpets. The smell is gruesome and after 2 weeks of calling the front office, maintenance guy, and putting in a work order personally at the front office, there has been nothing done about it.

The new renovations are very nice and modern, the room/living spaces are more than adequate, the services of maintenance are excellent and taken care of as soon as possible, and bonus points for the convenience of a YMCA right across the street.Love it here!

I love Central Park apartments! Maintenance is great here they get stuff done fast! Newly remodeled and beautiful! Also it’s right down the road from H-E-B!and right across the street from the YMCA!! Neighbors are super friendly!!

I enjoyed living here with in the month I was able to before the hurricane. The only issue was the pool wasnt in working order the whole time and then when the Hurricane came that totally disabled the pool. Kinda sucks I couldnt go swimming. :p

We put down a $300 deposit and and $80 application fee a month prior to our move in date. When we went to sign the lease they had forgeten we were moving in and said they didnt have anything available. I have been trying to contact them about getting my deposit back but get hung up on or told to leave a message. I havent received any calls back.

Very nice spacious apartments. Well kept property. Staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Extremely nice place for occupancy.

Gave enough information. Yet had to look elsewhere on the www for ballpark figures. Nice website otherwise!

Great place to stay quiet neighborhood with the gym right across the street and plenty of parking. Very nice apartments and good management.

I like the living experience at Central Park. The office and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. And the complex is beautiful and well-maintained.

They never fix anything and they are not aware of what you need should have surveillance cameras walk a lot of thief and there are many bad people in that area
