The maintenance service process was wonderful. After submitting my request, I quickly received an acknowledgment that it was being reviewed. They scheduled the repair promptly and kept me updated throughout. The reminders and follow-ups made me feel valued and reassured. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and Im very pleased with the service.

I’ve been a resident here at Sliverminds for 7 year Iam very pleased with the. Up keep with thee gardening and the weekly pool cleaning the pool actually cleaner these couple of years look hanging out by poolside and bbqing and the maintenance shows up on time when you have an issue with air conditioner and plumbing, the Sliverminds mangerment team and othe team employees makes real right home the the small events that Sliverminds throw with. The food and games ! There the best part of living here the welcoming is from the team! Dihonn Joh ston

A clogged water line in the kitchen was worked on promptly by maintenance staff. They realized early on that a plumber would be required and within a few hours the plumber came, the clogged line was cleared and I had my kitchen sink back. All in all I think it took around 6 hours to get everything done. Very happy with the prompt and efficient service Ive found here. Doesnt happen at every apartment community.

Pleasant and competent staff made application and move-in easy. Any issues were minor and handled promptly. Shout out to Mary Kay in maintenance for quickly fixing a minor heater issue before the very cold weather gets here.

Maintenance is very friendly and knows exactly what they are doing Benny & Mary K thank you for your fast friendly service. It’s good to know the maintenance knows me by my name feels like family.

The maintenance staff took care of my heating problem after a little troubleshooting. I felt like I was in good hands through the whole experience. Great job!

Do not fall for it. It is a slum. Should be condemnedNothing worked. Toilet, Door was broken, Garbage disposal, whole lot of issues. They talk of strictly sticking to the terms of the lease but they only mean for the tenant, not themselves. Part of the lease was they were providing a weight room but it is inaccessible for people with jobs.

Want to thank the ladies at the front office! We needed a place asap and they made sure we got in as soon as possible! They are very helpful and they will explain everything before you pay for anything. I don’t know why we left these apartments back in 2021. We ended up coming back😊• Friendly office ladies• Affordable• 2 Pools (Clean)• Very quiet neighborhood• 5 Stars ⭐️

Have had such a great experience since moving in! Maintenance things are very quick to be fixed and the office staff is so helpful and friendly! Great communication all the way around. Will recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Amazing experience! I just moved in and they have been nothing but helpful. This is my first apartment and they were very patient and eager to explain anything I had questions about. I also have to mention how amazing the maintenance staff is. I put an order in and the same day it was fixed, Mary Kay did an amazing job with both of the small things that needed repairs. I would without a doubt recommend this complex to people.

It took a while for Maintenance crew to find out what was causing water leak in closet and bedroom carpet. Silvermine Apartment Manager Stephanie stepped up directing the Maintenance crew what to look for in fixing the problem and it was exactly what Stephanie had suggested. PVC pipe became disconnected causing water leak. Great Management Supervision.

My heater was out and kept going out, maintenance didnt give up until it was 100%. Its blowing really good now, and they came during really bad weather... Thank you so much

Just signed my lease, my application process was smooth sailing. The ladies in office were very kind and respectful. Rebecca showed me a showcase apt and walked me through everything. Very well managed and clean.

I love living at Silvermine, Stephanie is so helpful and friendly. Shes a Great manager, Rebecca & Mari are awesome too always make me feel welcomed! Maintenance is always quick when needed. Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for an apartment!

I moved in a few months ago in December & Rebecca was my leasing agent she was awesome, and made the move in process so easy. I love my apartment and it’s so quiet and peaceful here. All the girls in the office Mari & Stephanie are so nice & very helpful. I Definitely recommend this community for anyone looking for a place.

The issue was handled, but the means by which it was handled may not be the best solution. I was not there for the resolution so this post is second hand knowledge. The issue reported was a faulty AC that was leaking. The AC was resolve ld and the leak stopped. There was a concern that mold existed on a wall that was just cleaned off. Since there was a period of water exposure to the wall, it might have been a better solution to check behind the wall for additional issues. So this post is to recommend that additional investigation might need to be done to identify if mold does exist behind the wall. Just my feedback.

Went by for a tour and happened to go when they had a resident event today. They offered me pizza, all 3 of the girls in the office were super friendly and full of energy! Mari was informative, friendly and hope to be moving in April

Lived here for a couple of years and love it! Great place to live will all the major restaurants & stores near by, the 2 pools & 2 laundry areas are a real bonus , silvermine’s office staff are professional and nice. Ladies are wonderful! the resident events are fun and a great way to meet your neighbors. So if you are looking for a place to call home stop here you wont regret it!

I moved from East Tennessee to Victoria to attend UHV for a masters program. I was elated the first time I spoke with Stephanie Magana. I still have the paper that I jotted down all the notes we discussed and underlined multiple times I wrote I Like Her! During my relocation, Stephanie was amazing and so welcoming. She knew I was new to the area and did all she could to help me get comfortable, as well as to learn the area. The ladies in the office are fantastic as well and have done their fair share to make me feel welcome.I am very happy with my apartment, it was clean when I moved in (which was nice for a change from previous rentals) and so far any maintenance problems that have arisen are taken care of immediately. The maintenance staff are fantastic, courteous, respectful, and prompt. They really have one hell of a team here at Silvermine, they work very hard and do the best they can. I think we are very lucky to live at a complex where the staff care about the tenants like this staff does at Silvermine!

I have been in this apartment for 3 month, the place is ok, just as depicted in their pictures. However, I must admit that their maintenance efficiency leaves much to be desired.1.The AC has malfunctioned twice this month, I have asked for maintenance twice, but I now still have to endure uncomfortably hot nights in a room that reaches temperatures as high as 92 degrees2. The deposal was broken since I moved in, I asked them four times, and it took me two months to finally get it fixed.However, they can still be efficient about other things like the reminder of rent paying, and the people in the leasing office are nice and friendly. Therefore, if you possess the ability to endure sleeping in a room that feels like an oven and arent particularly concerned about maintenance matters, this apartment could potentially be a suitable choice for you.

Great place to live. Very clean the staff is professional and courteous to all its residents needs. Pool is always clean . Gym equipment is great plus the location is the best in the city. Easily the best renting experience I’ve had. Maintenance men are fast and reliable. Apartments are luxurious . Trash pick up makes for ultimate service . Parking lot has been fixed. The manager Stephanie and all her staff go above and beyond to meet residents needs through the year very polite and attentive making you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend

The new maintenance lead and Benny have been great so far! We just moved in Jan and I have had my a/c go out/leak and within an hour she was here fixing it!Her and Benny have come after hours twice to fix the issues we have had and within an hour after we call them in at that!!!Wonderful turn around from the last lead maintenance person!Thank you for your hard work and dedication to make Silvermine a better place to live!Stephanie and Ashley in the office are above amazing as well!Thank you again!

Lived here with a friend but had to move out recently due to a job offer I couldn’t pass up. The office staff was so friendly and professional. Maintenance was always prompt to any issues we had. I can honestly say my experience living here was great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for something that is budget friendly and in the perfect location.

I have lived here for over 2 years and have lived in 2 different units and I have had a wonderful experience in both apartments. I only had 1 maintenance issue through out the entire time. My ac was leaking and once I contacted the office maintenance got to it right away! The office staff is always so helpful, I would definitely recommend this community if your are moving into the area.

Mary Kate is an awesome maintenance technician. She did everything she could to make everything right and, she did. Couldnt ask for better because she got it done. Awesome job and quick fixer.

Rebecca and the Silvermine team were excellent in providing information. Rebecca is an excellent person, she responds when the tenant needs information, making you feel at home before renting. I just moved and I have to say one of the best complex in Victoria Tx.

The Silvermine staff is amazing. The property manager, Stephanie and Assistant Manager, Ashley always have a smile when I go into the office and are very friendly. Anytime I have a question or need some work done at my apt they make sure to make the work order right away and Follow up to make sure I am satisfied with the work done. Just wanna day thank you for making it very pleasant n enjoyable to live here. I would definitely recommend these ladies and apartment complex if anyone is looking for a new place to call home.

I have lived at Silvermine since 1996 and from then to now there have been so many changes. This has always been home but, It hasnt always been the best living here at times and neither has the office staff been very helpful. But, for the past few years there have been some really good changes & improvements! Since Stephanie started she has always been so sweet and always very helpful. She is always going above and beyond. As well as the other girls in the office they are wonderful. I just love the girls in the office all so kind & amazing. Since the new office staff and new management things have really gotten so much better. The changes they are doing inside and outside are really very nice! I transferred to an apartment with all the upgrades and it is a huge difference from what the apartments used to look like its unbelievable. I love it here now more then ever!!!!

Office staff is extremely friendly & caring. Stopped by for a tour and they were professional and very helpful. The Apartment showed was nice & clean & smelled so good! Property looks clean didn’t look trashy. Hoping to be able to move in soon.

Ive lived here about a year and half now and the team has been amazing.The complex is newly remodeled and pretty safe. Parking lot is the only complaint I have, its old and they have a lot of traffic.This was first apartment by myself and they helped guide me through everything. Im moving now and touring/working with other apartments in my new town really makes me appreciate these guys. They helped me through a bad roommate situation and were very kind when a pipe in my first unit broke and got me into a newly remodeled apartment with no fees.I definitely reccomend them if your a first time renter.

Went to visit this apartment for a tour and they were having a resident appreciation day! Got to enjoy and meet the staff as if I was already a resident. They were so inviting and really listened to my wants and needs. Mari helped me and was very professional. She made my experience so much more enjoyable.

Rebecca was such a help. I appreciate how she was very personable and kind. There isn’t a lot of good workers nowadays and seeing her drive and dedication was refreshing. Keep it up you are changing lives!

Ive lived here for a little less than a year and I love it here! The management is super friendly, and anytime I need maintenance they are always quick to respond. The units are modern, and the amenities are beautiful. They are consistently making adjustments to better the apartment complex.

If you want an apartment to illegally send you to collections and dodge your lawyers phone calls, this is the place for you.4 years later they’ll try and slip the debt back into collections after resolving it, and you get to have a round 2 of dealing with it!

When I first visited the property a few months ago while looking for an apartment, I was greeted very warmly by Ashley. Once I’ve decided to rent a one-bedroom apartment, Cecelia was eager to assist me with my questions and necessary information to make my rental easy transitioning since I was moving from California.Since then, every time I requested a work order, it was done in a timely manner by Paul, the maintenance guy. I want to point out the most recent request that I encountered. My air conditioning (A/C) unit stopped working and much to my dismay, I became desperate and needed it to be checked out and repaired immediately. My chances of getting anything done were minimal being that it was the weekend.Ashley took my phone call and after a couple conversations with her, she had Matthew from maintenance install a window A/C unit. I felt better but I still insisted that I needed the A/C repaired today. Ashley handled my situation professionally and transferred me to Stephanie, the manager, on her off day. When I expressed to her that I am unable to handle the heat due to a medical situation, she proceeded to contact the air conditioning expert, Frank, and he came to my rescue. Unfortunately, the unit was unrepairable and ordered a new one which arrived on the following Monday. He installed the new unit and I became a very happy, comfortable and cool person!I want to thank Stephanie and her crew for all their efforts and with their positive attitudes in caring for me as a tenant.

This place has come A LONG way from when I first came across it back in 2017. It’s like night and day now. The management & staff are great & very helpful. The office staff is always friendly & offers great customer service. The upgrades are nice and pleasing to the eye. The improvements inside and out make for better living. If you’re looking for a place to stay I highly recommend Silvermine Apartments.

Its an okay place to live if you are renting for the first time or cant afford a more expensive place. Ive never had a problem paying rent or being charged some outrageous fee, Ive never had a problem with neighbors, Ive never had a problem with trash or anything like that. And as a single female I felt pretty safe living here.HOWEVER, maintenance was HORRIBLE and this place is old and it shows. If something breaks, fix it yourself. I would wait weeks and months to get something as simple as a garbage disposal fixed. I had the light fixture in my bathroom go out (not the bulb but the entire fixture) and after 3 months of showering in the dark I finally just replaced the fixture myself. I lived in 2 different units over the course of 2 years and ended up moving out all together to a different complex because of maintenance issues.I will say that the office staff was always nice and courteous and I never had a problem with them being rude or not trying to help. When I was having issues with the first unit I rented, they did all they could to try and make my happy by finding me a new unit, waving fees...etc. And even when I moved out completely they were still 100% pleasant and helped me through the whole process.but the maintenance issues man...

Wanted to give a big thanks to the lead maintenance person very friendly, kind and took care of our AC problem quickly.

I lived here for one year. Called management because I had to watch a dog for a couple weeks.Just to be safe, I paid the pet deposit to not incur any charges for not notifying them.The management tried claiming the dog that lived there urinated everywhere for the year (it did not, I was just pet sitting a trained dog, that came to work with me).I assume there was either staining on subfloor from previous owner, or they thought I actually adopted a dog permanently. Trying to use that as leverage.They tried to claim full carpet was necessary except one room, the bedroom, jokes on them because that bedroom that was fine, was the room the dog stayed in…I requested proof and an itemized bill, they refuse to provide it. I also had my attorney reach out and request the same, they also would not provide him with the billing either.They then waited almost a year after I left and sent me to collections, after never providing a bill, a copy of the lease, or any evidence documenting any of the claims they made.Considering when I moved in, the entire carpeting was shampooed and sopping wet and stained in places, I have to assume management here are greedy opportunists looking to charge tenants to remodel the apartments that weren’t yet remodeled (like the one I was in).

The leasing specialists were effectively communicative during my application process. Ive enjoyed the amenities and Tenant appreciation events hosted. Someone is always in-office. I look forward to completing my lease with Silvermine Apartments

I have lived here for over 7 months already and it has been such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this complex. The management is always so nice and helpful, they go above and beyond for all of us to make sure we are comfortable here. Maintenance staff always get work orders handled in a timely manner and have the grounds looking great! So if you are looking for a place to call home stop here you wont regret it!

The ladies in the office are helpful and very kind. The maintenance staff has had there hands full with the renovation. They, are always been respectful and optimistic as to when and how the job will get done.The only draw back is the fellow tenants that don’t respect the common curtesy of every day community living.I have met some wonderful neighbors and friends here in Silvermine!

I lived at SilverMine apartments for 7 years. I never had a problem while I lived there. The staff were always nice and very helpful. My surroundings were always safe to live in. I definitely give SilverMine Apartments a 5 star.

We have lived here a little over 2 years now and we love it here. The management Stephanie and Ashley are amazing always get back to us fast if we need anything. They care about their residents and that’s a bonus. If we ever have any issues which is rare they make sure they stay on top of it and we couldn’t be happier with their service.

My daughter lives at this complex and she is just signed her second lease term the office staff and the maintenance staff do their very best under these very trying days of covid-19. The apartment complex and grounds are kept up and above industry standards I would definitely recommend this apartment complex and also not to mention the maintenance and management staff they are the backbone of this complex under the circumstances that we all live living today they do an outstanding job! Great job guys keep up the great work we appreciate all your hard work and sacrifices you are definitely Frontline workers!

We had lost our home due to Hurricane Harvey and needed a place to live for a while. We had checked several places but there prices were just to high. Last result we stopped by Silvermine Apartment. We spoke with Assisting Manager Stephanie. She was very nice and helpful. The prices for everything were great. My husband and I thank them to the highest for stay. Which turned out to be a year. So if you need a place to live Silvermine is the place. Once again thanks you guys!

If I could give lesser stars I would, They are running a scam they have signs designating guest parking and when you visit and park in assigned area they have your car towed was only visiting for about 15 minutes car was towed. It cost me 305.00 to get my car

Silvermine Apartments is by far the best apartment complex in Victoria!! It is run incredibly well by Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Ashley. They have been super nice and friendly ever since I moved in. Any problems you have they’ll help you out as best as they can and make sure you’re taken care of. Everything has been renovated and it looks really really nice! If you’re looking for a quiet and affordable place to live this is the best spot in town! I highly recommend Silvermine Apartments!! It’s the best of the best.

It was bad from the beginning when I applied I never heard from them I have to call today of moving we couldnt move in the apartment wasnt ready we havent been here month air condition been broke three times water is leaking from the ceiling to the floor on the carpet its been 6 days someones been here one time looked at it and never came back I have been in the heat for 6 days .......Day 8 its 83 hot

The pools are green if ur trash weighs a little more on the heavy side theyll leave it(you pay them to take the trash out) the laundry room is cleaned every 3 weeks, sometimes having standing water, and the appliances are old. Not the best, Im sure not the worst either. They really dont care about you please dont move into here its not worth your hard earned money

Everytime I call for maintenance and they ask me, blame me lk it is something I did wrong!!!? I call and wait a good while before maintenance makes it by... My thermostat reads 86degrees and my 1 year old daughter and I are left in this heat waiting for maintenance to come by and fix what is needed!!! My filter was changed and they always wanna blame it on that for it cld b my fault!!! Everything is always breaking over here and the manager tells me that they do their orders in list of priority!!! We live different lives, so whats important to me and she may not find as relevant as I do!!! They took 6months to fix my microwave cause she didnt find it to be relevant enough!!! I mean nobody who is paying should have to wait that long for something to be fixed that comes with what they r paying for!!! Its hot outside and my ac isnt blowing cold so I call them and its been over an hr and nobody has shown up yet and the sun is still out and it is over 80 degrees so inside the apartment and it is even hotter!!! They should treat their paying renters with a more grateful attitude...lk they wld lk to be treat!!!#DropTheMic....

They have really great amenities I love it. They have a guy that comes on the first and the 28th that works for an electricity company and I got my light bill lowered. The management over the apartment complex is so nice and so friendly.

Silvermine staff is soo awesome one of the best I’ve ever dealt with soo professional an courteous with service one of the best in my opinion. Would recommend 10 outta 10. PS they deserve a raise. Thanks mgmnt. You guys are awesome.

The bad experience we had was that we had no hot water for 4 months then the air went out so we had window units that was ok but the hot water was not. I thought maybe there would be some type of rent discount due to the apartment not having hot water but that wasn’t the case🤷🏻‍♀️ But management is very polite and they are great ladies.

We have neighbors with no A/C for weeks they only provide you with a window unit.. Mold, leaks, roaches.., this place done gone straight down hill. We put maintenance request in and they come look at it but never fix anything.

I ve lived there felt very safe love the poolside they kept the grounds and poolside very neatly up keep enjoyed the management team and the free coffee and snacks felted like home! The staff was helpful and friendly the housekeeping as excellent thank you sliverminds !

Everything went so smooth I wouldnt have changed anything. The apartment was clean and looked brand new. Mari and Stefanie are the best. They should get a pay raise.

Ive been living here for about a week with my girlfriend , and when we first started moving in , maintenance was still painting , even got black paint on the carpet , there was a puddle of water under the sink , our living room light turns on and off by itself , our front door was messed up , in the master bedroom , in a certain corner , theres a hole in the bottom of the wall , we did our inspection , and let the problems be known , the only thing they have came and fixed was the door , and the puddle under the sink , didnt bother to look at the light , on top of that , the fire alarm in the master bedroom would go on and off by itself , so i had to take it off myself , we even had roaches and sugar ants , i spoke with the front office monday expressing my problems , and i was told that maintenance would come out monday afternoon and fix the light , along with the fire alarm since they didnt bother to check the fire alarm , it is now friday night when i am doing this review , and nobody has came out and fixed anything , however , when i mentioned about the roaches and sugar ants , i was told pest control , would be out wednesday , and spray , i was even told that once pest control sprays , there wont be anymore sugar ants or roach problems , that was a lie , pest control came out and sprayed , however , we still have sugar ants and roaches , overall just a bad experience a week into living here

Would not recommend ask for things to be fixed at the apartment and it takes them months to go by there and get it done ask to get tub sealed nothing been months still havent done it... Its just ridiculous if could have the owners number to call them or someone other then the management on site cause things dont get done I have to pester them to get done..

When we moved in the apt was clean and well put together. The staff was very friendly and communicated amazing!

Works with tenants for payments and for maintenance issues. Keeps in touch and has fun party’s for tenants.

The people in the office are Absolutely the BEST to Deal with. So VERY VERY helpful and Patient with you to do what it takes to get you in. The sweetest and professional group!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SILVERMINE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!

Was the worse experience of my life living there they never came and fixed anything that needed to be fix since we moved in they had a contractor Who went in my apartment and stole a pair of my underwear and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and they were really nice when I moved in and now they are really rude to me and I wish they get new people to help with there team

Bad experience maintenance was horrible I have been without a microwave for 2 months this is the second time it’s happened our ac runs all day and night my light-bill is sky high and they still haven’t fixed my ac problem work orders take months to get filled the emergency got line takes hours before you hear back

It’s been a. while since we reported our heater not working right.. and it’s gonna be two weeks no one check it yet.. terrible maintenance..
