Good afternoon! If you’re looking for a special place for you and your family, this apartment complex Skyview. The management treatment is amazing, friendly, professional over everything, and very respectful.The management is always providing maintenance to the gates because now all work, the price is ok for the new benefits included in the rent. Everything around it looks very different and wonderfully.This place is been updated and is very different, the pool is clean and very nice the pool area, laundry and mailbox are secure everything works with an access code.If you need more help look for manager Mrs. Kristle Lewis, she and her staff will help you.The best management ever, thank you so much, Mrs. Kristle Lewis, and your amazing staff.God bless you all!

If you think about renting from them don’t TURN BACK TO YOUR CAR AND GO ELSEWHERE! There are roaches and mice everywhere. The water is ALWAYS OFF “due to plumbing repairs.” Management is very rude and hateful. They charge you for things that you don’t use. The cops are forever there. If I could give them zero stars I would. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, and RACIST! Me and my husband had an AMERICAN FLAG UP and PRIDE FLAG UP for pride month management forced us to take them down if not they would fine us. On the lease it states that THEY DO NOT DISCRIMINATE, and CLEARLY they do. Your allowed quite time, but THE OLDER TALL WHITE LADY WILL GO BANG ON YOUR DOOR LIKE SHE WORKING FOR THE FEDS. People be shooting there, having loud music, getting raided and they still there. Not to mention that they have black mold in the apartment, the AC don’t work. My husband got arrested and management came and banged on my door telling me we had to move out they didn’t want us there anymore, but that’s no reason to throw anyone out. If you a day or week behind they will try and throw you out. Definitely avoid this place. Nothing is enjoyable or mineable at this place. I’m trying to move out before eviction court but I do have witnesses and photos of the black mold, rats chewing through the kitchen sink area. They will block you after you give them a negative review.

The staff is really friendly and they have resolved any issues we’ve had whenever we report them. All in all it’s a good place to be. I don’t have any other complaints besides the noise from the people that’s by the poolside. I work doubles and I be trying to relax and can’t because they’re playing loud music that overpowers my TV and that’s very annoying.I just wish they would get the people that’s lounging by the poolside to be more courteous to the people that’s living right by it. It’s nothing wrong with enjoying yourself but when that interferes with someone else’s peace it’s a problem. That’s my biggest issue here.

I love the new improvements they are making to the property and I cannot wait to see what is to come. The employees are amazing and truly care about the residents. The resident events are an added bonus and I have met a lot of my neighbors. My apartment is a great value for the price.

The grove Victoria is a great place to live for people who can follow the rules. The rule here are not that difficult. The lady’s in the office work hard to make sure the property thrives and they do their best to see to the amenities here are always kept clean. They are easy to work with and Maintenance request I’ve always been taken care of in a timely manner. With any property there are always a few bad apples but, Managment does a good job of resolving conflict and weeding out people that can’t follow rules. Yard maintenance pool maintenance and pest control are all done on a regular schedule. Most of the people here are friendly. Overall the Grove Victoria is a great place to live.

If anyone reads any of my other reviews on any other website about The Grove, dont believe them. This is true and on point. Had an issue with my lease here but was contacted by the owner who took matters into his hands and got it taken care of 100%. They definitely care about their tenants 100%. He told me the good news and made my day much. The office staff was awesome at also helping me with my issue. The improvements that are made here are truly amazing, and the apartment complex is very welcoming. I thank the staff and the owner for their putting in the effort and fixing things. Thank you so much. I will definitely be renewing my lease here.

The new owners, Peter and staff are truly stellar at what they do. They have taken this apartment complex and positive feelings and things are happening here. Anything I need addressed in my apartment is handled. The flex payments on rent are a real blessing with my finances. Their social events/email notices are enlightening and inspiring. -Thanks

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in the water is constantly off. There is roaches everywhere. The floors and doors are boarded up windows. The police are constantly here. This place. Sucks when I recommend moving here avoid this place like the plague. The AC doesn’t work well the vents suck Did they charge you for water that you don’t even use?

I am a US Navy veteran that was going through hard times and wasn’t sure about my living situation. The owner of the complex was very helpful and assured me that they would be able to assist. AND THEY DID. Thank you Grove Apartments Victoria for coming through for me in such a hard time. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. I would recommend anyone to this complex. especially Veterans in need.

Im giving Peter and his office staff 5 stars! I enjoy living at the grove because Peter and his staff go above and beyond. Most owners of any kind are about just making their money. But Peter sincerely cares about the well being of myself and everyone else who lives at the grove. Im glad I signed a new lease. Here is to many more living at the grove apartments. Thanks to all the staff at the Grove.

If you are considering moving in here, don’t. Run back to your car and drive the opposite direction. The office staff are rude and completely clueless on how to manage a property. The water is off constantly. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. The complex is gross. Your electricity bills will be through the roof as the ac units don’t work well and the ventilation in the apartments is terrible. Not to mention the windows and doors let all of the cold/hot air in due to not closing all the way. They are also fond of doing a bait and switch- you sign up for a 1st floor and then by the time you move in they have moved you to a second floor with broken stairs. The sidewalks are flooded the majority of the time and the property is always littered with trash and broken furniture. They don’t clean the apartments before you move in or make sure that the appliances work. Also, the music from dodge city is extremely loud and definitely ruins your sleep. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever encountered.

Been here 5 months and have CONSTANT issues with my apartment. I put in work orders and talk to the front office yet nothing gets resolve unless I get ugly with them. Haven’t had hot water in 2 weeks and have been told everyday that it will be fixed yet nothing has been done. Very loud neighbors and cops constantly called. Would not recommend.

The remodeling that is going on the outside of The Grove Victoria are catching the eyes of people! The new painting for the building is giving that place a whole new look which it needs. It seems like the new ownership is putting some TLC into the place which it needed. I drive by it everyday and it is noticeable. I know that the apartment complex has had a negative reputation for quite some time but I know the efforts that are being made to clean up the negative stereotype and in full force. I applaud the new ownership in making efforts to make this centrally located apartment complex a place people want to live!

Been here for 9 months and I love it the neighbors are friendly , the environment is clean and neaty , I always see maitainace working even had my orders fixed and my concerns were also addressed in a timely manner , the staff are understanding and respectful i did recommend my relatives so far 1 moved in and the other is still waiting to move in ,I love my home !!! Thank you to the grove for my beautiful home keep it up !!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Roach infestation, they turn the water off every 2 or 3 days, after a few months the monthly bill will go up for “pest control” (something they should provide), “trash” (although when I leave my trash out they tell me I have to walk it to the dump), “gas” (never had to pay for gas at any other apartment I’ve lived at), they just started adding a “rent service fee” (I guess an extra fee for paying rent)? Health department is always here probably investigating the mold in the air vents. My bathroom roof looks like it’s about to cave in and it’s always leaking. When I moved in the apartment it had damage from a dog, half of the bath room door is still chewed up and my kitchen cabinets are so chewed up they are not usable. Also when I moved in I expressed to the front office that I was only interested in a 6 month lease the application only provided a year opinion so I politely declined filling it out until the office had told me they could work with me for a 6 month option after I signed and moved in they told me that I signed a year lease and that it can’t be changed unless I break the lease. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to nobody. The other good reviews are made because the office does a “good review raffle” for a chance to win a month of free rent. Do not move here

As a resident of the Grove Victoria who moved in from Indiana sight unseen, I couldnt be happier. It is a quiet, peaceful area that is conveniently located. The amenities are nice, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I have lived here a long time, and have been through multiple owners. The ones now are trying to improve the conditions here others let slip. The office staff is fantastic and friendly. Yes, there is room for improvement, but there have been positive results.

This is a good place to live. Owner has improved the quality of tenants and upgrading the apartments. Easy access to get any place in town.

Upon move in had a few odds and ends but a huge Thanks to all office staff as well as Maintenance and contractor Tom to get us where we needed to be to be comfortable for living here and making it here our Home Thank yall so much Highly appreciated to Peter as well.

I love this complex! The manger, Kati, goes above and beyond to help with any problem that comes up, the maintenance people will work to get stuff working if a problem arises, and the improvements that are being made are great! The resident events, are a welcome change of pace. I highly recommend this complex.

The Grove Victoria is perfect for me. Fits my budget and the staff is really nice.

The Groove Apartments is a very friendly and great neighborhood atmosphere to live in. The faculty is very friendly, down to earth and very understanding to help make your stay a very secure, safe and more importantly a very comfortable environment to call home!

The staff here are amazing. New paint, new water heater. Very nice to live here since new owner came in. Thank you staff of The Grove

Thinking about moving here I have family that lives here stopped by to visit a lot of changes going on but it looks like they will be good changes. Got information from the ladies in the office. They were very helpful and nice.

It is with great pleasure & confidence that i recommend The Grove Victoria apartments to anyone looking for a clean, nice/ friendly not to mention afforable place to call home this is definatly the place!! The Staff hêre are wonderful always nice & professional & very very helpful! This is truly a great place to live!🙃

I love it here. I wish we didnt have to move 😞 even my son said he likes it here. Its way better than where we used to live

I picked the The Grove due to its location to shopping and eating and also recreational convenience. The customer service is great always willing to help with or solve an issue. Cheerful faces in the office.

New tenant and already having serious issues with the maintenance not completely and properly doing there work order requests. There lying saying its completed when it is not.

Rent here if you want an apartment that looks nothing like the pictures and full of roaches with management who only try to side step issues. Current renter trying to get out of lease. I have pictures.

They have an employee, a maintenance man that drives a blue car, he has made several attempts to abduct children from that complex and nothing has been done, no action has been taken by the property manager or the owner!!! WHY?

Not so bad of a place I really would love for the water heater to be turned down a bit taking a shower with boiling water isn’t fun

Im so happy i came to get a tour here at The Grove Victoria Apts great customer service i saw a renovated apt and i felt i finally found my dream home ☺️.. definitely recommended

Im moving from Houston to Victoria and I was looking for an apartment and almost everyone speaks English and here I found someone who speaks Spanish, there is too much construction and doing a lot of repairs and the apartments are turning out very nice and I already found my new apartment for me, the people from the office helped me a lot and Im moving next month!!!!
