Victoria Trails Apartments

I went to go apply to see if I could get into an apartment and Connie was amazing! She was so patient and very knowledgeable about the property and whole application process she answered every single one of the questions my friend and I threw at her with grace! She is so nice and very helpful! I didn’t end up moving in only because I found another place closer to my job. Yes! I advise all to go to Connie when in need of looking for a place! The property was clean and pretty calm.

I moved here in February and haven’t had any issues. The 2 lady’s in the office Connie and Juanita have been very kind and helpful with anything I need. The kids love going in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays to get a snack after school and say the ladies are really nice. Overall I have had a good experience here and with the staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Where do I even start? They showed me a show apartment and continue to give me a shitty apartment. When I asked about getting closet doors for all the rooms in my apartment they refused and said that since housing approved it that they had no responsibility to fix the apartment. So many things were wrong here. My ac was broken and I had to use ac units. My light bills were coming out to almost $1,000 a month ! Due to the broken ac. Took them almost 3 months to fix the ac . They have no maintenance. The pool is never open. They are half ass people when it comes to caring about others. I have holes in my wall from things they tried to fix over 2 months ago. I had to make so many calls and e-mails to housing , it was ridiculous. If you love your self or your family , you will NEVER MOVE HERE !!!

Im giving Victoria trails one star because its the lowest, but I would give it zero stars. Im making this review for my dad who is disabled and has had to fix things with in his apartment on his own because of poor maintenance management. My dad put in a maintenance work order in 06/2024 for his garbage disposal to be replaced or fixed, and its still has not been fixed. My dad was put in the hospital in the beginning of July and I went to go run errands for him and make his rent money order and drop it off to the front desk, the MANAGER was there and I told her why I was there, she then said before I said goodbye, that someone is going to go by the end of day to fixs the garbage disposal. Were in September now! Today 9/17/24 my dad put in a new maintenance work order because of a sink leak in the bathroom, lets see how long that will take to get fixed. DO BETTER VICTORIA TRAILS!!

Connie was absolutely fantastic in helping me with my recent move. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process and made everything so easy. She was always available to answer my questions and was very responsive.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. The front office ladies really REALLY take their jobs seriously to the point where they lack human decency. If you want to live in a place that smells entirely of marijuana and you can hear the bar next door clear as day. This is the place for you!!!!

It’s nice and affordable! I was in urgent need and had a deadline & took into consideration! This is the first time I’ve been comfortable at any place I’ve lived!

AUG 2024 update belowMarch 2024 update below...June 2023 - Under new management. Took weeks to clean up around the complex. Trash was everywhere for exactly 4 wks. I know a few people that called about it and every time said they were getting to it this evening. Didnt get to for another 2 wks.Grass hasnt been cut as well. Know two people that had maintenance issues and they sat on it for a long time.Also...(retracted name) front DOES NOT HELP! Not once or twice but three different issues called and each time she had an attitude. Last time talked with her two days in a row and nothing was done! Two days later talked with other one in office and she immediately was helpful.March 2024 - Under new management again. Gotten better at trash and picking up around complex. Who ever they hired to do lawn care sucks. Bushes half trimmed, patches of grass not cut.Every issue with fixing items hasnt been met. Next door neighbor hasnt had air conditioning since last year.August....There isnt a maintenance guy it seems. One of the the last guys they had quit cus he wouldnt cut corners on fixing things. Wanted to do it right but management didnt want.Work orders are placed and never addressed. This is coming from at least 2 other tenants. If you walk around complex you will see a number of window units being used. Are all of them because of central air and heat issues? Hummm! Roach and flea problem constantly. They spray ever so often but not enough.They did get rid of abandoned cars a few months back though.

Honestly just a bad place to stay at been here since February and it’s just terrible. Ive been without ac since this past Friday and called the emergency lines since Friday never got any type of calls back.

Victoria trails have no amenity if there was we all would enjoy the pool especially in the hot summer time we also dont have maintenance to fix whats need to be but if there were our apt wouldve been done meaning fixed from the problem Hmmm

Office staff is nice and helpful. I’ve had to talk to the shorter lady with glasses a few times on issues with our apartment and she has always been quick to file the work orders we put in and very apologetic. If I’ve ever had to call the office she usually answers or will call back when I leave a message in a time manner.

Office staff was helpful about questions i had regarding application deposits & monthly rent. Apartments looked good with they had more available.Only thing that i didnt like is the fact that some residents leave dumpster area with garbage all around it. That attracts roaches & rodents.

This is by far one of the worst. Ive been here over 10 years and numerous management companies and they only get worse. We get emails saying work orders are completed when nothing gets done. Remember, everything looks different when on the outside looking in.

Been here almost a 3 weeks so still fairly new but I’m always greeted with a smile and answers to any of my questions! Had an issue with the dishwasher and the next day or two maintenance was here to fix it! The maintenance man is so sweet always with a smile and even gets into playing with my two little ones. Every morning I see one of the women picking up trash out of the parking lot! Kids are a little wild around here but to me kids will be kids and all the teens have been friendly with not just me but my kids as well. I feel like I picked a very good place for me and my family! Definitely check them out yourself before just reading all the reviews!!!! I did and will never regret it

Lived here for almost five years now. Great Location!!! Management is very nice, maintenance is very good about getting things done quickly. My only complaint would be that the landscape could use some work. We do not have grass in front of our apartment we just have dirt, and its the same in front of a lot of peoples doors but other than that its a great place to live, lots of kids, all the neighbors are Great!!!

Lived here going on 2 years now and never an issue that cant be fixed! Works orders done in a timely manner. Ladies In the office always have a fast response to any question I have! THANK YOU VICTORIA TRAILS!!

Juanita, has been very helpful, very real on when things can get fixs. she’s always informing when events are for the kiddos. always welcoming when going into the office overall great personality for the job.

Took forever to get anything fixed. Even when you requested by filling out correct form. They still never come. For what we paid on a 3 bedroom. It wasn’t worth it. Carpet that was in living area when moved in wasn’t new. It looked just shampooed. Because within a month you could start seeing stains pop up. Our AC never fully worked. During the summer time it was extremely hot. Had to have fans always running an ac stayed on the entire time we lived their. It never got cooler then 75. It was a old unit an they never replaced it which we told them. They replace things with cheap material. It’s like they get so much money for the year to use on material and repairs I’m sure an it’s like they always went the cheapest route when it came to buying materials. We never had roaches, but living their they started to show. Luckily I knew about a specific bug repellent and had a sprayer to do my own spraying. I did it within my apt, an the outside area, windows doors cracks ya know. An I swear never saw anything again. But, that’s besides the point. I had to do that. Not cool. A lot of vehicles would get broken into an I swear their was a cop their at least once a week. Always for a call about cars being broken into or domestic situations. It’s ok, I wouldn’t recommend it, but I heard now their doing floor paneling . Wish that was the case when we moved in.

Best to get flood insurance because neighbors are not instructed on how to turn off water by broken pipe or overflows. Bus stops on other side of street where one may have to switch buses since recent changes.Noise mowing ,trimming,blower on and off for 3+ hours early at 8:30am once a week whether it needs it or not.Good maintenance but dicey at night or weekends unless emergency. Maintenance must be made in writing, helps if you give details like timing etc. Head manager gracious.

I have lived here for 7 years now. Love the management. Kids are wild though. Parents dont make them mind. Pound on your door. Talk back to grown ups. Bicycles and skates boards everywhere. They dont move for handicap people to walk. Love the location. Also a lot of partying at night. Loud. Cant sleep. Otherwise Im still here.😃

If I could give them negative stars I would but it’s making me give at least one and that’s super generous! Management is super dismissive of maintenance issues and will give you the runaround . Do not recommend living here

Gold stars to Juanita for always being on the ball in the office a very professional and sweet lady when spoken too answered all of my questions and made sure I was happily taken care of would recommend her in the near future

Roach infested. When a/c broke was given one small window unit for a 4bd apt. Do not spray for bugs monthly as we were told. Stayed for 2 yrs. Kids in parking lot all the time cars were damaged when we were there. Cops there every other day for people arguing or being drunk outside. When we left did not break lease but some how there was a point on credit with a $1700 note.

Maintenance here dont do there job and work orders is not complete and the grass is over grown and the trees are not trim

Roach infested bad!!!! Like really bad never in my life had roaches but they did not do well at maintaining that.! Kids are awful parents let them roam wild and free it’s not a good place to live

Literally have kids climbing on roof and playing on porch banging on the door, the kids are the worst thing and the parents do nothing to stop their kids. Management doesnt help either.
