Titan Factory Direct - Victoria

Went in to just talk to find out what all we needed to get a new house. My wife and I ended up walking out with papers signed for a brand new house. They worked with what we had to put down now and able to pay the rest of the down payment at closing. Great experience working with Shaun.

I felt like my salesperson was trying to sell me a 2015 Nissan Altima with 200K miles. All I wanted to do is research options for mobile homes and I left with a hit to my credit. I made it clear to salesperson and GM that I was only looking and she ran my credit without my consent. None of my questions were answered and I got the feeling that she would say whatever she had to say to separate me from my money. I want a home, not a used vehicle. Would not recommend. Couldn’t get out of their office fast enough. Will be contacting FCB and BBB.

I put $1250 down here for a home (around the same time at palm harbor). I asked for it to be refunded as its fully refundable. It never was, though they said they would twice. Watch these places.

Our sales person was Chandler the general manager at the Titan store in Victoria Texas. He was a great help and very knowledgeable. Thanks Titan for offering me a different option to what I had. I’m going with Titan!

Derek was amazing, he took the time to explain the process for me and depleted my worries regarding manufactured homes. He even provided ways for me to raise my credit score!!! He was kind and patient and even though I only qualified financially for a certain home he let me take a look at several others. And course Rocco!!!! Such a beautiful tabby♥️

I do not recommend Champions home. We have had so many problems and have not been in the home for a year. We already had mold in the walls. Factory has send contactor 5 times and no one has been able to fix the problem. It started with a leak in the bathroom. They came and fixed the leak but didnt change all panels that were wet. Mold starting growing and they said they wouldnt come to fix it cause there was no moisture detected. We keep telling them hey the smell is still in the shower but they didnt care they said no moisture was found. We went upon ourselves to open up the panels again and found mold. They would only come and change one panel and add mold spray on the other panel that was aldo wet but not changed. I kept reaching out and manager at the factory said we cant do nothing about it until I send pictures of the mold. They do not want to take responsibility. Mold wasnt the only problem we have had shingles flying away. Water getting in through the window on a rainy day. Moisture found in the closet, toilet was not placed right so you can imagine that. Manager at the factory said we have to talk to state housing so they can send an inspector and that way the inspector can make them come and fix what needs to be fixed. You still have to file a complaint form online for them to come out an inspect the home which who knows how long that will take.They also dont tell you that if you do tape a texture the home warranty will not cover those walls if you ever have a problem behind the panel. The factory said they only cover walls that are VOG not tape and texture. Save your money and research who has better builders. They should have a little sympathy on us buyers since we are paying for it its not for free!

I had such a great experience with Derek Beck at Titan Factory Direct Victoria. As a first time buyer I was a ball of emotions and He made the whole process super easy and stress-free. Absolutely disgusted with the service we received, the house installation took many months for no reason, house is filled with cheap appliances, peeling walls, broken pieces of the wall. We ordered a farm house sink and did not receive it until we had to complain to the higher up factory. After months and months of trouble and their manager calling my husband a liar on the phone and hanging up on him. They finally found the paper that had our request. Left a whole wall outside on our property for us to clean up ourselves after having to install a new wall in our laundry room when mold was growing into it just after a month. We still have issues with our walls,our floors have paint all over it, chips in our floor. The design of the house is beautiful.,but customer service is terrible. We would never recommend ever getting a Titan home and especially from the Victoria Location. The list goes on and on about the problems we have with the house but Id be here forever. Oh and I forgot to mention, some our stuff was potentially stolen while they had workers over to fix things while we were gone a coffee maker,video game, and wall lights. There is no way to prove this but when a whole new coffee maker still in the nox goes missing, it definitely makes it look like it.Here again going to update about more damages and how they continue to not fix them and repeat what I said above because its clearly not getting to them.If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely disappointed with our house, its falling apart, the floors and walls are concaving. Left a whole wall for us to clean up, and when we called for them to come clean it, they called my husband a liar. Disgusting customer service and quality house. Moisture is everywhere in our house. Our guest bathroom is full of mold. Our guest bathroom sink is lifted up from the counter. Never ever going to recommend these houses. No one wants to take the blame for any of the damages, that they have caused. You refuse to fix our house. Disgusting company.

The company has beautiful homes, but not very many to walk through. The sales people were very kind and eager to find what we need even if the one I really like is way out of our price range.

Purchased a home in April 2024. The home is great. It is the customer service that totally changed after signing the paperwork & the home was delivered. No one provided updates unless I reached out. I had some delay on my end with the electric that took about 2 weeks but during that time no one from the sales office called to even ask the status. I noted in an email some minor things that were not done/included from the plan - no comment at all from them. The red carpet inspection was done by a contractor (nice, but wanted to get done and go on his way). Just terrible customer service. Maybe you have to spend over 100K to get good customer service.

Went to the facility in early November to get some information about purchasing a double wide. The representative there, Vivian, was very knowledgeable with details and suggestions. She did spend good quality time with us as we try to make a decision of whether or not this is something we want to move forward with. She was very honest and concerned making sure we were capable of being comfortable.The finance department was very helpful andListen carefully to our concerns about purchasing a home.For the most part everything was honest and were able to put everything on paper.I would recommend them to family and friends if theyre looking to get a more in depth details about purchasing a new single or double wide homrA A

If i could leave 0starts i wouldThis company was amazing at first until we signed the paper and they got their money, they don’t answer your phone calls, they don’t actually have your back like they say they do.. we have already made a house payment and we aren’t even in our house.. we call and all we get told is “we will get back to you” “he is busy”. So if you’re wanting to buy from here make sure you know that you will be on your own after they get their money.. they will no longer help you, it’s very upsetting and poor customer service

Very poor customer service!! The change thing behind your back to make things better for them but more difficult for you. If you change your mind about using them they become very rude and make it difficult to get you deposit back. Save your self a lot of time, energy, and money and go somewhere else!!!

I had called about a specific home and they had trouble finding the model. Once they did find it they ask where I was going to purchase and I explained that I was going to purchase in Victoria TX ... The area I had called . The guy on the phone wanted me to talk to the ppl in the town I currently live in I wasnt going to be living here when I purchased. So I hung up. I will buy elsewhere.

Came in looking at options for a single wide. Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable about how the product is built and is very easy going. Was not ready to buy at the time but will be returning in the future, any questions i had were answered.

They both then made extraordinary effort to ensure the financing process was clear, concise, and best of all, affordable. Had a very good experience with Titan Homes and Cullen especially. He and the entire staff bent over backwards to meet my every demand and want and even after I pulled out of the first deal, they took my concerns seriously and again bent over backwards to find me what I was looking for. In the end though, I went a whole different direction and purchased a conventional home. Cullen was very understanding and gracious and still wished me well even after pulling out of the deal. First class all the way!

Terra was super as our sales rep. She knows a ton of stuff and can help with city related issues you might encounter. Mike is also very nice and great to talk with. Both of them are south Texas natives and know the areas well. Rocco the cat is very friendly and will climb in your lap and than sit in the chair back and wrap his tail around your face. He is a funny and huge cat.

UPDATE 1/13/2021:Received a call this morning from an employee of Titan saying she came across our credit card information and didnt see that we had already received our refund so she refunded our deposit again. She then realized that we had indeed been refunded already so she was calling to have us send her a check for the $5,200. We promptly informed her she would not be getting anything from us and that we would only deal with the owner from this point forward. She said she didnt know who that is. We replied with You had better find out because we will not deal with anyone but an owner. What is most disturbing is that here we are, over a month from the last debacle with them, and they still have our credit card information lying around to be messed with. For our safety, we have canceled that credit card. If youre considering using this company, reconsider.If I could give zero stars, I would. We put a deposit on a home that they listed on their website and were told that we could get. We waited a week for their contractor to call and when he didnt, we called him. He had no information on us but said hed come look at our location in a couple of days. We waited another 4 days of hearing nothing so we called the gentleman we worked with at Titan. He informed us that he found out that the home we signed the agreement on and put the deposit on wasnt actually available and he could send us information on other homes. If we really wanted the one we ordered, it would cost us an additional $20,000. Total bait and switch. We asked why we werent called right away as he said he had that information for a week. He replied he was still working on it. We said we signed a contract that requires both parties to uphold their end of the deal. He replied that isnt a legally binding agreement. Luckily we called on day 14 of the 15 day cancellation period so we demanded a refund. He assured us that the refund would happen that day so we gave him the C card info to refund the money back onto. After a week of not getting any information on the refund, we called Titan again. They couldnt find any information on our refund and said the cleaning person must have shredded it.Take your business elsewhere.

Cullen has always been super professional to work with! Although I couldn’t purchase immediately, I will be returning as soon as I’m able to buy my new home! His personality sold me before the house did. You won’t regret it!

We have had the best experience at Titan Factory Direct in Victoria. On our first visit, Jennifer Jones stayed after hours answering all of our questions and making us feel comfortable with the buying process. She has gone above and beyond to be available to us for whatever we need. Make sure you ask for her when you schedule an appointment!

I have recently taken over as the new General Manager of the Titan Factory Direct Sales Center here in Victoria. One of my biggest goals is to get customers into the home they WANT, with the best service possible. We dont want to just be there for you before and during the sale...but after the delivery of your home as well.

My husband and I purchased a very expensive STOCK model double wide. We chose a model on site, so we wouldnt have to wait so long to move in. Three weeks later after putting down a deposit we found out they sold it to someone else. We were told they would get us the exact same model. After two weeks of looking they found us a similar model and charged us more than the initial agreement. Once the home had been delivered we were told it would only take a week or two max to have every thing set up, so we could move in. We are currently on the THIRD week, and they are not even close to being finished. We call the office every single day trying to see what the problem is. Its always someone elses fault nothing is done. We have called supervisors in San Antonio, and still nothing has been done. Please do not ever use this company. It has been the biggest mistake we have ever made in purchasing a home. This company has the worst follow through I have ever seen. Once they have made a sale they could care less what happens.

Scam Artists that will tell you anything to get your money. The manager tried to scam my mother with a home. He is a very rude and condescending individual. He stated to me that I had no say in the affair and that he possessed the best interest for my mother. How can a salesman have the best interest of someone elses mother? My mother said to him to show me the documents.Later looking at the number for less than one minute I notice a variance that would have induced my mother to lose the house in less than two years. I confronted him; he told me I was ignorant and that I didnt know what I was talking about. I am a professional; I have had the opportunity to manage companies’ finances and successfully saved over 2 million dollars for them in the process. I know numbers and numbers dont lie.He ended kicking me out of his office because I have foiled his plans and commission. He believed that my mother was alone and felt as if he can take advantage of her. Word of advice; do not sign any documents from this or any company without first taking the documents home and doing a thoughtful, and thorough evaluation. If the company/ individual doesnt let you take at least a copy of the documents home to review, then you know that that company doesnt care about you. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a ton of money later.

Best place in a 150 mile radius to buy a home. Their homes are well built and have a lot of customization options. Vivian and Mike are the greatest.

What a joke!! This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever visited. Lacking in even the most basic of organizational skills and social skills from the very beginning. The consultant, David Camacho was rude, impolite, assuming and overall unlikable. The original consultant who scheduled my appointment didnt even bother to show up. Even if this location offered a quality product ( which they do not) I would specifically take my business elsewhere in order to avoid doing business with them. They should be embarrassed.

The sales team is excellent are very grateful , management began very friendly I was happy but its been 1.5 months and the house remains incomplete team that installs home doing a job very badly and management do not want to be held accountable I think they have to do their job well for the customer to recommend more customers but here do not think so . I wouldn do business here because the house I bought still incomplete and what they do is get angry and say that one is the culprit is not a good idea to deal with titan factory if you are looking house think twice before making treatment here I speak from experience

Id rather spend my money elsewhere. My aunt has a trailer that has been sitting there for over a month and installation is still not complete. On top of that the work that has been done looks horrible. Stripping is missing, falling off, workers have punctured a hole in the wall and have left the place and floors a mess. Called the dealer to let them know, and they basically told us oh well and that wasnt on them. Was looking to purchase a home there but Im definitely going with Clayton or Solitaire now.

Went in to look at two very specific homes, as we are looking for a new mobile home, and pricing isn’t necessarily an option because we will purchase what we like in the end. The guy that helped us didn’t really help as we had to repeatedly say exactly the two places we wanted to view. Instead he only took us to the crappiest looking home in the back. You would think they’d be a tad nicer to potential customers. But thankfully not anymore. Talk about rude. Will not be going back ever.

We worked with Kelsie and her manager. They were very thorough in discussing the paperwork, house, warranties, plans,etc. We had several questions throughout the process, including some doubts,. Kelsie helped us through all of them! For our first home, we are very grateful to experience this with Kelsie and the Titan team!

The first day was amazing! Thought we were getting everything my mom wanted. Then they started having my mom sign stuff with out dates and taking advantage of a woman with early dimentia! The house was delivered without them even knowing cause things got so messed up!! The factory sent it straight here. Victoria office was clueless!! Then came a load more of lies fights and BS!! THEY NEVER CAME AND DID ANY THING THEY SAID THEY WOULD! We were told they would come out inspect the pad and make a plan for what was needed. None of that happeed! We ended up being responsible for so much because they never came to do that one step! Then refused to fix any of the mess ups!! Totally unorganized unprofessional and I would never come back here again!!!!

The Hispanic guy who tended to us, would not show me a mh without my approval letter. I have done business with many other manufacturers and NOBODY has ever denied me or anyone else access to view a home that I might be interested in buying. If your in Victory Texas I would go someplace else customer service is by far the WORST there at Titan Factory Direct.

I’d leave zero stars if possible. DO NOT use this company. HORRIBLE customer service. ZERO follow up skills. Originally told 6-8 weeks to be “turn key ready”; after paying they changed it to “about” 13 weeks (they are unable to give an exact time frame. It’s been 34 days and we’ve had no updates- called to cancel and told we can’t which makes no sense. We paid cash and the house has not been started - yet “Bobby” the GM says we cannot cancel??? Waiting to hear what our lawyer says about that. Feel free to contact me if you’d like additional information on this company and their ethics.
