Me and my wife had an Amazing experience working with Michael Low. He talking with us for 5-6 months while we got all our finances in order to purchase our dream home. He kept notes on and checked in with us and worked magic on getting us the best possible deal on our home. He made everything easy and hassle free. 100/100 recommend anyone coming here for their future home needs!!

UPDATE: couldn’t make payments on a home we could not live in, now we are being sued by the mortgage company and have to file bankruptcy. Warranties would not do anything for us because apparently they expired after ONE YEAR not 12… Thank you Palm Harbor for ruining our lives. Especially you Michael Low.If I could put zero stars I would. We bought our home in 2021. It was a 2020 Fleetwood home, SUPPOSED to be a wind zone 2 and ended up being a wind zone 1. Anyways tried selling it for a few years after our family outgrew it, but NO ONE will buy a manufactured home if it’s not on it’s own land, so we decided to move our house to a new piece of property. We got the house on the axles and before we even moved it ALL THE WALLS FELL DOWN because of WATER DAMAGE!!! The house was not sealed properly. Around the entire perimeter of the house. Behind the drywall is a gap where you can see the sunlight coming in. ALL The backs of the drywall have MOLD growing on it and the nails/staples are all rusted! My family and I have been sick last few years UNABLE to get better and now I can see why. I basically had to pull teeth to get a phone number for the warranty. It says in my paperwork that there is a 12 year warranty for structural damage. All I have to say is DON’T BUY A HOME FROM HERE. And if they don’t remedy this issue I WILL have our lawyer get involved due to our family being sick BECAUSE OF MOLD. Just a few pics for reference.

I put over $1k down to hold a home. Went back about two months later to get it and was told it would be refunded. It never was. Be careful.

Devin was super helpful and sweet. She was able to answer all of my questions about the home buying process and showed me some great options to make my dreams a reality. She made me feel like I was her only customer and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end so that I never felt lost or confused. The homes to choose from were so modern and elegant that it made my choice very hard, but she was able to help me make the right choice by just listening to me to find out what I needed and wanted in my new home.

Multiple issues from the start. Poorly fabrication, cheap materials, over promising and under delivering, low end appearances, delays after delays, unresponsive customers service, lack of driver to get warranty work done. We deeply regret getting a home from here, we have had issues ranging from flooring to AC and have not been in this home for 1 year. Update: after 6 months of emails, calls and text about correcting our floors we are now being completely ignored. Do not Recommend.

We purchased our new home from Palm Harbor Victoria. We walked in and were greeted by Kevin who showed us several homes before finding the one that fit our needs. After speaking with his manager Kevin found a home still in process. The entire team Kevin, JR, Adrienne, Patricia all helped walk us thru the process, from delivering to our land to the full set up ready to move in. If you are looking for a starter home or the home for the family this is the place and team to find it. All I can say is what are waiting for? Get up and go see them.

Pushy salesman over promising and under delivering. After receiving home was constantly push to sign final inspection, only to have numerous issues not resolved and frustrating warranty compliance. Save your money, time and headache shop elsewhere or build.

The team at palm harbor did everything they could to get us into the house we really wanted as fast as they could! I found Palm Harbor through a Facebook page Krystal homes that a mutual friend liked. My husband and I are relocating to the area later this year for work so we decided to stop in. Unsure on whether to rent, or buy, Crystal was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful that we are now sure this the avenue to go with this big move. We are interested in the Arlington and once my husband signs his papers we will definitely be back to purchase from her. Great employees are the door openers to great business and so far so good!!!

I had a coworker go to the Victoria lot to check out your homes. She was treated so rudely telling her she couldnt afford a trailer. The salesperson didnt even get her the respect to talk to her. If thats how you di business Ill never recommend your location again. I purchase a home there about 15 yrs ago. I told her to go there. But not again. She is the type of person who pays her Bills and works hard to have good credit. You lost out on a sale. Which servers your salesperson lost if commission. That just sorry on your part. Just had to say something.l

Palm Harbors Internet Sales person treated me like he was a troll, correcting my spelling errors, and told me that the company Palm Harbor would never sale me a home and they dont want my business. It was terrible, my wife and I have decided to never buy from them, as Im sure this guy is still working for them.What ever happened to the customer is always right?Is that a term that all big businesses thew in the trash? I can name each big business and recall where the employee was rude and felt like they were doing me a favor by helping me. Or some employees act like they dont hear me or this isnt my section. Has this ever happened to you?

I was denied financing for a mobile home in Victoria tx. The salesman kept my deposit and never answered my calls, I will take this to court and fight it. Victoria tx palm harbor homes salesman keeps your deposit.

They didnt even let me look at any of the trailers on the lot, but instead sent me to one already on a property in town.... the door was not locked and when we went inside, the master bath had what appeared to be blood on the bathtub edge and drain.. mold in the shower.... when they called to ask if we liked the place I told him about the concerns and asking price if $129k was way too much, never an apology or an offer to view any other trailers... terrible customer service
