Recently had a great experience. Despite visiting during a busy time, Jennifer Powell was the kindest and most efficient teller I’ve ever encountered. She made sure I was able to get in and out quickly!
Soooo many problems with this institution, and with this particular location especially. Coinstar machine is constantly out of service, and tellers refuse to accept coins for deposit. Ive NEVER dealt with a financial institution who refuses to accept money in any form, as long as you are a customer. This is unacceptable. Very slow service, and we (as a nonprofit entity who banks at this place) have had to deal with jumping through hoops just to take care of our account and get business done. I dread every time I have to use this place. Very bad customer service and policies.
Terrible customer service at this location! they were so busy setting up for their “best of the best” celebration that they left their members waiting as the only person in the waiting room for over an hour while the loan manager and his 6 loan officers helping him set up hotdogs and canned cokes for over a hour. the Manager at this office is a complete joke himself.. something as simple as stopping some checks he admitted he didn’t know how to do. SAVE YOUR TIME and go to TDECU on rio grande they have the best service!and let’s be honest winning best of the best in victoria doesn’t say much and this location has proved that time after time!
Extremely long wait and a receptionist who isnt very good at her job.Waited in line only to be told Im in the wrong one, the receptionist didnt even greet me much less try to situate my needs.Seems redundant to have someone sitting there for no reason.And all I need is a replacement card.. going on 20 minutes..Omg.. the receptionist can print them for me, what a waste of my time
I had the worst experience in the drive thru the other day. I had to drive around and go inside to make sure the problem had been corrected. A younger looking, blonde haired woman, deposited my money into the wrong account. Im assuming shes new possibly, thats not a problem but she didnt take the time to listen to me, at the drive thru. She clicked off of the little monitor, so fast, while speaking to me that I knew it she was about to make a mistake. (I have 3 separate accounts.) Then she had the audacity to argue with me. Thats the reason I came inside like a whirlwind. The ladies inside got everything strait for me. I thanked them & told them, I apologize & Merry Christmas.

Banker was rude and unhelpful. This credit union is full of lies and deciet. If you want honesty, this is not the bank for you!!!!
Waited for 30 minutes with only one car ahead of me and the drive thru closed while I was in line. They still served the other lines but the lady that was servicing mine closed the blinds on the window and I didn’t get service. Extremely rude, unfair, and unnecessary.

Usually get very good service. But on more than one occasion, theyve put my deposit into the wrong account
Have called TDECU twice , last week and this week. Left my number, automated system, for a call back and have never heard from them. Seems like empty branches would have the personnel to return phone calls. Guess I’m wrong.
Couldnt access our money because they said there system was down. Good thing I had another bank as a back up bank.
No limit savings and checking which is great for those wanting to start saving. Great hours at the mall.
